Absolutely love Wal-Mart. Great prices on everything. Friendly service and lately many registers open, thats surprisingly odd, lol. The rest room was very clean and well maintained. Even the cart I was using went straight. Found everything I needed very easily, one stock woman was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help me. If you need quality items at a great price, Wal-Mart is your store.
Had a Pick up for Yesterday at 6pm. Someone supposedly started preparing my order around 5pm, at 6pm my order was delayed. I patiently waited til Around 7:30 pm with still no new time to pick up my order, so I contacted customer Service. They said they will give me a new pickup time for the next Day. I wake up to my order canceled saying all 95 items in my order was canceled because everything was out of stock. How are the simple things like eggs, butter, milk etc out of stock. They need to do their job instead of canceling my order
The older African American employee Sarah at the door was very unpleasant to me im injured and ask for help with locating a electric cart she became very hostile with me. luckily for me I saw a woman using electric buggy out the store on my way in and I was able to make it back outside to ask her for her buggy she politely gave it to me so I could have come inside and get the things that I really did need . very Unprofessional in addition to this most of all the stores cart and electric buggy was in the parking lot
Wish I could give this place a negative 10 (-10)!Staff...when you can find them are extremely rude, pet food isles are baren of the pate Friskies cat food my cat can only eat this as he has only a few teeth. Baren of Benaful wet meals for dogs.When I finally found some help was told did ya see any? Then we dont have any, No I am not looking in the back for any, thats the people who stocks job, not mine!Will never go back!!!!
The cashier Marcada & the hired security guard Micheal James were super kind & went out of their way to be very helpful. Mr Micheal James Is also a Blackshear police officer his professionalism makes a this Walmart a safe place to shop. Thank you Walmart for employing people like Marcada & Micheal James who made a difference in my shopping experience
I waited 30 minutes for someone to come outside and exchange a propane tank. After 8 phone calls and two other trips inside, I finally went inside and had them refund my money.I then went over to Lowes where it took them less than 3 minutes for me to purchase the exchange and exchange the actual tank itself. Less than 5 minutes total time pulling into their lot and leaving.
If Im searching for something specific I know I can find it here. The only thing that I dont like is that their lines are always too long. The last time my family and I went we ended up just purchasing an electronic and leaving because the lines were too long. They should really work on that issue. The lines arent as bad anymore but they still only keep a couple lines open. This time I went in to shop I was in and out and the cashier was very friendly.
The past 3 months the pickup experience has been terrible. Either they don’t have any times for the week to schedule a pick up, half of your order is either substituted or unavailable but then when you go in the store every single item that you asked for is there and in large quantities, or your order is delayed 2+ hours. The last time my order was delayed I called 3 times and no one ever answered, it was if they allowed me to schedule a pick up time and yet had no one working that day. Very unprofessional. I shop at Walmart to save time and money but this is no longer saving me any time and has become quite frustrating to deal with every week.
Scantily stocked shelves but you can find enough to not go hungry. Would greatly appreciate labels, I hate getting to the register and start weeding out my cart over price. Even if labels were made with the UPC number printed, that would be nice. Lots of freight on the floor and lots of gossip going on. All in all, its Walmart. Not expecting much and received about that much.
This Walmart does not answer the phone in any of its departments. Why do they have a store number, they never pick up and if thet do they hang up without answering? Its very hard to have questions answered by phone. This is a HUGE inconvenience Walmart Employees...turn on your ringers!
I came in to return some candles that I received as gifts for Christmas. So obviously I didn’t have a receipt, but 3 of the 5 brands were OBVIOUSLY Walmart (better homes). The manager and the cashier we first went to wouldn’t even scan the candles to exchange or return. They refused to even try! I assume they think I stole them or something, but HOW FREAKING RUDE OF THIS MANAGER!!! She was basically yelling while walking away from us saying “no receipt, no return. All of the stores like us sell these candles, call your relatives and ask them where they got them or return with the receipts”I’ve exchanged and returned plenty of items from all kinds of stores without the need of a receipt without any issues. I ended up driving out to the Walmart on the other side of town and they were COMPLETELY CAPABLE of scanning the items, proving that they were in fact purchased at a Walmart, and just issuing us a gift card. Whoever the tall skinny woman manager was that worked this afternoon was, she was seriously just completely inconsiderate and rude.
I had a terrible experience with Walmart.com. I understand that they are not the same business entity as Walmart. They carry the name and that is good enough for me. I no longer shop at Walmart because of its poor business practice and poor customer service. I would rather do without the item, or drive a longer distance and pay a higher price.
