CAUTION! Note the prices of your items! This walmart constantly rings up products at a higher price than advertised on the shelves!!They purposefully do this! Make a ton of extra money knowing that most people wont catch the difference, and just price change for the ones that do. No one will complain and even if they do and they actually get taken to court, no biggie! They make more off this scam than a court settlement anyway! Win/win for them!
I usually come here and it’s a quick in and out but y’all need to hire people who atleast pretend they want to be there. I asked a worker if she knew if they sold a black button down blouse, she said “ we should, look around” and walked away. It’s shocking that she couldn’t even point me to the right direction or simply just say I don’t know
I scheduled a grocery pick up between 2pm - 3pm. I received my email advising me my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store at 3:15pm. There were 2 other cars there waiting, while I was waiting another car pulled up. The associates brought out the items for the other cars. I waited and the the associate comes out again with items for the car that pulled up after me. The associate advised me that my items would be out shortly. By this time it is was 3:45pm. I waited again and called the store and they advised they would be right out. The associate came out 10 mins later with 2 bags (I ordered over $100 of groceries). The associate advises me that they are still shopping for my items.... What was the point of sending me the email confirmation that my order was ready when they had not even got my items?????? I wasted a while hour for nothing....THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE... DONT GO TO THIS WALMART FOR ANYTHING!!!
This is the most surprising Walmart. The most poorly managed one I have ever been to in one of the most upscale areas you will find a Walmart. You cant shop for weekly groceries here unless you mind doing self checkout on a basket full of groceries since they rarely have any but self-checkout lines open. The carts are poorly maintained and you might have to try a few times to get one that rolls well, and not pulls to the side or feels like it has brakes on, like the ones in poor areas that have wheel brakes so they are not stolen. I have been to Walmarts in sketchy areas, but this is the most ghetto, right in the middle of East Cobb. Surprising.
Decent Walmart. Smaller than other Walmarts. Has the original Walmart feel before they all turned into supercenters.This store has basic products with small selections of the products. It includes a grocery section including frozen foods, dairy products, a deli, a bakery and fresh produce.I find it has more products in stock than the supercenters do. I go here a lot of times when Im searching for a particular product because often they have it in stock when the supercenters are sold out.Go to a supercenter if you want more choices. But, the selection here isnt that bad.Personally, I wasnt impressed by the small camping/fishing section (go to Walmart locations in Acworth, Kennesaw and/or Woodstock for better camping/fishing selections).This location also includes a garden center, a pharmacy, an eye doctor with a selection of glasses frames to choose from, a jewelry counter with jewelry made of/with precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, etc) and precious stones (diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, blue topaz, etc) behind the counter (most supercenters have removed their jewelry counters; its good to see that this store still carries one for gifts, low budget weddings, etc), self checkouts (I think their easier to get in and out of rather than wait in a long line for cashiers trying to navigate cash register issues; yes, they also have regular human operated cash registers also), and all your regular Walmart departments.Demographics of employees are 1/2 African-American and a few Caucasians. I felt as if I was treated with a lower standard due to my race by some of the staff due to how they would treat others of their own race. A star lost on the review because of this. Cant we all agree that were Americans and put the differences of past generations behind us and enjoy our freedom seperately or together, but with respect and dignity for one and another?This store closes at midnight (I feel late night shopping is better in my opinion; less customers to fight through; shorter checkout lines). This store doesnt get nearly enough customers to keep it running for 24/7/365. Less money produced means less human cashiers (this should be basic knowledge).Lastly, complaints about security tags on hand baskets and buggies should be ignored. Hand baskets and buggies are commonly stolen from Walmarts (especially hand baskets and theyre expensive to replace). Honestly, its rare to even find a hand basket at a supercenter. Its ok if a store fights to keep items like this so they can be used by others.
This was a nice store that was pretty well stocked and clean looking. They have a good garden center, party section and good Customer Service (cashiers and greeters). The chip section is rather limited compared to other locations as well as the hair care products for ethnic hair and no Lactaid brand products (sour cream) so no 5 star rating.
