I came in at almost closing time. Went straight to the electronics department and was immediately helped by Karen and Anthony. They set me up with a new phone, case and protector and had me out in less than 10 minutes. Friendly and helpful one of the best customer experiences i have had in years.
You got me again Walmart, list says Bread, butter, and milk… a full cart and an hour later made it out of the store. They are experiencing shortages in the freezer section at this location and other chains as well. Not sure why there are little to no sweet potatoes to be found in frozen foods right now.
Heres my story! When I entered the store, asked where to find tablecloths, the employee at the door just pointed in a cardinal direction. I asked what isle and she said I cant tell you that, you just need to find it! I found them, thanks!A bit later, I was thinking about disposable tablecloths. I found another attendant (very nice lady, possibly disabled) who walked me directly to what I was looking for. Only positive part of the trip. Then as I was checking out, the automatic machine errored out. Another employee asked me do you need help? I replied yes. She turned and walked away from me and went to another counter, paid for her soda and left.I dont shop at Wal-Mart because your customer service is horrible!
The past 2 pickup orders I have waited over an hour and several things were forgotten. Every time I called it went straight to voicemail. I ended up calling Walmart costumer care service and they called the local Walmart this time and it was handled promptly. I’ve used mobile pickup for years but this location has made me reconsider shopping here.
Went to Walmart this morning do a self check out one of the items dont have a barcode I asked the lady she doesnt offer to help look up the barcode she doesnt want to go check the item She just wanted me to deal with the problem myself Im like OK I get another one and then she said oh you have to bring this back there with you It doesnt have a barcode no one else can get it you have get a barcode it . She doesnt want to do anything and still expect Walmart to pay her I end up leaving the item and when somewhere else and get my stuff I dont want to spend money where they dont even want me there
Not a fan of the way things are set up with the remodel. Very confusing and hard to find things and the staff does not seem to know where things are without having to pull out their phone. The pharmacy set up is nice, but the way things are being done it takes a longer time and is more confusing. Dont expect to have a cashier available, you will most likely have to do it yourself.
Great place, whatever you need , I bet you its here...Tires, batteries, fishing supplies, adults ,kids, and baby clothes , shoes ,supplies from food to flowers, etc. Ever need several different things and dont wanna go to several stores try Wal mart, oh yeah did I say well stocked, huge variety, and clean!
Walmart has the best prices on just about anything and everything you can get in the store. I shop at a lot of different stores, work out of town and I like saving money.Just wish they had a little bit more competent cashiers. Its like they dont care ,they just do it because they need a job.
The way they have rearranged this particular Walmart is ridiculous. Every time you go in the store you have to search and hunt for things. Also it’s mainly self checkout registers now which is absolutely ABSURD!!! I was there today, and they only had 3 people working the register to check people out. Especially when most of the workers are standing f around with their thumb up their butt or just hanging out instead of helping the customers!
I was in Walmart on booth rd. I bought some eggs, got them and realized that there about 4 eggs cracked. You already raised the prices of them. I dont like the fact that you are greedy. Im losing money and money is tight. I live on my SSl. The employees dont know where anything is and they see you coming and tgey run. Riding the clock and getting paid to do nothing. They need to take pride in their job.
This one is better than the Watson super center but its still not a great store. Half the stuff we needed was sold out even though the app says its available in-store. Prices arent marked on stuff, if you use the app to scan the barcode sometimes it works and others it says item isnt sold at Walmart 🤦♀️ the lines are always long. When we went this time we managed to be 2nd in line and it still took over 20 min because it was so slow. Left my family in line and went to the freezer section in the back to get stuff we forgot and still werent even to putting our stuff on the counter. We refuse to use self checkouts in stores, but if you get in a cashier line here it takes forever.
What can I say i, ts Walmart...... Low paid employees working at a billion dollar company not much to say. It was clean, I found what I needed and they watch us all pile up in line instead of opening more registers. Oh wait they cut man hours to save more money for the investors, so enjoy the wait.