I brought my car in for 1 tire at 1:45pm and the gentleman said that I was next and wouldnt be long at all. Therefore, I went and did a little shopping. After checking out went back to tire department and noticed my van was still sitting in the same spot it was when I left and noticed 3 different cars in the bays. So I went to find out what was going on and they had jumped tickets. Now I am fuming at this minute but kept my cool. Here it is 3:45pm and waiting on them to finish.I WILL NEVER BRING MY VAN BACK TO THIS STORE EVER.
Its convenient to be able to shop at Walmart especially after a long day at work. However, I quickly remembered why I quit shopping here. Its sad when you stand in a line to get out the door and its because all customers are treated as they arent trusted and everything you buy gets inspected against your receipt before youre allowed to get out the door. Im not a criminal and I dont appreciate being treated like I am.
Of course the orders are good, but so is the customer service. You can find nice prices on food, clothing, or just about anything. Todays homemade pizza was from my last shopping trip from here. Masked up, and quick.Zucchini, squash, green onion, red pepper, green pepper, olives, and just a tiny bit of ham and mini pepperoni on top. Sergento Mozzarella Cheese and Walmart Quesadilla Cheese and sprinkle garlic on top then bake. The crust is cauliflower crust in frozen section at Walmart.
Im from out of town, am used to well stocked Walmart stores where i live- i was surprised at how poorly the shelves were stocked on a Saturday afternoon.. the meat area had large sections that were empty... the Walmart staff was near nonexistent as didnt see anyone to ask where things were. Sad that the store was like this, if i need anything else while in town- will find another store.😢
This Walmart is nice and always bare minimum clean. It’s really busy, so honestly that’s pretty impressive. They never seem to have exactly what I’m looking for, which might also be because it’s busy, but you’d think they’d up their stock volume to compensate and support sales. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Its been over a month and they still havent restocked many of their items (phones, clothing) and the shelves are bare or still displaying products that they dont have in stock.Also, much of their merchandise has the price mislabeled or is shelved in the wrong place. And trying to find an associate to do a price check is next to impossible.The employees that I did interact with, all seem to be polite and hard working though. And their prices are pretty reasonable (when you can figure out what they are).I will continue shopping here (I mean its Wal Mart. Right?🤷) and hopefully they will eventually get their act together.
The Store Director should inform management to train staff to support customers in need of assistance. Sam was very helpful with assisting me and should be recognized for it. I understand it wasnt there department or there fault the products was not properly stocked but its the stores Management responsibility to make sure everything is properly stocked.Please Do Better🙏🏽💕🤗
No matter what city they only have 2 or 3 registers open and line of people backed up throughout the store. Theyre adding more scan and go which I as a senior citizen refuse to use as many others do. Its a bit ridiculous that a company of this magnitude wont keep enough employees to assist customers. The pros: you can purchase family size items when theyre in stock, cons: shelf price and ring up prices are frequently more. If this town had a decent grocery store I would never go to a Wal-Mart
Awful experience. Had a grocery pickup. Was told my groceries were picked up by someone else. We are on vacation and had reservations for something else so we couldnt wait another hour. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager Henrietta was EXTREMELY rude. She raised her voice to us with my children in the car and yelled refund at us and walked away. I have never been treated so badly at a Walmart. Now, we took an hour out of our vacation and I have to go back while my family is on the beach to shop. Completely unacceptable. This is why you have a car description, order number, and name so this doesnt happen.
I am very disappointed in this location. Today was the 3rd time I have been there and I walk in and there are NO CARTS AT THE ENTRANCE!! As someone that worked in grocery for 13 years and ran the front end which included making sure there were always carts available for our customers this is not acceptable! Especially when I am coming in with a 5 yr old child. What about the mothers with multiple children that then have to go back outside with their children, across the parking lot to find a cart?? And the time was like 2pm on a Saturday. Yea it was busy so arrangements should have been made to make sure it was taken care of and carts were available. There were many times in my 13 years that I went out and pushed carts in so that they were available. Managers, supervisors, front end leads....no one is too good to do it. So after go back out to get a cart, I went to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager. The young lady said she would call one. She went to a register and used a phone to call one. I waited 15 minutes. No one came. She never said anything more to me. She never asked if she could help me with anything. She never said someone was on the way. Nothing. I eventually left because I needed to get my things and get home. Since no manager came to me, I figured this would have to do. The grocery store I worked in was the largest in my area. When I worked service desk, I always engaged the customer. If the asked for the manager I would ask if there was something I could help them with first. They usually would air the grievance with me first. If I couldnt help them I would certainly get a manager right away. If the manager was in the middle of a call, or unloading a truck, I would explain that to the customer. Most of the time they would understand. Customer service is all about service....typically with a smile and kindness. Kindness goes a long way. I didnt want anything today. I just wondered if the management was even aware of the situation. Thats all.