Always consistent with some of the nicest Walmart team members around. Being a business/owner, C/S is exceptionally important and these folks have you covered.Clean, neat and always organized, the team knows where to direct you for what you are needing to find!Kudos and keep up the good work.....it is also appreciated that this location seems to have the most on duty cashiers for any location we have needed to use
I recommend this Walmart. Its smaller and less crowded compared to other Walmarts. The restrooms here are usually cleaned too. The restrooms are sadly smaller then in other stores and there is only one set of restrooms and its in the back of the store compared to other locations where there is two in front and back, its probably because this one is older and was originally built to be a regular Walmart before most went supercenter years ago. This location isnt 24 hours anymore sadly probably do to complaints and since a neighborhood is behind the store. They employees are still your average type of employees you see at other locations, but the ones here are a bit more nicer too, you still have your share of rude employees thoughBlack Friday wasnt that bad either, compared to other stores as well. This Walmart is also more stocked then some of the others too and has a number of employees that has been with Walmart for decades. I do recommend this store since its in more of a sleepy community and wont be as crowded as other Walmarts throughout Cobb county and the metro area. This Walmart is also a decent Walmart to work at if you prefer smaller stores. This Walmart may not have as much items as others but it is still a less busy store and at times you will still probably have to wait in a long line. But, in other words this is a decent smaller Walmart compared to most and I recommend this location.
Just ran in to grab a few things and quickly noticed that this Walmart has the friendliest employees! Seriously. I’ve never had so many Walmart employees say hi or tell me to have a blessed day or good day. Wow. I was in and out in under 20min and noticed this. Being kind to one another is always noticed and appreciated. Thank you and great job!
Nice if not shopping for wic items me and my wife went in to by formula for our twins using our wic but had to wait to fine an available associate to help because all they ever have open is self checkout they dont keep a actual cashier on staff I should not have to scan my own items I do not work for Walmart
Went to the vision center and they were so kind and professional. The entire time I was getting my exam, she explained everything I needed to know about my eyes without me having to ask. She went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable and smooth. I truly appreciate the service. Definitely will refer others.
This Walmart is nice, has friendly employees and everything you need. Its located in an upper middle class area, so its quite clean and not too packed. I feel relaxed and secure while shopping for my needs here. The location is also convenient for those living in the surrounding communities.
Prices good no deli help or meat dept help. Only self check out had good amount in my cart after spending 160.00 in groceries then had to check all my stuff and bag it . Asked if they had a cashier same excuse the had a lot of call outs .had to work to hard to get my groceries. Will have to pay more at publics but at least I dont have to do everything.
As far as Walmarts go, this is a good one. Its clean and never very crowded. The only problem is the severely lacking customer service. One night at midnight, I needed to buy something from the locked section in the electronics department and it took 20 minutes to get someone who had access to the key!
Low selection compared to a full size store. This is a modified old building. More isle space for groceries could be add if the clothing was reduced a little and compact the meat produce and bakery departments depending on the food waste ratio. It would also be nice if maybe could order not carried there but common in a standard store or Walmart offer delivery option like Amazon has know. I mean they have 1000s of distribution centers (stores). Site to store items on top of what already stocked at the store. Fleet gas at Murphy oil if on site. Hello Walmart read do it and give me some shares as a thank you! Lol
Workers are not as friendly as they use to be prior to the pandemic. Tonight, I visited to purchase a few items. The woman working self check-out seemed as if she barely wanted to speak back when I spoke to her. The male working at the door did not acknowledge any customers as they walked through the door.
I went to buy 10 bags of mulch at Walmart 5/14/21 on Johnson ferry Marietta and Claire in Garden Department did excellent job. She was busy checking out other customers (long line) on her register but she made sure to check for the person who suppose to assist in loading the mulch but seems not available. A huge store like Walmart should have one person just to assist the garden area for loading it shouldnt be the Cashiers job as she have enough customers to assist in the check out line. After more than 10mins Claire ended up coming to assist me and the other customer to load our items in our cars, you should reward people like Claire that does more than one job so glad she can multitask. I usually have no patience waiting but she made sure I was ok. Thank you Claire, keep up the great work!