Wal-Mart dont feel the same since they remolded actually I felt this way probably 2 or so yrs now. They used to be so different. Now you go and more employees.are in the way more than customers. It seems like Everytime I leave I stand in another line I understand checking receipts and all that but it gets rediculus. This Christmas was different for returns the line was to the other end of the store.they always open up lines at register but not this year
I order curbside from Walmart to plug what Kroger curbside has dropped off the list and not told us about we needed these items Walmarts faster at giving us times to pick up our items the young man was absolutely a nice person my phone wasnt working he took my name brought out my order with somebody elses order and I was on my way. It took me longer at the stoplight to get back on Russell parkway then it did picking up my order theyre getting so much better and the choices are getting better. I recommend Walmart curbside pickup its the closest to the base and they give the shortest amount of time to pick up the curbside order you dont need 24 hours just pick a time and they keep the time they dont change it. Its really good to be able to pick up an order within 9 hours.
This place is much Better than the Smaller Community Walmart store. This Larger Super Center has Better variety of fresh meats and Veggies plus fruits. Please go to the Super Store as opposed to that smaller Walmart store. Please wear your mask. They dont force you to wear one but the mask 😷 is for your protection and theres.
I want to make this clear this store has an amazing store manager but there are too many employees that are unprofessional, rude and the store can not even answer the phones to talk to a manager and can not even be transfer to a voice-mail to leave a message thats if your are lucky to get someone to answer and willing to help you
We went to pick up some lettuce, tomatoes and some phone cards for my prepaid phone. I asked an employee where I would find them and she said around the fixture near us but the walmart family T-mobile cards were not there. We asked another employee and she said They are probably in the back! The attitude was dont bother me! Whatever happened to helping the customer?
This is our favorite Walmart in central Georgia. The pharmacists Mr. Ryan and May. Andrea are just wonderful at what they do. Dolores deserves a promotion. Excellent staff member. Recently, we had our first disturbing matter with a new female employee who was rude to our son who was doing us a favor in discussing a comparative price matter which is one of Walmart ‘s staples. She didn’t want to engage in the matter and left us waiting for an extension long time. She was at the customer service department. Unfortunately, not ready to serve the public in that capacity. The other two female employees on the floor very respectful and helpful. The manager intervened and resolved the matter with understanding, kindness, professionalism and proficiency. With the exception of this one incident, we value this neighborhood super Walmart on Booth Rd. Thank you. God bless.
IMO this is the best option for wal marts in the Warner Robins/Macon area. Nothing spectacular that sets it apart, but on a whole considering staff, friendliness, store cleanliness and product availability, as well as convenient location somewhat off the main road unlike say Watson Blvd store or maybe even Zebulon store. Just my 2 cents but dont come crying to me after a terrible shopping experience at the lovely Eisenhower rd location! Jk, even the Harrison rd wal mart off of Eisenhower isnt too bad compared to some real whoppers across our beautiful country.
The name Supercenter pretty much sums it up. They have pretty much any and everything you could ever want or need from batteries to stationery, to clothes,, to electronics. Pharmacy and even an automobile mechanic shop stocked with just about any size tire you need, and an in store automotive section. Sporting goods, lawn and garden, you name it. Excellent selection and some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Huge store, easily accessible. Oh and did I forget to mention they have a full sized grocery store with fresh meat and produce and everything you find at other places. Even a larger variety or items. All in all, when I think about making a purchase of anything I need or want, Walmart Supercenter is the first place that pops into my head. Best prices as well!
This Walmart is so much better than the one on Watson Blvd. I will drive the extra bit just to come to this Walmart. Its cleaner, nicer, and much less crowded. If all the Walmart stores were a family, this Walmart would be the black sheep of the family because it is hanging out with Target.
The service here was very good. The door greeter pointed me in the right direction when I asked for the item that I needed. When I got to that area I asked another worker and they sent me directly to where I found the item that I needed. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Be prepared to wait in a long line at the service desk. Today the line was line , there was two employees and one on the register at the service desk. They made no attempts to help or call for help. The front end manager walk back and forth a couple of times . The only reason he got on the the register, a customer kept asking passing employees to help and him twice. Walmart policy on this front end process is Going to cause a whole lot of problems in the future.
