Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Lower your prices and bring back more affordable Healthcare Uniforms. I had trouble digging thru the box of uniforms after others have rumbled everything in mismatched areas. The uniforms usually hang in their separate spaces for easy accessibility to match pieces. Nurses are always in a hurry, in and out of our Patients room, and as well as Walmart. Please help?
It was actually the 1st time in a long time that there was no long wait in line , plenty of employees working and pleasant and helpful and friendly, most of my visits to Walmart the employees never smile, don’t greet you at the register and act like your bothering them for shopping there so 👍to Zebulon Rd
Well once again I gave to go the store. Is there any place that has most everything I need and be cheaper than anywhere else. Guess not. Store is cleaner and stocked pretty well. Prices are better than average places. I still dread going to Walmart. The employees show the attitude of Im working get out of my way I go to walk down an isle and an employee is working or walking up. I go to make room or get by. I say oh Im sorry excuse me. I dont get any eye contact back no response in return at all. Yall dont realize if you dont have shoppers you dont have a job. No one of course to ring you up they have 2 dozen self checkout stations. Still no room to unload your cart. The staff to aid with problems, one was staring into the ceiling the whole time and the other had to leave customer service to help a lady. Overall there is no personal touch, no courtesy, no manners, no respect and little to no help. Cant say I like your new direction. But like they say Walmart is a necessary evil.
Very large Walmart with a HUGE parking lot. There was lots of selection and the staff was nice. There were only two cashiers working though, so this location definitely encourages self check out. I noticed that this Walmart has a decent selection of adult board and card games, which was new to me. Perhaps the Walmart’s I frequent in the north are more prudish? I settled on shoots and ladders though.
A lot of items out of stock, but overall a usual friendly and stress-free trip. Staff always welcoming, courteous, and helpful. Great variety of grocery items. Yesterday, the crowd was big, the check-out lines were backed up to the next county, but only 3 registers were open. Still cant understand how a corporation of this size cant simply pull other employees to register duty when the lines are incredibly long and your frozen items are slowly dripping away. It was already a dismal trip because the Zebulon Road store has designed their floor plan and a lot of items aint where they used to be. Like to have never found the pet dept.
Now this location has almost everything! Variety for days. Well stocked and I love this location but its not near my house. I go here if its convenient while running errands much better than Harrison Rd. Location. They still are on top of things. Today my detergent was out of stock. My order took a bit to be brought to my car but it arrived. The Gentleman who delivered it was very nice. Thanks
This store will never get it together they have so much stock in the aisles to put away but yet they are out of everything, makes no sense. The employees spend more time congregating than working, where is the supervision in all of this? There are actually good people out there that need jobs that are actually going to work, you guys need to have better hiring judgment!
Grocery pickup was delayed, but we werent i formed of that till after we got there. Asked for an ETA after sitting there for over an hour and they just brought us what they had picked and canceled the rest of the order (about $60 worth of stuff. And the charge for the order has not yet been adjusted to reflect what wasnt brought. And I now have to go shop for that, because it was important stuff, mostly specific dietary items for a special needs child)
Employess stand around by the freezer section arguing about who is gonna work. Rudest customer service ever shelves are barely stocked and have your receipt ready if youre caucasian because you will be apprehended by the door police. While others are allowed to just pass through unquestioned. Corporate needs to camp out at this place until its improved. At this point a 20% improvement would be a feat to accomplish.
Everything was great til time to check out. Only self registers operating, there was 1 employee running a register, and her line was half way to the back of the store. Register kept requiring override, and each time it took her 10-15 min to get to us. Seriously there needs to be more help.
Walmart #2890, Zebulon Rd, Macon GAI am from TX where Wal-Marts are enjoyable to go to and this one is terrible. I went to the Money Services center where I waited in line for 15 min to load a pre-paid card. After waiting and observing the poor attitudes of some of the employees I went to the customer service desk and the lady told me I had to go to the Money Services center and I explained there was no one working. She told me the lady was working a register because she got bored and did not have anything to do. I waited another 10 minutes after asking for a manager with 4 other customers and that person never showed up so I left. The employees in question had bad attitudes, they were not polite, nor were they professional. They also acted as if they were bothered. This is not how Walmart operates, this is more like the Ghetto and they got a stinky swamp of employees that need to be drained. I would rate them a big fat ZERO if I could.
