Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Saddest deli selection Ive ever seen. The only guy working was on break, and I get that, but the food looked like it had been out for hours and not even mixed around. He really shouldve put a new pan in there, maybe couldve gotten more sales, because I definitely saw people around willing to buy. But everything just looked so stale. Definitely not coming back
This is for the delivery. I do/did not receive my orders half the time. Items seem to get lost in their store. Grocery were to be delivered days ago and still no delivery from the store. Tried calling the Walmart store number, no pick up, tried calling the other number and no pick up. Why am I paying for a service that doesnt work?
This store had a much smaller grocery section that Im used to at my local WM. There wasnt a natural foods section either. There were multiple half-stocked sections randomly throughout that store (possibly supply chain issues), one cashier, a long return line, and the parking lot/entrance could use a facelift to be more inviting. Eh. WM should invest more into this store, but its in a mixed neighborhood so who knows if that will happen. For a positive note, some employees were friendly and it was relatively clean.
Very awesome staff they are fast no line at returns few days after Xmas none at all... Store has been re done new pharmacy and outdoor sports area with re done electronic area and car area is re done too lots of new items and nice and clean floors really is better then it used to be.
This Walmart is the worst. I came in looking for something that online said was in stock in J26. J26 was dog food and not at all what I was looking for. It should have been in hardware. It was not. I asked FOUR employees to help me and they all told me to order it online. I need it TODAY. Also, Im not going to pay $8 shipping on a $3 item. Not one of these people offered to call someone on their walkie. I stopped going to this Walmart years ago because its terrible. I see nothing has changed.
Great place but never really have enough cash registers open.Update: Apr 18, 2022Still same great place but finally walmart had the great idea of remodeling and now self checkout is a thing here now thankfully, it was about time considering only like 2-4 cashiers actually attended the lines, honestly the lines were always ridiculous (too long & slow). So this place is 5 stars now
Can you explain to your forklift operators that they do not have the right away when backing up. It would also help if they look before just pulling straight the hell back to make sure someone is not coming. This morning was literally the 4th time I’ve almost been hit by one of your employees operation the forklift. It is not hard to look before backing out. I will be reporting this to your corporate office.
The customer service was unpleasant and not professional. We cashed out at the self service and was given $30.00 in one dollar bills. My husband went to customer service to see about getting the money changed to larger bills. The young lady told my husband she would not give change unless he brought something. We just brought $130.00 worth of products from Walmart. That was very disappointing.
Don’t ever do food shopping online on this Waltmart , they have the worse pick-up customer service ever! The order was incomplete, I called they said they would have the rest ready next day when I went there they didn’t even have the order number and said it was not in their system anymore. They were very rude and incompetent, after an hour they find the order but still incomplete, call again and never answered!!
This place is a wreck right now and finding the correct price for items is kinda impossible. They are renovating the store, which is a good thing, but you might want to drive a little further to a Stone Mountain Walmart instead. Atleast until they finish moving everything back to its correct aisle.
Had an electronics return, was expecting it to be painful, but was pleased to find out I was wrong. Then I remembered that the employees that work In customer service at this location are always pleasant, fast and effecient. Even the wait for someone in electronics to come check the item was painless.Very pleased, the whole process was quick and hassle free ..
The Lawrenceville Highway Walmart is great! It is a large Walmart that is extremely clean, well organized, well stocked and staffed with knowledgeable employees willing to assist if they can! My trips to the Lawrenceville Highway Walmart are always pleasant and I stop by this Walmart when I am in the area knowing this Walmart is consistent and I will not leave disappointed!! Respectfully: Alton K. Edwards
The pharmacy and clinic area have an excellent service, the people are quite friendly and help a lot. But the other areas are just too bad people dont help you and they have rude attitude especially in the electronics area. I went two times during the week and I still have the same problem they don’t help on anything
There was not enough lane open and by time I was the 2and person to check the cashier walk away as if she was going to the rest room thats understanding but after 8 to 10 minutes she did not return .All other lanes were back up self check out was even worse. Went to the service desk ,did not help there. I left the items in the shopping cart. They need have more cashier like they want your money. Nope I went to dollars tree store and got most my items and I save money as well.Walmart you were good at one point but you will soon be out of business like you did kmart,if you abe you worker dont do better.