One star is TOO GOOD for this store! I visit this store regularly. Overall it is ATROCIOUS! The customer service is 0; rude, and, obnoxious! The quality of the produce is garbage! The shelves are very skimpy, and, theres POOR choices to choose. The manager, and, employees should be FIRED ON THE SPOT! WORSE STORE EVER!
I may have found the Walmart of my dreams! This is a newer store, really huge.... and actually well stocked, clean and blessedly almost empty of customers. I was able to secure not only a handicap parking spot but also a cart to ride around in. And it actually worked and had a charge.
Long lines and no one is around to check you out. Seems they have forgotten customer service. I was also told I had yo have correct change or use my card. Ok so if you have people using correct change eventually you should have some build up. I said Shame on Wal-Mart basically forcing customers to tip them their left over change. The cashier replied, Oh no maam we give it to this charity. They did have a display up front that you dropped change in and it entertains you as the money goes down. Now to my point, Wal- Mart has just told me they would donate MY left over change. So if they kept the change of just a third of ALL their customers for lets say a week, that is still MILLIONS they donate and surely they are also accepting that nice tax write off. My mind says they got a tax break on ill gotten gains. I say that because they were going to take my money get a tax break for charitable contributions, all the while explaining there is some change shortage. I personally was taught in customer service you err on the customer side of most situations. Coin star alone located in many stores could supply a lot of change for them so no reason to blame the bank. Now for the reality that tripped my trigger. They are using our money for a tax break and raising prices for any reason they can think of. So I have a question to ask, who is looking out for the Poor old cash customer? Certainly not WAL-MART!!
There are actually two Walmarts closer to me. We drive to this one, which we call the nice one, because its cleaner, has a better selection, and is overall just better maintained. With that said... its Walmart. Expect busy aisles, annoying customers, and long lines during prime time. Good for a Walmart though.
Too crowded, put everything back and walked out. One cashier. Prices too high but great place to buy second-hand goods at retail prices. Irritated with covid rules twice over intercom within half hour. No longer allowed to try stuff on for size using covid excuse. No return policy. Forget them!
Took a printer here with no box or receipt after our house was struck by lightning. explained to CS about what happened and that our house has to be renovated and that we had just got the printer a month before everything happened. They let us get another one as long as it was the same exact printer! Walmart will do things other retailers won’t sometimes
Since walmart is the get-all store in my area, I basically have no choice but to shop here, however, this location is pretty great. The pickup services have gotten so much better. I cant stand their inability to actually substitute items correctly, bit I understand its not the employees choice and it works through their online in-stock system.
They put you a new barrier guiding you from entering the exit door. Their stock level is improving as well. The remodel still is happening but it seems like its getting close to completion. The new wine/beer section is awesome. I see more low profile racking which I like. Worth the trip.
Disaster! After my husband and I came from the Cancer treatment we stopped by the pharmacy and picked up my husbands medicine. My husband and I were in line patiently waiting for our turn to be served. Soon as we have our turn at the window, a lady in the pharmacy by the name of Elizabeth attended us. She was on her cellphone while trying to help us. Finally, she took my husbands military ID and looked at the computer what type of medicine we are picking up. Few minutes later she said the medicine is not ready to be picked up and said we have to wait for 30 minutes. After 35 minutes had passed we returned to the Pharmacy and tried to pick up the medicine and she said it was not ready and that she will start to work on it now. My husband and I received poor service and was lied to. Elizabeth provided poor service and this behavior should not be tolerated in any workplace.
Went there to make a return on an item I got the day before ! & There was a misunderstanding that Clearly suggested she did not know her job as well as she thought ! She continuously cut me off whileTrying to speak did not want to hear a word I was saying ! And she’s suppose to be lead her name is KiKi very rude very unprofessional and forHer to be lead she showed no type of training are representation on good customer service ! Store manager was t there so I went to cooperate ! Waiting on themTo get back with me now ! Totally an unsatisfied customer !!!!! Embarrassing!!!
The customer service at this walmart is always lacking. I prefer this location over the Watson one because they typically have what I need, but the checkout lines are atrocious. It can take 15-30 minutes to check out a handful of items here on a weekday. I dont understand why they have so many lanes, but they only use one or two alongside self checkout.
