The only good thing about them is that they are the only Walmart in the area. Any other Walmart would be at least a 30 to 45 minute drive. The convenience of curbside pick up was once a good thing, but no more. The team at the double Walmart don’t even try, outside of a guy named James. He’s always done excellent work. Good night, they don’t tell your bags, so all of your groceries spilled everywhere.Most of the time, they don’t look for the groceries you request as well as they should. I’m diabetic and can’t have a lot of sugar and if I get bread, it has to be keto bread. Most of the time, keto bread is frozen, but sometimes it is on the Bread aisle. I’ve gotten used to ordering curbside pick up and walking inside for just bread alone. And a lot of times I don’t have the time to pick up what I need from the store, so curbside is the quickest way. Just takes a 5 minute trip to a 10 minute trip because I have to walk inside and grab bread they couldn’t get themselves, or didn’t care enough to get themselves.I used to work at the store, and the service throughout the store overall is so much worse than it used to be. With the rapid decline of this Walmart, I don’t doubt that it will be closed in the next 10 years. The only reason I see it staying open is because it is the only Walmart nearby.
I came right when they were closing because i lost my wallet and the doors were locked. the sweetest man was walking out, just getting off. i asked him how i would find out if someone found it and he said he would go look. he looked even though he was off the clock and came back after looking hard at every place i went. he found it and was so sweet. i am forever grateful. this wallet had EVERYTHING in it and it was also really small and black so it must’ve been hard to find. his name was matthew and he is the best. 11/10 GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!
I went to buy a tv today. I stood in line in electronics to pay and was completely ignored by the clerk and the manager so I went up front and paid for the tv there. The cashier then sent me to customer service to have the security device removed because she did not know how. I waited in line again there. The girl that helped me there was very nice but had nails so long that had a very difficult time removing the device. After asking a couple of other people she was finally able to remove it. So a five minute transaction took about thirty minutes.
Its a Walmart! Much like any other Walmart.I only needed 5 items. There were only 2 cashiers working and the self checkout area had most of the machines out of service(only about 4 working). The store was busy so it took me almost an hour to get done - most of the time spent waiting to checkout.
Not enough help, a lot of times there are 15 people in a line. And in the cash yourself out lane you have a long line there also. Another thing, in those cashout machines lines some take money and some take cards thats another long wait. We spend more time standing and waiting than we do shopping.
Nice and large. Had everything i was looking for. The bathrooms were clean and i love how the family bathroom has a childs size potty for my daughter. Staff was friendly and helpful. I live 30 min. away and would defiantly come back to shop at this one instead of the one in my small town.
Im discouraged at almost every trip and a good 75% of the employees are proof why higher minimum wages are a waste.Google has asked me to update my review...I cant make it better. Walmart has to many employees on any given shift. They are over employed because the employees under work. Groups of employees standing around talking. Large majority of employees act as if the customer is there for them instead of the other way around.I believe that walmart could do an honest assessment of their labor and, over the next 6 months, fire 25% of them. Prices could go down AND profits could go up
I wanted to just buy a phone and transfer my sim card. First said I have to add a line in order to purchase a phone. Then the associate said we have to wait for a wireless agent who was supposed to be there at 11:30. Then she told me to go to another Walmart on Harrison (sp?) Or Gettysburg (I think) I ended up just driving to apple in Atlanta .
Ran to Wal-Mart in search of a pink camo item for a birthday gift. I had hoped to find something in sporting goods. I didnt see anything So I stopped a gentleman that worked there. He didnt work that dept but helped me look and also ask the associate that worked in Sporting goods. I thanked him and continued shopping. A few minutes later the Same gentleman found me and said he found a Cup close to what I was looking for in houseware dept. He was still looking after I had given up on finding anything in pink Camo .....
