Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
I frequent this Walmart quite often. The only bad thing Ive had to say about it so far is that their computers and credit card machines are out of order quite often. Today on the other hand, forced me to write this review. I love to stop by the fish tanks and check them out. What I saw today was disgusting and I left the store with a pit in my stomach. One of the tanks had about 30 fish in just the one 10 gallon tank. Way too many. They dont even have room to swim around. Once I got a closer look, I noticed every single fish had white fuzzy spots. I bought a black Moore from them a few weeks ago and two days after I brought my fish home, he had the same spots and I had to treat him for 10 days to get rid of it. Now I know it came from Walmart and not from my own maintenance. What I saw today, you can compare going to a puppy store and all the dogs having mange. It is so sad that they let these fish suffer the way they do. One Moore was even missing chunks of his flesh! This needs to be brought to a corporate level so that it can be handled. No living creature should have to live that way. I went to customer service and asked to speak to a manager. I showed the woman pictures I took and told her the fish are sick. Her response was Im not an expert but we are taking care of it. Shame on you Walmart! I will make sure this is brought to the attention of the higher ups!
It was awesome the store clean the shelf were fully stock each dept was fully stocked an the auto department was right on top of things as well as the employee were very helpful an courteous I feel the Walmarts in my area need to learn from that store to tell the truth I had rather drive further than even go in the stored in my area.
About the cleanest Walmart youll find. And it has to be a concept store, because you wont find the checkout experience at any other Walmart. It makes a difference with the employees because every time Ive been here, the employees at checkout are courteous, friendly and welcoming.
Starting to hate Walmart! Went to one Walmart close to where I live for a specific item. Wasn’t in stock, the closest store with this item available was this one. I had the store call to make sure that the item was available there before driving there and was told it was. Drove all the way there to be told that they will not sell me the item because they’re holding on to it for Black Friday, but I can purchase the same item online and pick it up at that same store because it was in stock there. Makes no sense! After purchasing it online was told I had to wait 3 hours before they can give me the product. Absolutely ridiculous! Just canceled my order, It’s hard to support a store that makes it this difficult to shop.
Been well over a year since my last visit to this location. Going inside was really something else. The whole redesign of the store is really something. And the new self check out throughout the getting end(Im guess cause of covid, zero contact), theres only 4 regular registers, with actually people checking you out. Wow is All I have to say. The new layout, change is good, I guess. Still, I miss the old look and feel off my Walmart from yester year. But, COVID-19 changed allot of businesses. Including this..
I have never shopped the grocery section of this Walmart, so I cannot speak to that.As far as Walmarts go, this one is pretty all right. The shelves are generally stocked pretty full. I can typically find someone to help. ( Take into account this is Walmart, services not their specialty.) Very few full-service checkout lanes at this location. That was one thing I noticed right away.Well this location can get busy, Its worth the drive out to avoid the disaster that is the marketplace boulevard Walmart.
Im only giving 3 stars because this specific store is ALWAYS out of products I come in for. Their online order shopping staff pay NO MIND to other customers in the isles when Im there trying to navigate through the store myself. Maybe if they werent wearing ear buds listening to music they would be paying more attention to their surroundings instead of the task at hand alone. The shoes and jewelry department staff are always smiling, friendly and willing to help ring me up as well as inquiring if Im finding everything alright. Stores always clean and the manager Natalie is the best with Mark downs!!Overall its usually a good shopping experience ☺
Customer service is garbage here. Beth, the customer service associate, was so foul-mannered and completely inept, and refused to give me a refund on perennials (even with my receipts in hand), claiming that there is no refund on perennials, only trees. She was either lying, or she was sorely mistaking. Thats ok, though; I called corporate, and they resolved the problem for me. Note to the associates and managers at this location: being miserable and hateful only hurts yourself.
Don’t get tires installed here, unless you want to have your rims damaged! Then, when they file a claim, you’re stuck having to wait for them to get back to you and chase after them to get any answers! 1 week later and I have ZERO answers as to next steps of what they’re going to do to rectify the situation. I’ve had issues with other tire shops in the past and they handled the issue quickly.
Very disappointed with pick up service. Has been slow the last couple of weeks but nothing like today. My order was ready at 1:45pm and I was there to pick it up at 3:10pm, by 3:55pm I still did not have my groceries. A worker came out to tell me that the wifi was out and they didnt have enough staff. This excuse has been used several times in the past two weeks. Needless to say I had to cancel my order and I went to Publix.
