Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
I have tried two days to do an oil change service yesterday Monday 6/6 it was closed at 10 am I approached customer service, they informed me that it did not open, today 07/06 Tuesday I go and it is closed again I go in and consult the person in charge and they inform that open at 10 am, however the ad indicates that the hours of operation are from 7 am to 7 pm, lousy service, without supervision, auto care area that Walmart is not interested in, do not waste your time
The employees are not helpful at all. Then the other employees cant speak English. You ask for milk they take you to Electronics the black employees have a problem with you if you ask for help. So to save time and money dont go to Walmart in Duluth Ga because your wasting your time and money.
Curb side pick up. It is next to impossible to find without calling or driving around the entire building and parking lot. Employees moving with zero urgency. Refrigerated food was all warm. Seems like that might be a lawsuit waiting to happen. Giving possibly spoiled food to a customer. It is Walmarts legal responsibility to maintaining perishables at the appropriate temperature as set by the manufacturer and local health dept up to the time that the customer takes possession. Perishables pulled for pick up need to be keep in a cooler/freezer until the customer checks in for pick up.
Ive called the store ELEVEN times & no answer. I had a delivery order today & not only did I not receive my $15 box of cat litter but the driver didnt knock on my door or have me sign as I always choose Ill sign for my order to make sure I get it. Its hard to let the store know when theyre not answering the calls!
Please build another Walmart closer to the downtown Norcross Area. Norcross and Duluth basically have one Walmart in this area. Pleasant Hill location is always over crowded, very low stocked and unorganized. I feel like I’m going on a field trip every time I go there and often things are out of stock for days or weeks.
Let me start off by saying that you can really miss this place if youre not paying attention. They have a very large menu and everything on the menu looks very very delicious I wanted to try every single thing on the menu. I had what they call the chicken poblano oh, it was very good I also ordered three soft shell tacos which was surprisingly delicious as well. Also they have these cupcakes that are to die for. This was my very first time going to this restaurant, I highly recommend that anyone go to this restaurant and try anything on the menu because it is definitely worth it in their drink menu OMG I wish I had tried it while I was there but maybe next time. Im definitely going back again very soon
Awful costumer service. Suppose to be 24 hours, but the cashiers close. I was in line for number 12, after few minutes the lady asked me to go to number 8, I went there and after few minutes the lady asked me to go to another cashier because she was tired and will close. I went to the scan and go, and GUESS WHAT? The lady said It was close. Then Tawanna received me on the number 2, and after making the line AGAIN I could pay. I’m pretty sure this walmart can do better on costumer service, starting with better treatment to your employees , so they could even stay few more minutes even they are “tired”.And after I wrote this review and try to exit, the doors were close. As you can see on the pictures, without notice. In total I had lose like 20-25 minutes because you don’t care about to the clients! 🤷♀️Not thank you!
This Walmart is OK. Late night visits are the worst. Tonight I walked by about 15 workers thankfully Mr. Issac who was stocking the shelves said hello and asked if I needed help locating anything. The customer service level is VERY low. On top of long check out lines and items in the middle of isles from overnight stocking it’s time for IMPROVEMENT. Thanks to my cashier Mrs Gloria for her great service!
This location is probably the worst Wal Mart I have ever been into.1/ There were no baskets where they are supposed to be - none !2/ At the same time in the parking lot there were plenty baskets in complete disarray.3/ Most of the shelve were complete mess.Price tags and goods were completely unrelated.4/ Simple items are almost impossible to find (I was looking for tire valve caps and sea salt).5/ Some of the shelves were not stocked.6/ Managers and staff are very difficult to find.Actually no Management staff could be seen7/ There was a line on the self checkout kiosks, while at the same time the cashiers desks were idle. Yet, there were no supervisors to direct the people.Avoid this location at all cost.It is worth driving to another location, where there is actual management on site.Worst and most disorganized location I have ever visited
Cashier was so rude I ask if she was closing, she didn’t say anything so my husband put the stuff down and they she had the nerve to slam and just toss everything is the bag…. I know they are short on employee but that shouldn’t happen.. I think I’ll just shop at target from now on…
Dirty floors, incompetent employees... but I guess your typical Walmart.I’ve been waiting half an hour for someone to come & give me a price check on an unmarked set of headlights that are locked. Apparently, only one person in the entire store can unlock this clip and she is nowhere to be found.Every time I ask someone, “She’s been paged” is the only response. There’s also no one in the auto section & the phone has been going off non-stop for the past half hour.It only took half an hour for a manager to be called.......Thanks a lot Francina. They also closed all the self check outs and I had to wait in a long line with slow cashiers to pay for my single item.