So I get this gift card in my phone 45.00 from me buying the ins on my phone so I go the cashier the lady that tells you which you scan and go neither the guy as you leave did not have a clue on how I could redeem it they should be taught all aspects of the operation of the store
Over 3/4 of the time its hard to find some assistance.Its like the employees dont no how to stay at their station or/areas.And when you call for some assistance it takes them forever in the day or night to get there.To me and alot of other customers its like alot of the employees are there just to draw a PAYCHECK. They really dont care about their job. Or take pride in there work.But if it was me I would get rid of awhole lot of them and put better employees in their that could make a huge difference. And then it would be a great place to shop at.I sure hope this letter will make a huge impact at Walmart.
Wal-Mart in Dublin ga. I wont be back! I dont know what the problem boils down to....maybe not enough stockers, maybe not enough ordered, maybe supply & demand etc, but whatever it was, it should be corrected asap! The grocery store was out of so many things that I almost left & went somewhere else! But I didnt, & my experience left me nerve-wrecked, deciding on things I would never buy as substitutes & costing me MUCH more than I planned out, & it took me twice as long! Otherwise, The service was very nice & friendly-no issue there. Outcome: I wont be back there for anything! My experience was that bad!
WalMart is almost exclusively self-checkout now. The last time I was there, the lady checking receipts at the exit was a little militant, AND slow.I didnt choose to participate in that nonsense, so I just skipped the exit line and left. I heard her saying sir... SIR!!!! as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.Look. You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. Im not interested in proving that I did your job for you anymore.Signed,All of us
This is the land of miss matched prices. I asked a employee to verify a price of a 1/2 and 1/2 milk item, and was told the item price, but at the register rang up twice as much. Asked for help and all they could do is say that is the right price, would not go back to area to confirm. All they did was take out their phone and tell me what I already see on the register . Asked for manager which never showed up. Sad customer service and only pretend service. This is not the only time this has happened with miss matched prices. Unfortunately this is the only Walmart in the area.
Ive given 2 stars instead of one because the people working in the pharmacy have always been kind and helpful, even when they are crazy busy, and in the last couple weeks, other employees have been a little more friendly and willing to help when I had a question. The shelves have not been fully stocked in the year I have lived here. You have to be very careful when buying food, its often expired. On 2 different occasions (that I know of), a refrigeration unit with chicken in it stopped working. The first time, I informed a nearby employee, and she thanked me, and kept doing what she had been doing. I came back by about 10 minutes later, and she was gone, and people were shopping from the broken unit. The second time, they were pulling the chicken from the shelves and spraying something all over the shelves and the beef (which had discolored patches) that was next to the chicken. The self checkout aisles are often out of order, with long lines at the open registers. The very expired milk in the picture below was for sale. I wish there was a better option in Dublin.*EDIT* Since my original review, Ive come across expired Activia yogurt, and Scar Away ointment that was for sale in September 2021, even though it had expired in August 2021.
This store have very, very poor phone or operator service. After a recorded message as to what area you desire to reach, you can stay on the phone for hours with no one answering. Also the new self service STINKS!!! Shopping for over $50 to $100 worth of items and have to pay the higher cost & struggle to ring & bag it up yourself is a big hassle. I rather pay the cost & go to Piggy Wiggley & have my food not only rung-up, bagged-up but also carried to my car.
Not a very cool place, this is a land of the great unwashed. From your garden variety nutjobs to people who dont know how to walk on the right side of the hall. Did you ever go to kindergarten? Remember when you lined up to go to the bathroom, all in a straight row on one side of the hallway? It was the right side. Yet the great unwashed is insistent on walking on the left side of the hallway. Really my only complaint is that people dont know what side of the aisle to walk down. Walmart you arent a bad place, but the lack of walk etiquette posters hurts me.
Once again the have out done themselves. All the self check-outs take plastic only. 2 registers are open to take cash. WOW! The shelves are not in order. Items are in the wrong place. U go to ring it up and thats not the price on the shelf. Employees have an attitude when you ask for help. The floors are trashy and products have fallen off the shelves and just laying on the floor. Sam Walton would turn over in his grave.