Thursday 8/12/2021 one of the female cashier that works on the self checkout was so rude she almost make cried as how embarrassing she embarrassed me. I have been shopping at Walmart all my life and more of Im an associate of Walmart. I shop at Walmart everyday I got off work from my day job and came to Walmart as usual did all my shopping and head to the self checkout to all I could face these rude light skin short lady I didnt get her name shouted at me you cant check out her you have many items. I asked since when you guys started stoping people from the self checkout because this never happened to me. She left her post and came in front of me and blocked my and said to me Im not letting you and I dont have time to argued with you you can stand here all you can.If an associate can treat a customer like this how about her fellow associate? Im asking you management to take action on this kind of behavior please. The Walmart supercenter in Lawrence high way Tucker Ga.
Three hundred customers and three checkout lines open. Of course theres self checkout which I actually prefer but even it had a waiting line with every register open.So checking out wasnt as much of a concern as actually finding the items you came for. I pretty much only come to Wally World for engine oil and other automotive fluids. Their supply and its arrangement on the shelf is ever changing. This time diesel oil was MIA and Im not sure if I blame that on poor stocking practices or gearheads pushing the use of diesel oil in every vehicle.Of course theyre still trying to push the mask issue and are just one punctuation mark away from asking for your health records upon entry...I dont think so. Pretty sure one of your stores is where I was EXPOSED TO COVID in August 2020 and was still infected despite a mask so Im not playing that game anymore.Open some registers, stock your shelves, and let me spend my money!
Very terrible customer service from the girl with the fake dreads at the customer service counter. I had a baby shower last week (btw I’m 9 months pregnant with a boy) & i was gifted a pink car seat. I came to this location to EXCHANGE for a different color. She had a terrible attitude & didn’t even want me to exchange it. I didn’t want money or a gift card. She called her manager & her cowardly manager didn’t even have the decency to come & rectify the issue. They acted as if it would hurt them to help me out (this treatment came from black women of course) Needless to say I went to a different location in a better area & the customer service employees allowed me to EXCHANGE the car seat for a different one.
This store is well kept. It is always clean and merchandise is very well organized. I have been approached by the employees for assistance or they are just passing by and acknowledging me. This makes me want to keep going as it seems like some employees enjoy doing their job.
This store is typical of most Walmarts in the metro Atlanta area. Waiting lines are long due to the self-checkout being closed to cash and cash- back purchases resulting in a significant number of shoppers diverted to cashiers, but the number of open cashiers has, during more than a dozen recent visits, been inadequate to the volume of shoppers. Stock levels are adequate with the exception of some Chinese products affected by the current pandemic. The greeters at entrance and exit are above average, friendly, and courteous; they are well-trained and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. In short, a typical Walmart delivering a somewhat better than mediocre shopping experience.
Walmart just irritates me. Lets put aside customer manipulation and the horrible way they treat employees. They try so hard to manipulate people into spending money:There is a virus, how can we keep customers separated?OH I have an idea, lets close one of the entrances, and instead make everybody squeeze through two doors and have them group together in linesIts things like that. The manipulation and greed needs to stop. A successful company should be satisfied with success.
Tire department customer service department is awful. And you can forget about trying to get a hold of the store manager because they refuse to talk with you and forget about any requested phone calls. No accountability or responsibility for their actions. Buy tires elsewhere.
Always love it because they have just about everything you need. Also I go when there arent many people. Walking the isle looking at all the grocery options when there are no other customers can relaxing just to have a quiet get away from home with my roommate most of the time. Shes very helpful supportive. I have anxiety and phobia of people and crowds.