I should know by now that Walmart has horrible customer service... but I had a problem with my phone late at night and needed to purchase a new sim card... it was like 10pm. I went to the Walmart of Harrison rd first they were out so I go to one on Zebulon rd because its already 10:30pm by then and its the closest when I get to the door at the Zebulon store its 10:47 there is a lady standing at the door that said she is there because the manager told her to let customers know that it is closed.... I get it when Im at work I want to get home asap... but your door says you close at 11pm so thats false advertising when I was not allowed to go in the store before 11pm. I even explained to her that I just needed the sim card if she could get it for me and she said I cant because my manager said I cant move from this door... I always say Im not going to go back to Walmart I think we all really need to stay away...sometimes its not worth it...waste of my gas, time and such horrible customer service!
I have a broken leg and cannot walk. I was able to have someone take me to the Walmart on Zebulon rd to do some grocery shopping. There were only three wheelchairs in the front of the store and all were broken. When I ask for assistance from multiple employees They would briefly look around the broken wheel chairs before shrugging and hurrying away never to be seen again. One employee finally saw one outside and brought it in but the battery was dead. I was forced to wait at the front of the store for any employee to help for over 30 min before I left empty handed. Unacceptable!
Unable to find items. Not as much variety as before. Frustrating with less Cashiers than before. Always a problem using self check out. Big mistake trying to cut back jobs and use automation. Sam Walmart was a people person and I wonder how he would feel with humans losing jobs and being replaced.
I had a delivery scheduled for 12pm-1pm today, it’s almost 5pm and I have not received my items or an update about the status of my delivery. I spoke with Walmart customer service and they couldn’t even get anyone on the line to assist. I called the store and the line rings and rings. No one answers the phones. This is terrible service.
Sometimes this location inventory sucks! The employees who close this location every night are a variety.. all the ladies who run the check out lanes /cashier for people like me who cant get by there until late, are always so nice.... the other variety of late night closing crew are ok but theres been a few rude ones that I have come across.
Alot of changing is being made so its hard to find things. There is stuff all over the place. Im Paralyzed and in a wheelchair, as Im struggling to get an item into the cart or just to look at, employees just walk by you and even look at times. Very seldom do I receive help
The shop and go technology saves a lot of time and makes it easy to keep an eye on the budget before getting to the register. The online order pick up tower is super convenient! I’ve never had to wait in line and it’s easy to get in /grab your items / and get back on the road! Thank you !
I used two gift cards when checking out. One for $100 and the other one I was not sure of. Had a reciept with the balance, but forgot my glasses and could not read it. The checker kept both cards and said I had no balance on either of them. She said I owed nothing. Thought it a bit weird. When I got to the car I checked the old reciept and the new one. She had lied I had almost $59 left. Went back in and got my card back from her, but no apology was given. Went back next day to talk to manager. He called the front line manager. After 45 min. waiting I was told they would investigate the matter. They never even asked for my name or number. Got the feeling I had been given the brush off.
The rudest employee and store manager. I went to the fitting room to try a shirt and as I walked in saw the floor wet and clothes every where . Told one of the employee who was responsible for fitting room , she said “ok” and walked away I saw store manager and told him about wet floor in fitting room and told him that his employee walked away and did not pay attention. He had very rude respond telling me with attitude he is going to get someone and telling me why I was so worried about it 😳 this Walmart is not the same as it was before !! Very poor management !!
There is a reason why there score is so low on google reviews. Not all, but most of the employees are very rude, i knowledgeable, and the GM Archie is an absolute disgrace to customer care, customer service. He’s extremely rude, he speaks very unintelligently though he’s educated, and military. I wasn’t impressed with his demeanor at all. You have to price check everything in the store with the Walmart app, because it’s in the wrong place, just to find out when you get to the register that that’s the wrong price, that’s the internet price?? It’s your app, I’m logged into your store, the item is there, then you tell me you won’t honor it, and your very rude about it. So I get Archie who has the poorest customer service skills I’ve ever seen. He does honor it, but makes a scene doing it. I’ll shop the Forsyth store now, and challenge Walmart to sit Archie under there Gm, do he can see how it’s done. Best customer service ever there. My wife waited 40 min, for a pick up order at Zebulon, yet at Forsyth its almost instant. He bragged as to managing a store of that size, buddy wasn’t managing, he’s collecting a check. Walmart, fire half that staff, starting g with Archie, put the Forsyth GM there, for 6 months… He’d have your store right.. Right now, it’s in shambles, due to a poor leader, military or not, I’d hate to be under archies ignorant command..