Wont honor coupon from Cokefrom the internet. The cashier was very snarling and rude. She didnt have a photo or name on her Walmart badge. She left her cashier position and their were numbers customers in line. The manager came over to the cashiers station and gave me a reason that she would check the Walmart add.The cashier was so rude and snarling. She refused to give me her name. Her looks was an asain woman with thin long red hair
Found se of what I needed, but still not happy with the lack of help. Self checkout is not for people who have two carts. fULL!! Should have had more registers opened. If they are short on staff, I expect to see a member of management to get on the register, not standing on the front line with your arms crossed.
I really usually hate Walmart. Any of them. But they have an amazing young associate named Donna at the Marietta, Ga. store that took care of a return we had ( blanket too big / picked up wrong size) . She was stressed at the time from being overworked but she treated my husband and me so exceptionally well! We went to get the correct sized blanket and guess who checked us out? Yep. Donna. She is truly a dedicated employee anyone would love to have! I hope she is appreciated there. She is the reason I gave this store a 5 star rating.
I turned in a disposable camera over 2 weeks ago. I went in to check on it and nobody was at the photo center. I went again and they said they’d call me when it was ready. Today, since it’s been over 2 weeks, I tried calling and electronics won’t answer even when I’m transferred over from customer service. I am fairly certain my camera is lost forever and I won’t be getting those photos. I am out the money on the camera itself and the customer service was terrible.Update: They lost the camera. They did not apologize. No refund for the camera. I will be talking to a manager.
I had a great experience in this Walmart! Keep up the good work! The assistant manager he was very nice and Linda tried her best to get the paint machine to work. The older gentleman in the back was so nice and helpful and I loved his story about his wifes cast iron skillet 😄 I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart,, thank you all for the wonderful customer service!!!!
One of the Sparsest Wal Marts Ive ever seen. Clean yes , but for some reason, just not that true Wal Mart ambiance. Maybe its bc its in the rich folks hood and they are overall just too siddity to support it.Some of the staff act like they have good sense.. the white ones. This black chick in one of those coveted yellow vests was standing around the check out lines and staring a hole through me. I was about to introduce myself to break her out of her trance but changed my mind. 🙄I perceived her act as VERY RUDE.Didnt bother to get her name but if she sees this she knows who she is. Su day afternoon shift on 5/23. Do better chick, do better.Selection of kids clothing, especially boys was unimpressive which was the main thing I went for.Drove out of my normal route to check them out. Would return only by default.
I had placed an order on gift card for electric shaving head on isave and was told to be delivered on 5 Jan but Walmart shows no such order. Where did my 42.30 go.No one can give any satisfactory reply.I did use the balance at this store and paid balance by credit card .I was offered used gift card but didnt take as I was not expecting my order to disappear.I do understand isave has problems
Walmarts only saving grace is its prices because there is nothing else good about it other then the few employees who truly care about doing their job well, these employees deserve better then working for the greedy Walton family. If corporate had a half a brain in their heads they would follow the lead and suggestions of these star employees.
I like to shop at this Walmart because it is the most convenient location but I dislike that they are often out of stock on several items🧐 Shopping at night helps me avoid crowds but the store is still pretty busy any time of day📅 On this visit, they were all stocked up on St. Patricks Day goodies with a Guinness beer & green frosted cookie display🍀🍻 Well placed Grogu Star Wars mugs on the coffee aisle caught my eye😉 Ordering online from Walmart.com or the Walmart app for pickup or delivery is also an option🖱️
Department management is a joke at the store customer service horrible. Waited almost 30 minutes for the correct manager to give me a price on an open box item. whom offered 15% discount on a returned item missing parts. To many returned items on the shelves they’re trying to sell as a new item. At least other Walmarts around the area have smart managers whom know product control. I will drive out of my way in the future to use other stores

Associates (including a check out person) wearing mask below nose as well as others wearing them around their necks. One associate wearing only a face shield, worn pushed up above his nose. If this goes on in the middle of the day, I doubt there is mask compliance when the store is stocked at night. There were also customers wearing masks not covering their nose. No one at the door enforcing that masks be worn by customers.