I am giving this location a star, because I cant give a lower rating. I shopped here for years, never had a problem with price until today. I purchased some jars that were $2.98, I thought, which would have been almost half price from my my original choice of $5.93, but when I got home, I realized I was.charged a different price. I went back to the store and asked for the difference on a Walmart gift card. The supervisor on duty refused to make it right, suggesting that the customers changed the price. So I ask you, do I have to look at every item I buy to make sure the price is right? Unbelievable...I am stressed out and cant believe I waisted more time waiting in the returns line to be denied the price I saw under the item on the shelf. I will find another place to shop. See the photos for yourself. Be aware of this stores dont make it right policy.
-every time I go to Walmart there’s nothing stocked couldn’t even find Alfredo sauce french fries chicken wings the basic necessities and then when I get to the self check out I see Mexicans in line with 12 bags of everything you guys have no ration and no limits it’s ghetto-you have a serious homeless issue even around Walmart outside area there’s homeless tents set up it looks dirty especially during a pandemic and they walk around inside with no mask-I go to the store at 9 AM and there is not a single money service representative I had to wait in line at the customer service center just to get service-I wanted to buy a tobacco product and there’s not enough staff to properly have anybody in the line at the scan lanes only self check out was open at 9 AM if I wanted that I would’ve came at 11 PMThis is all at pleasant hill Walmart 30096 due to this I will never go to Walmart again this is the only location that is continuously bad you guys need to replace the entire management staff that cares about people and cleanliness. Going to Publix from here on out
This is Walmart! I think everyone knows who we deal with here. It’s a hit or miss… although, I don’t tend to seek help, because I already know it’s hard to get some. They’ll always find someway to make the experience a little worse! The person checking the receipt at the exit was checking our stuff (which I don’t have a problem with) but, we were waiting behind the other person and finally it was our turn, and she told us to wait, that they were going to check the one behind me first and the next because they had less stuff….. I told her I was going to walk out, that I waited my turn patiently and that they had to too! Left me there and said to wait. I took a few steps and she jumped on me, so I kindly to her to check so that I could be on my way…I understand why they check, and I’m ok with it, but when I’m waiting for my turn, and I get skipped! Well, like I said….. It is Walmart….. 🤣
This store deserves zero stars. I’ve been 3 times and I have had issues all 3 times. The people who work there do not care about you. You are nothing but an annoyance to them. They don’t price match THEIR OWN prices. If you scan something with the Walmart app and it says one price but another at checkout, they say they won’t change the price for you. They make up rules to get out of work (saying you can’t return an item at this store). Do not shop at this Walmart. Drive an extra 30 minutes to get to any other Walmart. This one is not worth it. This store and it’s employees are trash.
I walked into this morning and greeted the door greeter with good morning and she mumbled under her breath aint nobody want to say good morning to you so I can see why such a pleasant person was chosen to work as a door greeter. I will not be returning to this Walmart again. I used to run loss prevention at a store in California and I know firsthand that there is extensive customer service training that associates undergo. This is just poor management plain and simple. I dont like dealing with rude people either, heres the thing you are paid to do it.
This store is complete garbage when it comes to customer service. Ive been put on hold 5 times each for 20 minutes and everytime without a single person picking up. You literally wait for so long that the system automatically just hangs up on you as a result. I would love to just drive up there instead and see if they have a particular item in stock but its not exactly a 2 minute drive for me, then again I feel it would be worthless too as it seems theres only 2 individuals working in the entire store. Truly is ridiculous and definitely needs to be addressed ASAP!!!
There are two registers open, #6 and #10, at 8pm with line waits in excess of 40 minutes. The self checkout line is stretching across a third of the storefront. They refuse to open more registers. I spoke to a pharmacy employee who said the lines have been this long all weekend as well. This store has 17 registers and only two are open. This is the closest Walmart to my house and I often have to drive to another store ten miles away because many items are always out of stock.