The store was organized, but a little dirty. We were there to replace a tire that blow out on a road trip. They said 2 hours or less. They had 2 oil changes going on. Ok sounds good. We just went ahead and had all 4 replaced. 2 hours later 6 oil changes were done and the car was still in the parking lot. The 6 oil changes that I refer to were one that came in after we did. Its been 3 hours and we are almost out the door. Could have been worse.
It was closing time and the employees were beyond rude, the girl on the microphone making the announcement was garbled, rush with no enunciation all well saying thank you for shopping at Walmart in a way that sounded like she really didnt care where we shopping, just get out of the store. Maybe it was a long night. However it might be a good idea to have someone that is pleasant and speaks like they are professional vs some one who needs a few grammar lessons
$5 Ill say theres nothing special about this Walmart or any other Walmart. Typical Box store That are reducing the amount of employees to help customers, also reducing the amount of Cashiers in order to increase profit, So now you ring up your own and bag up your own and pay them the same price as if though they still had cashiers in place.. The location is closest to me in North Carolina has when its far as to do away with all cashiers its 100% self check check.
This store utilizes false and misleading advertising. I purchased a laptop computer on the 16th of September from the website and was told I would receive the item in the store on the 17th and could pick up in store after 6pm. I went to the store and the item was not there. I paid additional fee to have the item shipped next day. I was told by staff to come back tomorrow.
Went in to grab a few items. They were right where I expected them to be. The constant stocking of shelves (used to only happen at night, when they were open 24hrs) is an inconvenience. WM Staff should be trained to be compact and efficient when restocking, rather than spread out across the entire aisle... Just makes sense that customers still need to get through. Usual WM.
Never expect much from any Walmart customer service but this one in Macon is the worst Ive ever been to. The customer svc manager is so rude I thought she was joking but was then told by another employee shes not fond of most people that dont look like her. Also most of their employees cant or wont help with anything from the few experiences Ive had. The last time we went I was actually looking for a hidden camera because it seemed like someone was playing a joke on us, it was so bad.
Ive been in this store more than 1,000 times, and not one single employee of the 350 people who work in this HELLmart StuperCenter / Tired Store know my name. This store is the epitome of terrible customer service. The ONLY thing that WORKS in this HellMart is the CASH MACHINE that takes your money, Now that thing WORKS!!!!
We bought Pokémon Diamond for the switch today at this store, got home and the case was empty. It was plastic wrapped and locked in the case at the store. We took it back and they told us we stole it and wouldnt refund it. A manager wouldnt even come talk to us. This is apparently happening at Walmarts everywhere where they are selling empty game cases. We had to buy the game again and this time we made sure to open it in the store. If your buying a switch game, do not leave the store with out opening it.
This Walmart has the worse customer service as well as management just treating people dirty, they are rude and to add to my kids needed to go to the rest room and I refused the toilets looked filthy and looked like they were never clean the health department needs to be involved with all this sickness going around and when you try to get manager you can never get one and when you do they rude and don’t care to help the customer think would you like to use a restroom with something like this in it ask yourself this and than when you ask for assistance you can’t get help?
It was okay.We tried to make a purchase in electronics & it took forever for the cashier to appear only to be told we didnt have to make electronic purchases only in electronic as we do where were from.🤦🏾Then while in self-checkout the attendant was missing too lols but luckily we didnt have a register issue but a couple of other people did.
Well the security gates were removed that was rather shocking to see (8/6/21) but pharmacy is always no problem at all. The store itself needs major zoning, and shelves need stocked. The rear bathroom is a health hazard. No other way to put that. Toilets leaking water on the floor, paper all over, nothing looks like its been cleaned for days.
I absolutely hate this Walmart. As far as the selection, its probably the best in town. However their customer service is absolutely sorry. Its as if they make their own hours and every time I go they say their system is down so no returns or exchanges can be made. I could go on and on right now because Im angry that Im having to drive to another Walmart because as always this Walmarts system is down. I would be willing to bet everything I own its not the system... its the operators of the system.
