Bad staff who are lazy and dont want to do their job. Not only do they close customer service down early to not deal with problems. They also just shrug you off saying they cant do anything about it. When I asked for the front door person to raidio a manager he didnt want to do it saying he didnt have a raidio when it was right behind him. So I had to leave without getting my money back on items I didnt pay for because they dont want to fix their machines. Screw you Walmart
Racist receipt checker. Literally watch him let people of his race walk through and stop every other person not of his race insinuating theft. What a disgusting walmart. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will no longer give my receipt to the checkers. Only the police.
I buyed a blood sugar testing device on 17th August 2021from Walmart in Harrison road.but found it’s not working. When I went again in customer service next day and explained that it’s not working and I want to return it. They refused to do so .Is it a fair way to dealing with the daily customers. It’s hurt me a lot .
Store needs cleaned, roaches all over the store. Messy and unorganized.*Update- store remodel is looking great! I have not seen any roaches (yet) the shelves have been stocked to the best of their abilities (were still dealing with the pandemic and snow storms delaying trucks) the store has overall turned around. Still slacking on the cashiers but I do love the new self checkouts. Adding 2 stars 😊
Walmart is Walmart. Depending on the area different items are available. Whenever I go I am treated well. I cant complain. There are never enough lanes open or associates to help you but I make due. Most of the items I need are sold out or need to be restocked. If they are available I buy a few. You cant beat the price. Still long lines but Walmart has been remodeled.
Self checkout needs to start accepting cash again or more regular cashiers need to be hired. The lines are way to long to wait in for something I can do myself... quickly and efficiently.Also, they need to bring back price scanners through out the store, so customers dont need to hunt down associates hoping they have a hand held scanner.
I got some spray paint while wearing my Adidas slippers and white socks (low cut) while sporting a hairstyle only formed as a byproduct of not have washed it in three days. Natural oils on my skin with the smell of judgment from 3 elderly church ladies mix in with my own shame made this random item my purchase. I left walmart in an anxiety driven race towards safety which is in my car away from people having not gotten a single item on my list making this the 3rd time this month I will not have had a single item I walked in there for walk out with me.Update: I have since discovered Walmarts brilliant app and inside this app i can buy everything before hand while in the comfort of my own home and run in and run out avoiding Blair and Jesse who both make me feel bad because of how cool they are and they just make me feel small. Now I feel small for less time.Thanks Walmart! Your the best!George,
The worst store in Macon to shop at. Always has self checkout open and 1 or youre lucky two actual registers open. Today the landscape department is open with 6 employees standing around and nobody can check you out because they dont have a register according to the employees.
Stopped by the Walmart in Macon (Harrison Rd) to pick up supplies for 6 families devastated by the Hurricane, who have lost nearly everything and are living with no power and no water. Your teammate Quint was amazing. He helped find things, helped pack up the purchases, helped push the carts to the car and pack the items into it. This is amazing customer service, but even more than that, it was kindness when we needed it most.
The store was clean, well stocked and organized.We took advantage of the self-checkout stations, which were clean, operational and efficient.The cash only machines shouldve been properly labeled; four employees present failed to observe the red lights at stations.Four stars because I had to leave the station to seek assistance from the group that was less than 10 feet from me.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Ordered a pickup order, arrived at the store only to find theres no designated curbside pickup. Ask an associate that was at the garden center door and he said its around the back, looked couldnt find it. Now the signs are not easy to see and they are nowhere near the store itself. After not finding them outside I took my child inside, went to the back where the pickup is called the phone number and it goes straight to voicemail box that isnt set up. Figures. Went over to electronics task for help and the guy told me he would have to find somebody but it would just be easier if I go outside and wait by curbside. I asked where that was and he told me it was by tires I looked by tires but whatever Ill try again. Purchase what I went inside for went and waited curbside and spot number two for 25 minutes with a screaming infant. Called the store number and not a single person picked up at any extension. I will never come to this Walmart ever again, I absolutely do not care if you have what I need in stock. Laziest people Ive ever met.