Please change your price labels. Its very upsetting getting to the register and finding out most of the items in your buggy are $1-3 more than the price listed on the label. The majority of people today are living on a budget. You already make us ring up our own stuff, so the least you can do is change the price labels to the right price.
We ordered in the drive-thru. The person waiting on us acted like we were interrupting her day. She said they were out of the drink I ordered so I changed it. She asked us to pull up and shed bring it out in a minute. We did and over 10 minutes went by with no drink. We went back inside to check on it only to be told they forgot all about making it! She made the drink at that point finally, still acting like it was an interruption and didnt seem to care at all about our forgotten drink order. I definitely cant recommend this place and certainly dont go here if youre on a tight schedule.
Its a shame what this store is doing again. All the self check out is with card only . so if you only have cash money prepare for a wait in line. Because they only have 2 or 3 cashier open on a register. And dont forget to bring extra coins because. Walmart is short on change coins as well. Quote the cashier.
Very busy at Walmart and they do not have enough registers open. Took 45 minutes to get ice cream and check out.I drove all the way from Alamo to pick up a Stroller that they said was in stock at the Dublin store. When I got there, they didnt have it. The only one I did Not like was the Only one in stock🙄🙄😤😤
We go to Wal-Mart for convenience. In most cases they have what is needed in stock. Although I cannot help but notice how much Wal-Mart is disconnected from the customers. I do not blame the employees. This seems to be a corporate issue. While in the store the customer finds what they need. The customer checks out their merchandise and bags it, and loads it in their automobile.
DO NOT GET PICTURES PRINTED HERE! I had a large order of pictures printed here. To start there are pictures scattered all over the top of the printer. An employee named Matt went to get my order where he asked for the name on the order and then grabbed stacks of pictures asking if these were mine. Showing me 4 different stacks of pictures before actually showing me my own. Then he hands me the pictures all jumbled up, and turned in every direction. I asked him to check to make sure he gave me ALL my pictures he has an attitude and looks. He then comes back with another stack and asks if these are mine. Low and behold they were. So I tell him to check again because I do not want my pictures going to some stranger and he continues to have an attitude. He then tried to walk away and I then have to ask for a sleeve to put my pictures in so I am not walking around with over 100 loose pictures. Not secure at all, unorganized, and rude experience.
Well, I went and bought 9 bags of mulch. The cashier could not find any one to help me load it. So, she was on her way to help when her supervisor stopped her and would not let her leave her station. The supervisor wouldnt even help. Every one out there was having to load their own trucks that particular day , Sunday. May 2nd at 1:30 p.m. I hope everybody was as honest as myself and just got what they paid for. God dont like ugly.Buy the way , there was a gentleman there that purchased a pallet of bagged gravel. No one could drive the forklift. WOW. !!!!
What ever you do, do not do the store pick up. I had one item that they told me was ready at 8:45. I get to the store and wait 45 minutes for them to bring it out. It was a huge waste of my time.Also do not even think about asking the greeters to do literally anything. I shop there all the time (because I have to) and I haven’t had a greeter say something to me or check my receipt in months. It’s a terrible store, with the worst workers every.
About 20 lanes but only 2 are always open so lines are extremely too long, self scan is barely operable and self checkout only accepts card payments which means if you only have two items and using cash , youd have to wait in the long lines. Too many employees on the floor, not enough on the registers.
They dont seldom run cash registers. They act rude when you ask for help.. no one knows anything... and that person that helps in that particular department is on lunch break! Computer is always down in sporting goods.. and they dont really. Are if they help you.. shopping at Walmart sucks! On the other hand I drive thirty miles to cochran to shop at that Walmart because that store has got it going on!!! And also my biggest gripe is . 90% of the stuff in sporting goods and the clothes section is mispriced or not priced! Alots of the times I leave with nice shoes for three dollars and five dollars but sometimes I think I got 20 dollar shoes that are 30... go figure...