There is a mistake by Google with this review. I was speaking of my experience with a Wal-Mart in Atlanta when I wrote this. Im not sure how that happened but I wanted to set the record straight. It was in Atlanta not Macon. Having said that please dont get the idea that the Wal-Marts in Macon are any better, they are NOT.Custoner service was anything but. Fat black woman in customer service was rude, uncaring, ignorant and didnt provide eye contact. She continued personal conversation with another employee even while I requested help.Since the LACK of customer service was so obvious and disrespectful and perhaps racist in nature I left. When I returned to the taxi and told the driver of my almost unbelievable experience he was very quick to tell me that many people have related the same problem or issue. He then told me how good the customer service is at the TARGET store nearby. He was correct. The customer service at the TARGET was unimaginably far, far superior.
I recently had a bad experience at Walmart on Harrison Rd., so I decided to go to Walmart on Zebulon Rd. While standing in the checkout line, I saw 4 roaches come out from under 1 of the cashiers stations. That really disgusted me. I hope they take care of this problem. Other than that, it was an overall good experience.
Well it was pretty much like any other Walmart until you came across an employee of theirs and then I saw how friendly and helpful they all were. I had never been in a situation needing help in one if their stores before but I had never been in this one before and when I asked for help a few times the Staff stopped packing shelves, ( inventory had come in ), it was all over the floor and down most aisles the Staff gladly helped me through to the end. They gave me great ideas too. Several of them was constantly making sure I was okay too, see Im Disabled and handicapped of course. Thank you for a great experience.
Its ALWAYS hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Ive been trying to reach a manager for 3 hours to address an issue because I was unable to go to the store. Ive called all of the depts listed in the prompts (Electronics, Deli, Store Pickup, and 0 for customer service) and no answer. Out of desperation, I called the pharmacy and someone picked up immediately. I explained the issue to her and she was nice enough to page a manager. However, after being on hold for 15 minutes, she came back to the line 3 times and said that none of the managers would answer her page after several attempts. This isnt the first time this has happened. Its bad enough that 90% of the workers lack customer service etiquette and if you ask for help, your made to feel like youre bothering them...Ridiculous!
Restocking the shelves is meh, good luck. 13 August 2021 the customer service returns has been down for at least 2 weeks. Ive drove 40 minutes total hauling a return grill 3 times, just to be told I dont know what is going on, the system is down and Archie the store manager has dissapeared on vacation or something. I literally went on vacation in South Carolina for a week and came back and they were still saying the same thing! The Store Manager Archie needs to be held accountable.
Where do i begin. I’ll just make it simple since it is a great amount of things going wrong with this location. This Walmart is never stocked on the main items. The display of products are horrific and unorganized as though no one works in these departments. Especially the food is unorganized and that’s the most important department. The electronic department is always out of stock on items as well. Went in at 6:45 am to purchase a 65” television and get this, it was on sale for $25.00 per the app and stated limited stock. This appears at 12:45 am and of course the store was closed and as soon as they open I’m there. However, clerk was like “we have nothing in the back but tv’s that are 598 and up. And the ones you see out here on shelf.” Which that was very little to see. It is my opinion that every time Walmart has a great electronic sale, the employees are holding these items for themselves and family. It happens every Black Friday too. The app will be real time stock availability but you go in the store....the items are gone but the app says different. I know these items in Walmart are connected to the app. When the item is sold out based on inventory count, the app/website is updated. You can never call and reach any manager at any Walmart. None of the employees want to actually help you. This Walmart used to be the best in our city but now it is trash. Manager does not manage well nor take pride in the look or presentation of products in there.
The store itself is nice and I’m sure they are doing the beat they can but the parking lot is a bit sketchy. Any time I see the telescoping mobile security camera in a parking lot, it makes me worry they have had a history of break ins. Other than that the Walmart is great.
I picked up 3 items that were supposedly marked down and when I got to self checkout NONE of them were. I handed them to an associate on my way out the door empty handed. Batteries, a dog toy and dog rawhides. Also, the pillows in the outdoor section were incorrectly priced. You have a SERIOUS pricing issue.
Lines are always long. Go in to pick up a few items and spend more time in line self-check out or with a cashier than I actually do in the store. Sometime order on line is not particular. Gone is the slogan if more than three people are in line we will open more checkouts
With the corona virus still linger on social distancing is important and here its large enough to stay 6 feet apart just about every area you will shop. In the grocery isles it does sometimes get crowded but most customers are wearing mask as they have been ask to do inside the store. Most items in stock except household disinfectant name brands and other hard to get anywhere items. Parking is ample as is handicapped parking spaces. You can get in and out fast if you use self checkout.