I was at Walmart on Browns Bridge Rd. yesterday around 1:45 to 2:30 PM. It was very pleasant because the store was not crowded at all and that is my favorite time to shop. I quickly shopped my list and walked to an empty check out counter. I was checked out immediately, paid for my items and left in short order. The cashier was very friendly flashing an engaging smile at me while making sure that I had found everything I needed. I left and after securing a ride, I was taken home. It was a very nice trip, but what follows at an earlier, different time blew me away and I must share it.A week ago, I was shopping at this exact Walmart. I had a much longer list because I had put off getting food items until some desperately needed money was scheduled to hit my bank account. I finished shopping and filling my cart with a long list of items I headed for check out. I got my total and inserted my debit card into the payment dock. Then my stomach sank because unbelievably my card declined the payment. I was wide eyed and panicking because a thousand dollars was supposed to hit my account early that morning. I couldnt believe this was happening. That money was scheduled to be there, I was looking at a bill of 136.00 dollars with, apparently, no way to pay. Trying to think through my panic and embarrassment, I tried to run it again...it was a no go. I apologized over and over saying I had to step away and check my balance. By this time there were people behind me who I was holding up. I just kept apologizing while I checked my account through my mobile app. I was looking unbelievably at my account with a 10 dollar balance. I closed the app and while fighting tears was about to tell the cashier that everything had to be put back when the woman was right in front of me with my receipt in her hand saying the young man in line behind my special needs little brother and I had paid for our food. I stood, looking at him and trying to wrap my head around what he had just done. Looking from my receipt to the young man, I said 136.00 dollars was alot of money, could I have his number or address. He shook his head no and said its just money. I couldnt shake his hand or give him a hug ...vivid. I just was shaking my head trying to explain to my little brother what that man had just done for us. I asked for his name and said thank you very much David. Then slowly walked to the exit...incredulous. Our Heavenly Father sent an Angel to help us that day...his name was David.
This location isnt very good. The only thing good about it, is their card selection, its pretty good not gonna lie. But! For some reason it just seems dark here. Like they didnt really put much effort in making sure the place is well lit. I mean I can see everything just fine, its just that if it were brighter Id really enjoy this place a whole lot more.
Store was noticeably cleaner than most other locations Ive visited. Checkout was nice & speedy ...Glitch is why in the world do they force you to enter AND exit through the same door? With three different doors during mid-afternoon hours? Seems totally backwards when it comes to dealing with pandemic cross contamination issues.
This store is an absolute disgrace. Management are nothing but big headed bigets. They do not care about customers. Nor employees. I was racially, emotionally and mentally abused here. I will never wish the pain and suffering I felt from this store on anyone. And I am so glad the good ones got out when they could.
This is the best Walmart around. There is another Walmart closer to my house, but it is worth the extra miles to visit this store instead. Its really clean and organized. The best thing about this one is definitely the people. They are always helpful and smiling. And theyre always happy to do whatever they can do to help you...certainly not the typical experience at other Walmarts. Maybe its just better0 management, but whatever the case, this store is worth visiting over any others in the vicinity.
Walmart has failed me 3 visits in a row .i wish i didnt have to shop there at all ! Tried pickup service order screwed up was promised a gift card by manager never recieved did a return from Walmart.com at store on 3-17-21 went yesterday to find out why i havent gotten refund & was told items hadnt been returned they were still at store never processed! Asked for a call back from manager w no Response!
It is wonderful! My only complaint is that i leave there spending 10 times as much as my original reason for going! That is on me and for good reason.I will stretch it and say that i shop on Amazon daily. So, to to these prices and products for so much less (same or better quality).I last went for a bathing suit with my kids and we left with a bundled cart full of stuff we needed!Enjoy!:-)
This Walmart Supercenter is excellent. It always has a lot of items and I was especially happy that it still had a lot of groceries, even though it was very busy because it was a holiday weekend. It is always clean. Sometimes the wait in lines can be a little bit long, but the prices are wonderful and they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, groceries, housewares and all other Walmart items.