Gotta love WallyWorld, they have everything!!!..... except cashiers to check you out. It really ruins the shopping experience when it takes soooooooooo long to checkout because only 2-4 out of 20 registers are open. It has been like this for years! Fix it please 😁 @walmart, #walmart. HintHint 😉 Over all excellent products at great prices, and one of my favorite stores. Love the rollbacks when I catch them!
I have to be honest I hate going to Walmart. My usual experience is with nasty and unfriendly employees. This time it wasnt as bad as usual. I think they may be improving their customers relations. The bottom line is this Walmart is less horrible than the one on Watson Blvd.
Prices are ridiculous! tag very rarely matches the product its supposed to represent..they took all of the price verifier s out of the store so now you can search the sku numbers along the shelves to find the price or download the walmart app and price check product with your phone... irritatingly still inaccurate pricing.
Newly refurbished and very nice. There seem to be more selections of practically everything. We always enjoy going to this superstore. Just wish they would stop being cheap and get more cashiers. Self checkout is nice if you have a few items and are in a hurry, but when you have a full cart of items, self checkout can be a hassle. More cashiers would really be nice!
I ordered stuff online to be delivered to my house. One item was a pickup item. I went and discovered I had to go inside to get the item. I am handicapped and had to have a scooter to go in. I cannot go in to Walmart or Sams as they have very small numbers of scooters available. And they are not cleaning the stores like they did initially. I cancelled that portion of my order since I spoke with 3 different people and none would help me.
Go to ANY other Walmart! My wife and I have never been treated as poorly at any place weve ever been! First off, none of the self-checkouts had bags, NONE! The workers finally brought a few bags, that were the HUGE bags. We began scanning our items and at almost being done, an employee comes over, stops us and begins to accuse us of not scanning a $1.00 bag of frozen broccoli. This employee attempted to rescan a bag of fresh broccoli, charging us twice. As we are paying another employee approaches us and rudely tells us to scan our paper towels, which we scanned first. During us scanning 70-plus items, the employee at the front door has not offered to check a single person leaving, yet as we go to leave this employee digs through our bags like weve just shoplifted everything in the store. We visited this store, probably three times, prior to this visit. Each visit we have bought $250-$300 in groceries. I have all my prescriptions here. After this treatment, this location has lost ALL of our business.
If you do the grocery pickup at this location and they say items are out of stock, arrive early and go in to check for yourself. Three separate times we were told things were out of stock, but were fully stocked when we went in.The first time or so I could see it as a mistake, but three times in a row is just poor service and just plain lazy.
Ive been to much worse stores. This one is transitioning to new manager ..I wont get Into that, but the store for the most part is with good family atmosphere for a Walmart. I hope it stays this way. Its been through many hard trials of weather and management. However each have done well. Their departments are usually neat and well stocked. Enjoy speedy self checkout or friendly usually staffed checkout. Keep eye out on deals in electronics. Nice.
Most of the time they have what you are looking for but some of the cashiers are rude. They had a cold vibe and didnt speak. Also they have long lines and the self checkout line dont accept cash...only card. You have to go in a long line if you have cash. Its been a while and THE VIBE IS STILL TERRIBLE
Customer Non-Service, its difficult to even rate service with a 1 star, since they dont answer the phone. The phone rang for 12 min, at 2 1/2 mins they didnt answer, just hung up. I called the online dept several times, gave up and called Customer Non-Service. Guess what they didnt answer. I thought it would be good to use Walmart, NOT!!!EXTREMELY disappointed.
I hate going to any Walmart especially at night they never have more than 3 regular registers open its always self check outIf i wanted self check out all thentime Id stay home and order it onlineYou would think with a multi billion dollar company they would have more than self check out open
I bought groceries and got $20 cash back from the self checkout. I then went into their Money Center to break the $20 bill into ones and they refused to break it for me. They said they dont make change at the Money Center even though I got the $20 bill from their register. Seriously??
Not sure whose bright idea it was to close ALL the registers at once (literally ALL OF THEM), but Ill probably never go back again. Not only were all of the registers closed, but the cashier in the line we were in actually left while we we in line after saying Im going home. The managers right there before pointing to a guy and actually leaving. No way to do business. The mob of people forming that were all looking for open registers were talking about just walking out with their groceries. Wouldnt be mad if they did. We just left out stuff and went to Kroger like we should have done to begin with.