Its Walmart. Never expect too much. This trip I noticed that there was quite a bit of empty spaces for merchandise. Blame it on Rona like everything else. They did get some new self checkout machines and they were only taking cash. The attendant was very friendly and nice. Even though people were frustrated at her because the machines wouldnt take cards.
Those of you giving good reviews are lying or are managers in disguise. This place is awful. Why? Because Walmart does not have on-the-job training. The cheap company gives their employees short little 5 minute videos to watch that are supposed to train them. Many of the employees are illiterate and lazy. They cant read shelf tags so they plop freight on the shelf any where. The shelfs are empty and the stock room is FULL of freight waiting to go some where.
All good Chinese made products, some better while not all. Service as in customer service, varied depending on the assistants mood. Some ppl are really nice in spite of the below poverty level salary, many with no benefits. Shame on the greedy owners, all the billions the costomers paid them is not enough. Or ....
I had identified a juicer this stores website that was priced at $16.99. It stated free shipping or pick up in store in two hours. In the in the interest of time, I decided to just go to store. When I arrived at display the juicer was priced at $19.99 not $16.99. I went to customer service to bring it to their attention and asked if there was a manager to do a price adjustment to reflect the advertised price. The Manager said and I quote No, but you can order it on line and then come back in a couple if hours, when the store pulls off self and calls you when ready.
The lack of professionalism is ridiculous at this Walmart, and of all places, at Customer Service.If something is advertised in your store, it should be honored as such. Instead, your employees would rather argue with senior citizen customers over incorrect pricing when it was clearly marked incorrectly. This Walmart should certainly reconsider who they have as their “face” of their Customer Service Department.There are a few considerate employees at this location, however, a few bad apples will spoil the bunch.
Clean , Items shopping for not in store but will order on line, cashier had unfamiliar transaction which would have been handled more quickly by a more experienced personI saw she asked for help but was not relieved causing over a thirty minute check out for me and I was late getting to a medical appointment which I do Not consider the cashiers fault. She was very pleasant and efficient in my transaction.
Waiting on an electronics employee for 30 minutes. The another 15 to 20 on a manager only to be told they wouldnt get what I wanted out of the case bc they were closed. I know for a fact that they have the ability to get the keys and open the case. One manager even gave the reason that she couldnt do it was because she was leaving. Managers are salaried hunny, youre never off the clock.
The store was recently reorganized as all if them have been, it is always well stocked. The staff is helpful. The lines can get long but move rather quickly. The bakery is amazing and will create something spur of the moment id u ask them.. One of my favorite places bc the produce is always fresh
The store is very nice, very bright and clean inside, and the machines that can pay automatically are in good working order. But I have to mention some advice, if you ever consider printing a photobook at Walmart, please stop your thoughts. Although its not too expensive, the quality is terrible for the price.**Their books are entirely hand-made, probably even worse than you make them, and the paper they print on is just smooth plain paper, but thats not the problem with this store. Its the service of Walmart photo printing that makes people feel disappointed.**Other than that, I would like to know if anyone has reached anyone at this store via phone number? I have tried calling multiple times, and no one answers in either department.
Customer service is non-existent. The store employees you ask never ever know where anything is located.Checkout took twice as long as it took to shop. Only 2 of about 20 checkout lanes were in use, so lines were long. The cashier couldnt see well enough to read the screen to make an adjustment and only after 10 minutes of complaining did she signal for help. The help made it worse, resulting in the lane being closed. So the line had to move to another lane. (Amazingly, the people in line kept the order intact. Couldnt believe it.)Worst run Walmart Ive ever been in.
Items marked down are still carrying the original price tag and ringing up at the original price. Another time I bought a TV. The lady attending to me brought the TV to me dragging on the ground. Not to mention how long I had to wait to be served and the unpleasant attitude she projected. Many things that I could reach for and help myself at other Walmarts for some reason at this branch were locked down. And required a long wait to served from these locked cases. I shop at Walmart all the time but, this particular branch I will avoid whenever possible.
Everytime I go in that store there are boxes everywhere. But then the shelves are empty. They took out all the price check machines can hardly find any help. I dont know why they have so many check out lines if none of them are ever open.Long waiting at the self checkout.
Even though the lines at checkout, customer service, or the money center are many times super super long, I have to give credit to the cashiers & other staff because they are very considerate and helpful as can be with whatever situation. I think that the powers-that-be should get their act together though and better utilize their workforce as well as hire more people but that’s above my paygrade LoL I still love this Walmart for the staff