I was there trying to check out at 9PM on a Sunday. Because of the holidays, my cart was full of groceries and gift items. I checked every single lane, and not one of the dozen registers was attended by a clerk. Every checkout lane was empty at a store that was supposed to be open until midnight! All the customers had to use self checkout, and it took forever. No manager to be found for help, either. Needless to say, I wont be back to this store. Also? Pay your workers a living wage, Walmart.
Generic Walmart. Pretty clean inside, self checkout is always a breeze. I rarely need to interact with employees but when I do theyve all been helpful and polite. Above average for Walmarts. Lets be honest youre probably not skimming these reviews saying whew ... Thank God for this review I was worried, because its Walmart... I mean really....
Well you have several choices. From where I live I have two different Walmarts I can go to with about the same driving distance. If Im in a rush and Im already headed towards town I will go to the Cartersville Walmart. If no rush and its a normal trip I drive to the Rockmart Walmart. Its much nicer.
I found what I was looking for I must say Walmart makes it extremely challenging to make purchases, and that being the reason that its not always my first choice when shopping due to the fact I dont really like carrying cash or I dont really carry a debit card I keep everything either on my phone or on my watch to make purchases and due to them just simply wanting you to use Walmart pay which is just beneficial to Walmart not to me as a consumer to have multiple options to make purchases so that in itself usually is the main reason that I dont choose Walmart as my primary outlet when looking to make purchases.
The prices are great. Love the selection. But this Walmart in particular, I dont know what the deal is but they have the slowest checkout of any store I have been in. Its horrible. And they have one register open. We literally just turned around and went to Kroger because we dont have time for the slow checkout. (This is not an isolated incident. Its like this every single time we visit. Its nuts!)
They always have what Im looking for that arent cleaning supplies. I just wish they would get more shipments of cleaning supplies. I go into the store once a month for those and they are always out of what I need. I go to my local grocery store or Target for those because they always have them.
This is one of my favorite Walmart locations. It is so clean, and the staff is helpful. This is a smaller location, so you may not be able to purchase everything you usually find at the larger locations. My one compliant, yall need new shopping carts!! Holy Cow! It takes me about four tries to find a cart that does not need to be taken out back and put out of its misery. I understand shopping carts are an expensive investment, but please consider replacing some of the worst carts.
Very poor customer service when calling to try to find out any information. My first experience recently the representative that answered the phone basically did not want to go look for a product. And when I asked her just to connect me with the produce department she said hold on. Well I knew what that meant I was going to be on the hold from hell.Today I just called to ask to see if they had scrubs in the women’s department. The representative that answered immediately said no. I said can you please go look as I’m on my way to your store now. Reluctantly she said OK. She came back to the store to the phone she said yes we do. I said well I’m glad I asked you to look. Bottom line when you call to ask a question you really have to push for them to help you. Bad customer service!
I Love Walmart!!! Great Experience today with my kind and knowledgeable cashier named Jocq. He took the time to explain everything that I needed to know in the electronics department about my item. Very smart and respectful young man!!! Awesome Customer Service!!! Way to go Walmart!!!
So my hubby just bought an expired formula from this store and when I called they didn’t even apologize that they are putting expired stuff on their shelf and now I have to physically go back there to get a replacement and the rep wasn’t even apologetic for their mistake. So much for us trying to do social distancing because now we have to go back to this store. Wish they check their merchandise.
This specific Walmart has a real problem keeping products on the shelf. Serious inventory replenishment problems. They never have hand baskets anywhere to be found.They organize the shelves maybe once a week. So most of the time your left guessing the price of a product because its out of its shelf place. Oh, and the self checkout kiosks are really poorly designed. Tried the fried chicken once. Its the worst fried chicken i have ever had. Its the worst chicken Ive ever had period.
Every single time I come inside this store, there’s someone literally breathing down my neck as I’m checking out and always treat me like I steal out this store. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and the door greeter would not give me my receipt at the door and pulled my buggy away from me over a bag of CHICKEN(that was paid for). She would not let me leave out the store and my daughter has been wining to go home. I’m definitely calling corporate because that was so unnecessary.
This particular store, from the time that it first opened, has consistently displayed the worst customer service imaginable. Today, when I asked the cashier why one of my purchases rang up $2.50 than the price marked on the shelf, she responded, Thats too bad. Theres nothing I can do about it. Really???? The clerk was a very nasty old woman who always looks as if she is mad at the world.