Im always going to Walmart Supercenter because its a 1 stop shopping establishment and you cant complain about that when you have a large family like mine.I usually start to pick up my groceries first and then I move on to picking out clothes for the family. Theres a nice selection of shoes and bookbags/handbags to choose from. One of the most important services there is the Money Services. You can cash your checks, buy Money Orders, you can wire money via Western Union, you can pay your utility bills and purchase Walmart debit cards and last but not least, load money on your debit cards... All for a small fee.One of the best features is the Walmart app (Android & iPhone). You can download the free app and you can see which aisle the item(s) are located in and if its in stock or out of stock. Or you can order item(s) online, some item(s) can be available for pick up or it can be shipped to you, it will say what your options are and you can go from there. The employees are always pleasant and friendly. If you are not sure where to look, just ask one of the Associates, theyre there to assist you with a smile.
The Walmart at Booth road Houston county off of Russell parkway behind zaxbys going towards the base, is the most polite store out of all the stores that are Walmarts. In the Warner Robins area. I can order from them quicker.I go to the Booth road Walmart app they say they have the product I put it in my cart and its delivered to me the next day or I go and pick it up, they deliver it to my trunk. The pick up department at Booth Rd is excellent theyre up front about what they do not have before I even push purchase bar. The pick up department does a wonderful job keeping up with the stock, whats in and whats out momentarily and sometimes its hard. It is very good to know that Im will not be counting on that product when I get there. Ive not tried the other stores because of their .com problem with me Ive checked on .com and go to the other stores and the items are not there like the app said it was. The Booth Rd Walmart will have out of stock underneath the product thats nice good to know. I get something comparable acceptable to me. In stock and I have started to grocery shop again with the new app of Walmart and the pickup department are much nicer than the Kroger pick up system 25% of our Item are not on the picked up, I like the this road Walmart so much Ill stop in to buy something just use their bathroom its so clean all the time its so handicap accessible for me Ive had to use their motorized wheelchairs for years until I got surgery. Theyve always been very clean the aisles the clothes everything I cant wait until I feel comfortable around people to go back into the Walmart again all the time like I used to. The pickup and the Walmart app and I get along so well, with their proper minute to minute information Ive seen an item go out of stock as I was right on their .com ordering . That doesnt happen at the other stores. The Booth road Walmart in Houston county near the base I find to be the best. Ive been to the one in Perry its better than the other two in Warner Robins but I find the Booth Rd store to be the best of all of them.I love their staff they know me well. Im getting to know the pickup department, their staff is just absolutely nice, knowledgeable and so helpful being handicapped that is a big help. I dont unload my car when I get home I have teenagers those human beings can do something. The Booth road Walmart has an attitude of you are our neighbor our friend how have you been? How can I help you the and the clientele is so nice and polite when,I have had to go into the store because it was too short of time for a delivery or a pickup.I love Christmas shopping there especially the day after Christmas oh theyre so polite and so helpful. If you dont shop at the booth road Walmart try it once you might go out of your way just go back. They are so much better than the other Walmarts in houston County. The Lake Joy one on Russell parkway, the Centerville on Watson boulevard those stoers make it very difficult to even get around in the store. At the Lake Joy Russell parkway, the clientele has such an attitude that I feel like a nobody. The store downtown in Centerville on Watson is a hard store to deal with because they are always out of the items the Walmart app shows they have it on .com the menu come get. Have gone by the Booth rd WalmartStands. Thy going once you may be going back. Our order is ready now that our ahead of time but I can go get it and I am so happy about that Im excited that I actually did get the Halloween candy they said they had. and Im happy they emailed me and told me they didnt have purple lights I immediately got on Amazon and God purple lights thats all they wanted to decorate Halloween with. Its fantastic to have a company work hard please you when youre paying them the money. Seems like old times at The Booth road Walmart.I get there theyre gone, been gone for days or weeks.