2022-04-30The store is poorly stocked with several areas (especially paint) always a mess. No one keeps up with the prices anywhere in the store, except for maybe clothes.I give 3 stars because I occasionally encounter nice staff. My last visit, the girl at self check was so nice I wanted to tell her You are Better than this place!

2022-04-02Good riddance. To all viewers I love Walmart :-) I have been shopping there for over 30 plus years. And will continue to do so it is such a great family store. And its fun to shop and yell and run around in. And push around cars and have fun me and my kids / children. Be blessed :-)

2022-06-18Even with all of the self checkouts working, there was still a line here with only 2 other cashier lanes opened. And those 2 lanes were packed with customers in line as well. They might have thought they solved the problem with no registers available, but they sure arent paying me to do their job for them. Definitely not passing any of the millions of dollars of savings from not paying 6 to 12 more cashiers that they no longer need with the 10 to 20 self checkouts. I had some difficulty navigating the aisles trying to find what I needed. If you have a night stocking team, then why are their people still putting away stock after 11am?

2022-05-02Nice Walmart tucked off in the cut. They could organize the plant based section a little better, but after a detailed survey and move some things around I was able to find my daughters favorite corn dogs! 😋

2022-05-30First and last time coming to this Walmart. It seems like employees just throw items on random spots on the shelf. Don’t come without the Walmart app to scan the items you’re buying or you’ll end up spending 5x more than you think because nothing is priced correctly. Employees have an attitude about it too. I had one female employee stand and stare at me in the pet aisle while I shopped after I told her nothing was priced correctly and I was having to scan each item individually to make sure I wasn’t spending $35 on something labeled $10. She stood there saying nothing until we walked out of the aisle and then walked away with a smirk and an eye roll. These employees are getting paid way too much for the minimal amount of work they’re putting in. When we got to the register there was a malfunction on the computer and we stood and waited for assistance while the employees talked to each other. My husband even tried waving them down and we were ignored. I’ve lived in 7 different states and been to more Walmarts than I can count and this is the only one that was so bad it was worthy of the time it took me to write this review.

2022-06-23My 84 year old father may have left his wallet at this store on Fathers Day. We have been trying to call them for 4 days to see if they could check if the wallet was turned in, no one answers the phone or if they do they transfer us and no one picks the phone up to the point that the phone automatically hangs up. My father can not drive and is unable to physically go to the store to check at customer service. I live far away and will have to lose a day of work to go to the store. I am sure if this was an associates wallet they search would be on innnediately. What a sorry excuse for Customer Service. So disappointment that there is no compassion with assisting customers. This is why Walmart has a bad reputation.

2022-06-22A good Walmart. About average. You can expect lowest price at sacrifice of customer service. Go If you know what you’re looking and you know they have it and always wait to go until you have several things to get because getting in and out of Walmart parking lot isn’t the best. Most always a queue and most always a beggar at the light. You want to give but are always worried you’re just feeding their addiction. I got scammed a couple weeks ago in the Walmart parking lot: a family in a new SUV with Florida plates stopped me, begging to sell me the man’s ‘golden’ ring said to be worth thousands. He said he was trying to get gas money to return to Chicago. When I suggested he go to a nearby pawn shop he said that was against his religion being a Muslim. Strange. Anyway I tried to turn him down and walk away but the little boy in the front seat pleaded as did his wife in back seat with an infant. So I gave him $80 for his ring which turns out to be brass. So you see Walmart parking lots are crawling with beggars and scammers so be sure to stay focused and get in and out of there without delay.

2022-04-21Extremely clean but it should be because it seemed like they had one employee for every customer that was in the store... that place is huge HUGE fan at least an hour when you go there minimum an hour thats just to get a tube of a toothpaste not very nice store very well stop very huge