I had my worst customer service in this Walmart! I brought my car seat to the Walmart for recycling (yes, I am sure it is a car seat, not a booster. A car seat can be recycled for a $30 gift card) The customer guy glanced at it and said “it is a booster”. I was so surprised for this judgement. I told him I can show him the information on Amazon. He looked at his manager who is besides him. The manager glanced at the car seat and said “it is a booster”. I took out my cell phone and wanted to show them Amazon page. But both of them started to work with other customer service. I was left aside for 5 minutes and I was not sure what I am waiting for. So I asked them again, the lady yelled to me “it is a booster!” I told them again that “I am sure it is a car seat.”. Another customer service lady came by and checked the side of my car seat, then walked to the manager and told her “ it is a car seat as it can used backward.” The customer service manager glanced at me and didn’t say any words. The customer service guy stated to laugh at me as I was doing something silly. I said again “It is a car seat!” The manager turned to me and said”I will not talk to you as you yelling at me”. I am so surprised for what she said! Is this the way Walmart take care of the customer? Of course I did not talk in a pleasant way (nobody can be pleasant in such situation), but I was still polite to her and not yelling to her. After that, she didn’t talk with me any more and the customer service guy just glanced me and kept laughing. So bad experience!
This has got to be the worse Walmart in Gwinnett. Wasted my time. No help when trying to find things because the Employees are not knowledgeable about the inventory, or do not understand you. You dont know what Facial Tissue is?? Then when I finally found someone they told me its in a area that its not.
Please do not take offense to this review. This location is great. A little over a half of the staff cares and enjoys being employed there. I am a Walmart fan. I love going and buying things I dont need and also enjoy people gazing. (You see a little bit of everything) Something about Walmarts clientele brings out the... I really dont care about anything, lackadaisical person in me. It makes me feel very good looking and successful. Even when its not 100% true. It makes me realize that I could be worse off... Lol 🤘🤘🤘🤣🤣🤣 I hope no one is offended. If you are my sincere apologies in advance. Thank you Walmart for creating a great all inclusive environment where we can go and just not care about anything. Its so relaxing not to care for a bit.
The service was horrible I was waiting at the money center and nobody never showed up they kept saying the person was gone for 30 minutes and be back in 30 minutes and I still there for one hour and I just left customer service is horrible not good at all do not recommend
Yesterday I made a purchase of almost $ 200 and was trying to change wic tooand for some reason I dont knowthe milk did not pass with the coupon and it is the I carry every monthand yesterday at 9pm a black manager with light brown eyesShe told me with super bad service that he could not pass the milk and in the end if he could pass itAnd like 3 people told me that she was very rude to Hispanic people.i want better service
I looked online before going to purchase Lava soap bars and the store sells it. An employee helped me to locate a 2 pack .Also found Capris that my Mom likes to wear the knit material. They had got a new assortment of inside the cabinet stacking racks.I like the self checkout option .Even though it was closing time and busy; I got to a register in about 7 minutes. The attendant was efficient and friendly.
The Teenage workers here are on their phones while they are standing in front of you. Ridiculous. Went in for a mobile pickup one said they close at 8:30 and the another said 8. Then the manager could was not able to help us with our issue. Someone could literally go into the store with harmful intentions but the teenagers would not even be aware because they are on their phone!!
My main issue is the terrible communication they had with other customers and me. I needed to move to Savannah but I wanted to get my oil changed beforehand and every other Walmart was way out of the way. I went to the autocenter to get my oil changed, and had called ahead to make sure it was open. When I got there though the doors were locked - I asked an employee I saw outside and they said it should be open and would let someone know I was there. 15 minutes pass and nothing so I called again and the associate said they would see whats going on and to hold a sec, 10 minutes of silence pass on the phone before I ask if anyone is still there, still nothing and I hang up. At this point multiple people have settled outside. I tried calling again but they hung up immediately. I tried going inside and asked a very kind worker if customer service was open.I went there and both the lanes were closed (Not something she could control though) and she directed me to the auto center so I could ask the people there if there was a problem. I wait in line and they finally tell me they are closed. There was never a single notice of what was going on.
