This Wal-Mart is super sketchy. Had someone try to steal my phone in the parking lot. Come here carrying, especially if youre a woman. But this Wal-Mart is the one thats the best stocked around.
Hate It. Selection is sad. No one is ever available for specified departments. Exp. Family planning, fishing camping, motor, jewelry. Everytime im waiting 30 mins minimum. Self check is great. Veggies on deck.
Not a good place to shop very minimal selection on everything in the store the meats not fresh the vegetables are withered and old the fruit is bruised and rotten especially the grapes theyre always out of bread and most prices in there or way higher then the prices at Publix so no this is not a good place to shop ever unless it was the last alternative to be able to survive on bare minimal and convenience but other than that Nooo do not shop there unless you are in Dire Straits to try and find anything to eat God bless us all amen
Its getting to where 🤔 essential items are hard to find here and its really hard to shop. The associates arent around when you need them & not very helpful when i do find one...I found that the automated Lot-Coppers were the best part of this visit.
I always love coming to Walmart. The prices are the best. The staff could be more cheerful and willing to lend a hand but in the area its located I dont expect too much. I get both my home goods flowers and my food from here its convenient if you forgot something or need to pick something up last minute. However since covid started the fact that its no longer open 24/7 is a hindrance. I hope in the near future that this is resolved so I can do my shopping when it isnt so crowded. I think my introverted folks might agree with me here :)
My husband came to this Walmart last night at 10:40 pm and there was a gentleman blocking the door so no one could go in. I needed some medicine because I tested positive for COVID and even after telling this gentleman that his trip would take 5 minutes to complete and would be out before closing time, he was still not allowed in. This is unacceptable!
Walmart had some good sales. These socks an under garmets were $1.00 per pack. What a deal. Great shopping today at WAL-MART

OMG, we are from out of this area, This is the first time in my life I have ever seen a Walmart like this one, AWESOME 👌 THE BEST,clean, organized, well treated place in USA & out of USA Ive been to many, many Walmart but this one is of the chain, . Kudos the the manager and associates of this Walmart great job it really makes a difference.
Actual disgusting staff. Me and my girlfriend went yesterday to get ingredients for crunch-wraps. My girlfriend asked this black female worker where the tortillas were. The worker proceeded to make a racist comment to her. These type of people should not be in a customer service environment, and I will be going back to find them and report them.

Just left this location a woman was in there making a return . She was told they dont know if she purchased it from there . The woman in front of her had no receipt or ID they said nothing to her they just refunded her items. Why is there two different set of rules for blacks and whites. The management are liars . The store will not answer the phone. No one is trained to do anything.

I totally dont like self checkout. There are people, like me (senior), that cannot manage a full load to checkout. And there are the disabled as well. Keep the regular non-self checkouts available.

Grocerie Delivery is un reliable. I call them and they leave me on hold. Dont order Delivery unless you have all day to wait for it!!!
It’s okay I just don’t prefer the one on victory drive because they don’t have a lot to offer there. Now, if it’s just a quick in & out then yeah but shopping shopping I advise you not to go there.

The prices on the register is higher then whats on shelf.. The grocery is high enough without yall doing that.. Then you got to ring up your own grocery while employees stand around and talk. Wish i could do 0 stars for that.
The shopping experience was decent, but Jamal at costumer service did not report our lost iPhone. When we went in to ask for the phone. He bluntly said that no one has turn in a phone in. When we activate the phone, it was on his hands at the costumer service desk. Worst level of integrity ever.
This is the WORST Walmart in Columbus,they are always out of stock and nobody cares if you are satisfied it is a GHETTO store with GHETTO staff...drive further if you want quality service!!!
I really wanted to give this rating a 4 but I could not based on staff. The store on this visit overall was very good. It had a very good stock, everything was easy to find and good quality. I for once found everything I was looking for which we all know is not good for the pocket at Walletworld. You always find more than what you are looking for. I also found some things I was not looking to buy, but that clearance was looking rather good. The one thing that knocked the rating down is the staff, not all. Some staff was stocking and they would come through would merchandise and not care if you were in the aisle and not say anything just walk as if they were going to walk into you and you have to basically just move out their way and say, Excuse You. They look at you funny while they are stocking, they have no salutation and no sense of Customer Service. It is very amazing to me how depending on which side of town you shop on, the level of customer service you get. I see the implemented the self checkout like Blackmon Road as well, I like that. Staff definitely needs better attitudes and customer orientation when on the floors.
As a tractor trailer driver all of the empty trailers are parked in muddy areas
Store isnt as well stocked as the other walmarts, and getting customer service on the phone is out of the question. Either they wont answer, or theyll hang up on you. Was referring a customer to them for a specific item and got hung up on twice before I could even ask the auto care center if they had it in stock!
I dont like the change!!! They moved the entire store around... I dont like it but its manageable. But, the grocery department... OMG!!! The way they changed that, it makes zero sense. For example on the opposite side of the soup is candy. Really??? I could understand either pasta or rice or even crackers and cookies, but candy???