I had an amazing experience at this location during the holidays and I have the cashier Ashley in electronics to thank for it. She was so polite and friendly! She went over and beyond and I am so grateful!! I was so sick and she was so patient and efficient in helping me!! I rarely have an experience of this rating at Walmart but I hope she inspires others!!!
Tried checking out at 9:15 p.m. six days before Christmas (12/19/19). They had one register open. The rest of the lines were self-checkout. Because I had a buggy full of groceries, self checkout was not an option, so I got in the one long line. At some point during my 45 minute wait in line, the register-open light was turned off which the lady who came up behind me did not notice. After she stood in line for ten minutes, she was told that the register was closed. When we told her that this was the only line open, she relied, “Well, I’m going home,” which is what we ALL wanted to do. The lady behind me was aggravated, but went to self-checkout. The next thing I knew, a manager walked over to me in a much less than kind voice and ordered me to leave the line because it was closed. Thankfully, the cashier admitted that I was in the line before the light went off. I got no apology for being talked to in such a rude way. After a while, an elderly lady got in line behind me with a buggy much fuller than mine. When she was told that the line was closed, she incredulously replied that there were no other lines opened and asked if they were opening one. “I don’t know,” was the totally unconcerned reply. The lady behind me asked if there was a manager she could speak to. “Yeah,” was the next brilliant reply, “She’s over there.” So the elderly lady left her buggy, walked to the manager, and then came back ready to take her full buggy of groceries to self checkout after she was told that all the associates went home. Very obviously, I didn’t allow this elderly woman to go ring up and bag her own groceries. I gave her my, at this point, 40 minute-wait place in line, and I went to self checkout. When I told my cashier what I was doing so she would allow the lady to check out, I got an irritating shoulder shrug and a “fine.” After a fifteen minute wait in self-checkout, I was finally out the door only to hear more employees standing around making fun of the customers who were complaining about the whole, horrible situation. This was absolutely the worst shopping experience ever. A long list of employees should be reprimanded including whoever makes the schedule, the manager, the cashier, and the rude employees mocking the customers.Just a note to anyone working in customer service, an apology and a smile go a long way in easing a stressful, bad situation. People are generally very forgiving of situations out of your control when treated with respect.
This is the worst walmart if you have to deal with any type of return or customer service. Not to I knock all the employees that work up front but 75% of them are rude and very unhelpful. Been going here years and seems to be getting worse. I will go to other Walmart from now on and I hate going to that side of town.
They need to have scanners in the store... I walked around for quite some time trying to verify prices on items. Several of the items that were placed on certain racks were not marked down with stickers and were not the price they were advertised to be according to the sign on top of the rack.
Nothing but rude employees,Very judgemental,Item was clearly placed in wrong area I asked for price match and the worker was very rude and refused to price match it even after other employees stated it was indeed there with the price I stated and provided a LIVE photo. (which ok I get it) BUT the attitudes make this place god awful!
How are you supposed to get ahold of someone if they don’t answer the phone. I’m not from around here and needing to know if there’s a shop at this Walmart. I’m 600 miles from home on a Sunday. Walmart is the only place open so what do you want ppl to do. I HATE lazy people
I called for an answer to a question and the first time I was met with a person who simply hung up my call. Then I called again only to listen to ringing until I gave up. Then I called one final time to talk to any person I could which I was able to and was met by a person who sounded like they obviously did not care. This has been my experience with every Walmart I have ever been to and it is very sad because Walmart could be so much better.
Pharmacy Manager Courtney McBroom was very rude. I went to pick up my prescription that they texted me and told me was ready. She advised prescription was put back because a different dr prescribed called in a similar prescription. She went on to ask me why I would visit 2 drs in the same day. I told her for 2 different situations. She demanded in front of other customers to know why. So I told her what diagnoses was.by the way I whispered it to her she blurted out my diagnosis in front of other customers, very unprofessional. She then goes on to tell me that the medications were the same and to just take the one the other dr prescribed. I told her my dr gave strict orders to follow medication instructions. She stated it will be fine it will work the same. When I told her I didnt feel comfortable taking diffirent medications for the problem I had she became agitated and started that she could fill prescription because it had been deleted from my profile. She then goes on to say that I would just have to wait for dr to verify prescription tomorrow. I asked for a business card she threw it at me and let down the window.