Outstanding; my online order was ready as I had been notified by email. In fact Rachel, at the pickup desk, greeted me by name, based on advice that I would be to picking up the television that I had ordered the previous night. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and represented Walmart extremely well. Walmart should try to make everyeffortto hold onto her!
So, I am doing self-checkout, and literally the whole time, an associate was standing next to me while I checked out. I dont use plastic bags, and forgot to bring mine in, so I bundled my things up in my arms and started to walk out. She said, have a nice evening, and I said, thank you, you too.Just as I am walking out, the same lady stopped me and asked to see my receipt. I said, are you kidding me, with my hands and arms full, she said I had to show my receipt because I didnt get a bag. I was so irritated, even while I understand, I could not believe I had to put my stuff down, grab my wallet to show her all of the items that I rang up while she was standing next to me the whole time only because I didnt put them in a bag.Otherwise, its a Walmart so...
My go to Walmart store, I normally come here about 3 times a week to purchase groceries and other items. The staff here is very nice and always asking their customers if they need any assistance.Very clean and well maintained store. Close to the community and parking (Very well lighted w/ security cameras) is a breeze vs the other Walmarts in the area.I definitely recommend this Walmart vs the others in the Marietta area, especially on the holidays. Around Christmas time this Walmart is hardly crowded like the others ones.
5/8/2020 To the customer service man who wouldn’t let my fiancée pay our mortgage payment. Just because she is not in your system, she should be able to pay a bill for whoever she wants!! When you pay a bill, that is exactly what it is!!! Not a scam. You need to get your head on straight! She has paid at your store many times. So now she has to go to our hometown store, waste valuable time to pay cause your stupid a_ _ . Get more people training
Terrible management. I bought a printer saturday night. I went to work after getting home as I work 3rd shift. I opened the box yesterday to install the printer. The wrong one was in the box. I brought everything back to the store I purchased it from and they refused to exchange it for the right item. The store manager and assistant store manager said that they are assuming that the right item was in the box when it was sent to them. Obviously someone had purchased this printer and stuck their old one in the box and returned it. The store manager gave me the number to customer service who said there is nothing they can do. Now I am screwed out of the money I paid for a printer I never received. The managers names were Robert and Jasmine. How is it my fault that the wrong thing was in the box? I am a honest hardworking person and to be looked at as a criminal by a store employee is uncalled for and completely unacceptable. I have done nothing wrong! I just wanted to receive what I paid for. Two other employees were going to exchange the item for what I paid for because they knew it wasnt my fault and management said no. Completely rude and unacceptable.
Boy, this place is terrible. They just cant seem to get it right with management. Theyve been going through managers like crazy and each one seems to be worse than the last. For a store to be located in such a nice area, their selection is pretty deplorable. Apparently they only receive the leftovers from other stores? So they cant even order anything they dont have. They just get what they get. And they treat their employees like garbage. They fired one employee for not parking in the furthest reaches of the parking lot and walking to her car alone AT NIGHT. And she was in her early twenties. I dont care what your policy is, you dont force your employees to ENDANGER themselves or face getting fired. Im constantly hearing horrible stuff like that about this store from people who work there. Its been, what, five years at least that theyve been playing round robin with management. I wonder if theyll ever get it right?
I dont know whats happened over the past six months or year. But three strikes and Im out.Something gets you thinking when security tags are attached to the handheld baskets.Then to carry less and less of brand items with nothing of the same quality to replace them. Walmart brand is not always ideal.But have no cashiers, the two self checkout lines with the belt closed, and FOUR employees checking receipts was it for me.The JOSH plan needed to include a future use for this property.
I wouldnt call it a Supercenter since it is much smaller than most Wal-marts. I have requested to the manager to restock the puppy food I buy but they are always out :( the shelves where the crystal springs water belongs is always empty and recently I cannot get a popular welchs juice for a kids lunchbox. I think there needs to be an improvement on how they restock and order
We have shopped for groceries here several times. It usually has what we need. Prices tend to be low, but there will be times where you want to buy certain items from Krogers or Publix when they have sales. Produce isnt great, though thats par for most discount stores. The store is generally clean. Some staff gets a little pushy with wanting you to sign up for a Walmart credit card.