My husband and I took the lead on a bike drive for children this year for Christmas which allowed us to purchase 45 bikes and helmets for kids of all ages. We arrived around 6pm on December 21st and went to the department where the bikes are. The first person the greet us was a man named Larry who we explained to what we were there for and he immediately smiled and advised he would be right back with the manager. Lidia and Larry came back moments later and we explained to Lidia the number of bikes we needed and our budget. I, very particular, had a spreadsheet created for the sizes and quantities we needed. She took my spreadsheet and immediately got to work to find and fulfill every single bike on the list! We periodically paused to ensure we were within budget, she and Larry found us other bikes in the back, searched the store high and low, Larry pumped up the bike tires that had lost some air, they made magic happen! After we found all of the bikes, Krystal came to my aid and helped me get accurate prices and find helmets for each bike, in addition to grabbing shopping carts that we could load 45 helmets into. We proceeded to check out and Lidia, Rayzon and Larry all helped us get every bike staged by the door so we could get them loaded into the trailer we rented so we could distribute the bikes this weekend. But they didnt stop there. Larry and Rayzon both helped my husband load every single bike into the trailer and ensured they were in there nice and snug. Topped the trailer off with the helmets, shook our hands and Larry said something that stuck with us, you had many Walmart locations to choose and you chose us, for that, we thank you! What a kind man and the entire crew that helped us! We could not have asked for a better experience and such amazing help from all of them!
The entire store could be cleaner and more organized. I was turned away of a service 3 hours prior to closing at the auto center. They were finishing an oil change when I walked in. Nobody else was there or waiting. I was basically told to walk away because they were short staffed that day. No apologies from them whatsoever. They had 3 more work hours left and had no other cars waiting around!? Well, I guess this is WAL-MART we are talking about after all...
I mean its Walmart I will say the customer service I experienced at this one was very exceptional there was a young lady in the electronics department that helped me find a replacement for a product no longer carried. Her name escapes me but the enthusiasm and energy? Whist being very pregnant? I was impressed.
Below average Walmart... I prefer the pleasanthill location or stone mountain.Parking lot usually always full. Carts are everywhere.Theres a 50/50 chance that you have to grab a cart from outside because they dont have any inside. The food section is good. The fruits and veggies are good most of the time. The other groceries are organized well. The only thing is that boxes of inventory are now everywhere now. Its bothersome. The clothing and basic necessities area is messy and unorganized. Again, there are boxes of inventory everywhere.Checkout is all self checkout. Theres ever barely a cashier available and when it is available, theres always a customer with a cart overflowing with groceries in that line.Walmart associates really dont care, but I get it. Its Walmart, and theyre underpaid and understaffed.
This walmart was like non of the rest and I have never seen so many cash registers with people manning them and Ive been in many walmarts from Northern New York to Georgia. The store was clean and the parking lot had no trash on the ground. The people were friendly and kind. The only thing was being in Atlanta Georgia you know the traffic was not to my liking and the store was more than 20 miles away. I went to this particular store for the fast fix watch repair store which is the only Walmart that Ive been in that has a fast fix in it. I would go there again just because of the fast fix. This store is really one stop shopping.
Always dirty and unsafe feeling but unfortunately the only one on my way home from work. Is have to drive 8 miles past my house to go to the other one and its only the neighborhood market and Im definitely not going to the Jimmy Carter one. My friend was almost assaulted in daylight in the parking lot here on her lunch break. The last two times Ive done a pickup there have been cops sitting in the front. At least there presence should help it a bit.
Did the carside pickup and waited for 25 minutes. There was nothing fast about the process. Checked in through the app and waited and waited. Called the number and nobody answered, mailbox was full. Other people pulled up after me, got their stuff and pulled off. Theres no order to first come first serve when they deliver. I finally had to get out the car and stop someone. Tell them I had to pick up my kids from camp and I need my stuff. I had 1 bag so this wasnt a large order to prepare. Just beware it might be quicker just to go inside.
Checkout has improved, because its a lot more self checkout now. This is an organization big enough to do much better on prices than they do. I do not feel that they put the customer first, and have not in years. Sam Walton was singlehandedly responsible for raising the American standard of living in his day, but that day is long past and Wal Mart looks out for only itself now. I have a short list of things that I cherry pick here and thats it.
I havent been to this location in a long time because I no longer live/work in the area. Stopped in to pick up a cooler but man was this store in a mess. There were just shelves of items that were empty as if no stocking had been done all week. There was a small collection of coolers and fortunately they had one on sale that served my purpose. I have to say the wait wasnt long for me because the garden center was open and staffed, so I was able to come in and purchase my item there. This made up for the lackluster appearance of the store. I must say this used to be one of my favorite store locations but time or management has not done this store any favors. I hope they improve inventory levels and stocking practices.