Worst attitudes no one says hello, the employees will look at you then look away like they dont see you. I was taught to greet your customers, I think they think that they forget that the customer pays their wages, this is what happened to Kmart. All the positive post must be friends because they will walk in front of you and make you stop not say anything
Quit hiring old white ladies just because they can’t get a job anywhere else. Majority of them have no customer service skills and suck at it. Two times now I’ve dealt with rude experiences from the old ladies. Will drive to exit 14 going forward because of people like old Katherine!!
I looked at every Wal-Mart in my area for a bike and all were sold out except this location miles north. I called and was connected to Ms. Traci Kelly in the Toys and Bike area. She went above and beyond her duties in helping me locate the perfect bike. Thanks for hiring such a great employee.
Tire shop decided to come back from the lunch break about a half hour late without telling anyone and then took an hour to put on two tires after she told me it would be 30 minutes. Then when I went to pay the guy at the register, an old white dude, was as rude as anyone has ever been to me before. He literally said if you dont want to shop here dont come back and we dont care how long it took you.You got it.
This Walmart is consistently out of products I buy regularly(especially Yoplait m&m yogurts). I almost always have to go to another location to get everything I need. I buy about 6 yogurts per week for lunches. I was there today for the 3rd day in a row and each day I asked someone if they have the yogurts in back and they usually say it has been ordered and will arrive in the next couple of days. One lady told me they had a lot of boxes to unpack but if they have any they will put them on the shelf. I returned the next day - still no yogurts. I thought it would be convenient to have a Walmart so close to home but I have to go to another store to finish my grocery list.
This is the best Walmart I’ve ever been to! It’s clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. When we moved here and saw the Walmart just outside our new neighborhood I was like meh because I don’t ever shop at Walmart. Who wants to?! I’d always go to Kroger or Target at our old house. But this one is great!
Walmart is one of those places you either enjoy or dread to go but honestly you will find most items you need at Walmart. On this trip I was searching the many reviews (on a well know online site) for a camp stove. I wanted compact, fuel available, and easy to use. I decided to stop in at Walmart on my way home and they had the camp stove I was looking at, cost less than the online store, and they carried the fuel in stock. This Walmart also has a small RV section in the store. Since I boycott Camping Wold (check out my review) and online is not always as fast as I need in a pinch, I am excited to know that Walmart has my back.
The place was lovely but the employees, for my case, seemed pretty biased. They seem to only be friendly to white customers but not to colored customers. I noticed their change of attitude towards colored customers after their interaction with their white customers. I also overheard their remarks towards me. I don’t know whether they were having a bad day but I hope this won’t happen next time to me or others.
Really happy with this store so far!! It being so close to home, is like a gift and a curse.. lol The ladies at customer service are always very nice. Everything is usually very well stocked except on Sunday evenings after the weekend craziness. My only complaint would be the wait at the deli counter, its hard to just run in there real quick and get meat.
I had to load a prepaid card at customer service. Brandy and Emma were great! They were super helpful and patient! The manager Lola made me feel uncomfortable like i was being judged. She had an attitude. She made it seem like she had better things to do. I do love this walmart though! Maybe she was just having a bad day!
I love having this newer Walmart so close to my home! I just had to return several items that were not needed for a class party. Brandy, the only person visibly working in the customer service department, was quick and efficient. She had a bright, welcoming smile on her face and made an otherwise unpleasant chore, pleasant.
This Walmart is normal very clean and timely with customersI understand with the holidays being here that they may not be as quick to help. The amount of time it took for an employee to get to the jewelry was extremely long and once an employee shower up they then didnt have keys and had to find a manager. Which no ever showed back up after 20 mins of waiting. Left without purchasing a ring.
I choose to go to this Walmart because of it’s convenient location right off 400, it’s bigger, less crowded, and more organized then the other location off of Marketplace. The staff is friendly as well. However, I’m not sure if this location has a lot of crime but I have been treated unusual twice now. First time I was stopped and asked to see my receipt before leaving, I let that go since they do that at Costco also. But the second time the cashier literally hovered over my shoulder the entire time in self checkout while I scanned my coupons and until I paid. This has never happened to me ever at any grocery stores self checkout, which I always use . I live a quite comfortable life and don’t feel the need to steal but thanks anyways.
It was a mess. There were clusters of employees just standing around chit chatting and gossiping to each other. ( mainly younger teen looking) You ask for help and they say they cant help you. I check out and the cashier didnt sanitize between customers like your supposed to. The back to school supplies area was a hot mess. But looked like they are sending someone to pick it up.