Mega chain stores are not my forte, but for specific items (golf putting green) it was a reasonable $19.97. Twelve balls. Total cost $27 and some change. No No No......Never played golf never tried, but all my old basketball buddies are old golfers now. Join-Em or get Left. Help.........!
Got confronted by a worker in the parking lot and the worker was telling me that I could not park my truck in the parking lot or it would be towed and last I checked as a customer regardless of what I’m driving I have the right to park in the parking lot if I’m coming to the shop as of today I probably won’t be going back to that Walmart because I may get myself in trouble from what I was told the person that confronted me was the front line supervisor I guess I didn’t get a name she was a tall slender woman with gray hair and has a very nasty attitude
Absolutely most unprofessional management and customer service I have ever experienced. Brought a car battery that had a year left of warranty on it, was told by associates, then the store manager Richard that the warranty would not be honored because the associates in the “automotive department aren’t there and your battery has to be tested.” After I drove to this location from Jackson. I also have called for 2 days and have been hung up on 4 times. Walmart Has become a non customer focused corporation with a terrible training program.
I prefer to shop at zebulon road walmart until my last visit. most of the employees are great but when I went on tuesday i came in and asked if there were any handicap carts available and the greeter was so rude in the way she told me no. the greeter was the first employee i see when i came in and she was just nasty to me. i guess wal mart doesn’t was my money because the first person i meet made me cry.
I am 70 years old, needed some red mulch so I called 4 times on Saturday May 02/20 in the am. Never could get anyone in the garden department to answer. Looked it up on internet and it said ,on sale $1.97 per bag. hooked up my trailer and drove to the next county to buy 75 bags. looked but it took a while to find someone to help me. they had to take me back to front of store to buy it. took a while for them to find it, paid for it then had to wait for someone to load it. then they told me they didnt have it only some that cost $3.88 a bag.then I had to go to customer service and stand in a line to be given my money back. A trip, 4 hours wasted wearing a mask, walking and standing with bad knees for nothing. this is not customer service, terrible service.
If I could give this store a 0 star rating, I would.Walmart on Zebulon Rd in Macon, GA is about a joke. The picture kiosks are shut down, so I can not order pictures instantly. The only way pictures can be ordered through the app, and it takes 2 weeks for them to get printed.I ordered pictures for Mother’s Day on April 26, 2020. order #: 3882060499818. Since May 10, 2020, I have called multiple times and can never get anyone to answer. I have asked in the store, to which they reply “We don’t have anything.”I never got a call, voicemail, text, email, nothing stating my pictures were ready for pick up.Today when I called, they actually answered the phone (shocking I know!!!) I stayed on the phone for 13 minutes before anyone actually answered thoughThey informed me that I would have to reorder my pictures.I am so fed up with this particular Walmart, they are extremely rude, and have absolutely no common courtesy.
Grocery items were rather sparse in some departments. Other areas of the store displayed full shelves. The store was clean and social distancing was practiced. It seemed buggies were being sanitized frequently. All dressing rooms remain closed. Ailes were clearly marked as to which direction to follow for distancing...though a lot of shoppers were ignoring the signs. As usual, few checkers were in place, but plenty of scan and go lanes were available.
2/16/2020 The employees in the Customer Service department were VERY rude and quite frankly hateful. The person I talked to had a yellow jacket on I was directed to her told that she was the manager. Then she told me that she was just a supervisor was not around when I ask to speak to them. This woman was surrounded by other employees, and when I was requesting help she just stood there giving me a dirty look. She refused to say anything to me and just kept staring at me. When I turn to leave she finally said have a nice day. I have NEVER been treated so horrible and I wish I had it in me to turn around and take her photo but I really didnt feel safe anymore and just wanted to get out of the store. I can not believe that Walmart would even allow this person to be in Customer Service yet alone being out in the public.
It’s not my local Walmart but it’s the one I go to when my local one doesn’t have certain items I need. It’s clean, well-lit and friendly workers. I accidentally left $20 at the self-checkout and went to the gas station across the street when I realized I forgot the money. So, I ran back to the Walmart where the self-checkout clerk had my $20 securely put away until I came back, thank god for her and the trustworthy workers there!