My experience on todays trip to Walmart was a very good one. I especially appreciate the service of the employee, Lillian was very nice and helpful in the photo shop. She was so very helpful showing me how to print photos from my phone. Its always very knowledgeable about using the photo machine.
I cant really say anything bad about this location. Its well stocked and organized. Easy to find what youre looking for. Pretty clean. The cashiers can be rude. Thats why I like the scan and go. And Ill never understand why they have only two cash registers open. So they get a four which is better than a three.
Put in a pick up order at 2pm for a 7pm-8pm pick up. Was alerted through the ap that my order was delayed at 6:45p. No biggie, I could understand being busy. I work in a busy retail store and understand these things happen. What earned the one star was the horrible customer service I experienced when I called for a status update on my order around 7:45p. The first time I called, a woman picked up and transferred me to the pick up department. The phone rang for about 3 minutes before I hung up and tried again. Second time I spoke with a young lady and was told I would receive a call right back after she took my order number down. At 8:35p, I called again because I didnt receive a call back got transferred again and this time for a little angry on the phone with the representative. Again the phone rang for 3 minutes without answer and I hung up. I called back again, explained the situation and my frustration with not getting an update, then got in my car and headed for the store. I was still on hold when I approached a customer service very angry at this point. It was now 9pm. I finally got my order and an apology from the pick up associates loading my Groceries. I explained I wouldnt have been upset if someone had just set the proper expectations. This pick up service is meant to make life easier for folks like myself who lead busy lives. This experience was anything but easy and the staff need a lesson in communicating expectations and customer service. Will never use the service at this location again. Kroger has a great delivery service that gets to your home in under 2 hours!
The store has better customer service in the later part and overnight when stockers are there that actually put the stuff out. They listen and help. The lines are long because the night crew is short handed. Large selection of clearance and this store is supposed to be the model store for the region so its improving.
I had to leave no wheelchairs a little on handicap they never have any so I dont go there very often Walmart is not one of my favorite stores any longer and they took please tell that to corporate is they people down here dont care and tell him my name also give my phone number I could care less because I used to call her Walmart in the old Wars a hell lot better than new ones
Every place goes downhill after grand opening. This place sets the mark how to go from sixty to zero in several years. Do not trust the prices on the shelves as they are wrongly priced frequent . If I could rate the employees, they get a 5. The management, 0. Evens out to 2? Bright side, wonderful garden center with checkouts, deli food is always fresh and economically priced. The lunch boxes are a real bargain. Again, never has a more delightful WalMart gone downhill as fast as this location. Oh wait, there is always the low bar nightmare Watson Blvd location.
Worst customer service ever. Cashier moved very slowly. Almost to the point of seeming intentional. One line open with a light on at 5 PM on a Sunday, despite a packed store and full parking lot. The store manager also seems to have no desire to correct the problem as he walks away from customers when they tell them their complaints. This store stays open purely due to location and convenience. If you want quick service and a cashier thats polite, choose a different store.
I dont like how cash payers have to use the register, rather than self checkout. Why are we being forced to stand in line behind the folks with 2 buggys full of stuff, even if we have just 1 or 2 items? I get you are trying to make people not use cash but you can just stop. If I have to go full karen and contact whoever i need to about this I will but may be you should consider making the card payers use the register. Alot of card payers are using ebt cards ( this is not an insult to any one using an ebt card) and have large carts full of food for the month, wouldnt it make more sense to make the ones who cant use self checkout (or shouldnt because of the amount of items) ie the cardholders with alot of stuff go to the register and let those of us who have just a few items (like 10 or less) use self check out regardless of payment method?
Attempted to make a return of an item I purchased day before yesterday with a combination of Christmas gift cards and cash, the manager refused to give me the portion that I paid in cash said policy states gift card only, I showed him cash for cash and card for card, unless no receipt then gift card. I had my receipt yet was still denied. Then when he became rude I called law enforcement, as suspected, I, the customer, was treated like a criminal and was told I was trespassed from the store... WHAT A CROCK OF BS!!!
I received a small appliance for my birthday a few days ago. It didnt work, so I brought it in for an even exchange for a new one. (with the receipt). It was on sale when purchased. Walmart wanted to charge me the extra money for the exchange. After my husband refused to pay extra, a manager finally let us exchange it.