I couldnt find items I normally buy and prices have gone up, no cashiers working checkouts , only had self checkout open so I left my buggy sitting at the line and left . I hope others do the same and Im going to shop else where because they have cashiers n baggers which is ok for paying higher prices
I prefer to come to this wal-mart than exit 14. With it being newer it is cleaner. I have been morning, afternoon, and nights and there is never a crowd! There are not many checkout lanes with cashiers, a lot more self checkout. There is more staff available to help. If you are doing a pickup order there is a waiting area with comfy chairs.
OH My, this new Walmart is pretty cool! Im mainly impressed with the fact that they have a good selection of black hair care products...YES, I said that!! Who would have guessed that in Cumming of all places? The staff have been very helpful so far, and I like that its still so nice and clean. Lets hope it stays this way!
Ugh Wal-Mart. I dont know if I have my expectations too high or what. I needed something on the top shelf and asked an associate if she could help me and she said no, Im sorry didnt even offer to call someone else. THEN asked where kids socks were from another associate in shoes and she says I dont know, Im new here, this isnt my store THEN asked another associate stocking the international food section if he could help me find tahini and the same answer I dont know what that is and Im new here. HEY WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE 101....IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT OR WHERE SOMETHING IS YOU SAY I DONT KNOW BUT LET ME ASK SOMEONE FOR YOU IS IT REALLY THAT HARD???????
Most of this review is directly related to one particular employee at this location. Associate’s name is Tiffany and she works in the pickup section (where you get merchandise you’ve ordered online). I had two separate online orders to pick up. One that I received an email for saying it was ready for pickup and another order, the most important order, that was apparently delayed. Tiffany promptly got me the order that was ready and told me she couldn’t see the other order yet, as it hadn’t come through, but told me she’d keep refreshing her system in hopes that it would pop up shortly. I told her I was going to get a few things and that I would just cancel the order if it wasn’t ready by the time I was done shopping (I went to an out of the way location for this order, because it was the closest location that had the item I purchased in stock. Didn’t want to drive all the way back for the order). Tiffany came and found me, while I was shopping, to let me know the order came through and it would be ready in 20 minutes. She informed me before I had even received an email stating the order was ready for pickup. Plan was to head back to the pickup section in 20 minutes to get the order but she ended up finding me again, about 10-15 minutes later, on the opposite side of the store, with my order in hand. Checked my ID right there in the aisle, I signed for it, and off I went. She went above and beyond. Not that this matters much, with a mega store like Walmart, but I would have canceled an order worth a couple hundred dollars if it wasn’t for Tiffany tracking me down. She didn’t have to do that. On top of her going out of her way, she was also friendly and professional. I don’t know what position she holds but hoping she’s in some kind of managerial role. I’d venture to say that typically 80-85% of the Walmart employees I encounter, at any location, are unpleasant and unprofessional. Thank you Tiffany for going above and beyond! Also, just to note, this was my first time visiting this location. It was very clean and orderly. It’s a little bit of a drive from my house, and there is another Walmart 2 miles away from my home, but I don’t mind driving a little out of the way for a clean store with excellent customer service. Only one negative, but not enough to remove a star, is that I tried calling the store numerous times before I went there and no one answered the phone.
Still out of a lot of items on the shelves and the store aisles are crowded with holiday sales items on giant pallets restricting walk space and forcing closer proximity interactions with other customers. Masks wearing is not being enforced in the store or at the doors.
Well the place is fine structurally and the employees, if not attentive, are easy to track down if not very knowledgeable about how any of the products work but that is because they have probably just been stuck there and thats not the usual area they work in. The exception to this rule is a very knowledgeable man in the tech departmentif youre lucky enough to run into a guy with short red hair then thats who should ask for video game advice
Very friendly Wal-Mart employees which really stands out among the other Wal-Marts. The store is always clean which is important to me. I wish they would restock shelves for those who have to shop for groceries in the evening. I usually leave without several items that I needed and end up shopping elsewhere.
Always low on or out of stock for items Im shopping for.Beware of the store pickers assembling orders for curbside pickup; They will run you over and do not care if theyre in your way.. Walmart has clearly decided that these employees and people that are too lazy to come inside take priority over actual shoppers in their stores....other than that, the place is swell.