This is a very peaceful Walmart. Almost generally meet a few really cool people. They didnt have this phone that my best friend wanted one time but neither did other closest stores.
It a newer store and it has a layout like all other be Wal-Marts.
This new-ish Walmart is conveniently located, and usually has what we need in stock. They usually only have self-checkout in the evening, though Im not sure if they have regular lanes open during the day. Produce and meat usually last to expiration dates, but they have spoiled earlier than the expiration date on occasion. Ive also seen them selling expired yogurts for babies/kids. Not good. I dont usually buy clothes and shoes from here, but when I do, its usually decent for what it costs. I love shopping in their clearance aisle, but I wish they would have more sales, especially for babies/toddlers. Oh, they have a gas station here with competitive prices, as well, so thats a plus!
I like this Walmart, its always clean and stocked. Its off of victory drive!! Its 2022 and I still feel the same! I think it has a bad rep because of some of the staff
My Walmart was great even though they have moved to more self checkout registers and they seems to be card checkouts, but she did let me ring up my things and cashed me out herself. She was young but really nice.
I dont care for Walmart in general, but there are things that I can only find there. Today they were terribly understocked on just about everything. I dont know if they dont have enough employees right now or if there are problems with the supply chain, but today looked like a CAT 5 Hurricane was headed straight for us. The lack of human checkout clerks is becoming disconcerting as thats fewer jobs, less customer service, and... Well..... I dont work there so I think someone who is getting paid should check me out, not me providing free labor.
They never answer their telephone and when they transfer you to the auto center the auto center answers but it takes forever to call and call and call and call repeatedly to get Walmart to answer and thats at all of them which to me loses business otherwise Walmart is typical it looks a lot cleaner and more organized and all of the Walmarts here lately your meat is too much your milk is too much but you got the best smoked meats I think your toy section could be bigger and you need to carry Sara Lee banana cake because you dont and if somebody comes into your Auto Care at 7:30 you need to stop having your techs come in by 10:00 and you can have your auto care center open a little later than 4:00 or 5:00 and you need to get a better looking home department with more colors and some fancier towels and washcloths and fancier kitchen utensils and kitchenware like Target and stop closing your deli early when your store is open late youll do better

Just finished remodeling it. Staff are all very friendly and helpful . Very busy. New self check registers greatly speed up. He k out process. Before when I first started here I was in line for 45 min. To check out. Now even at busiest maybe 10. Usually register available when you walk up. Great improvement.

This was my 1st time being so angry with them. I waited 49mins to get my pick up orders groceries & other items. One associate even walked across the parking lot to go on break while the other 2 never came back out side. I called in-store nobody seemed to care.