Yesterday at the Hiring Event the interviewers /mgt team really put us at ease. Especially Alonzo. I was petrified before the initial interview but so glad he made this experience & encounter unforgettable!Thanks Walmart team for having such excellent, genuine, down to earth staff!Blessings!!
Was @ this Walmart yesterday. The girl working Self Check was wonderful! The HUSSY @ the door was sooo rude!! Questioned EVERYTHING we bought! I told her, have a great day & she just went umm! This is UNACCEPTABLE for any employee to disrespect a customer! (Visitors to Dublin Walmart)
The worst. Shelves are sparsely stocked. Staff is useless and usually rude. Im not sure who runs this place. Unfortunately its the only place to get a lot of the items you need in a pinch. City of Dublin needs to get off the bench and step up and bring some new businesses...now!
Why is it that clerks are stocking shelves at the busiest time when people are trying to shop? Why cant they stock after the store close? Its hard enough trying to stay 6 feet away from others, but then you have those stocking carts blocking the isles too??!!! Crazy! And customer service is very lacking, almost to the point of being rude,!!
Well U walk around and find Your items and start to ck out and there is 10 -15 custumers wait in the TWO check out lanes open.Then I was informed they were just taking cards at the self ckout.So what I done is just laid the items down and walked out.I will do business where its convenient and that is not Walmart in Dublin,Ga.
I dont know what it is about Walmart these days but they have decided that the consumer should necessarily want items that theyve purchased in the past. Items like Ovaltine chocolate malt has been done away with and thats just one product of many that I can mention. Why the attitude towards the customer only they know but theyre never give the real answer as to why.
This is one of the larger Walmarts that I have done shopping in and it was as pleasurable...all except the parking 😒... the parking was kind of a joke... for a Walmart this size... there should be more parking...the selection was good...it even had flowers out of season... for those who have a significant other that they enjoy buying flowers for... overall... its a pretty good Walmart 👍
To start with it is really funny that ppl at Walmart think they deserve higher pay. When they are rude to the customer that pays their check. And they can’t even get to work on time my job will fire you for being 10mins late . Don’t even think about going to sporting goods you have to twist someone’s arm to get service come on man it’s your JOB!
Can anyone explain to me why you have to have a id to send money Walmart to Walmart? I had one just expired, wasnt trying to pick up money, SEND MONEY,and at Wells Fargo today was told I could not deposit cash in my husbands account,a money order or personal check, come on people, where is the sense in this,? I wasnt trying to take money out,PUT MONEY IN. CAN ANYONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS?
Someone gifted me with a Walmart gift card. So I looked at Walmart online and saw that they had batteries for my drill in stock at my local store. So I printed out the description and went to the store to buy one. The website said that they had the battery available for pick up today in at least three formats (single, double pack,and a battery with charger pack). But when I got to the store I discovered that they had zero batteries for the Hart drill. They didnt even have a spot where they once were (I had seen them in stock weeks earlier). What a waste of time. Why cant they manage any consistancy?
I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. After getting a few items, I needed something from the cosmetic case. No employee could help. Everyone is walking around talking but couldnt be bothered. I waited 45 minutes before leaving all my items and going to a different store. I will shop somewhere else before going back here.
Friendly greeters, one stop center for most daily needs, clean facility, helpful on floor staff, and efficient checkouts, please keep several conventional checkout/cashier aisle open for us senior citizens and ample supply of hand sanitizer at entry/exits. We appreciate the confidence of a Super Walmart Center in the Dublin, Ga. Area.
Always seem to have what my family and I need in stock but I recommend going in to get it yourself rather than using the pickup order because either they dont seem to know where to locate items you order or you order just say 4 tomatoes and they charge you for 4 vines of tomatoes. They tell me theyre out of something and I park and go in and find it right away. Great store but rather go in and shop myself
I have to say that the crew in automotive are on point! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They unfortunately could not do the rotation due to a bad tire. They let me know right away. I ordered new tires and the following week had delivered and put on. I’ve been to many Walmart’s for my vehicles. But, this crew came right away and explained everything and had no problem answering any of my questions! Thank you guys! Y’all are the best! I can’t just point out one person because they all work as a well put together TEAM!