What can I really say? The Walmart on Booth Rd. in Warner Robins, GA is consistently just okay. There are absolutely no stand-out features to mention. I can never find staff when I have questions. If I do manage to spot an employee, they avoid eye contact and walk away. We bought a metal kitchen garbage can and it was over 50 dollars with tax. We got out to the car and it was dented. My girlfriend took it back inside to swap it. Well, the only other one like it was also damaged. The customer service rep would not reduce the price so we just sucked it up and kept it.
I rarely have a good experience at Walmart. Its 50/50 whether or not you will get a friendly employee. Half the time they either are out of what Im looking for or it is not priced at all. If you want a price check machine you are out of luck. This Walmart is depending solely on you having a cell phone with the Walmart app to check their prices. They do not price the half of the clearance clothing in particular in the girls department so i just walk away. Dont even get me started on checkout lines. If i have to check myself out i better get a discount for lack of customer service.
I mean, its Walmart. I has to get supplies for my kiddo, and they didnt have paper hole reinforcements, tab dividers, or colored pencils, however, that is not neccesarily their fault. The lady that was out there at the school suppy section was visibly stressed and overworked. She was also in high school herself. So, Walmart, nice try, but there is much more room for improvement.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Went to check out around noon and there were only two registers besides self-checkout were open. Could not find a Customer Service Manager to ask for additional lanes to be opened. Had to wait over 20 minutes in line. Cashier either didnt know who to call or knew it would be pointless to ask for help. Miraculously, CSMs showed up after we were finally done, but lines were still backed up. When I asked the group of 3 Lack of Customer Service Managers who was watching the front end to make sure the lines didnt back up, one replied me. When I asked her why we had to wait that long and why they hadnt open anything up? She just shrugged her shoulders and flippantly replied, Well, sorry. Completely disrespectful woman who should be neither Customer Service OR a Manager, let alone both.
I will say this place was shady, there were people standing around outside at their cars and such. I just didnt feel safe when entering our existing the store. The only reason I came to this locations is that I was looking for a specific item and model # of a toy for my grandson and couldnt find it but when my wife looked on the Wal-Mart website it showed this store had a couple. My wife and I asked several employees (who were not very helpful and it seemed as if I was bothering them) and went to several different departments per the employees direction, we looked everywhere and couldnt find it. Some nice lady at a register suggested I look on an end aisle where she had seen something similar. I FOUND IT, that is the only reason I gave this 2 stars. Good luck and be safe at this location.
Terrible, curbside pickup turned my wife away at 5 bc they were too busy. Told her to come back at 630. She went back at 630 and no one would pick up the curbside phone. 15 mins later someone picked up and abruptly hung up on her after saying her name. At 720 my wife drove to the back door and spoke with someone who is looking into it. Then she returned to get my wifes order number. Its now 725 and they said they have to pull the order and it would be at least another 30 mins. We understand when work gets busy, we both work very hard. But not answering the pickup line, hanging up on someone and acting frustrated providing a service your company offers on products already paid for, is not okay. They did offer my wife a 25 dollar gift card for the trouble but after gas there the first time, gas back the second time, gas running for over an hour and most likely a therapy session after having two kids in the back seat during this nonsense.........pretty sure that 25bucks is already gone. Zero stars from the Welch familyFollow-up, my wife made it home. They said they didnt know what items they were able to find and what they were able to find. After reviewing her online order receipt, there were 25 missing items. That we already paid for, well follow up tomorrow to sort this out. Put simply........no more Walmart
They had a good amount of things, but one thing that makes me super mad is how they usually have only around 3 registers open! They are all filled and you have to wait in line for way to long!Edit: have been recently, but the times I have went might have been bad days for them but I see they are opening more registers. Service is great.
This walmart is very disorganized and the employeesare NOT helpful at all. Asked 4 different people where something was located and they all gave me the same answer....I dont know, you have to find somebody in that department and ask them. Never had an employee tell me to ask someone else.