I love this walmart the store is set up perfectly the employees however arent always the friendliest! There are always long lines and the majority of the lines are self checkout and lots of them are debit card only which is a total headache on days im only carrying cash.
I find these 5 star reviews very hard to believe. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I keep going back because I live extremely close to it.There are always very long lines. I have been in line for 15 minutes while the cashier had their light on and then have them turn it off and tell me they will not check me out. This has happened more than once.I am not saying this is a workers problem. This is a management problem. If the employees are disgruntled more times than not it is because of poor management.I really need to start traveling further out to do my shopping.
Half of things I need arent there as it shows they had or have had just price tags, stocking needs to occur daily people have to shop and location is pretty close by. I dont like to go place to place to find what I know they carry (products/produces etc.) but never have it restocked for months after Ive purchased the items and the employees dont ask customers for help.
I have been to this Walmart like 12 times, they always have what I need, and it is a quick checkout. When I cannot find what I want or need at other stores I come here because o know they will have it (at least a cheap generic one). It is the closest near the house but the Money Gram place is not great. My father transferred money to me through there from the West Coast but they could not get authorization to release the money. Never got the money, did not need ot, my father was just trying to gift $ to my kids. Definitely a place where you will find what you are looking for; household goods, clothes, maintenance tools, good, etc..
It was dark throughout the store. Looked like over half the bulbs were blowen out. Its one of the smaller stores Walmart has. The most appealing thing to me was all the womens clothes!! Alot of the stores does not have a very good selection. We arrived at 10: 15 only to be reminded every 2-3 minutes that they would be closing at 11. If the employees worried about doing their jobs like they worry about closing down and walking out the door at 11:00, Walmart would be a very clean and very organized store.. everyone of them !!!

Really disappointed in the chaotic self checkout process. The machines are pretty temperamental and assistance seemed to be required for several customers at a time.
I dont know if they are remodeling or what, but it was a mess! Looked like a Dollar General on a good day. I only went to the cosmetics section to see if they had a certain nail polish on stock and all the polish was mixed up and laying sideways. Shelves were bare and everything beyond disorganized. I dont know whats going on over there, but my goodness somebody fix it!
This was supposed to be a simple pick up at curbside service. Waited over 45 minutes during which 7 people who arrived after I had were served. I was spoken to by name and twice told that my order would be out in a couple minutes so the employees knew I was there.
Customer Service is Great & so are the prices. Love buying my seafood here. A One Stop Shopping Center I Love ❤️❤️ It !

Im visiting from out of state and I have to say that this Walmart store honestly has the most polite and friendly staff I have EVER encountered. Other stores should take note. I did not pass one employee that did not say Good Morning and ask if I needed assistance finding anything within the store. This is how good old fashion service should be. I definitely felt welcome and not like just another customer. Keep up the awesome work guys.

I swear their pickup/delivery team have to be THE MOST INCOMPETENT WALMART WORKERS IN HISTORY! Orders are ALWAYS still delayed two hours later. They need to just fire everybody in that department.
Ratings for these are based on where they rate in Columbus and the surrounding area. Out of the Walmart stores in Columbus this is surprisingly not a horrible store. The downside to this store is the area surrounding it. Store is clean and service is Walmart acceptable meaning they only pay attention to you when they have too. You my friend are just a number nothing more.
Above average Walmart. Decent sized, things were always stocked, and check out kiosks were a cool design that I havent seen at Walmarts where I live. They had plenty of the too.
Shopping experience is fine. They have all the usual stuff, my problem with this location is you will almost ALWAYS wait in a rather large line to checkout. Whether its with a cashier or self checkout. Whatever the required amount of cashiers is to have a good flow of people checking out. This location staffs that number minus 3.

I waited in sporting good for 15 minutes with no customer service to be found. I went to different department and the worker announced over the loud speaker for someone to go to the sporting goods department. A worker walked over there and said someone will be over here shortly, no one came so I left. This is my first negative response, so this shows the frustration I have with this location.
Pretty awful place. About 15 cashiers and 10 are always closed. The lines go all the way towards the clothing isles! The cashiers a few cashiers wont welcome you or say thanks after you spend your money there!

Not a big Wal-Mart fan. Tons of products to be put out clogging isles. Shelves are usually a mess, even in early am. Guaranteed to be out of something I need and I am Guaranteed to leave with more than I wanted to buy.
Typical Walmart. Clean and well run. No complaints other than check out lines get long if youre not doing the self checkouot.
Always great prices. I use the app all the time no matter what location Im at. Helps with finding the right product at the right stores. Although stores need to update what they have so we dont get there or go to buy an item they said was in stock when its not on the floor for the customer.
The add to self check out lines is a plus, but usually a crowd of people with not enough cashiers to ring up orders. Guess walmart has made to much money, thats why they only get four stars.

I had ran over something in the road and had a flat tire . The Tire Department was few minutes before closing. The lady that was working found 2 matching tires in stock to fit my car and got them installed. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Thank you so much Wal Mart Tire Department.

