Cant stand this Walmart. Some, not all, of the employees here are rude. My husband was trying to return something that we had clearly purchased and the lady in customer service was trying to say he stole it. And was saying this in front of all the other customers. I DID NOT appreciate the unprofessional and flat out rude behavior. This Walmart is the worst.

I had to go to Rome to pick up something from somewhere else so when I got finished I went to the Rome Walmart. The door greeter was so very nice. Unfortunately they were out of alot of things that I wanted. Im not sure if its because of covid or just Walmart not having Competent employees placing proper orders. Because the Cartersville Walmart has been having the same problem. When I got finished shopping I saw a cashier that was just finishing up with someone so I got my daughter to bring my cart to her line & at 1st she seemed ok but when I got over at the bagging area she had an attitude & was not nice at all.
This site is always out of rotisserie chicken so for now on I will drive to Kroger and do my business there. When I am in Dallas they always have rotisserie chicken or in Kennesaw. So I see that this store doesnt want to make the effort to change their issue. I will make the effort to take my business somewhere else.
Walmart must go out of their way to hire the most rude and most disrespectful people to work in their stores. Not to mention they have never figured out how to stock shelves. Its also very irritating to have 4 door watchers gossiping in front of the checkout lanes instead of watching you checkout and then stopping you to look at your receipt because they were gossiping instead of doing their jobs. Im taking my business to somewhere better.
Kia is one of the most emotionally abusive mangers I have every had to work under. It got to the point where I was scared to go to work in the mornings. I will never work at another Walmart again. The mangers complained when you got behind but never once offered to help when you were short staffed. 0/10 recommend

My treatment was fabulous, whenever I couldnt find what I want, there was someone to direct me. It was a big help. I am use to the Walmart were I am from.

We prepaid for Walmart + for a year in advance. Ordered groceries on 4 different occasions and generally get the groceries 2-3 hours after the delivery window. No managers are ever available to talk to. One time we got groceries at 9:45 after we had gone to bed just to get woke up with $300.00 worth of groceries on our front porch after we requested to cancel the order due to them not being prompt and on time. Will be talking to corporate.
Well first off theres too many employees shopping for folks that are too lazy to come in and get their own products they dont have no one working the cash registers you have to check yourself out then you have people sitting there staring at you the whole time you checking yourself out they changed the whole store around maybe if they get some of them millennials at work there to get off of their cell phones and get to work they can have people working in the cash registers again and make the people that come through your door first priority over the people that its too lazy to get up and come shop
A few employees of the Grocery pickup area were very rude, seemed like none of them wanted to be bothered when I asked a question. A girl who was loading my groceries threw a bag and busted a jar of pickles and did not notify me, it was until i got home i noticed. Will not be shopping here ever again, hopefully they find new help for the pickup area because I can point out 3 that shouldn’t be dealing with customers.
Never more than 1 person in customer service, I arrived with plenty of time to cash my check and get to work but the line was crazy long and I ended up being almost a half hour late! The lady at the front was SUUUUPER slow! I hate coming here.
Always busy, but I do like the lower cost on some products and the selection of organic vegetables and other items.
Workers will just generally point in the area of what you are looking for. I guess they are too short staffed to actually provide true customer service.
First I went to Walmart that there was an issue and really it was just a misunderstanding so Walmart is still to me as good as any of high quality you know store that looks after their customers and for that they get five stars thanks Walmart
You need employees to know what time does certain departments close they told me MoneyGram is closed at 6 p.m. and next day found out they were open till 9 Im on disability and and had to get a check cashed I didnt go down to MoneyGram I just left but really was a pain

Christmas eve was terrible at this Wal-Mart 😫 😩 I wanted to pull my hair out. Ive never seen a more unorganized store in my life!! It was PURE CHAOS. I felt really bad for the employees.