Pricing was fine. Service sucked with a capital S. I told the gentleman at the checkout counter in automotive that I just recently had back surgery and I needed 3 auto batteries. I had no help getting them in a cart and then I had to roll them to my car in the parking lot and load them in my car by myself. I will take weeks to recover. Very very pitiful customer service. Will NOT shop at Walmart again. Target you have a new customer. WALMART SUCKS!!!!!!!!!
I frequent Walmart in a regular basis. Sometimes it just browsing and wasting time, others it’s buying groceries, and others getting a oil change. So today it as to get a Oil change, which we all now you have to wait on this, so you do wonder with no plan from one side of the store and back and sometimes all over again. So I was there a little over an hour. So I got a few items all in different areas, so I was all over the store. However I felt like a criminal.... I had I would say atleast 2 Security people watching me at my every corner. It was obvious.Yes that’s there job and I’m all for that, but if you truly feel I’m up to no good, then do something about it instead is stalk me!!!!!Not a good feeling when you know your not doing anything other than passing time waiting on your vehicle.
My husband and I on two occasions asked for a Halloween decoration. Once we told we would be called to purchase as it was on display. Surprise!!!! No call. On the second visit I asked for it and was told we don’t sell our displays..... funny how the others were gone. My response well thanks for it selling it to me...... it must be a gay thing. Good night.
I bought a TV and a special mobile stand at the Walmart Electronics department today and was really pleased. The stand I needed wasnt out on the shelf, but the guy in charge there -- who was obviously quite busy with something else -- dropped what he was doing and went on a hunt in the back to find exactly what I needed. Great customer service and much appreciated!
I am not sure how this supercenter doesnt have 5 star ratings across the board? This Walmart is like...the Ritz Carlton of Walmarts. I have never been to a Walmart quite so well kept...ever. The staff here goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to ask you if you need help (seriously, last visit I had 4...FOUR employees in 30 minutes ask if they could help me with anything. I thought I was in the twilight zone). Their produce is always well stocked...their baby section always has the essentials I need...and if on the rare occasion I cant find something, there is ALWAYS someone within a 30 second radius willing to help me. Heck, last week the credit card machine was down when I was in, so they kept making announcements every 2-3 minutes to ensure shoppers were aware and not inconvenienced. But in addition, they had people stationed at the check outs and up and down aisles making sure we, often distracted shoppers, were aware...in person! There are always people manning the registers (even if its only 2-3) meaning I have the option to check out with a human or use self checkout. Its great. Honestly. The parking lot is well lit. There is a gas station right out front. The cart man is always somehow right behind me as I load the last of my groceries into the car. I feel like this Walmart should be the Walmart poster child. I mean...maybe I am enamored because I moved from an area that housed what was quite possibly the scariest Walmart in America. However...I love it. I was never a Walmart woman...but I am now! Thank you, whoever manages this Walmart, and thank you to all of your employees! You are doing a fantastic job!!!
Its smaller and cleaner, being a new store. This is a company policy, not this store alone, but Walmart has written its own policy that they dont accept government issued identification if it has a PO Box for money wires. A government issued legal ID: state drivers licence or passport. Thanks Wally World. I think this is where the bourgeois go now to be fashionable, still nice.
I had not been in a store since COVID pandemic began and was dreading it when I realized I needed to go grab some last minute things for dinner. I apparently chose a high traffic time because there were so many people in the store. Walmarts are known for not having enough lanes open but kudos to the staff and a manager named Tomas for hopping on a register to help us get in and out as quickly as possible in whats already a stressful time.
We were getting 72 wall paver stones. The garden center guys were extremely helpful. There was a partial pallet with 26 on it, they allowed us to move enough from another pallet to make up to 72. Then the manager loaded the pallet on our truck for us with the forklift. Thanks a lot guys.
I just waited for 10 minutes for service in craft and sewing. Someone seen me and said they would be right back, but never came back. Theres no bell to ring for service and other employees just kept passing me by. There was a person in the clothing department who I tried to ask for help when the Male employee said he would be back to help. She saw me waiting for another five minutes and never offered to call someone. This location just lost a customer. Service was great when they first opened, but it has fallen off quickly.