Shopping in the store was fine but coming through the parking lot was slow and at times congested, the lot is too close to the store and too many people walking to the entrance of the store and waiting for them was a night mare. Very congested at times. For a supercenter its somewhat small.

I have been treated horribly and not to mention every time I use this online pick up service of theirs I watch cars that come after me leave before me. I usually wait at 15 minutes for them to get to me and I dont order alot most times. I only use the service due amazon not being available the same day. I wish Amazon would start up a grocery store in the city

You can get just about anything and the prices are pretty good. The one over by our house on Victory Dr does not have the best selection but I live on the south side of Columbus. They wont even deliver pizza to my house.

This Walmart feels sketchy AF. I try to not stop at this location when in town, especially after dark as I usually get accosted in the parking for change.For some reason, this location doesnt seem to carry as much as other stores and when I do stop, they tend to not even have what I went in for.

Very busy store but staff was very nice and approachable. The parking lot is another story! Very dangerous design with the parking lines for lanes being straight instead of a slanted. People driving will not yield to you backing up so its awful pulling in or out. This is a perfect situation for road rage.
They always have a great selection of whatever I need. They always have the shelves restocked. Quick and easy self checkout make it a good experience.
A stop at Walmart was needed for items for breakfast and a few other things that were needed. We found everything we needed and were back on our way. The store was clean and fairly well stocked for such a busy day with Christmas right around the corner. Walmart associates were helpful and very nice.

Sisad a 1pm appointment scheduled online for 4 tires to be installed. Get to Wal-Mart and they said they no longer have appoints, it is first come, first serve and there were 5 cars ahead of me and they can only do 2 cars at a time. Get there today at 10:15 am. They cant find the 4 new tires I ordered 5 days earlier but advertised tires will only take 24 to 48 hours to be received at this store on Victory Drive. They finally find the tires but now its going to be 3 hours before they get to me!!! Yep, while searching for my new tires, they allowed others to go before me! Last time I will buy tires at Wal-Mart! I should have gone to Goodyear since I bought Goodyear tires. Customer service at this Wal-Mart is terrible.

Not on the best side of town, There was a lot of shady characters in the parking lot begging for money. But I did see a couple of cop cars there also. Just be careful when you get out of your vehicle especially if its after dark, check your surroundings and stay smart.
This location is very convenient. Usually very clean and associates are helpful. My problem is not being able to find prices on items I want to or need to buy. Thats important when you are in a hurry and dont have time to find an associate or one of the few scanners hanging on the wall. Several times I left without what I needed.
My experience with the Auto Care Manager Eddie was great ! He made me feel valued. He heard me out and made a fair and sound decision,on my issue.

This store wont honor their return policy. Even having shown the online policy for television returns, Matthew, the manager, would not honor our return. Product was undamaged. Luckily, we are traveling back to the midwest today. Our lake house is only an hour away from the home of Walmart, Bentonville, Arkansas. Being midwesterners, we have never had such a terrible experience at Walmart. I believe a store evaluation is in order! This is not how Walmart typically does business.
Good place to shop but have made to many changes getting rid of to many items that I used to buy there never has lysol wipes and continually allowing tons of people in with no face covering on and people are wondering why were continuing to contract the COVID-19 virus and Ive seen this in numerous Walmart stores including the grocery stores as well for Walmart come in force the rules protect one another!!!!!!!!!!!

The employees treat the store as if it is a club instead of a shopping establishment. They never have anything in stock when the mobile app says they do and this is before the COVID-19 as well.

Ms. Porscha is always so friendly when I come in. The service desk could use a friendly class. But Ms. Porscha demonstrates great customer service. It was kinda hard to tell she was the store manager because she was working just as hard as some of her employees. She is leading by example and I admire that about her.

Decent Walmart that is close to my house! The store can be busy at times but that’s natural with any store. Everything is usually well stocked and the store is well maintained. Only issue I have is the employees. Seems like none of them want to do their jobs. Whenever I’m there I feel like I’m in their way and I’m the nuisance.