There are very rude workers that work here. In the situation I was in, the lady would not even let me speak. WalMart will NEVER get my business again. Would be negative stars, but would not let me. Stay away from self- checkouts!! Especially if you have more than a few items. If you scan items incorrectly, believe they scanned(but it didnt), then you may find yourself in the slammer...
Make sure you check the dates on any chicken you purchase at this location. Today 11/27, I removed a pack dated 11/24 and handed to a worker to remove from the shelves. There were more dated the day before and same or next day. The store manager Amy keeps allowing this happen. Last time I submitted this directly on walmart website, but the expired chicken stayed on shelf for several days. Meat, especially chicken, is not something where the expiration is a suggestion. So dangerous.
Store isnt too bad some good ppls work there some not so much up to date on technology. Don’t ever go to the Tire Lube Express The manager says his techs don’t have to do anything if they don’t want to but will charge you for your service and tell you to go away when they break something.
Went here today for an oil change, and ended up with NO oil change, and over two hours waiting for two tires (in stock, allegedly) to be installed. We’re talking 2pm on a Tuesday, not busy at all. Was shopping while waiting, when I was FAINTLY paged over the intercom to return to the auto center. I returned, only to be informed that they did not know how to remove the oil drain plug. This is an alleged oil change facility that is unable to figure out how to remove the oil drain plug from a 3 year old VW, a Tiguan, not much different from other VW models. Definitely not a unique or uncommon vehicle. Walmart seems to be on a quest to alienate ALL its customers through their unending incompetence, inability to stock their shelves, and unrelenting price hikes.
Many items you can find at other locations are not available here. Not a well stocked store.

It was nice to have a choice to go to a cashier because the self checkout was lined up. But the Cashier and the guy standing beside her didn’t say a word but I guess you can’t have it all at Walmart. But it’s ok. I just figured it was just me.

Tried to get help for about 15 minutes. Finally a young lady came up was able to show us where to go to get my wife some clothes. The store did not have much clothing in the way of plus sizes.
I only ordered one piece of meatloaf & got 3. Disappointed they didnt serve tea. The mac & cheese was really good & the collard greens were fairly good. I really liked the sauce that topped the meatloaf. Just thought wed give it a try, since we were in the area.
Store is never stocked even before the so called pandemic. The pharmacy consistently fails to fill prescriptions when called in and fails to get doctors approval for refills. The pharmacist states it is not there fault it is the software but you can use an other pharmacy in town. Well no kidding.
Will gladly make this drive here instead of shopping at the one in my town. Always clean and fully stocked with Great customer service assistance in every department. Bathrooms extremely most days clean and fully stocked. Only seen the bathroom needing cleaning once which was during holiday season and after huge crowed store. Gas is always cheaper also. Has become our main store.

WalMart is usually busy, looks like a warehouse (everything messy and smells) and when you ask where anything is located or for help, no one knows a thing and cannot help you. Prices are very competitive and they have a variety of items in the store, however they are carrying fewer colors and must order online. You can have the item shipped to the store for free though.
(411)Walmart Supercenter in Rome Ga., in my opinion, is my favorite super store. Its convenient for me. Now inside the store, its clean and organized down to every aisle in this store. Some employees are very respectful to me and they are quick to help find anything in the store now if we cant find in the store, they will get online to find whatever item thats not in the store.Now the only problem I have is not every employee is not the way I explained at the beginning and you shouldnt bring your home problems to work and take it out on the customers at hand. So with that being said... Thats the reason I gave the store a 4 ⭐ and not a five ⭐. Walmarts - look at your employees attitude and adjust them please. And before anyone say anything about the photos yes I got these balls and toys from Walmart.

Bathrooms were stocked and usable. That saying alot , coming from me. I do not use public 🚻 .Parking lot was maintained & store was stocked and maintained.*I only visited the grocery department.🙂
This place needs to get it together. The associates in the pickup area dont acknowledge you until they choose to. Even if youre on time. The delivery is a mess as well. I paid $10 extra dollars for an order that costed over $100 with the understanding that it would be delivered within 2 hours but it never came. How does that work?
I like this place because it has most stuff I need but when you call and ask them a question they dont know what your talking about or to busy to talk and hang up on you.
This was my first time going in Wal-Mart in over a year!! It actually had the makeup I needed in stock and we were able to grocery shop!! We could not find Lysol and I just wished that EVERYONE wore masks at all times!

My Wife and Daughter just stopped by to get a tire plugged.... The guy working in the Automotive dept told her she had to buy a new tire. The tires are less than a month old and the nail was between the treads... what kind of POS try’s to take advantage of someone in need? I would not recommend this Walmart for any service or products !!!!
I had a question and without me even going up and asking him. He came to my rescue. Your worker by the name of Devon frank came right to me and helped me. He is a great people person. He should get promoted.