My shopping experience was okay. It was their rude and obnoxious customer service representative who should not be working with the public in no way, shape or form. The reason I say this is at approximately 6:30 to 7 oclock p.m. on 01/17/2021, I realized I left a knitting project consisting of knitted yarn and wooden knitting needles in my cart as I had it with me so that I could match my yarn colors with the selection of yarn they had there; not missing it, of course, until I had left the store. I went back to inquire of the female customer service person who was there had anyone turned in my project and she rudely said no. Then I asked of her a simple request if she could announce over the intercom if someone found this in their cart, could they please bring it to customer service as the customer to whom it belonged to asked that they do so; to which she nastily responded no, we cant make announcements over the intercom for something like that. However, I heard this same person make an announcement about kids riding bicycles in store and other trivial, non-consequential matters. After all of that and after I left the store, I realized I left it at the cash register where I paid for my items. I tried calling the store and let the phone ring multiple times to see if by chance the cashier saw and retrieved the knitted yarn & wooden knitting needles in order to turn them in after her shift.
I used to really like going to this Walmart. However their selection is now minimal and theyve closed the entrance to the garden center. This would be normal considering the coronavirus however they were doing this before the coronavirus even started I miss being able to walk in at that entrance and look at the little kids bikes and the garden items and this past summer there was just nothing out there and the summer before that too. I do like this one a little bit better than the one thats on Jimmy Carter boulevard because the people here are just friendlier more professional and the customers as well.
I was disappointed to see how risky it was shopping here in the middle of a pandemic. *Several*of the employees had no masks. They also allowed many patrons to be without mask. They closed all the lanes and only self check-out was available generating a very long line and a contained close face with several unmasked employees and shoppers. When I spoke with the manager, Alicia(sp?), she said, well we cant really control or enforce whether our customers wear masks or not. I found that an unacceptable answer considering that the sign states that masks are mandatory and Ive been in several shopping establishments that a very polite leaving able to ask their customers to wear them. Moreover, I asked what about the five employees that Ive seen without any masks? The manager just Shrugged her shoulders and seemed very unbothered. She said yeah, theyre supposed to wear them. However, she did absolutely nothing about it. So several people were crowded into a small self-checkout lobby area, with several people not wearing masks. This is not safe. I was very disappointed.
I like this Walmart, a little more cleaner than most and not too bad on customer service. Here’s my concern. 1) The produce department should be point by 4pm if you are open more than 8 hours earlier. Customers shouldn’t be catching the bad produce before the workers do. Someone’s not paying attention to their area as they should and on their phone too much. 2) The workers pants sag, I shouldn’t see your underwear. They made belts for a reason, wear them. Too much facial hair and not clean cut. You want a professional appearance and present yourself as approachable, not the opposite. 3) We have items stocked on shelves, but the prices aren’t there. I understand you guys have a price checker, but a lot of times the distance is too far away to check quickly. When stocking items, have a label maker at the same time to make things more convenient for the customer and not yourself. I have other reasons, but I’ll leave it at this minimum
This Walmart is a great place to shop but what bothers me is that you have to show your receipt before going out the door. Theyre making sure that you didnt steal anything, I thought that why they have inside security and security cameras all Walmart and Sams does this is annoying, but thats my opinion.
Was on this side of town and stopped by this Walmart. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The store was very clean. Shelves were stocked up. They were also being stocked up at the time I was shopping. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Answered my questions with no Attitude🙂🙂 Bathroom was also cleaned. Was not overly crowded. I can appreciate all of this 🤗🤗I would drive out of my way to shop at a decent Walmart. I may make my way over to shop here again.
I like this Wal-Marts produce area better than the one in Stone Mountain. This place produce seems fresher and doesnt have to be eaten right away. Ive been able to find decent cleaning supplies and bathroom tissue here more than other Walmart stores through this entire pandemic. Its usually not too crowded, but there has been some days where there were too many people. So,I just grabbed what I could and got out. Trying to social distance as much as possible. The main issue I have here is they never have my laundry detergent or fabric softener in the big bottles here. The staff has always been pretty friendly dont have any complaints there.
Services was bad cashier was very slow on scanning item her services was bad i was at Wal-Mart on Lawrenceville hwy the cashier is a little short.lady Hispanic lady her register right across from subway shop this was on this Saturday 03/20/2020 you all need to put some one on those who much faster the little just little to slow for the job shes good for being a door keeper not a cashier i was in line for 25mins just only one customer in front are me please replace her.