I love this walmart. Lets start with when I first walked in. I was actually greeted. Twice by two different people. The women at the food court was so polite and helpful. They brought a smile to my face. First time being in a walmart where you can actually find employees and it was clean and neat. I enjoyed this walmart very much!
Absolutely a terrible experience. Boxes are damaged, prices are marked but wrong, theres little to no help to be found and when you do the never a worker from the department youre doing in. Theres a reason I dont shop in Walmart and it not just the ridiculous treatment of their employees. Quality and service are NOT here!
Horrible customer service. This has been my local Walmart for over 15 years. For the past 5 years this location has had the worst customer service. There is never any employees around to help. Electronics never has an associate and if you have a return then I would recommend bringing a book to read while you wait in line. I would recommend driving to the next closet Walmart to you....
Its walmart... the staff is as about as knowlegable as a lumberjack in a furniture store. Price tags are missing everywhere, floor tiles are discolored and cracked. Even the entire food section has a sloped (unintentionally mind you) floor. Any observant person will notice that there is a distinct incline/decline going up and down each aisle. The store is constantly dirty, and is about half the size of any other super w almart that Ive been in. I only go here because they occasionally have a few good deals.
This Walmart has terrible stocking/ restocking issues. Ive been looking for a Deli product for over a week with no luck. I thought maybe there was a problem with the supplier, but decided to check another location just to be sure. The one at Town Center Market had an ample supply of the product my local walmart hasnt had for over a week! This isnt the first time Ive experienced the poor stocking issue at this location. I hate having to travel out of my way to go to a decent one. I hope management will take note of poor reviews and make some changes.
The customer service at this Walmart sucks! I tried to call 2 times to ask about a game. The first time I was on hold for 12 minutes. The second time I was on hold for a super long time. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager no one answered the phone. Work on your management and customer service skills!!!
Waited on hold for pick up for over ten minutes to check on the progress of an order placed online. I later found out that the package their website promises as same day pick up was not available because they decided to not schedule anyone that day for the store pick up area (this is also why I was on the phone longer than I should have been on hold because they didnt know who to transfer the call to). Your time and money is not of value here. Certain areas of their store are disorganized (dont try to find a fan), and theyre out of staples such as body pillows right before the back to school rush. At least the store is clean.
The cashier I had was absolutely rude. Never said hi, how much my purchase was, thanks, or bye. And when the transaction was done, she left the register to talk another employee and stare at me. I did not say anything rude to her. I was not acting a certain way. I put my things on the counter and said, Hey, hows it goin?I got nothing. This isnt the first time this has happened either. This time it really got to me. I think Ill spend a little more gas on going somewhere where there is more common courtesy and not so much attitude. Very dissapointed.
Francis is the manager. He is racist. He is black and because I’m white I was not able to return my item. Corporate has made a case and they will be following. Up I plan to pursue this to the fullest. Anyone else who has been a victim of Francis and his racism, call corporate and join my case.
Have a battery that is still under pro rated warranty and customer service said they will not honor the warranty. Asked for manager and was told they will not get a manager and would not give me the managers name. Called corporate and found out managers name is rob but even corporate was not aware everstart is wallmart brand and she was not even aware of the warrantly. also corporate was not even able to get a hold of a store manager at the store and said will get back in three days. Seriously........No seriously this is how you treat a long time customer.
Clean store. Shopped there Friday evening, a lot more employees through out the store. However, husband was returning a battery (car) and had to wait 25 mins for the manager to come off break to use the only key for the register. Seems to us more than one person should have a key.
I worked here and missed two days of work due to the ice storm. Then this week in march I got a stomach virus and called out for two days. I returned to work and they had removed me from the system. No warning. No calls. This is a horrible company that doesnt care about its employees or customers.