Customer service could be better. Seems like some employees dislike what they do and it shows in their work. Recently visited Dublin store and the young lady in the fabric department seemed disinterested working there as she took her sweet time getting a printer for the fabric cut for my wife. We waited for 10-15 minutes just for her to get a printer for ONE price label to be printed.No promptness or consideration for our time.
I am addicted to Walmart lol. My husband hates to take me everytime he goes because I just want almost everything there. I get my prescription meds here as well and theyre actually pretty quick with refilling and letting me know when my next prescription is ready for pick up. I also love how my mom who lives in colorado can order me food and I can just go by and pick it up. Im not sure if its still that way or not due to covid but its alright because I get benefits now anyway. I love the way security has also bumped up too and its makes me feel safe. I love you Walmart 😻
I am handicapped and can rarely locate a battery-operated buggy and must return home without food and meds. One of the employees told my son that there were quite a few broken buggies in the back and they were under the impression that they wouldnt be repaired/replaced under current management. Quite often shelves are bare but some items remain in their shipping carton in the aisle! Shopping at Wal-Mart is not a pleasant experience in Eastman.
I hate I have to check my self out.. I cant be on my feet theres never a morterized cart alway 3 there not working and the one that does has a short in it come on Wal mart your cheap skates heath and human service should be called we need morterized carts and Im not a fat person we are trying to save my feet so I cant be on them....Do something please
The worst experience ever! I waited an hour for an employee to come with a key to the perfume case. I asked several employees who had the key and no one knew. I asked for a manager, AND no one knew who or where this person was! How can a business run without a manager??? The team there does not care about the customer. Walmart is becoming horrible to shop! What happened to how may I help you? Or even a hello???
Lot of items in wrong places. Employees walk around like theyre just there for a paycheck and act like it kills them to do something you ask them to do. Lot of things with no prices at all. My experience today...asked an employee near paint dept. To get a fan down for me to look at that I couldnt reach and acted like it was the worst thing in the world to ask him to do. Good customer service plays a tremendous part in any business.
I had to go to the Customer Service desk because they over charged me for a curling iron. The sticker said one thing (I went back to verify), but I was charged more. The manager did not know how to correct it, kept yelling across the way to another lady, very unprofessional, on what to do. To me this item should have been free at this point. Neither employee made any effort to go change the product price. Now I’m wondering other items I have been overcharged for :(
Automotive department the girl behind the counter was to busy giving her boyfriend her Walmart discount but the manager I am guessing by his professional and considerate personality was just that, professional and considerate . He got me in and out with bran new tires in less than 30 minutes
Walmart is famous for not having enough cashiers on duty. Nothing has changed except the lady that was checking me out was in training and she had an employee helping her. The lady helping asked if I had the Walmart app on my phone and I said no, she was very friendly and explained how it worked . I really appreciated her involvement and will download the app as soon as possible.
The worst stocked Walmart Ive ever been in. Past couple months I cant find multiple items on my list because of the stocking issue. Some of the same items unstocked for at least a month at a time. Ive come to avoid this Walmart as much as possible. Its declining rapidly.
Holiday shopping can cause shortages on needed items. With that being said. Knowing you need an item and expecting it to be there may lead to disappointment. Small towns often experience this. Walmart needs to remember, even small towns have a *shopping surge* during holidays and they should adjust quantity to accommodate that surge. The store is packed with disappointed customers. They get rude because they are mad the item (s) arent in stock, and this should be corrected.
The associates need to be more friendly they have a lot of attitude like they dont want to be there I used to work for Walmart for 20 years the stores have really went down Mr Walton would really have a fit if he was alive today and see how and what is on his shelves the employees dont take care of the stores like they should anymore Im very disappointed.