Store is always stocked and conveniently located near me. Surprisingly Associates have been around lately to assist me. Kudos to the Pharmacy and staff especially Michelle, a Pharmacy Tech who provides excellent Customer Service at all times. She’s Awesome! Both of the Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and greet me with smiles each visit. Overall, my experience has been GREAT,
Tonights experience was not the best. I came into the store around 10:30pm and it relatively empty of customers. None of the Wal-wart employees spoke to me or acknowledged me. The majority of them were stocking the shelves with items and have conversations amongst themselves. I found the items that I need without any assistance. The cashier was nice and friendly, she was the ONLY person that spoke to me.
Walmart has zero customer service. Avoid the place at any price, save your sanity and buy from Amazon. On the phone they tell you there is a wait of 2 hours for them to respond. You wait 2 hours and nothing happens. Its a joke. The online chat (a robot not a person) tells you similar thing that they will call in 2 hours. Nobody calls... Great tactics to not refund you on your returns. You are giving your money away of you buy from Walmart
First, those discount bins placed in the aisle between womens clothing and the check out is the worst. No space to get through and dont get me started on people who block the aisle, see you coming out refuse to move. Second, product selection is really limited. Usually find most groceries, but housewares just hardly exist. What I do appreciate is cleanliness and every single cashier that has checked me out has been super friendly! But its time to reconsider the layout at this store.
I usually enjoy my experience @ this particular location with my tire warranty service however during this current Covid pandemic we’re all in this location has not stepped in to honor their customers warranties. I have called Corp office 3 times to no avail as to what is the contingency plan for customers with warranties who need tires all to be told they want you to physically bring tires off your car in hand not the car itself & they look @ the tires then if they deem you need them you have to on your own find some other place to have them put on.thus creating another fee This is in my opinion just insane why not open tire center have someone verify warranty and then select tires off shelf and then have tire associate put it on. If discount & tire plus & good year are open & satisfying their customer base what’s Walmart’s problem doing the same? No wonder they always score poorly in their customer service.
My family and I went shopping here today and the whole shopping experience was very nice and the whole store was clean and organized! Myself personally, this is my thirs time coming here, and my familys first time. The groceries and household items were neatly stocked and we had no problems finding what we needed. I must say some things I looked for were not in stock or they either did not carry it, like turkey wings for instance, but overall I still enjoyed the store.
Pretty okay Walmart! Good selection, pretty well kept, and great customer service when after my wedding I brought in a literal box of returns with no receipt. I hate to leave a 3-star review because the Walmart is run pretty well, but my issue is that there are constantly people asking for money in line, by the doors, and in the parking lot. I dont mean to be insensitive, but it gets really creepy. As a woman, I will never go here by myself in the evening, even just around dinner time. I always have my husband go with me. I dread getting from the car to the door and back again. I used to almost always be approached by someone asking for money when I was shopping here, though Ive never been threatened or had a bad outcome, but now it seems maybe a tad better than it used to be. I want to give a higher rating for the store because the employees are helpful and it is well organized and stocked with even gluten-free foods, but its hard to justify when I can say going there actually sets me on edge a bit. Once I went late in the day and left after dark, and the employee at the door told me to be careful on the way to the car, have my key ready, and keep valuables on me and out of sight. Scared me a lot!
They never answer the phones, Always making excuses to not attend to customers, ordered pick up and never again, the email said next day and next day turned into next week and didn’t even wanna refund me when I went elsewhere, no I’m still waiting on my money back from a cancel. Spoke to manger said she can’t help and to call 1-800 Walmart which is just as useless.Walmart just needs to stop taking whoever for work.
The place is very clean. Then play staff was very friendly. As I walked in the door I was greeted by one of Walmart greeter. Be elecktronicks section was nice and when I asked for assistance they were quick to respond to my needs. I will definitely visit this store again.