I went to one was not please with it.the mens dept.was dirty where the sleep wear was .I pick up clothes that was not in packages that had dirty on them.on counter it had not been clean.its where no clothes had been in a long time .me and my friend ask for help and to girls was standing watching and talking we ask for help didnt pay us any attention.so I talked to a manger.we finally went to the other one cleaner got what I needed if Sam walnut was living today walk in and seen this he would fired the hold store and manger.even if there was a reason behind it .that.

I walked in to this place on Wednesday to pickup some things. The entrance did not have any electric carts available so I walked down to the other entrance and there were none there as well. I asked the greeter about one and his response was I havent seen one in 4 or 5 hours. So I replied with so Ill just take my business elsewhere and left without any response from the greeter.
It was clean,well stocked,though the layout of store was alot different than the two Im used to shopping at.They had everything on my list, except my ladys nightgown,there werent any . 😆

All Wal-Marts have Walmartians. If they could ever figure out how how to keep the shelves stocked now that theyve added online shop/pickup orders it would be great. Love Walmart in the country. They sell things that arent sold where I am from like Confederate flag memorabilia and guns. As a black person from the south, it is scary and makes me not want to come out at night but I am really impressed but there southern pride. On the other hand everything there is a lot cheaper than I am use too. The people of course are very friendly and courteous even though I did have one man to turn his back on me after I made a request for something. Never had that happen to me ever but I found someone who was willing to help me. So all is still good on Walmart world.
I love Walmart I go there every chance that I get. in fact I was just there recently and I picked up a pair of Skullcandy wireless earbuds that were great and I also picked up Marvel Ultimate Alliance three for the Nintendo switch which also works great. No complaints for me

Like most supercenters it had just about everything. Pharmacy Auto center Subway and hot food deli. Has a Great selection of prepaid cell phones or contract option cell phones. Deli/ bakery has variety of cakes, pastries, & cheeses/meats. I always call in custom cakes they will make to your specifications. Customer service offers Check cashing, bill pay, ATM, Money gram, & money orders.

I was visiting with some friends and we went to this Walmart. I was speechless. I have been shopping in Walmarts for along time but this one left me speechless. It provided numerous varieties of items that I was unaware that Walmarts carry. I enjoyed myself shopping and would have done more if I had more money. My rating is A plus across the board.

Youll get a five-star when youre open 24 hours I hate having to rush I didnt get there till 9:30 you close at 10. I have so much to stuff to do during the day Im used to shopping at 12 and 1 and 2 in the morning. It is really inconvenience Ive had to do a lot of shopping at Dollar Tree. And Publix because theyre not so busy Im scared of catching covid-19 being bunched up with all them people in there it during the day at Walmart

My new favorite Walmart! I really love the way this store is set up, they have twice the things than my local store, and the customer service is exceptional. The yarn section is unbelievable, I didnt even know Walmart carried so many different types of yarn. Ill definitely be shopping here from now on.
Curbside pickup is fantastic!!! The young man who brought my groceries out noted that my bread had been smashed. He went in and retrieved a new loaf of bread for me!! Thats what I call quality service!! Thank you!
Cant say too much, its Walmart, you get what you want and you leave. This experience was rather low key, but nothing bad happened, nor anything above average. Like most Walmarts, people watching is always fun, though the lack of pajama bottom wearing folks seemed a bit low. Perhaps Trumps working America has lessened that aspect of shopping at Wally World.
Walmart is Walmart, however I tried to get a haircut before my cousins wedding and was told that people walking in behind me had been there earlier. This happened three times before I said to myself that I have better things to do with my time on earth than to be passed over for a Walmart haircut.
Some updated card readers with tap or Google/Apple Pay would be amazing other than that theyre always friendly and not invasive.

The only problem with this store is they try to force you to use the self checkout!! I will never use it!! It is a personal thing with me!! I watch people steal from them all the time!! There was 2 lines open and 6 people in front of me and there was 5 in the other line. Two people were using the SELF CHECK OUT and were having problems and there was no one over there. Was a mess!! Finally opened another line.. people at self were on their own!!