The employee at front door was not being safe was having conversation with someone without a mask I tried to exit to the right she told me to exit left but she was chit chaing with someone without a mask I told her than the lady without the mask left. Very on safe practices please keep us safe thank you.
I waited in Electronics one night for assistance and nobody came. Someone was even paged to electronics and no one showedThe store says they close at 12 a.m. I arrived at 11:45 p.m. and the lady was locking the doors saying they were closed. I knew what I wanted and would have been out in 5 min. I guess they dont close at midnight.
I was at the checkout and then some other customers came behind me they was not standing 6 feet away from me, the cashiers didnt ask the other customers to stand 6 feet away from me,the coronavirus is still here. Im very upsett that the checkout lady didnt ask the other customers to stand back 6 feet away from me.
The large Peak Green Tea was not marked. The same size Peak Sweet Tea and Diet Tea were marked at $2.28. I purchased two of the green teas. Each appeared as $20 at the cash register! The cashier did not catch the mistake. She was going to over charge me by $35. I alerted her to the mistake. She said, These new people. She then walked over to the Customer Service counter to correct the mistake. A manager came over to make corrections to the cash register. The tea than appeared as $2.87. I told her that the shelf was marked at $2.28 for similar teas of the same brand. She wouldnt bulge from charging me the larger amount.
There are several people in line waiting. The poor young lady sharing her need to go to the bathroom, a basic need, with 6, I count 6 co workers in view, no one steps into assist. I admire the young lady that took care of herself. My question was were was the supervisor at this time...
First you have to become a Walmart employee for free and checkout your own groceries because its cheaper to have free employees than actually hire more employees. Next you get accosted as you leave. They want to check your receipt then put their hands on your personal items that are no longer the property of Walmart. Yea Walmart maybe cheap but they suck.
Went there and needed to use the facilities. I am physically limited and after walking all the way to the end only to find the door locked and out of order. There were approximately 6 or 7 stalls in the ladies room and of those only 2 were available. And of those 2, only 1 would flush. The door holding the toilet paper rolls fell open on me.The whole store in general was old and unkept.Not a very pleasant visit at this particular store...have shopped here many times when I visit. Worst ever.
I think this is one of the nicest Wal-Marts. Kind of tucked away but once you find it, its worth it! Everyone was friendly, especially the bakery dept! Helped find me a reduced carrot cake, my favorite! Maria? Cant recall right off. We were visiting from Mobile, AL and just loved this store! Dont think we have one that nice! Keep up the great work, guys!!
I dont mind going into Walmart as I can check myself out. The endless waits in neverending lines are history. I do dislike going on nights when they are stocking as most of the employees have their earbuds in and just tell you any aisle when asked where a certain item is. Aisle 4 and aisle 23 are vastly different areas. Other than that, its a decent trip 😯😳
The prices are wonderful and you can find just about anything, you need. However, Wal-Mart is so busy and they arent equipped with enough cashiers to handle all of the traffic. Most of the CS personnel are wonderful, but you may tend to run into a few with horrible attitudes. (Im sure the stress of having minimum help attributes to this.)
Day or night doesnt matter you will always have long lines at check out .And heaven forbid you need some assistance unlocking a glass display for cologne the only employee that has a key must stay in an office downtown by the courthouse because its usually about 20 minutes before they get there.my advise is this, do all your shopping first, grab some subway and a manager and walk to the display case, sit down and eat your lunch. Theyll be there bout the time your done.🤔...mabey.
I was openly stalked from the time i walked in until I literally left the store parking lot by the loss prevention team. While loading my vehicle with the items i purchased i noticed the 2 people staring directly at me even when i looked at them they made no attempt to hide their intentions. I felt very uncomfortable and almost threatened by their actions. I will not return for a while atleast
Over charged on sale items (3 pies) then rerang them at the sale price after I bought it to her attention, but rang up 4, never removed the over ring on all three (18 dollars, over plus extra pie ) then acted like it was my fault, then had to stand in line at customer service for 40 minutes for refund, this is the fourth time for me, I have seen them over ring others deliberately, dubbel scanning scanning items. They must be hard up for money.