What can I say about the Pleasant Hill Wal-Mart? It is as a haunted forest; dark and foreboding...Within minutes I have a burning desire to have my hand held and be led out; left wondering how I was led in. But this morning, there was a tiny blip if hope....I hate this place. I mean I really hate it. Associates walk by without even a nod, unkempt areas, merchandise shortages, the list goes on. I had abandoned Walmart altogether for Target; a much friendly, better-kept place. This morning, however, I found myself once again in the dreaded Walmart, a necessary evil. While I was looking for my dry erase board, I over heard a very polite exchange between customer and associate, and an employee passed by me with an excuse me. Neither of these had ever happened before. Maybe theres a light at the end of this horrible retail tunnel. Maybe it was an anomaly. Either way, it was a better trip than Id ever had before.
Yesterday morning while patronizing the Duluth, GA Pleasant Hill Road location. My daughter and I went in to grab a few items. While doing so she noticed and pointed out a mini backpack that was on the inner row opposite of a end cap of which was randomly stocked with multi bags. I picked up two of the mini backpacks and after gathering other desired items we proceeded to the self checkout counter. I began to scan the items and when scanning the mini backpacks, I noticed that the price that the mini backpacks were supposed to ring up as clearance, rang up as the original price. I signaled for the CSA (Maria) and she called for assistance. The CSA (Maria) proceeded towards a aisle where she handed the mini back pack to another CSA who was working in the Women intimate wear/fitting room area/department. The other CSA then returned and approached the self checkout area with the mini backpack in hand. She told the CSA (Maria) who was originally at the self checkout area/department that the Associate that works in that particular area/department (where handbags, fanny packs and other similar items) she stated that she had just stocked the mini backpacks that morning and that they were not on clearance and they are as originally priced. I then informed her that the items in question were on a rack that had a clearance sign posted. She stated that it was not on a clearance rack when she went to check. I then returned to the row where we originally found the item, this being the area where the shelving originally was marked as clearance, and noticed that the sign had been flipped over, to now show a unmarked white plane poster. When I advised the CSA who worked/stocked that area/department, that the rack was labeled as clearance when I picked up the mini backpacks, she kept stating to me, NO, NO, NO it wasnt and that someone, like a customer, had to have placed the clearance sign there intentionally. I then stated if it werent a posted clearance sign there prior to me arriving that morning and me picking up two mini backpacks from that area/department, then how would I know that a clearance sign was on the opposite side of the white sign that had clearly been turned over intentionally once I pointed it out to her? She then stated that she was going to call for the manager at which point I told her that they had wasted enough of my time already, and, that I would like someone to just remove the item from my order. I am very disappointed with the service at this location today. Right is right and wrong is wrong. If the stores Associate made an error then she should have acknowledged that in admittance instead of clearly implying that the sign was intentionally flipped over on the clearance side by a customer. Good/Fair customer service/relationship starts with good customer service training which this stores CSA lack.
Is no news theyre short staff but you have to go with lots of patience they have 2 casiers at the most and for ppl like me that do big shoppings self check out is not convinient for the small space and the way they have set up to where u need to scan and bag and when there is no space it beeps and it takes forever for someone to help. Oh but ppl checking your receipt at the door they got lots...
I often find open items where someone has helped themselves to it. I even brought home a pack of sandpaper only to discover two sheets left. Same thing with bandaids. And with their shortened hours you always run into restocking boxes, or lifts bumping you out of the isle. And people use the handicap spot like it was reserved for them. I know it’s WallMart but with prices today, expectations are up.
This Walmart seems to do a good job on inventory, the employees seem to be pretty good compared to a lot of other locations in Atlanta. I almost consistently review Walmarts poorly.. but the stores done a good job as well as the one in Alpharetta. You can tell the quality of employees is better, therefore the quality of service and product availability is better
Dont like this store, especially after the employee who was checking receipts was screaming at me to stop and wait for her to do whatever. Sorry, Im not doing no such thing. Your not loss prevention and if you detain me your setting yourself and Walmart up for a lawsuit.