I absolutely HATE Walmart!! The folks that shop there are horrendous, I always feel like i should be hoarding ramen noodles and water as if ithe world is about to end. And they need more than 3 cash registers open, especially when the hoarding customers, with 2 carts filled with b.s. are holding up progress. Did i mention HATE Walmart!
This Walmart is great. The lines are never long. The managers make it their priority to get more registers open. This Walmart is clean, the employees actually speak to you and ask you if need help with anything. The shelves are always well stocked. The prices on the shelves match whats being scanned at the register.I am always able to find exactly what Im looking for. I dont know how the store manager is doing it but the store is great. Compared to other Walmarts this one is the best. Walmart is known to have 1000 people in the store and only 2 or 3 cashiers, that all look miserable or simply hate to be there. I am the Queen of abandoning my cart because of long lines. But I dont have to do that at this Walmart.
I came in the garden center entrance to buy some garden items. When I came in they were checking out. When I got ready to check out there were three employees standing around doing nothing. I went to the register and waited and waited. Then finally I looked out to see one of the employees waving me to go to the front. I parked at the back so i could get in and get out. Went to the front and it was too busy. So i left my items. ..Walmart you need to do something about your employees. I guess a $50 dollar order isnt needed by your store.
Visited this location today, they have signage saying everyone needs mask. As I was walking in there were two attendants outside of the door who said nothing as they watched a father and his mask-less 9/10 year old walk in behind me. They are not enforcing masks. Will not shop here again during the pandemic
Im going to be honest with you I had no idea that this Walmart was even in the area I was driving on the way to the Walmart on Jimmy Carter and happen to see it so I stopped in to see basically what it looked like on the inside and to be honest its really small from the outside but on the inside its a little bit bigger than you think. On the other hand the associates were very friendly and very helpful
This is the most decent Wal-Mart around. Its clean but everything seems out of place or they forgot how to properly place everything down the isles. There is one right by my house but I drive passed it and drive an extra 15 minutes to go to this Walmart. Would recommend this one over the one on Memorial Drive. Also its not as crowded when I go. But I do believe it closes at a certain time and that its not a 24 hours Walmart.
I got to the store at 9:25 p.m. to do a return and the customer service was already closed. Then I went to the electronics department and it was closed also. If I am correct neither department is close until 10:00 p.m.. Maybe they were having an off night. Otherwise the cashier at the checkout was get courteous. I prefer to shop this Walmart because there is usually little wait time at checkout.
By far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to more than 20 locations. I just moved in the neighborhood and on every occasion that I’ve visited this location the service got worse. The 1st time they closed all their registers after 9 except one register. Not even self check out open. 2nd time, it took them 45 minutes to assist me after me asking more than 3 times for help at the jewelry department. The 3rd time I came to buy a basketball goal and I didn’t want to risk pulling the box of the top shelf myself being 5 months pregnant and all. After 3 times going to ask for assistance, even asking for a manager, 30 minutes later, no one came. I finally decided to just take the risk of it falling on the floor before another customer came to help me. The worst location ever!
I cant trust Wal-mart! I was looking for a grill went on line for wal-mart n found a Blackstone 36 with shelves in store purchase only. Went there to purchase the grill and the manager stated she couldnt honor that price. I was absolutely outraged! The agent and the manager were not cooperative at all. I would have give this store a zero If I could! At this point I have zero hope. I Will never be back to this store or Walmart/Sams Club period.
Went into the vision center to get some frames. I had already received my exam and prescription elsewhere but wanted to buy frames at Walmart. Usually don’t shop at Walmart but they’re frames were very well priced. I asked if they could help me get some measurements for my glasses (not the prescription just sizing for the frame) so I could order them from the website when I got home. The lady at the counter was very rude and short with me right off the bat. There wasn’t a line or anything so it’s not like it was a stressful situation that warrants such behavior. She told me they don’t do that for free, but also didn’t tell me how I could even pay for such a service. I guess you should only buy your frames there if you also got your eye exam there because it doesn’t seem like they want your business otherwise. No problem! After this interaction I never want to give them my business.