Majority of the time, all items I need are in stock. I only wish the employees doing the pick up orders inside the store were a little more polite. A simple excuse me goes a long way.
Om newly handicapped and yesterday I decided to pick IP a couple of things but I only had my.cruches so I called Walmart customer serves and they where going to bring me out a power chair of theres to help me out little things make big differences sometimes
Not much good to say this trip.....Pharmacy was knocked off system 2nd time I tried to use them and both times, same thing.I dont mind waiting to check out by a cashier, instead of using self check out. But 5 cashier stations and only 2 of them open. There were a lot of us trying to check out. But there were about 15 or 20 self check outsWhen I got ready to leave there were at least 5-6 employees around a car next to the building smoking and having a good time.
The workers that do the online shopping are pretty rude they just push by you. Never say excuse me or anything...then again most of the younger generation have very little work ethic anyway

3 stars , reason? Store was unusually packed with people. Parking took a while to find . I would recommend moving heavy drinks and water to the front of the store. This would truly make things much easier, for those of us who are disabled/or elderly.
This location is clean & their curbside pickup is fast as long as you check in first but they didnt have anything we came there for.

Great staff in the auto care department.However, I needed 4 new tires for my F250. That is when the fun began. They didnt have the correct size torque wrench for the lug nuts . Not in diameter nor depth. My truck has long studs and nothing they had would fit. They are not allowed to use anything else. Such as a deep well socket and conventional torque wrench. Their hands are tied due to Walmart policies. So I only got one new tire and it went on my spare rim. No road hazard warranty because they didnt install it on the truck. A waste of two hours of my life. Reece tire will get my business from now on.

They wont even call me back.Very disappointed.!!After I was told by the police and sheriff that it would be a safe place to stay after the RV park at Knowles by Ricks what used to be Roys little garden caused 10s of thousands of dollars damage to our home and no one will take responsibility or they dont have insurance for causing property damage and ripping people off, then..(Walmart towed my van out of their lot when I took my RV to doctors appointments and support group and wont even call me back.)Its my dead wifes van.My money paid for it and Im broke trying to heal and move forward and help myself and others.Who stands up for the people and those in need?I have been attacked, property damage in the 10s of thousands, lost my wife at Floyd and no one says they can do anything and I am a disabled vulnerable adult with no attorneys or firm to do anything for victims.The only people that helped was Good Neighbor Ministries.The other churches and charities, attorneys, and good christian folk just blow me off and act like victimology is acceptable and the criminals rule and evil is lawful.Is this really good peoples or God fearing folks?Does anyone know how ...Can tell me...
At Auto center for new battery, told service advisor battery is located under front wheel fender well, he said no problem, he was familiar with location. Hour and half later I checked on progress and was told they WOULD NOT do it, per shop service manager. I canceled oil change also in progress and left. I confirmed twice the location of battery, on phone and in person, and was told both times, NO PROBLEM.I wasted 1 1/2 hours walking Walmart to kill time, expecting a new battery and oil change. Now at a real Auto shop for a new battery, in and out in 30 minutes.That is what I call NO PROBLEM.
Store was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, but the shelves were really empty.
Wow, I think this was the 2nd time I have been to this store in Rome, GA. The store looks clean and well organized. The iles are extra wide, the pharmacy, the real reason I went into the store, was well staffed with friendly people that explained the new medication I picked up and possible side effects. I appreciated this information.
No one ever answers the phones, and some people that work late an come in to shop late cant even get someone to check them out they have to go to self checkout even if they have a buggy full. What do they have cashiers for. Not to mention the ladies in the deli are rude and lazy if we come in to spend money they shouldnt mind doing their job.
I have had the unfortunate situation, that my rental car made some funny noise, when driving more than 50mph. upon getting to the repair-centre, Mike Jones welcomed me heartly straight away and made me feel very welcome and special. he got me a repair-spot within a short wait-period and got the car fixed in no time. a person who loves his job and making customers feel appreciated.
It would be nice if they had the smaller shopping carts available at the entrance instead of making customers hunt all over the parking lot for one. Whats the use of offering the small carts if your associates cant keep them available for customers?
Wal-Mart please tell me why you have only one entrance open?Seems like it would be smarter to have one entrance as a enter and the other entrance as a exit.And another thing,,why is it that when I come in for my can goods, you always and I mean always have empty shelves????
Their curbside pickup is great. They are fast and you usually get everything you ordered. They dont throw your stuff around.
The licensed optometrist was very helpful. He even asked about my daily activities to understand my vision needs.
This is a pretty good Walmart. The cashier Shirley was awesome. She was very helpful and super nice.
Shout out to this Walmart for a great team!! Went for last minute shopping on Christmas Eve, not only was every employee working together to keep everything in stock while it was flying off the self. They kept it calm, organized and had a smile on their face doing it.
I really didnt care for the trip tonight. The prices are going up so it doesnt make the hassel worthwhile. Selections are really bad lately. About 40% of the items on the list were out of stock. So the whole experience was totally useless. I wish I had stayed home.