Worst Walmart in the world...To lazy to put the money on the machines, I think they mess with the internet for they don’t have to do the money orders, and the cash back machine always out of money now...A lot of empty shelf, because nobody stocking the food. They need to hiring so many young people, that are too lazy to work, you see them talk on their cell phones.
I came in to this walmart to buy a vacuum as it showed as 40.00 online i went in to price match but the associates and managers would not do it. They made every excuse in the book as to why they couldnt. I called customer service at the 800 number and gabe all the names of the people i delt with and they are sending me that vacuum now. Remember your customers are right! Period! And when your website shows 1 price honor that price.
I mean...its Walmart. Its a Walmart, so the selection is their. The stars I give it are for its being a food oasis for this community. It filled a gap that was much needed and has remained busy and open for the past 4 years +. I live so close to it, I cant avoid it but there are times that I would rather drive out of my way than to deal with some of the stuff that goes down at this store. There is sometimes someone in the parking lot asking for food or money or both. The lines are what Ive come to expect from all Walmart locations, but this one can just get insane. They dont have any hand baskets, and very few of the small carts available, and since its tight in there you will probably find it a little challenging to maneuver your cart at times on a busy day.
Used curbside pickup. Went to get my order waited 20 minutes and calling the number provided going straight to voicemail. I left and came back couple hours later same thing. I decided to go inside. Come to find out they have no on working in the pickup area. I went inside and still had to wait. I finally got my order, but never again. Never had this kind of problem using Zebulon Rd Walmart. How could you provide a curbside pickup but you have no one to work the area? Are you kidding me? They need to do better.
Walmart is normally super packed, overly crowded, with crazy insane long lines. On this visit there werent any long lines, multiple registers open, both side if self check out was running smoothly. It wasnt loud this time it was actually really nice and pleasant trip. I got in and got out. Both of the ladies who helped me were really nice. Probably one of the best Walmart experience Ive had here.

Probably the worst Walmart I have been to. All I wanted was a can of spray paint which was locked up. Tried 4 times to get assistance. Went to customer service... nothing. Went to Auto care nothing. Called customer service with no answer. Could not even speak with a manager.
Nobody here likes to work. Or that is the way they act. But this is the new normal in Customer Service. Whenever there is a problem, no one is qualified or paid to fix the issue. My daughter ordered photos online and when we arrived to pick them up we were told the machine was down and they couldnt help us because it was an online issue. I was upset because I was charged for the photos and had to contact someone over the phone to fix the issue. CVS doesnt charge you until you pick them up.
While store smelled like a poopy diaper and they only ever have self checkout open on one end of the store. Then again their self checkout does have 10-12 registers where as gray highway only has 4. But Im f theyd open them on both sides itd be much more convinent and appealing to customers. Especially since they rarely ever have any normal registers open with actual human beings manning them. Except the cigarette and other tobacco products checkout and maybe 1 or 2 more like speedy 20 items or less checkouts.
Not a great area. Trash all over in the parking lot. Shopping carts all over the parking lot, almost as many in the parking lot as in the store. Vagrant right at the main door going in. There was a Security car at the front of the store, but it was empty and just parked there. Inside was like most WalMarts. I got what I needed and moved on.
Im handicapped & theres never any handicapped electric chairs available to use. So I have to cut my shopping short because I can walk around much to do all my shopping. Sometimes there is a handicapped electric chair thats not being used but its not been charged enough to go anywhere because low batteries. Nobody wants to take care of them because they say its not their responsibility to do it. Wish that Walmart would do something for the handicapped people that come to shop. Guess it take a Law suit to get Walmart take notice.
The store was not well stocked in the mens department and several other sections. (6 pm on a Thursday). Our Cashier kept walking away to chat with other cashiers and was complaining about some other employee in the store. She was causing significant slow down to both open cashiers. It seemed like some of the employees were working extra hard and others need more supervision. The guy getting carts in the parking lot was teaching others and working fast / talking very nice to the new employees.