This place was so disorganized compared to all the other Walmart locations weve shopped.Simple things like cases of Deer Park water turned into mad exploration hunts... But .....what makes the situation worse are the unhelpful employees that have no idea how to answer simple questions (even with visual pictures)
The signs that tells what are in the aisles were incomplete. There were no signs labelled Cereal or Spices. I had to asked where the oatmeal was and I got lucky finding the spice aisle. The employees were friendly, the store is clean and the prices were right. Also the heads of cabbage at Walmart were larger than the heads of cabbage at Krogers next door.
Writing this review while standing in the customer service line for over 15 minutes. With no clerk.... where are the managers???? Corporate can you please explain this? Doubt ill get an answer this is how it always is. Update still stsnding in line 25 minutes.... one cashier that isnt even customer service now.
I have another supercenter one mile away and a neighborhood market down the street. I only go to this location if I have to die to time of day etc. Why? In general because this store was a conversion, the aisles and layout in general are organized in a manner that does not give enough space in aisles / travel areas. This can be very difficult to get around slow shoppers or displays. Store is much to crossed. Also on todays visit I remembered this store doesnt have the most helpful associates. Heck, you cant even get the associate to acknowledge you. Gone is Sam Waltons 10 ft rule. I was even searching up and down the aisles in electronics for a product, And the THREE associates at the department checkout saw me / made eye contact yet none of them offered assistance;let alone even said hello.
This place was a nightmare. It was almost time to come back to school and there was a lot of customers I saw one of the customer service supervisors closing down the self check out and I told him there are waiting customers while youre closing but he didnt care. I told him again pointed out that he have only three registers open he didnt Care. I asked to speak to a manager he didnt reply, but in the end Adam The other supervisor made a difference he took initiative to open another register and he started assisting everybody else has fast and best he can.
It was fine until checkout. The cashier had sprayed her belt and scanner area, so since I have a severe chronic Asthma & Allergy condition, I requested that she dry everything, with the paper towels she had in her hand, before I approach the register area and her response was it wont dry. So, I left and went to another register with my bananas and she refused to take me, she said she was closed while she was finishing another customer at her register. I checked out at the register across from her and the cashier was not familiar with the Walmart pay so it took me a few minutes to pay since I had never used this option before since I registered/setup program.
A completed leadership issue going on at this store. 4 out of 5 employees I have dealt with have an apathetic and absolutely no customer service skills. If it were on person that would be one thing, but the bulk of employees Ive dealt with are absolutely overpaid to wear a blue apron and be rude to customers.
Dead and rotting Betta fish in cups of discolored water in the pet aisle. Very poor customer service! Long lines to return something, with several people joking around and standing behind one register. One of the people joking around was a manager. I was waiting and waiting for them to open another register as they stood around laughing and elbowing each other. Finally, the manager walked to the other register, I remember thinking “finally! I get to check out and continue with my day“ but instead she reached under the counter and got a box of cookies. She stood behind that register shoving cookies in her mouth and continued to laugh and joke with the other employees. Unbelievable. Avoid going here if you can.

2022-02-20I really do love this Walmart. Dust associates are always very friendly I have never had an issue with anyone here or any of the products that I purchased. I also love that this store always has all the new items in stock. This is where I go to get my Biscoff ice cream bars they are delicious you must try them. The Walmart pick up process is a breeze here as well I absolutely love it.

2022-06-23Today, I left my cart had a full of groceries at the register and finished shopping at Krogers. There was one cashier open and would or could not check me out because she was closed. No other cashiers were available. Self service was open. Self service is fine for a few items. It is an insult to ask customers to shop, checkout and bag their groceries. You may be saving money on labor costs, however your customer service sucks. I will shop elsewhere. I am willing to pay more, if necessary, and receive the service I deserve. I will tell others to leave their carts when cashiers are not available.

2022-05-09Go elsewhere. Went to return a package and no normal Walmart return protocol was followed. When I realized that I didn’t get a “return received” email, I called to see what was going on. After being transferred around for about an hour, I finally talked to someone in “customer service”. I was rudely told that I have to wait for FedEx to come pickup the package, she has no idea when that would happen, and was hung up on. At this point, I might as well go get it and take it to FedEx myself. But my thought process will always be, if you don’t like your job just quit. Respectfully.