I enjoy shopping at Walmart in Rome, Ga. The store is always clean, shelves well stocked, and the employees are courteous and helpful.I just called the store with a few difficult questions. The young lady I spoke with was eager to help me solve my problems.
There were no charged wheel chairs and no one would help me find one. I had to leave. It was the only time I found a ride so I will not get another chance to get groceries until next Saturday.
Unfortunately this is where I like to get my socks and underwear LOL pretty nice people
Horrible store especially automotive department. Drop off my vehicle at 9am for 3 tires and to replace the spare. 1:30 no call (they said 2 hrs) so I go to the store and my truck is outside !!!. Spare was not touched. They claimed that they looked for the tool to release it lies! It was in the factory location and why didnt you call the customer. Why do you need our phone number if you dont even call. This place is a freaking joke and will never. I repeat never do business at this store again!!!
Found what I needed. Store was clean. But not enough registers open. Even self check out was backed up.
It was open at a late time. The time is convenient for me, as most places close by 10. THE PLACE IS WELL STOCKED, WELL LIT AND ORGANIZED. MADE FOR EASY FINDING MY ITEMS. There were actual employees out and about if I needed assistance. Prices were comparative.
Easy shopping and clean.
Cashier was very courteous and quick with the line. If other registers were open things would have been quicker, but not bad.

Place is nice and tidy, no garbage or shopping carts spread around the parking lot compared to bigger cities. There were a few vegetables stands with empty spots when i went in the afternoon (*not really a big deal breaker for me), but everything else was nicely stocked.
I hate having to patronize to any Wal-Mart, but this one is probably in the lower half of all stores. While they do have cheap prices (for myriad reasons), its the other people that shop here that are really appalling, mindlessly wandering around, bumping into things, some barely dressed and/or hanging out of their clothes. No wonder the employees are maybe a little less-than-enthusiastic to provide any form of customer service.
First time using Walmart on Cartersville hwy. Went to get my oil changed and paid for the 29.88 oil change, which is supposed to also include a vacuum of the two front floor boards and a top off of most fluids including the windshield wiper fluid... they didn’t vacuum the front floor boards or put fluid in the wipers. So it makes me wonder if they even did the rest of their job.

Bought 4 new tires. checked in at 12:30pm. I ask them at 2:40 how much longer. said he was about to start on it. That is unexceptable!!! If there was a shop full of cars it would have been different but there was only one other car in the shop. Why didnt they let me know it was going to be that long. I would have gone somewhere else. I dont think Ill be buying anything else at Walmart TLE Dept. Wasted half of the day for nothing.
Look its Walmart people. Slow to get out reasonable prices on a whole lot of stuff thats a quite varied. If youre buying electronics here be cautious if you research it youll find out that anything electronic has a different number for its serial number then the regular stuff because its built to a price point. Im not saying thats bad Im just saying be cautious
Large volume of customers and limited cashier operated registers open, normally not an issue but you cant self checkout with wic vouchers.
Well lit.. Decently clean.. Large variety of items from Auto... To home goods.. Electronics.. And groceries. Biggest complaint would be that they only have one running register during the later hours of the night.. Butthey are open 24 hrs.
The store is clean and bright. I didnt have to search the store high and low for an employee. All-in-all a nice experience.
The new curbside grocery pickup service is amazing. Best service they have ever offered. Associates who handle that do a great job.
Drove up from Miami Beach to escape Dorian...staying in Cartersville and drove a ways to this Walmart. It was clean and stocked. Only thing, I passed many employees at the store and at self check out ...no greeting from the attendant. A simple hello is a kind gesture.
Its a very well ran store, always knowable people to help you in any way they can. It is clean well organized great place to shop for all your needs.Love it.
Not enough Handicapped carts. And a number of the carts they do have are not working. Not a handicap friendly store. No one is available to assist locating a cart either. So distressing.
Its Walmart, what can I say. Prices are affordable and merchandise is of average quality (since we all know its all made in China). I cant speak of the employees because I cant find any. The shelves must be stocked by elves that appear in the middle of the night. No cashier to be found. Hopefully you can check yourself out. You would think with all of the money that they are saving on employees that they would lower the prices for their customers.