I ordered 1 item on the curbside purchase. First, there are no signs showing where the curbside pick-up area is located. The place is shows on the app is incorrect. I tried to call both pick-up and customer service but NEITHER answered. I finally stopped an employee that was gathering shopping carts and he said it was the automotive. The actual pick up area is behind Walmart and does not appear to be safe. I checked in in 40 minutes later no one still has not contacted me and I was the only person waiting. I finally got someone to pick up the phone at the pick up service and still had to wait another 30 minutes to get my item. I could have ordered it on Amazon and gotten it faster than this. DEFINITELY ORDERING ON AMAZON FROM NOW ON 😡
I ordered curbside pickup. I drove all around looking for the pick up spot, finally security there showed me where it was. I checked on the app and waited 20 minutes. I finally decided to call and was told to leave the designated spot and park in front of the auto center where cars are trying to pull in for service. Finally got my items about 10 minutes later, but it was a real cluster compared to other Walmart experienes.
Cashiers are very rude, and the workers never help when youre looking for merchandise that you cannot find. I only shop there because the prices are usually good. Also their produce section is horrible. The fruit is always rotted and molded so are the vegetables. Theyre usually out of just about everything 85%of the time. Its not the greatest place mainly because of their horrible customer service. Hire new people!
Does Walmart corporation realize there are 61 million people in America with disabilities most of them on fixed incomes so Im quite sure they are or would like to be one of your customers most of your locations may have one if any riding carts it seems like a big corporation like you could afford to put at least 25 riding carts for disabled people Im quite sure it will only increase your sales
There were way too many mask-less people. If the Delta variant is spreading should we be masking in closed spaces? And you thought Walmart cared about the community in which theyve forced out the local grocer to replace with falling prices? Well the prices are falling but so are the masks that have hidden their insanely Amazon like pay and policies. Will America finally check the reality of their relationship with Walmart should they become a super spreader playing footloose with a Pandemic even the scientist are unsure of?
I went in for my 2nd COVID-19 vaccine shot and was greeted promptly and with courtesy. The entire process went very quickly, but was still done professionally. The remainder of the store was clean and things were easier to find than in many supercenters. The store isnt located in the best part of the city, but is one of the better Walmarts I have visited.
I dont like the fact that you always have to go through the self checkout... When I shop, Im going shopping and I get a lot. If I try to go through a regular check out line, it takes way longer than it would if I did it myself. I DONT WORK HERE! Open more regular check out lanes, PLEASE!
Awesome place pay it forward for real these two employees helped pay for my groceries and then gave me 20 bucks after my card got declined. Dont know them two cashiers but they are the reason I am not nor my family is not doing with out food. They need a raise or an award I swear. This was last week sometime I believe the 20th or 27th in-between them days that this happened at Harrison Rd Walmart in Macon ga.God bless you ladys.
Normally I hate going to Walmart not so much as the company itself but the crowd sometimes trying to find help assistance with locating items in the store yesterday I set in my car and waited about 15 minutes before going in but to my surprise it was pleasant I was able to locate everything I needed I had another customer to offer me help to get cases of water into my buggy it was nice but I told her no she was older than I was we both laugh she kept saying Ill help you I know what it is to try to get those heavy cases did not have a long wait in line cashier State at her post check this out enjoyed my visit
I purchased a pellet gun from Walmart for $200+. When I got home and opened it in excitement I realized that it was missing essential parts (scope, scope rail, and magazine). I brought it back to the store well within 1hour just to exchange it for one with all the advertised parts with the receipt. Customer service informs me that they dont take pellet guns back, they are none refundable. I told the lady at that time I wasnt looking for a refund I just want a product with all the parts to it since I paid all the money for it. I felt like she really didnt much care what I paid for it or what was missing she wasnt going to exchange it. Now i understand customer service and sometimes you have to draw a hard line in the sand somewhere so i wasnt much bothered by her position on the situation but I think she as a manager could have used discretion and exchanged the item but whatever. The CS associate advised me to call 1800walmart which I did and after about 15 20 minutes on hold the 1800 CS rep said it is up to the store manager to exchange it or not. So now Im talking to the manager again who informed me I have to come back and talk to somebody else and its becoming a hassle. Imagine her frustration if it were here in that situation. First of all how was I supposed to know all sales were final for certain items? They showed me a small mat on the CS counter that gave a list or return policies. I didnt purchase the rifle at CS so excuse me for missing that memo and if you have big ticket items on a non refundable list then that should be clearly labeled right next to the price tag for all to see and understand. Long story short I no longer want the rifle anymore so when I visit walmart tomorrow I will be walking out with my $220 in my money clip because right is right and Ill defend whats right...or whats $220.