2022-05-25Three consecutive pick up orders with substitution rejection, not a big deal. The breakdown in the return process after immediately refusing the items and never having physical custody of them…..deplorable! Three calls to pick up customer service. Actually went in the store today to fix the issue at customer service, the lone rep was rude and more interested with what was on her phone them, wait for it…..doing her actual job! She then, rudely proclaimed that “pick up needs to initiate the return” then went back to phone and stepped away. P.S. the return email instructs you to go to customer service counter not pick up. TRAINING/CLARITY on process opportunity Walmart! Just bad experiences all around, and by the way…..not a COVID or staffing issue, 99% of your employees couldn’t care less about customer service prior to both!

2022-06-25Having used curbside pick up idk how many times and have NEVER had the experience I had here. I’m really lead to believe the associate tried to steal my item 🤷🏾♀️ I checked in parked in my space let them know my number and car color. Sat outside every bit of at least 20 mins no one ever came!! Then I get a notification from the app/email that my item had been picked up!! Uhhhh by who? I then sat in my car ANOTHER at least 10 mins just to be sure that hitting the pick up was maybe an accident on their part. Still NO ONE CAME!! I then walked into the store through the garden center, stood in line maybe 15 mins. There was one associate at Customer Service she had a nice line going NO ONE came to assist her. So something told me to ask the door greeter were issues with Pick Up handled some where else? I was instructed to the back of the store by “Tools”. Get there and tell them I’ve been waiting for sometime no one ever came yet my status says “picked up”. The girl states “oh I came out and no one was in the car”. So I’m like well when did you come cause I was out there at LEAST 20 mins waiting, got the pick up notification and still waited at least another 10 mins after that!! Got my item went to walk back out the garden center the way I came in for it to be LOCKED so I had to walk ALL the way back through the store out the front door back to the side where pick up is where I was parked!! The whole point of curbside pick up is to NOT have to go in!!!!! The store stunk of perm and old burnt hair the moment you walked in!! Mind you I came in through the garden center towards the back of the store! The salon is in the front *barf* Will not be returning to this location!!!! As stated prior I’ve used pick up idk how many times and have NEVER had this experience!!

2022-05-31This place is terrible with customer service, especially the area that is named the same thing. They are nasty to customers and each other. You cant ask them a question without someone getting an attitude. Plus, they are always out of something. This location will no longer get my business.

2021-12-16Lack of courtesy. Cashier requested assistance from team lead three times. It took over 25 minutes to complete the order of about 12 items. Not once, did the cashier or team lead acknowledge our waiting, apologize for the wait, or say, thank you for your patience. There were 2 registers with cashiers and self check. I dont use self check out. Theres no incentive for me and job security for someone. Lines are long, help slow to assist and no discount. Why should I do the job youre paid to do.One cashier walked from register to register for about 10 minutes and finally signaled one customer with a fully loaded cart to come to the line shed opened. She rang 2 customers and closed, 6 of us continued to wait. This is not Pandemic related, this is normal Walmart practice. BTW, everything was returned. Just couldnt leave my money after the wait and poor customer courtesy.

2022-03-03There is an older worker there named Duke who is at least 60 yrs old and constantly harasses the other employees. He has been reported several times and nothing happens. Although, this store is clean and adequate… I WILL NOT SHOP where discriminatory behavior is acceptable. HEAR ME WALMART! I am keeping track!!

2022-01-26Trash experience. Called in to make sure someone was here for tires. Was told tires/automotive closes at 7. I showed up at 5, drove here on a spare during rush hour, called pick up to ask where I should park for automotive. Instead of getting transferred, just got yelled at. Then they refused to answer my next ten calls. Walked all the way in to automotive to find out nobody was working there and called again. Was told that the hours changed due to the pandemic. And ultimately got hung up on again. Why have a service team or hire anyone to answer phones if theyre going to be useless and rude?