Had to make a quick stop going through Rome. Used the restroom, which was very clean, and picked up groceries. Everyone was masked up and distanced except two customers. The store was very clean.
Still the best Wal-Mart in Floyd and Polk County. Hands down. They still have more selection and things that all the other Wal-Mart dont have. And for the most part everyone has a mask on.98%

Anyone should be free to wear a mask or not. It is my constitutional rights that is being infringed when someone else can tell me what I should do or what Im allowed to do. I will not shop at places that challenge my rights any longer.
Store was very clean but none of the employees I encountered were friendly.
They have so much more cool stuff than any Walmart Ive been in. The clothing, electronic section, and bakery are huge! So many awesome things to choose from. I prefer to go to this Walmart than the one in my county.

2022-05-10Went here to buy a new television. The lady in the electronics department was very friendly and helpful. She was very understanding, I had card issues and had to call my bank. Once I got everything sorted out and bought the television she was able to get someone to help me load it into my truck. Very clean and organized Walmart. Well be going back to this one for all my shopping needed at Walmart.

2022-04-30I think I am so used to Walmart shopping, but I truly find the best deals here, and especially,the overall Total is cheaper. This particular Walmart Supercenter is also, well kept and spacious while youre trying to shop. They also keep their handicap carts charged for those who need them. Overall, I recommend this place for convenience, cleanliness, organized and friendly. Add that to affordable..I know their prices have increased,but everyones have.

2022-03-25Relatively clean and maintained location. As an owner of a cleaning company I tend to have a critical eye when traveling staying in hotels.3.5 ⭐ to the housekeeping staff! Tip: Dusty, dusty, dusty behind dressers and TVs.Staff was friendly and professional. The area is a little bit dated around the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping.Overall pleasant experience.

2022-05-31Usually I enjoy shopping here. But with the changes they’ve made putting in new registers it’s gotten a bit ridiculous. There’s no belts for groceries anymore. I had to wait in line at least 20 minutes to do one wic voucher. I just wish their was a faster and easier method then having to wait on people whom aren’t properly trained. Not to mention all the employees they have standing around doing nothing.

2022-03-27I do not enjoy shopping here and that is because if the way the employees treat the customers. They are allowed ti bully and speak rudely to the customers who have to do everything themselves but stock the product. I cant understand why Walmart has come to these tactics but i know i do not appreciate it and no longer enjoy shopping there yet sometimes find it a necessary evil. They know they can get away with their tactics so they continue in that manner and its shameful of them and of us for putting up with it out of necessity and convenience. This is Just my opinion of my experience as a whole.

2022-05-01This review is for the pick up and delivery department. I’ve had 3 bad experiences. 😞 This will be my last order for this particular Walmart. I will drive 30 minutes across town next time to the West Rome Walmart. 😞 The first time, my groceries were never delivered. They were charged to my credit card but never delivered. After waiting 3 hours for them, I contacted Walmart. They had ‘no idea’ what had happened? 🤷♀️ I was told that the manager would be contacting me and offering me some type of compensation. That never happened. I was never contacted.The 2nd time, they didn’t notify me that the item I ordered was out of stock until I arrived at the store…. Once again, my credit card had been charged. NOW, I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to bring my groceries out. I received a text WHILE I’ve been sitting here stating that the order has been delayed. My pick up time wa 9-10. I got the text at 9:05. 😡This is the first negative GOOGLE review that I have left for any business 😞It’s not safe for a female to sit alone at night in the Walmart parking lot waiting indefinitely for a grocery pick up. 2022-03-12Reviews for Walmart can vary for different reasons and other demographic variables. This is your standard Walmart and not a super sized one. It doesnt have a Doc in a Box yet, but sure it will at some point. Subway is the interior food service besides the deli. Typical selection of general merchandise and groceries, but beware of product expiration dates, as we have purchased twice before realizing the items were out of date. Most staff is polite and helpful also.