Wouldnt purchase relion prime test strip will not work in and none of the machines they sell and even if you havent opened them they will not give you your money back even though they dont have a machine that fits the strips in and the pharmacy is the slowest Pharmacy you ever seen in your life
Always expect to wait in a long line. Especially anytime after 2:00 p.m. I live near this Walmart so I go there frequently. But the long waits have me wanting to go to other Walmarts for faster service. 20 minutes in line is ridiculous. Otherwise its like any other Walmart.
They didnt have and paper towels or wips to clean the buggies. I went to customer service and the lady said she was about to get some. On my way out, there was still no wips or paper towels. If you all are not going to have someone cleaning the buggies, pls have the supplies so that the customer can do it before they use it. Covid19 is nothing to play with.
This is my least favorite Walmart employees are NOT helpful 😒and they never have an electric cart which is a problem for anyone with a disability they also have no where to sit and wait on cart again a problem for people with legitimate disabilities like crutches oxygen ect... I think the store has 2 working carts and considering how busy they always are thats ridiculous even kroger has more carts
Items got left at store after cashier was handing things to me. Got home missing a item had to go back to the store bc no one would answer the phone after about 30 to 40 minutes of waiting for a manager my item was located behind customer service. Not happy but glad item was found.
Im a local to this store n unfortunate one to say the least! Everything is bad with a side of being avoided by employees like the plague. My disabled homegirl tried to get an employee to help her with finding a wheelchair shopping cart and still no help was even thought to be given. As a matter of fact the plague in which they avoided the regular people with was even more severe to the disabled person almost like they were taking advantage of her.Im officially done with this Walmart as the fact be told I might be done with all Walmarts...
Waited 20 minutes in sporting goods, then waited another 30 minutes in the service line. Only 1 lady working, got another one to come over then she tries to help the 1st one so 3 people trying to help one customer. Will never go back. I know me not returning will not hurt them but treat your customers better.
In this Walmart sometimes there is an old woman who harass the customers at the exit asking them to leave their shopping car so her and her colleagues dont have to go to collet the ones outside. They choose arbitrarily who has to leave their shopping car and who instead is allowed to bring his grocery to their car, based on personal preferences, I guess!Kind of very hilarious if you ask me!
They had self checkout closed at 9pm and only had about 3 lanes open. The lines were long and the cashiers were slow. I feel like if they were going to close self checkout that early they shouldve had more lines open. Especially when there was cashiers just standing around with nothing to do. Giving this 3 stars bc the shopping experience was good.