They honestly deserve less than one star but that’s not an option. Terrible front door service they stand at the front door 10 minutes early and start directing people away telling them they’re closed. Not everyone has the luxury of getting off before 8:30 and when they do manage to get there 10 minutes to the least you could is not insult their intelligence by telling them it’s 8:30 and you don’t know what clock I have but yours saids 8:30.
I have had great customers service here, everyone is doing there jobs. People complain about staff not finding there phone and coffee not made in the gas station made when it is10 minutes to closing time. People this is a great store , stop complaining. Customers are not always right but can be drink and a a__hole sometimes. These people will always complain no matter where they go.
Buyers beware of shop to store pickup!! You get an email stating the order is ready. Then when you arrive you have to sign in which is suppose to make things go faster. BE PREPARED TO WAIT!! It took me over 15 mins just to pick up one item. If you ask one of the associates a question they are indifferent. Very few times there is an associate who is actually friendly and professional.
Theyre remodeling right now so they have like 25 self checkouts, so theres effectively no line. Still theyre switching where alot of things are so 4 stars ig

Im really starting to hate Walmart, and all these self checkout registers. Its always something everytime I go. Id rather order online instead of go to the store. Maybe one day Walmart will get it rite, and figure out the problems.

I cant believe just how quickly my orders have been coming in very happy with Walmarts home delivery
Its convenient because I live about 25 minutes out of Columbus, but they are always out of the things I need. One minute they carry a certain item and then they dont have it anymore, so I still have to drive another 10 to 15 minutes to get to another Walmart. So I will give then 2 and a half stars.
I rarely go to this one but just left tried to get some colognes out of the locked door looked around for somebody couldnt find anyone went to a female employee at the self checkout area she called for assistance twice waited 13 minutes nobody comes so I go all the way down by produce to the other checkout spoke to an employee over there she called and actually spoke with the manager to let them know i been waiting she pointed to where they are walking and I went back to the cologne section in aisle F22 i think it was the manager and another staff member walked back towards electronics and never came to assist me idk where the manager went and the other employee walked back up front by customer service yall got plenty of staff by the cashiers and produce but nobody by the garden, animal supplies, cologne and fragrance.
Not a bad place for a few quick supplies. Store is relatively clean and the few staff they have are friendly. However, this Walmart is poorly stocked. Chances are they wont have all the items you need. If youre looking for a specific item it will take you a while to find an available staff member for help. Only to have them tell you its not in stock. I would recommend only using this Walmart as a convenient store. The Walmart next to Sams club is more likely to have all your shopping needs.

If you are gonna make up ring uo and bag our own groceries at least bring back the.thicker plastic bags!!
Man, I love a good parking lot rattled with homeless people asking me for pizza money. Aside from the classy residents of Columbus, Georgia the employees and inside if the store were rather convenient and helpful.
The staff is very accommodating. I need a riding cart and when there is not one at the door I go in the staff will see can that find one. Also I had some heavy items, a staff member went to the car and put the items in my car. They are wonderful.
Been coming here since they opened. Most of the time we always do self check out and maybe 10 mins ago we in line to do check out. The employee gonna come to us and say its 20 items or less for self check out. I was gonna address the problem but my husband said lets just go to a register and we waited for 10 mins in line when I know for a fact that theres no limit..New update 9/29/20.I placed a. Express delivery order yesterday never receive my order called for 4 hours yesterday and im back at it again. The store hangs up on the agents and me also the manager never called me back. I paid monthly for unlimited delivery but dont never get it..and now they want to tell me its 3-5 days before i get my refund..ok so thats tell me my kids have to wait tell then to eat. Nobody doing anything at Walmart stores or office. Im putting a end to this cause its there job to contact a customer i shouldnt have to talk to 5 different agents from Walmart company. Hell im lucky if the stote answer the phone

Brought a ring from Walmart and they told me they did did not do sizing of the Ring so I went to another Walmart on Airport three-way and they said they do do sizing of the rain