The line was down the entire length of the registers at 9pm in the evening on a Saturday. Not one register open except the self service line. It was pretty awful and I didnt have time to wait in line so I went somewhere else to pick up the pepto I needed. Wal-Mart needs to do better than this for its customers. Im dubious they will because, well, there was a line 50 people long and they were waiting anyway. Still, Wal-Mart should be ashamed of that ridiculousness and all because they refuse to pay anyone to actually work a register. Wow.
This is a neighborhood Walmart, it is not a Supercenter, they dont sell clothes or furniture or Electronics. They do have a nice selection of groceries, especially produce. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. It is located on Winters Chapel in a plaza that also has a Dollar Tree, a Greek restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a bar and grill. It is a good place to pick up the food that you need. We will definitely come again.
So apparently Walmart wont price match their online stores. Management wont even budge. Went into the store even though the app said item Not in stock. Arrive at the store and to my surprise, I found 2 on the shelf. Went to purchase an was charged regular price. Customer service said that they cannot sell it for the online price because they dont stock. I just pulled 1 out of the 2 from their store. I laid it on the counter in front for him to see. Yet nothing. So I returned the item. Item was a child booster seat. Customers beware and dont let these guys take your money just because.
Went here after 7pm and was able to find everything I needed, normally shop early to avoid the rush. However, after scanning my receipt online to keep a record, I noticed that a couple items was scanned twice. Contacted the store right away, they told me to come in the morning. Got there and the customer service team was amazing, and the manager Jimmie gave me no hassle and took care of the issue. Thanks for the great experience.
Walmart usually is the pits, but this one really wins the price for the worst! No bags for fruits an vegetables, no stock for appliances, had to yell to get someones attention only to be grated with scorn, the place is filthy and not one employee was smiling. It was a trip to hell they should raise this store an fire everyone for being miserable human beings
Almost every visit the same Manager is rude and abrupt to guests/employees. Heaven forbid you need to ask him a question pertaining to the store - its happened to me and Ive seen it happen to many other guests. He makes announcements through the store in a tone that is not customer service focused. Tonight was not different - he made an announcement for 2 employees by name, directing them to the front for trash and to return from break. Its very degrading! Do better when choosing representation for your brand Walmart Execs!!!
Too crowded...disorganized, a few good things to choose from. The first aid section by the pharmacy was severely lacking. There were barely any Band-Aids and what little stock they had was full of damaged packaging, stained, sticky packaging, opened and sampled boxes, and even boxes slit open with knives. I had to carefully pick through the lot to find two boxes that werent too far gone. The womens bathroom was disgusting. No need to get into detail there. They do have a fun selection of Funko Pops and Handmade By Robots, so thats good.
This is the worst Wal*Mart I have ever experienced. Items constantly out of stock. Lazy, ill-mannered employees. The space itself is consistently dirty and cluttered with items that need to be placed or returned to the shelves. I do everything I can to avoid this store.
In my humble opinion.......Walmart stores differ greatly across the U.S. Some are cleaner, better organized, nicer employees, etc. This particular location isnt one of the best, but not the worst either.Whenever I go here, the shelves are fully stocked, or mostly bare. Its really hit or miss. That goes the same for employee attitude and helpfulness.All-in-all, its Walmart!
Worst experience ever , Walmart was one of my favorite stores until today. I’ve been calling for an hour straight and could not get a hold of anyone. Finally got a hold of someone by dialing pick up order and she hung up on me twice. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and experience I’ve had today.
I dont like Wally world but sometimes its a necessary evil. I travel a lot for work and this particular Walmart is my favorite...the others arent even close. Great selection of merchandise, the employees are visible and polite as you pass by and *HELPFUL* and its always clean and well organized.Youre my favorite place of a place I dont like??? LolIll be back voluntarily...saw some great Christmas presents!
High volume store that has been one for a very long time. It shows its usage. I have been there when the parking lot has been completely full.Recently, they improved the fruits and vegetables area, but behind that area has the greatest improvement. It was dead area, but now theres great bakery and then fish. Good job. Very inviting. With the warm weather, I have always wondered why this location doesnt do more with making a better garden center with more staff. Just saying.Yes, one will spend less going to a Walmart, be patient. Dont forget online shopping. More products, no lines .
Clean, but terribly organized and very confusing signs. Couldnt find anyone to ask about a product and then couldnt figure out how to even leave the building without setting alarms off. Oddly stressful for a Walmart visit. The employee i did find though was extremely helpful and very nice.