Nowadays, I am terribly disappointed in Walmart Corporation. Customers are expected to have a Walmart price checker app on their phones. Customers are pretty much forced to scan and bag their own groceries, etc... The reason for the 4th star is that although the corporation is disappointing regarding its overall customer care, there are some ole school store clerks at this store location who offer great customer service. For example, Melanie (I think this is her name) was so kind to me the other day that I felt compelled to tell her about her great customer service. She treated me as though spending my money in the store actually mattered and was not taken for granted. She greeted me with kindness. She even watched my buggy while I made a dash to the bathroom. She was just a nice, respectful, down to earth person. Another example of outstanding CSR involved the two ladies at the Walmart deli. They, too, were mature adults (age). I was tired and hungry. One worker fixed a lunch plate for me. She was so nice and friendly. The other woman actually listened to me when I realized that Walmart didnt have my Boars Head brand of smoked turkey. She found one that was comparable although I said Thank you and was about to walk away disappointed. Nowadays, who cares enough to REALLY listen to the customer? She did. Finally, one of the assistant managers was even polite when I complained about the inconvenience of Walmart only having one entrance open. It was only a problem that day because of the terrible thunderstorm. The one open entrance led to the line backing up as drivers went to get vehicles for their family members. I was riding solo and my car was parked closer to the other entrance. The store has no outside covering from one door to the next. The bottom line is that the assistant manager could have been nasty to me, but allowed me the right to complain and attempt to contact the 800 CSR #, which no one answered. True, I had assured the assistant manager that my issue was not with her but with the Walmart Corporation. I went on to tell her that I used to live in that store. She was patient with me and allowed me to express my disappointment with the company. So you see, although one person told me I needed to download the Walmart scanner to check prices, and another person told me that she was doing something else with her scan tool and obviously wasnt willing to do a price check, and another clerk told me a very wrong price on an item, (which I learned about at the register), the older aged women helped to balance my experience. Eventually, the thunderstorm passed, I ate my deli snack in the car, the sun came out again and I went home... thankful for the kindness and great CSR of the cashier, the deli clerks, and the assistant manager who allowed me to vent.
Update 10/22/21Do not shop at this store, and DO NOT shop online for pick-up at this store.I ordered multiple items using their website; there was no choice for delivery for many items, oddly, as I would have chosen that. I was also given no choice about pick-up times for this store on Harrison Rd. I agreed because it was CURBSIDE delivery (I would not have to spend time in the store, which is a dangerous place with some employees who are beyond rude, but I can understand it to an extent.Walmart Customer service has not been able to contact any human in the store for at least the past two days. And neither have I, despite placing an order online which I had no choice but to pick up. I spent over 1 hour trying to get in touch with the store via phone and app prior to arriving as I was directed to let the store know I was on the way. I had to go to work and I left very early to do this as I needed several of these items before the end of the day. I arrived & had to drive around for a while to find an employee to tell me where pick up was because there are no signs. It took 3 employees to tell me this.I waited for almost 30 min in the designated area with zero communication. I had to try, so went inside the store. I was directed to pick-up, I waited, I called out, no one.Last night, I made my 3rd phone call w/Walmart customer service, my THIRD phone call and during this, the THIRD person I had to explain this to. I went once again yesterday morning as directed by the app and same results. This last phone call took l lasted 53 min and the agent hung up on me - I confirmed this w/my phone company.No one has contacted me. The ONLY option I was given no matter who IN spoke with on the phone is to cancel and refund my order. How is that the answer? So Walmart is ok with not being able to contact their own store and manager via both phone nor email for 2 days?I am still trying to handle this because it will take days to get my $ back and I still need these items. UNACCEPTABLE. They have taken out EBT funds that I cannot use.
Young check out girl made the whole bad experience all better. One set of doors open. Had to walk to far to buy one thing. Got to check out and the girl asked how I was doing. I complained a little about the doors closed up. Then this sweet girl apologises as if it were her fault. All at once she reminded me of a flower I once saw in a rocky desertTheres beauty in every experience
They have narrowed aisles for one way shopping that many people ignore, many items are out of stock or in sixes not practical for my use, stocks block aisle and are almost rude when you try to go by them, checkout is a nightmare.....45 minutes to get to the register....unacceptable. I know they are remodeling but the team duing the work seem to hsve no reguard for their own ssfety much less shoppers ; moving display counters should be completed after store hours It is a real ssfety issueSam Walton would be furious if he saw this type situation.