They have updated self-checkouts! The way they are set up is so neat! I love it!
My buggy got taken away and nobody cared. Went home without groceries. My buggy was full and the associates were not helpful at all. Two of them even laughed at me. I told an associate that they must have seen my buggy standing only a few feet away and they saw me putting it there while I needed to get something I forgot. Bad place to shop if you need assistance. Better not to ask associates because they dont care and are not knowledgeable where products are.
Very conveniently located with plenty of parking eventhough it may be near capacity at times. Plenty of products to choose from. Thanks-much Walmart!! 😊😊
Every time I go to Walmart on Victory Drive it is an unpleasant experience. I was overcharged for item by $31 and I asked for a courtesy $5 gift card or something and he immediately said no but I thought it was justified. Employees are extremely incompetent when asked questions and you have to force them to help you find an item.
Organized and friendly and helpful employees
I wont be returning here. The only reason I came to this store was to pick up a Christmas gift that was unavailable within a 30 mile radius of me. Almost everyone had a attitude. I waited forever to get my item. When the person finally came up, he helped the people that had just walked up after I had been there for 15 minutes waiting. There was at least 15 other workers in the area including managers. No one stopped to ask anyone in the overcrowded area if they needed help. I will not be returning to this location.
There are never any cashiers or knowledgeable associated working. They dont put my groceries in the bags like they are paid to do. The employees are always on cell phones and fail to greet anyone coming in. All around very bad experience.
Convenient location. Out of all the Wak-Marts in town this is where we can find most of the products we buy. That being said, restocking, particularly healthy or less purchased items, does not happen regularly. The store was much more organized and presentable when it first opened. Overall, good for what it is.
Every time I pace an order for delivery my fruits are always not ripe they need to train their order pickers better
I showed up this morning to be told I had to wear a mask. So I complied. As I walked up they allowed a young man in not wearing a shirt. What kind of double standard do they have where its mandatory to wear a mask but allow people to come in, breaking different rules. Everyone has been brainwashed into being scared of a virus that is less lethal than the flu. Wake up and think for yourselves with facts.
This Walmart is provably the best Walmart in Columbus. They have an awesome selection, its well stocked, the staff if very friendly and outgoing. I plan on returning to this Walmart to do my shopping the only personal downside is it is kinda of out of the way from where I live. Id rather drive out of the way, and get everything on my list, and have a good shopping experience though so its worth the extra drive time.
Lady working the self checkout was nice. The self checkout was having problems that they attributed to the weather. There were several trash cans around the store collecting rain water. Other than that the store was clean.
There are 3 registered open and at least 30 people in line. Everyone has full buggy of stuff. I can not believe it has 5 stars. They make plenty of money on the south side of Columbus. Worst customer service ever!!
This place looks pretty run down from the outside. Its a fairly large store inside and, for the most part, staff is helpful.
The shelves werent stocked. And Navy Federal credit union was closed as well as the atm. One of the main reasons I went there. Some of the workers were rude and I just dont have time for rudeness.
I dont like the new hours nor do I care for the way they are turning all the checkouts into self checkout..and it seems when you try to use the money s l canter or auto Er service desk the staff is rude....also I dot like the fact that I cant try on the clothes but also cannot return the ones I do buy even though they are to big
Clean and friendly service by all employees. Better than the Walmart over in my county, Calvert. Would use the store more if I lived closer. Prompt,clean,friendly, and quick in n out.
I gave it 2 stars because the staff was somewhat helpful, but definitely friendly. However, I pulled a blocked of seriously molded cheese out the refrigerator and when I showed it to a staff member he actually asked me if I wanted a price check on it. Are you serious? No, I dont want a price check. Their shelves are a mess, on one aisle, there was actually mixed chemicals spilled on the shelves that no one bothered to clean up. It is very obvious that the store employees nor the store manager take any pride in this Wal-Mart. A very serious shame since they have some really nice employees. (Except for the one that cant see large areas of mold)
The store is pretty clean and the goods selection is on par with most other Wal-Mart super centers. However, I was at the jewelry center for 20 minutes when numerous staff walked by and did not acknowledge me at all. One in particular I called out to and she turned her head away from me and acted like she didnt see me. I stood there and called the store from my cell twice before they finally called over the intercom to have an associate come help me. When she finally showed up she acted like it was more of a bother than anything.

The store itself is fine.some of the employees need to learn how to speak to customers.They talk to the customers like they are animals.I call for something they kept me on hold for 30 monutes.i end up having to drive to the store myself..by the way I call 3 times that day..the employees runs the customers away.it has been several times that I have left the store and went shopping else where because of the employees there...