I made the mistake of getting in line 9. Only 1 customer ahead of me. Surprise, that cashier was retarded & was trying to talk the customer into buying a different note book with his school supplies. For over 20minutes this went on. I finally packed my groceries back into my cart & went to the next cashier that had cashed out 7customers in the meantime. I had over $50 in groceries that were melted or bad by the time I was able to unpack them. Next time I know to leave my things on the counter & not pay for them. Why would any employer let a retarded person incapable of doing anything behind the cashier counter & let people get in line like they could cash out there?
This store could pull a five-star review from my husband and self. But on a few occasions, we have shopped sporting goods and received a nasty, rude attitude from the younger blonde hair lady. She has little to no knowledge of her assigned area, which, isnt the problem at all. She can learn what she lacks. Its the attitude. The attitude she gives because she doesnt have a clue on how to answer any questions, almost like she has some sort of resentment of being asked anything. Maybe she is part of PETA and shouldnt work sporting goods. The first time we thought maybe it was just a bad day but as I said it has been a few occasions. I give the rest of the store and employees five stars. Maybe one of them will read this and share it with Ole Hateful
I dont like that they changed the store hours, when it was first open it was 24/7, which i loved cause I work overnight. I moved about a year ago and just now came back to Cumming, went to walmart at 3am cause I assumed it was the same, but the hours changed? Just be consistent, obviously this store has lost my business.
Ive used maps in Wal-Mart several times now. Its very helpful (when they carry what Im looking for). The only problem I had initially was locating the aisle numbers. They arent very apparent as they are on the end caps and not above them. The aisle numbers also arent always in order.
I had a bag stolen from my cart and when I spoke to Customer Service about it all they were more than welcome to help. In that bag was a Christmas gift for a friend. Thanks to the kind hearts of Customer Service I have a gift to give my friend! They’ve earned a forever customer!
The only reason my family shops there is because Walmart came in and destroyed the local small businesses. They should be ashamed, but they arent. The reason for my low score is that the last time we when in the person the hated working there checked out our groceries, then we were checked again at the door like we were criminals. Discusting new policy Walmart. Are they going to search us next!!!
The store claims my order never arrived at the store for me to pickup, even though I have a FedEx tracking number for it that indicates delivery did occur, including the name of the signer who received it at the store. This was a high demand item, and I can’t help but suspect someone “cancelled” my order because they wanted the item themselves.
I went into this Walmart with my 3 days ago to get a fish. When we decided on a fish there were no one that wanted to help us. I had to walk all the way to the front to get someone paged so we could get the fish. Now let’s jump to day 3. The exact same fish died thank god my son is out of town so i could make it look like he’s still alive by getting him a new one. Didn’t have my receipt so they had to look it up then the manager told me to go back there and get his fish. Again no one will help me. I’m on my way to petsmart. Goldie is going to look fat.
If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst customer service Ive ever had. Asked some girl to help me with something and she flat out told me no it wasnt her job and walked off. Asked another woman to get a manager and the manager couldnt even be bothered to come speak to me. Waited a good twenty minutes before just leaving my cart and everything in it and walked out. Its clear they only hire white trash. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
Clean, stocked, just hate the long lines in the evening when they close the self checkout. When it takes me 3 times as long to go through checkout as it does to pick up a couple items on the way home from work it just drives me to go elsewhere. Now I just walk in and see the self checkout is closed and i dont even bother.
At the end of the day its a Walmart and really what can you say about one Walmart over the other? It is still a newer Walmart however and tends to be more tidy and clean than the one on Market Place. We mainly go here for the convenience in location in relation to our house.