Product did not have a price tag. I was in the self checkout. Cashier looked directly at me searching the product for a price tag to scan and did nothing to assist me. I left to get a price tag from another product of the same make and she yelled, Register open!. Its as if the cashier was waiting for me to leave. Wow...Update ll: The Walmart Pay function is back in action! The initial issue of not logging me into my account has successfully been solved. Thank you. Still, Walmart has a customer service problem that is deeper than workers being cordial to customers. Its starting from feel as though your cashiers do not want to be there. I go to Walmart for one product, now.BTW: Aldi is the new price leader for ALL that I buy, now. Orange juice, especially.
Walmart is a good store to go to for groceries, clothing items, sporting goods, and even technology. There are many things you can find here. This is the main store I shop at for my needs. They have anything you need for every day living. The location is convenient as well. The prices for everything here is fair and they often have deals and sales on common items. This is the store to come to if you cannot find what you are looking for anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting this store.
Walmart used to be one of my favorite places. Now the quality of customer service and goods selection has dropped tremendously!:( The deli almost never cooks fresh food, no matter what time you come in. There was a woman in the deli completely out of uniform serving food. What happened to uniforms!
STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. If you have any dignity at all you will stay far away from this customer hating company. Realistically I dont have to tell you that all Walmarts are unclean bastions of customer hatred. Walmart associates are store stockers, not customer service representatives anymore. You are an interruption of their work, not the reason for it.
Terrible customer service every time we go to this Walmart. My wife just went in the middle of the day on a Thursday and there weren’t any carts for her to use. Their response to my six month pregnant wife was they’d get some in a little bit because it was raining right now...
Online had 4 A/C units in stock, Team lead claimed she was a manager and was not willing to check stock, after much insisting she brought me to another employee who said she was the manager but hid her name tag, who also refused to check their inventory. Drove over 30 minutes because the website said they had them in stock.
Picking up groceries at Walmart is AWESOME. But if it happens they dont have items youve ordered, you have to go to another Walmart. The Walmart off of Eisenhower Parkway is a nice store. But no one was working the registers. Self checkout had a line that was wrapped around, past the greeting cards. The other THREE, yes, only three registers were open, were packed. No registers were open on the other end, just on the market side. I HATE to go in. I love shopping online and them bring it to my car. There is no such thing as a quick trip to Walmart. Horrible service.
I sure hate to say it because I sure like seeing ms Shirley there. But they really need help with cleaning. Before even walking in this afternoon I had to find a parking slot that another car hadn’t takin up two slots. The inside restrooms were nasty and needed a good sweeping. But the customer service is always good and they usually friendly. Just need some cleaning and maintain parking lot more.
My husband and I were traveling by this store so I stopped here an went to the hot food section and got 1 pound of plain,1 pound of barbecue chicken wings,1 carrot cake square & 1 Hersey square. There was a gentleman on the register before me that walked off so when it started acting up on I called over the cashier and asked her to check to make sure there were no extra items & that all my items rung up because the price was wrong she checked my bags an it was right but after I could see my receipt it had extra items just like I thought. I told her of her mistake and she said Id need to go to customer service but when I looked over they was closed. I was charged for item I never received all because she wouldnt fix it before or after the fact so now I got to go back in and argue for a refund... Poor customer service
This is my main Walmart in Macon. The lines are long after work...but thats part of the territory. The store is generally clean and you can find what you need. The warranties for electronics are reasonable. The Walmart brand water is one of my favorite buys and a bargain at 15/$2. I wish they had the pick up service but maybe one day....
We went in at about 5:30 in the morning, so it wasnt busy. The employees were all so nice, every one of them we passed or saw spoke to us, and a few talked to us as if they had known us for a long time. A WHOLE lot different than the Walmart where we live. They need to come up here and train them on how to treat customers when you work in customer service !