Many of the shelves are empty, there is a lack of shelves being stocked full, and the shelves are quite skimpy on some oroducts. On specific merchandise such a tissue, bleach, and some cleaning products, a sign is posted that only one item can be purchased. The parking lot is clean, free of trash being strewn on the grounds surrounding the outer building. The entrance and grounds are clean and manicured. The bathrooms were clean since the janitor staff had just finished cleaning. Workers I approached for help were accomodating and helpful. However, the prices of groceries have qua-trippled in prices, but these products are off-brand products. I find it cheaper to shop at Kroggers, because Walmart is no longer a savings in prices. Plus, Kroggers products are name-brand products and not off-brand merchandise.
The pick up service was at the Sandersville Walmart was not as excellent as the pick up service in the Milledgeville and Dublin stores.I had to wait after I notified the Sandersville store and I had went shopping on the store before going to the pickup site and my order still was not ready. Again poor service . If I do use the pickup service again it will not be at Sandersville storePlease use Dublin or Milledgeville if you want excellent service.
Typical Walmart.... had to stand in line for 25 minutes yesterday to make a return. ( was only one person in front of me) Once I got to the register the customer service manager didnt even acknowledge me or say thank you for your business. There were several employees standing behind the counter talking while the line was getting longer and longer. I try to avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give it a ZERO I would. People working there have no customer service quality, they dont care, their just there to collect a paycheck, I hope they open up a Target soon Because this wallmart is a failure. The only reason people go there is because there is no other place to go.
Ive never seen Dublin Walmart like this. None of the check prices scanners worked. The self check out scanners were not working... And they had only lines two open with cashiers. Took us over 30 minutes to get checked out. Several were leaving their items and saying they could get them from Kroger. It was terrible.
Wish they havent got rid of all the teller. The self checkouts are a pain . Gotten use to the self check out. Still miss the enter action with the check out people. There DVD section need work. DVDs out of place and they need more of the TV series. Wish they could order them for you. Also would like to see more of the hallmark movies.
The staff is most always walking around with frowns on their faces...even when face to face and greeted with a smile and greeting, they wont reciprocate. When you walk in the store theres an immediate reaction of oh my goodness, this place is such a depressing place. May be that they arent happy with their job for whatever reason. I think ALL the employees should go through training to make customers feel like they are welcomed rather than the attitude of what the heck are yall comin in here for? 😊 PUT A SMILE ON THOSE FACES!!!
This place should be shut down they want hire cashiers they cant keep the buggies in the store they expect you to check your self out. The stuff at Walmart should be free if you have to do all the work. Walmart should leave Dublin and let a store that appreciates its customers come in.
Sorry!!! Long wait lines only 2 cash registers op-ed. Im not going to buy your groceries. Unload my buggie, scan my groceries, bag my groceries, put in buggie, push to parking lot, unload my groceries, while cashiers stand around with arms crossed talking and laughing. I can buy from somewhere else for same price and get all these services. People getting tired of the no appreciation we the customers receive for being loyal customers (shoppers).
I went to get 1pack of tissue, 1can lysol, and lysol wipes, and paper towels just for normal everyday cleaning, and walked out with absolutely nothing in hand. Its good to be cautious about this virus, however pure stupidity to be so inconsiderate of others that may need a few of these items as well.
Worst employees ever at check out. They close self checkout at night and have 20 associates kaughing while one poor lady works a lane of 40 customers. Never met the manager (except his picture.) Wal-Mart is lucky is poor people only have it to go too. God I hope the Dollar Store catches up soon.

2022-03-06Your average Walmart. Nothing special or exciting to report. It was comforting to see the parking lot being monitored by the sheriffs department esp. at night. Friendly staff and the pharmacy is always a pleasure to do business with.