Asked 4 employees if they knew where the packing supplies were not 1 knew then I went to customer service took so long to help 1 person i just left then went to the deli to get some hot food stood there for a while no one came and asked what I needed this place has the single worse customer service i ever had the misfortune to encounter
I was at the self checkout and a nice man was helping me with a pair of jeans on clearance. He couldnt mark them down so he called the Asst Mgr Ake????! Something over her name was long. She walked from the service desk over after making us wait 5 minutes. She walked while texting on her cell phone as slow as she possibly could. Then she wanted to verify the price was $5 not $7.78. I showed her were all the jeans were stacked on clearance. All looking exactly the same with same tags. She took 5 minutes walking that 20ft and 5 minutes walking back to tell me the jeans didnt belong there. I told her thats not my problem. I went to the effort to have my daughter try them on and they were exactly like all the others on clearance and I wanted the price, especially after she had wasted 20 minutes of my time. She was very indifferent, non chalant and with zero sense of urgency. I feel sorry for the man Wilburn who has to deal with a manager like that. I myself can choose to shop elsewhere. I hope the store manager rethinks her decision on Asst MGR because she has absolutely no business being in that position. This was a Tuesday at noon and not very busy. I have always had a pleasant experience in the his store until today
Unfortunately this is probably one of the worst trips to Walmart Ive ever had I was buying a television and you would think I would get some assistance not one salesperson the ones that did try to help me, were not from that department and kept paging someone to that department I carried the TV upfront myself my sister was buying a TV also... & no salesperson would help her either we got to the front they had a problem bringing it up we had to wait for a manager who had a hard time bringing it up and putting the extended warranty on it. The whole night was an absolute joke we spent over an hour waiting for assistance which never came... if the price werent so cheap I would have left the store but I guess it was also cheap service too
This is turning into my favorite supercenter. Dawsonville store still beats it, but there moving up. Cleanliness is an issue. The shelves here are well stocked and organized. FYI, Ill never step foot in the Mansell road store, in Roswell . The employees there are the bottom of the barrel. Trust me.
Close to the house, friendly employees and still clean and new inside. Wish they carried the same levels of merchandise as the Walmart on exit 14. The reason for 4 stars is......I had my oil changed here and when they changed the oil filter they left the old gasket on. Needless to say, I ended up with oil all over my driveway. They credited me for the cost of the oil change and gave me a small bag of kitty litter for the driveway, but this happened due to carelessness, so I wont be trusting them to touch my car again.
I went there looking for a particular item that I had ordered but decided I would just pick it up. Couldnt find it in the department but a very helpful young man came up and looked up the item I was looking for but it was out of stock. but he did help me select another item. He was very helpful and it check out the lady I had was very nice friendly and accommodating.

2021-04-09Wow, really impressed! Usually I run when someone suggests getting cooked food at Walmart. The biggest shock of 2021 this specific locations food is great! Mac and Cheese is the best we have found since moving to GA 2 years ago and my daughter is a mac & cheese lover. Boneless chicken superb: moist & tasty it might be better than publix. Lastly the price for a family meal awesome... Honestly great find.

2022-06-30This is the best Walmart I have ever been to, hands down. The ladies that work the Customer Service and Money Services desk are always so friendly and helpful. This store stays stocked on just about everything unlike other stores I have frequented

2022-02-09It is very frustrating that the items placed on their clearance Isle are very rarely marked down before being put in that aisle they should not be in that aisle at regular price!!! Also please train at least one person in electronics how to operate the photo printing machine And all the wonderful things it is capable of such as adjustments.

2021-12-23Im going to do a rare thing and give a Walmart a five-star review because every time Ive been here which is the number of times everyone has been helpful the place is very efficient its always clean its just a very smooth well-oiled machine and it doesnt feel like some other Walmarts that are just not always the cleanest. They take very good care of the store and if you need some money theyre usually around and theyre on it theyre very happy to help.

2022-01-22Found what I was looking for.. But the Customer Service was HORRIBLE. Theres no reason to have a manager at 6am especially if you cant do exchanges. Being told Sorry cant help you till customer service opens at 7am while wearing a managers tag is kind of sad and makes you a pretty pointless manager. At that point youre just a overpaid employee in my opinion.

2022-02-04I gave them 4 stars cuz the store was very clean but I wanted to give them only 3 stars the reasons are for the fact that they are not keeping or Cant keep items filled in the store there are a lot of things I cant find in the walmart stores anymore. Im finding most of the things I need are in the smaller stores like Walgreens, PetSmart, and Dollar General stores. Or on line. I dont see happy nor helpful people working in Walmart stores. People that work in the Walmart stores are not happy people but thats not their fault. Walmart has always treated their people badly they never do anything positive for their employees the only thing that Walmart does is remind their people they are very replaceable and I let them know youre lucky to be working here now pay us for your uniforms. There is something positive I dont need to walk a mile for just a few things anymore. Ill just go to the smaller stores.

2020-01-13This is a nice walmart. It is pretty new, so it is clean and seems well staffed. They have a full grocery section along with all the other normal departments. The parking lot is nice, clean, and well lit. It is easy enough to get in and out off. There is a fuel center closer to the road. The store is well stocked and it is a nice place to shop.