The cashier was terrific. She was the sole reason that I gave this store even 2 stars. She was a breath of fresh air and friendly. Walmart does not employ many Associates, and, when you can find one, he or she doesnt know much about where things are outside his or her Dept. The cashier lines are much too long, because they open 4 and leave closed 20! The prices are good, and thats why people shop there, but you earn every dime you save. Other stores, which price things higher, also employ people who are circulating, who you can find, and who know where things are. Their trolley/shopping carts roll more easily, without veering to the right or left and forcing you, the shopper, to fight to keep them in line. Their cashier lanes are manageable; when they get too long, those stores usually will open more lanes. Walmart does not do that. Walmart knows it will always make lots of money. It doesnt care if it exasperates and inconveniences its shoppers. It figures that there are not enough hurdles to force them to jump over, because they wont go to the competitor, which cant compete with Walmarts lower prices. When you consider that Walmart is the #1 retailer in the world, you must conclude that, without sacrificing more than a few pennies, relatively speaking, Walmart could open more cashier lanes and hire more Associates, to whom that gigantic corporate force could give training that would enable them to help the shopper. Walmart should have realized this truth and acted on it long ago. Because it has not, I dont believe it will.
Its a typical walmart.large with food , typical layout. has nail salon very nice, vision center I brought , my prescription there some frames are $9plus cost of lense and aeed any extras tinting etc. much less expensive than eye doctor. staff knowledgeable and professional. sometimes it takes a little longer but for the price its worth it. there is also a beauty salon featuring threading, facials, eyelashes run by ladys with more than 20 years experience. Price is right and there are specials this what I mainly go for.
This is the worst location I have ever had to shop at. Its probably one of the most busiest Walmart stores. There is horly ever any lines open with a cashier. And if there is one open you could wait up to 30 minutes to get checked out. some of us would prefer the more personal touch and have a Walmart cashier associate checking us out. Instead of all lines being self-checked out.
I mean, its a Walmart. I dont like THIS layout or the fact that the 2nd entrance closes so early but those are things that cant be changed. Its a busy Walmart. I was there around 9pm on a Monday and it was packed. They actually had lines open with cashiers as well. Huge plus. My regular Walmart basically sees their customers as employees when its time to checkout out cuz you are pretty much forced into self checkout. So, from 5 stars AND it being a typical Walmart, I take 3 stars away for the layout, but add 1 back for the cashiers being there and quickish checkout. I will probably go back as its right across the street from my job but only for a quick in and out.
The store is clean enough but I bought something and got completely ripped off. They sold me a warranty to an item that already had a manufacturer warranted. And when I tried to return it, within my 2 year walmart warranty, they said that they couldnt exchange it for a new one. Then why did I buy it? Why is that even an option?
Consistent with any Walmart, huge, cheap prices, cheap products. Pleasant staff—this place brighter than many—but O don’t appreciate what Walmart represents: consumerism on steroids, crush the little guy, use your muscle to force sellers to squeeze their margins til it hurts, squeeze every minute and all of the energy out of employees, etc.
This Walmart is making positive changes in spite of the pandemic issues. It has gotten cleaner and more organized. They have even stepped up their game in customer service, keeping lines flowing, and shelves stocked as much as inventory allows to making sure the disabled have riding carts. For that reason bumping the 2 stars I gave them to four. Effort goes a long long way, its noticed and its much appreciated.
This is not true normal Walmart has a lot of diversity but mainly very customer focused friendly workers that is a pleasure to encounter love the store was clean they were restocking while we while I was there and politely moving about. To me this store gets an a very good.
One of my LEAST favorite Walmart’s if not my least favorite. Lines are always long, the customers are always scattered all over the place like roaches and just standing in areas blocking isles which makes your shopping experience not so great if you’re trying to get in and out. The pickup kiosk never works and you always have to check in and wait for someone to bring you your items instead of the kiosk distributing it or one of the lockers. I’ll drive a little further from now on and go to the Lilburn or Lawrenceville locations.