Fred Aghajaniam, told me to come back the next day at 6am A product was in stock at your store on Johnson ferry road in Marietta GA during normal store hours and the manager on duty, Fred Aghajaniam, said he would not sell to me to come back at 6am in the morning, I said excuse me? I have a job and I am here now. I am here now I am a paying customer he then tells me its store policy, I said since when. He stated two weeks ago, the problem is I was in there two days ago. Horrible experience. Just to verify this policy I called up there the next day and asked the store manager, the store manager said that walmarts policy is to sell products to customers period. I feel I was jerked around by this Fred Aghajaniam.

2022-06-21The management and associates at this store are absolutely horrible!!! They dont care about customers at all and theyre rude if you even dare to ask them a question (God forbid they actually have to do the job they were hired to do). The customer service area wil be roped off during the afternoon hours and you have to go find Lawrence only for him to give you an attitude by him throwing his hands up saying what do you want? I went to return exchange an iced tea set because the one I had bought was cracked. They would not let me exchange it, I literally was made to go buy another just like it and then I could return the other one. Please get some managers & associates that are actually thankful to have a job and enjoy working with the public. These current managers and associates have very little to no respect.See image of how many returns pile up and associates do not care. The only way this store can receive a 4.0 rating is by all the associates and their friends posting fake reviews. The people who live in this neighborhood talk about how they hate walking into this walmart!!

2022-02-03They recently updated the layout of the store and is much better than it was originally. Its much easier to get in and out if all you need are groceries because they are all located in the same area of the store now!All my interactions with the employees have been cordial and the store is cleaner than most Wal-Marts.

2022-02-20I do like the good prices at Walmart and am a loyal shopper. However I do hate the self check out. It takes me twice as long to check out. Also, I recently had a coupon for a free item, but because the coupon price did not match the price of the item, Walmart staff could not figure out how I could key in and use the coupon, which was very disappointing.

2022-03-01I have lived in many places and visited a lot of Walmarts. This location is the cleanest, most well organized Walmart I have ever been in. Their team makes the shopping experience pleasant. Their produce is beautiful! So much so I took a few photos to send to my sister.

2022-03-06This is a Wal-Mart super store but it is on the smaller size. Its got food & self checkout.A recent renovation removed the Linoleum floors & clear coated & polished the bare concrete. They also changed up the store layout to squeeze additional inventory in.With its small size you cant always find whats in bigger Wal-Marts, like large sizes of some food items. It is pretty well stocked and is close enough to home to make it my regular Wal-Mart. Occasionally I just have to go to a bigger one to get what Im looking for.

2021-02-07Not much crowded. Very friendly staff. Well maintained and clean. They have good collection of toys, sporting equipments, Bed sheets, Kitchen utensils etc. They have good selection of grocery products. They have good parking area. They have pharmacy and vision center too. Return service is very easy to get processed.

2022-03-17Waited for over 10 minutes in electronics for someone to open a case. Multiple employees walked past me to the restroom. No one at any point asked if I needed help. Ill drive down the street and pay more at Target. Id say the ten dollar difference is worth my dignity

2022-02-21I had the worst experience ever in this walmart. it was understandable that they do not have apple pay, but this lady at the help desk said i should download the app. so i did and ordered it. then proceeded to say i was doing it wrong and that i had to order it a different way. i left the store and was pretty upset with the way i was treated and i am not coming back here. target actually has kind employees who treat you with respect.

2022-04-14Please to tell all the managers of each stores: which regards parking space had too many pick up reserved spaces for pick up useless parking. The pandemic is gone . The most of customers are coming inside the stores to shopping. I am an senior and had stroke before. I can’t apply Handicap sign to show my uncomfortable walking skill. I have to look around to find a decent parking space every time when I coming to all the stores which is pain in the neck! To all the idiots stores managers to stop all these useless reservations pick up parking space? Could we go back to the normal life as before?

2021-01-08So I figure, with me being in the East Cobb area Ill go and check out the Walmart on Johnson Ferry. Now I have heard a lot about this store over the past couple of years with my employment with Walmart. Its a nice smaller Walmart and honestly I appreciate that, for the simple fact is easier to keep certain items in stock besides your essential items because were still in a pandemic of course. But I was shocked at how friendly the customers were and also as well as the employees, honestly if Im in the area again and I need to pick up some items Im definitely going back to this Walmart they made me feel very welcome and appreciative to shop there.