Can anyone in this store pickup a phone? I’ve tried calling for the last two days and the phone just rings a hundred times or more then someone gets sick of it ringing then picks up only to disconnect call. Forget calling 1800Walmart to get any assistance. Calls bounce around via prompts only to get caught up in the same. Customer no service
Organized and almost always has what you need in stock. The service is usually great if you can find someone that can help you with what you are looking for. They could almost always stand to have at least one more register open than they do but checkout is not usually a hassle. The seasonal section is nice and outdoor section has reasonable prices I just wish it was easier to get someone to help you in when buying ammo (which you should not have to be 21 to purchase)
I sent an order to the store for a photo for my significant other. Established her as the pick up person, she was never able to pick my item up. I would call consistently and be on the phone well over 3 minutes my call would end like somebody declined it. Please fix this problem
For a small Walmart it’s decent enough. Most items are typically in stock with the exception of the freezer and cold food sections. It’s also irritating that you’re pretty much forced into self checkout nowadays then forced to wait at the door to have the receipt scanned as if you’re a criminal. I’ll visit Walmart when it’s more convenient but prefer someplace like Publix that actually has a person rung you out and not review your bags as you’re leaving in case you stole a bag of beans.
I like the store, but for as much profits Wal-Mart takes in, you think they would have staff on the floor to help customers. You can never find any employees to help you with any questions or problems. You can call for help and it takes them forever to send someone if anyone shows up at all. We had to call multiple times and they were not that busy. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I can usually find most of the items that I need .
I went to get a new head light put in and got the run around. I understand it was late Sunday afternoon and the staff didnt seem to know what to do. They were going to take the front of my car off.I told them no,no. You peel back the inner fender to get to headlight. One of the staff got it and did the job.I was pleased now,I hope you have better luck.
What can I say? Its Walmart. The employees almost never know where anything is, what anything is, and usually they seem like they just rolled out of bed with a hangover. The place is a free for all, and its my own personal hell. But if you need 10 random items, its where you go. Walmart is a test of endurance and self sufficiency. A couple of tips: Know what you want going in and rely on your own deductive reasoning skills for where an item should be. If its not there, leave it. Youll save time and your own sanity. Also take advantage of price checking stations in the store and through the app. Never trust the price of something based on where you got the item. If you do, your resulting surprise and anger is your own fault. This review is applicable to every Walmart in the country. Theyre all the same, and theres no hope, so rely on your own brain and strength to get you through it. Good luck. Four stars because its Walmart and you can usually find what you need.
You can always find stuff at Walmart! It is like a time vortex. You go in for a few items, come out an hour later! I gave it 3 stars for one reason: they are always withdrawing products from the shelves I love or they just run out of things too quickly. They need better stocking!
I have first given great reviews to the Zebulon Walmart in Macon Georgia but I return to remove my reviews after going back to the store to try to exchange three items from the online grocery shopping ordering I went this morning I had no problems great service the employees were kind respectful quick and courteous but once I had to return to make a even exchange of some items the problems begin first they couldnt find the TC number for the order off the receipt then I was promised by the manager Leticia that if I made another 25-minute trip out here to this Walmart to correct the order that she would give me a gift card upon arriving and speaking with her she decided even though the items were the same brand the same cost that she did not want me to exchange them she told me the only thing that could be done was for her to return them out to the credit card and I would have to reorder and come back out to get the same items again so this service is not as convenient Curb side shopping , as I thought or great I thought it would be a great service for people who were unable to get out people who are disabled like myself people who were Senior or just too busy to do their grocery shopping, the problem comes in if you dont like the items they pull off the shelf its too much trouble for exchange well actually they dont allow you to make the exchange , so its not a great service. I was told by the manager if I made the 25-minute trip back I would receive a gift card which she lied about I did not received a gift card for my inconveniences or my gas as she promised now thats really bad when your the supervisor or the manager and your word isnt worth dirt. The supervisor Leticia or Lakeisha not certain of the name she was black as I am and I think she did not trust me even after seeing the order and receipt and I did not want any money. I was just exchanging the items for exact items only different was scent dove soap instead of unscented, a jar Miracle Whip instead of a squeeze bottle and the tissue instead of soft Scotts tissue I wanted a( 1000 sheets to the roll Scotts tissue) no change in the price was the same no cash back I guess you cant find good customer service at Walmart Im so disappointed this morning I was raving about how good the service was. So 2 hours wasted this didnt save me any time I could have went to the store look all over the store for those items not worth your time doing online shopping with Walmart too inconvenient when you need to make returns I will try Krogers they have online grocery shopping curbside pickup as well and much more courteous employees. Walmart training your manager the simple way of business might help its the customers money that gives them a job and feeds their family and bad customer service doesnt keep any business growing.