This is the second time last time I’ve come in contact with the head of customer service lady at the customer service area. This is also the second time I’ve tried returning something at this store. The first time we weren’t allowed to return cleaning spray (fabric refreshers) bc of COVID which is understandable. The sign was tiny and was at the front of the lien after I had been waiting. She didn’t allow me to return these items but did let me check out.Tonight I was told that customer service was between 7a-7p and was turned away with an attitude. I was here at 7:30p. I have already tried returning this item (shower curtain) at another location and was told customer service was closed at 8pm after arriving at 8:06.Walmart has great prices but I’ll never come back to this location. 👍🏽
Probably will not return here unless out of necessity. It doesnt bode well for a Walmart Supercenter to have to turn their store into a literal maze in order to deter theft (barricading exits, funneling folks through cashier lines simply to exit, creating a long queue around the building to enter, making it take twice as long to enter with no line!) I cannot imagine that all of these measures are compliant with fire codes.
I really havent been to a Walmart where I truly enjoyed shopping there. While prices are good, employees could and would care less about you being there. There is no experience here, just get your stuff and get out. If you cant find it, they dont have it. Yet its magically there the next day after the overnight stock. Meh.

2022-03-08My intention is to document by video how Walmart is consistently charging people higher prices at the checkout than the price listed on the shelf. This has been a recurring thing for several months, that my spouse and I have noticed. They are depending on people to not pay attention at the check out. The snack box of nuts are clearly $4.74, but they rang up as $5.24. This is the 10th time over 2 months that this has happened, so it appears to be systemic. Even that small amount times 1,000s of customers is unethical.

2022-05-22I see I am not the only customer that has an issue with this location and the pricing. Walmart gives us a scanner on the app for a reason so why are Avery Name badges 9.24 but my scanner said $6.24? I asked for it to be changed and because my scanner is reading a website price apparently then I could not get the item I needed. I told the two ladies, who were supposed to be managers, that I used my scanner to check the price as I always do and I scanned it for them while at self check out. I still was told no and one “manager” walked away from me. The other suggested I do a pick up order and select a slot and I explained to her, I didn’t need a slot or do a pick up order when 1. This was the last pack of name labels 2. I was already in the store. She then said she couldn’t guarantee that I would get the item because she wouldn’t see my pick up order until 3 hours from then. So I left without a reasonable solution and the “managers” or team leaders did not show concern nor urgency and definitely did not display good customer service. I filed a complaint because it’s a lot more than I would like to type. I recommend you don’t use the scanner in your app because you won’t get the price the item is actually supposed to be. I won’t be back at all and the manager can run the self checkout video tape to see how her employees treat customers.Update I received an email from the Store lead saying they would match Walmart.com proves so just as a precaution I took a screenshot of the email and IF I ever go back into the store again I’ll see if it’s the truth. .

2021-07-15I went to the Duluth Walmart to return an HDMI cable that wasnt needed, Miss Desiree who happened to be the customer care representative was absolutely courteous and pleasant; she treated me with respect, just as shed done with the previous customers that were ahead of me. Although I normally shop at the Walmarts that are close to my residence (Dacula), I was very happy at this Duluth location. The place was very clean, smelled fresh and the lighting was great. Theres a young lady at the Self check line; my apologies for not remembering her name; she was very dedicated, beyond courteous and she wore a smile as she gave directions to all of us, who were checking out. Excellent job Duluth Walmart! Keep up the good work. I really, truly felt great shopping at your establishment today.

2022-05-25Unfortunately I’m unable to share my personal experience with this specific store but their team does not follow their protocol for pickup orders, in their words on the website “Please bring your government-issued ID” as someone used my account to order five different grocery pickups on the same day, picked up all at the same time. I would recommend this store start to follow their national policy and check IDs as stated to prevent others from having to pay over $200 in fraudulent charges. Not to mention it is impossible to contact anyone at the store itself via phone.

2022-03-10This Walmart supercenter stands out with the products stocked. All aisles were full and may be because of the onset of Spring, there were far more variety of items in every section. Organization of different sections was great and the store is Huge!

2022-04-12There was only one item I could not find, and it is pretty hard to find anyway. Their prices were lower than Kroger, for sure. The produce was very fresh. The freezer area and shells were relatively well., considering the times.

2022-04-10Lets start off with a 2hr wait for an oil change. It was supposed to be the semi-synthetic and got conventional. 45 minutes later my tire rotation wasnt started. They had only one tech there. Price was cheap and not worth half that. Tech was nice though. Service Manager was swamped. Shame on WAL-MART. Upper management is the issue.