2022-03-10Hands down the worst Walmart in area. Constantly out of common products, 90% of staff consider help Huh? Im busy complaining about my schedule but try the app. Typically can find disabled customers frustrated because mobile carts to accommodate them are occupied by people who dont actually need them.. or employee on break.... Rude is required for employment. Management is directly responsible and complete and total failure unless on vacation when assistant manager in charge. Curbside staff does great at not communicating and delaying orders. There are a few exceptions....The deli ladies, guy whos been working electronics since the 90s, and the elderly gentleman who actually checks receipts. If you can get in and out without needing any kind of self check out assistance (ID) then try your luck. Otherwise go to Eastman, Cochran, or find a Dollar General.

2022-06-07I recently moved here from Florida. May to be exact. This Walmart is the WORST Walmart I have ever came across. Their main number to the store thats listed on Google doesnt even work. Nobody answers when you call ever. You can sit on the phone for 30 minutes and no one will not pick up. If you call any other department they will tell you that they cannot transfer any calls. Ive never encountered a Walmart that couldnt transfer a call to another department. They dont even have a number to give you to their customer service department. The only number that they will give you is the same one listed on Google for Dublin. The delivery service sucks. Waste of money!! Its like if you have a complaint or any other issue you would have to go to the store personally and hope to get the problem resolved. Its a huge Walmart but they barely have anything in stock. Food and even the baby department... Im so lost for words I have nothing else to say. I love Walmart but the Dublin Walmart is a disgrace and its so sad because its only a townNot a cityso how busy can you people be to not pick up or provide correct services. 2022-02-28I would give it a no star if I could. My daughter was told by the mechanic absolutely do not drive on the road, she has been broke down. for two days. I have been calling Walmart for two day no answer. Finally she went to Walmart 2423 US 8 West Dublin Ga. She has never encounter such rudeness in that store beginning with the tire department. The lady that worked there today Feb 28, at 10:15 am. was very dismissive and rude would not answer any question. Kept complaining to friends that she didnt want to be working there and the she was tired of it. I have a child who has been broke down on the highway 2 and half hours from home. for two freaking days with no way to get help. No one else would come back there to help at all. I tried to call Walmart but they wont answer their phone.

2022-03-26Don’t come to this store if your looking to browse baby clothes. Me and a friend were happily looking through infant clothes, discussing the style and colors etc… we were completely minding our own business along with other shoppers when we were approached by an associate and was told “ we just zoned, can you not look through these”. We were dumbfounded, we were looking at clothes and placing them back ? Why were we approached and not the other shoppers???? We honesty think it’s racist and completely uncalled for, as we were browsing and shopping like the other shoppers.

2022-03-17Mostly was going through the garden department.The plants look very healthy and well cared for.But as to the bars to hang your plants off the side of they didnt have a very good selection.I personally did not see a lot of seeds. Dont know if I miss them or not due to the Personnel that was back there she said she really didnt know what they had.

2022-04-29The lines are always full but I see employees just walking around having conversations with each other. Itd be nice if they would just open the registers and help check ppl out. Always something out of stock. Restroom could be cleaner. It could benefit more by staying open 24 hours too. Other than that its a pretty nice establishment.

2022-05-04Item pricing on the shelf is incorrect. Check out description on ticket is not correct. Barcode scan by phone shows correct item, price shown $5.00 higher than shelf. Response was you will have to go to customer service, rather get teeth pulled than go to customer service in Dublin , Ga.

2022-03-27Yesterday I needed a clothing item. The dressing rooms were locked and there was no attendant. I asked several employees but no one offered any help. I finally bought several different sizes and took them home to try. This morning I went to the store to return what I did not need. I arrived an hour after the posted opening time. The front door was locked and the only open entrance was the grocery section. Once in the store I found the return area closed. No one seemed to know when it opened or who worked there. I was told that they had problems getting the workers to come in.This store is terrible. Always dirty and strewn. The employees are always the most important ones in the store. Where is customer service?