One stop shop for everything the household needs. Not my first destination, but Walmart does usually offer a cheap price and quick checkout.The associates at this store were just right; no one bothered me while I shopped and I was able to get what I wanted without interference.
Smallest Walmart Ive ever visited but had all the essentials from lawn, automotive, health, groceries and sporting goods.
I came to Walmart with only just a little bit of money about $50 to spend and I picked up a wallet and saw it had cash in it I proceeded and taking the front deskby me being honest I was blessed in the end for my meat to be paid for and that was more than the $20 that was in the wallet the lady in the line behind me said she would pay for my meat God bless the workers at Walmart
By far the worst Walmart I have been to in Columbus. Makeup items were open, and unorganized. It looked unwelcoming, however, the Male employee at the front door was very pleasant. I just purchased a new designer wallet and the sensor was left in one of the pockets. My sensor did set off the machine. He was very polite.Back to Walmart.This established reminders me of the the broken window theory!!!! Fix it!! All Walmarts should look the same and establish the same type of shopping environment.

It is a large Wal-Mart. Gas prices was very good. Found everything we needed.
This Walmart is never fully stocked!! I End up having to go to another Walmart to get what I need. And just like any other Walmart, they have all these lines but no cashiers. Half of the self checkout computers don’t work or run slow. I’m starting to hate going to Walmart!!
Its well known by now that Walmart superstores have a variety of foods and household items that many people think are needed for their home.
I would recommend anyone to step inside Walmart on Victory Drive they have everything you need from fishing supplies to what you might need for your baby may also have a pharmacy there so if you need a prescription filled from your doctors office they got you and if you cant find something just ask someone and they will help you its a good store and they have good employees there too
I went there today to get and all in one printer. Found the exact one I needed on display but there were none available. I even asked an associate and she was no help. If you are out of stock on an item is it too much to put up a sign saying out of stock?
Busy but one of the best Wal-mart i have been to.
Store is great only problem i have is the greeters outside who does nothing but stand are more concerned with how many times or who visits alot rather than be happy money is coming in the store so they can continue to have a job and work other than that it nice store and staff on inside is friendly and speaks to me when i walk by.
A pretty good Wal-Mart.The usual variety.The usual service one would expect, although the the quality of customer service varies according to the particular associate, as Wal-Marts call their employees.The last few times I shopped there, there were Long Lines of frustrated customers fidgeting and complaining about the lack of open registers.Several checkout areas but only One or Two in Service!!Quite an inconvenience for busy people who have other pressing business to tend to rather than languishing in a long and Slow Moving checkout line!!Otherwise the typical Wal-Mart shopping experience Wal-Mart shoppers have come to expect.This particular store closes at midnight though, for some undisclosed reason.Perhaps because its located in a problem area??

2022-05-01Am new in town, but during my visits have found a good portion of what I was looking for. Prices appear to be fair for the quality of the products Ive purchased. Have problems finding attractive colors and styles of mens clothing,but I just have to keep returning until I find something.

2022-06-12There is always more than one price posted on the shelves for the same item. Did the item price go up or down?Not everybody can shop between 7am and 7pm. If you need assistance after 7pm or want to try on cloths. Not gonna happen.Produce dept runs out of bags a lot. I could go on but what is the point. Too many employees on their phones or nowhere to be seen.

2022-04-10Store was well stocked for Easter. Almost getting back to normal. Except for the grocery pick up. I will never understand why you folks put food items in with non food.. as in chemicals. Can anyone there explain that to me???

2022-05-25Really needs knowledgeable workers and visible supervisors and add popcorn shrimp to get me back to the deli. Walmart just needs to get back to the way they were back in the nineties and earlier. Better customer service, better trained employees.

2021-11-16A lot more organized than some of the other department stores in this area. More of the needed holiday items in stock in the month of November. Always busy. Try shopping before 10am or after 8pm for faster service. Bargains are usually on the end caps. Hard to get assistance in the electronic department before 8am. Otherwise, most employees will usually help when asked.

2022-04-06My experience at Walmart has been nice hospitality to do with the employees when you ask him Sunday help you find what you looking for Ill give you a good directions to find it everything is pretty easy would be nice to have all everything you need on the shelf but I do understand of the situation that we live in but other than that and plus the products clothing is much better but other than all everything look nice in Walmart super Walmart and I still be continuing to go there thank you

2022-05-10Very slow not enough lanes open in store, self checkout service is faster than the Cashiers. They need to use self checkouts for larger orders and cashiers for 20 to 30 items only. This would keep the crowding of the isles down.