2022-04-02It was very busy today on Saturday. I couldnt find face masks. And they keep moving things around and I had a hard time finding my items. My brand of cat treats are no longer sold there. Thats a bummer. I now have to drive around looking for it.Other than that, the employees are kind and helpful. My cashier seemed down. But thats life these days.

2022-06-01I was surprised to find the Walmart on Zebulon Rd had the cutest close for plus size women. Walmart usually has clothing in plus sizes that are geared toward much, much older women. I would like to see more current plus size styles and colors for younger to middle aged women always on the racks. Keep up the good work. I hope to find these items at the Walmart near my home.

2022-07-04Super rude older lady running the dressing room. She chased me down to tell me to put my clothes back (most places allow you to leave them in the dressing room, it was just a swimsuit). Then proceeded to tell me I wasn’t even supposed to be in there and that she forgot to lock it closed. (The door was open, so I went in… how was I supposed to know it wasn’t open?) so she locked it and SLAMMED it closed in front of me. THEN she told me I wasn’t allowed to try on swim suits anyways. Okay where is a sign that says this? They had a hygiene sticker on them (of course I ain’t going commando trying on a swimsuit, but still how was I supposed to know that was not allowed). She was so rude in the way she talked to me, trying to scold me like a child when I was unaware I was doing anything wrong. Her attitude was disgusting.

2022-06-13Easy to get in and get out. I always find the items on my shopping list. Even once they didnt have a item I wanted in-store and they delivered it to me the next day by a Walmart employee.

2022-05-20Its walmart. This particular location wont disappoint you or blow you away. The customer service is mediocre at best, not great not terrible. Decent shopping experience as far as shopping is concerned and you also should be able to find everything you need. I would definitely recommend publix on Bass rd or the Kroger down the street for a better shopping experience though.

2022-04-17It is 4/17/2022 at 6:36pm. I am in an RV with a blow tire, on the inside tire of two tires in the back. At 3:31pm I called the Auto Care Center with no answer. I arrive at the Zebulon Walmart Store at 4:17pm and the entire Auto Care Center has its front office lights off. I ask an employee where the Auto Care Center employees are as 7:00pm is the closing time on Sundays. She was confused. She asked another employee and she was confused. Another employee walked me back to the Auto Care Center and states they must be on lunch or a break and I should come back in 1 hour. I rip off a part of a box (in the trash) and leave a note by the Auto Care Center register. I come back 1 hour later, no one is there. I go to the front of the store and ask at customer service and the employee states I think they left because they turned in their drawer. So I am stuck in the parking lot with blown tire since 4:00pm. The Auto Care Center closes at 7:00pm. I have a sick child with 101.6 temperature. This is the reason we were heading back home from NC to FL. All the local tire centers are closed. There is no guarantee the Zebulon Walmart has the required tire but it would have been reasonable to get an answer at 3:31pm when I called the first time. There is no accountability for the Auto Care Center employees.

2022-06-11I’m not liking the remodel and moving of things. I shop here because I knew where everything was and could go in and out quickly. I spent 30 minutes looking for stuff. Then somethings I never found, either out or just too tired to keep looking.

2022-06-25Very nice clean store with good customer service. The shelves were full. Lots of associates for assistance. Seems like a nice Walmart location, they must have a good manager.

2022-04-12Theres nothing more fun or necessary than knowing theres a Walmart not far from just about anywhere you might be. The prices are worth driving that extra 5-10 miles you may have to go knowing they are going to have just about anything you may want or need! And they do it ALL, clothes, furniture, Auto things, hardware, bedding, pharmacy and if thats not enough you then complete your adventure by doing your grocery shopping. Now I tell you.... What more could you possibly ask for in a store... Ohh yes, for some of them to be open 24/7!! As I said in the beginning, theres nothing else like a WALMART.... Blankenship.... Til then take care...

2022-05-26Clean , nice , its a Walmart , what do you need to know , go , dont , I really dont care , just watch the prices , from the back of the store to the register the prices go up just enough so you wont notice and they will only change the price of 1 not however many of one item you buy.