Wal-Mart says their prices are low is an untruth. A gallon of bleach cost $3.99 when across the lot (walking distance) the Same gallon of bleach is $1.00 at Dollar Tree. And this is the same for many other items. Right now WALMART is just a bad habit I have sometimes.
I like going to Wal-Mart, I cant go right now Im in quarantine. I did online pickup for the first time for some meds I really need. Nobody respond back to me in pickup( layaway) department. Then shorthanded in customer service. Not good way to start off a customer or employees day. Need my ordered! if you advertising online pickup or delivery. Need to do a better job. Im still waiting. Also change the prices online to the original store prices..
Maria made the curbside pickup enjoyable. I am in my 4th year of living in Macon and every associate I have had contact with has made shopping at Walmart easier. I have appreciated the support and personal care provided by the staff at Walmart Zebulon. You guys are necessary and you are awesome! Thanks.
As soon as I parked in the lot pulling my travel trailer, security pulled up and asked how long we would be staying. I said it would take as long as it takes to shop for a few things. I was told to not stay longer and that camping isnt allowed there. It was 130 in the afternoon and I gave no indication that I was camping in their lot. When approaching the entrance there was a panhandler asking for spare change and security drove right past that annoying individual. The focus shouldnt be on the cash paying customers. Rv and camper travelers spend a lot of money at Walmart. Chill out parking lot security lady...
You can get the best pricing around. I especially enjoy the online shopping experiences with them. And there are no problems with returns if theres a problem even if its your mistake. 2022-06-05My first time at this location and I didnt like it. I normally shop at the Walmart located on Zebulon and I love it. This location didnt have anything I needed my cat food wasnt in stock. The liter wasnt in stock. The ice cream I love it was a wasted trip. This location is closer to my house but I will make that extra trip to Zebulon.

2022-03-15G-H-E-T-T-O ! The only good thing about this Walmart location is remodeling and new floors after 10 years. Workers? Customer Service especially is HORRIBLE . I don’t see how most of Walmart employees got hired , 0 customer service skills ! All ratchet & to top it off management doesn’t do a thing about complaints or call to actions about complaints .

2022-05-18Great service friendly saleswoman! They squeezed me in between oil changes to service and check my tire that was leaking oil! Will return to keep getting my tires from them

2022-06-27I went in to get a oil change there was 4 workers and no cars at all. I told the guy and he said we cant do a 2020 Chevrolet truck due to the location of the drain plug. I said I got it changed here 2 months ago he then said we dont have this particular blend of oil. Really just purposely trying to detour customers so as to not have to work I guess. Terrible I left 2 stars because the previous oil change went ok. But the manager should know they are turning work away on purpose.

2022-05-22I purchased 2 items. Took pictures of both sales tags. Get to the register 1st item ring up correct, 2nd item rings up wrong. Tell the cashier, she said the price I said it was showing is the online price, I said No maam, I took a picture of the display price. It was adjusted, but you should not have to go through this. WALMART IS A RIP OFF, BUT YOU DIDNT GET ME TODAY! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN.

2022-05-01The experience at this and gray highway is the worse. Every person you ask says “I don’t work in that dept.” that is So frustrating. While customers are not asking whether you work in an apartment or not, they are asking for assistance , go get someone who will. These gave got to be the laziest workers. Not all, some.

2022-03-26I am personally disgusted by this Walmart. Recently moved to the area and the quality of food sold here a subpar. I bought a can of olives once and upon opening it, they were covered with mold. There’s always some type of moldy bread on the bread aisle. There’s flies in he donut boxes in the bakery. It just seems like they’re not vetting the food properly

2022-01-26After me and my husband checked out we misplaced our receipt and the door greeter grabbed our cart pushing it against me, I informed her she was pushing the cart Against me and she said she wasn’t as she contuined to push the cart against me. We got the receipt reprinted and as we walked out the door she said “keep up with your receipt next time” I will not go to this location anymore.