Waited over 2 hours to try and get an oil change, only to have them not do it because they didnt have the oil filter for my truck. That wouldnt be a problem if they had called me when they found out verse wasting two hours of my life and then expecting me to pick to go find the filter for them so they can do the oil change then wait another 2 hours for everyone ahead. No thanks!!
Always like this Walmart. Its typically easier to get in and out of than other Super Walmarts in the area and it also has an auto center that I like using for oil changes and tires. Its typically cleaner and has many military customers... which makes environment a little more enjoyable/peaceful.
Pretty good Walmart. Better than the one on Watson Blvd in my opinion. Pretty much your typical quiet-ish Supercenter. Regular foot traffic compared to others. The Walmart app has a map of the store you can use to quickly lookup items based on aisle number rather than just wandering the store till you find them. The one on Watson does not yet have one at the time of me writing this review.
Its 11:15 pm on a Saturday night, only two lanes open 5 and 6, no self check outs are open, not sure who manages to place but I am pretty sure this falls under bad management. The lines are stretched all the way back through the womens clothing section to the wall where the fitting rooms are, this should fall under come on man. Such a large corporation so much for customer service....
Went to return an engagement ring with the receipt. Was first told jewelry only had a 7 day return period, but I corrected them with a quick google search. Then they said the receipt was fake because it says “TBD” where the manager’s name is supposed to be. We were then told we’d have to wait until a jewelry person was working to verify it was the correct the ring. After they watched the security footage of my friend buying the ring, they allowed the return. But during the return I was told I couldn’t do it, it had to be the person who bought it......even though we had the receipt. I think they were hoping my foreign friend didn’t have an ID 😅 very unprofessional and prejudice.
Store was clean. Had the items we were looking for but the girl at customer service needs to learn some customer service skills. We bought a movie at the cashier didnt have the tool to take the security tag off. We had to go to customer service to have her remove it. She literally rolled her eyes when we told her what we needed. This was Wednesday night 6/21/2017 around 8pm.
Worst store ever ....even for Wal Marts!!This store is horrible. Many, many products are either “out of stock” or “No price “ marked.I spent 45 minutes looking for 1 item last weekend. Asked for help and “No one knew” where the item was. After wandering around in utter anger and disbelief, I finally found it. Guess what....yep...no price and no help. So, I scanned it with my phone and the item comes back on clearance for $23.11. Okay I finally can leave. I get to the register in the garden center to check out and it rings up $36 and change. I show the clerk the price on my phone and she has to call for a CSR. Okay....I don’t want to hold up the line, so I excuse myself and stand to the side. After another call to get a CSR and 15 minutes of waiting.....NO CSR!Okay then. I call the store phone and get a rep and explain. They FINALLY send someone back and she takes care of it!From now on, I’ll got to multiple stores and use Amazon to replace WalMart. They think they have the market cornered and have pushed all of the competition out.....WRONG! I’ll support ANYONE over this joke of a store. Ridiculous!

2022-03-08I have never had good service from this Walmart but this is just getting ridiculous, Broken serving bowls just thrown in there with no bubble wrap or any sort of protection. Save your money and time and do not order off their website or even go in there store because customer service is also absolutely terrible.

2022-05-17Wal Mart is Wal mart.... Alot of their clothes are 5.00 when you get to the register. Every piece of clothing I got today was 5.00. That saved me about $20.00 today.

2022-04-26Mrs. Betsy (Pretty sure this was her name) at customer service this morning was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to help me with a smile on her face the whole time. People like her are rare these days, and I hope she knows how much I SO appreciated her kindness today!

2022-06-20Booth Rd Walmart is my favorite. It tends to be less crowded and Ive not had issues with long lines during the day. The pharmacy people are phenomenal and take their job seriously. If there is an issue with a prescription, they get right on it. I love how they make it a point to remember details about names, meds, allergies, etc. And are always so friendly. I like how this store is organized.

2022-06-27This is the best Walmart I’ve ever been in. When in town visiting family, I drive several miles out of my way to shop here. It will likely decline to the same standards as the others, but for now deserves every star.

2022-06-05I usually find what I need there. Service can be iffy. I hate automated check out. Loss of jobs! Then on the other hand, the once in awhile surly cashier can be daunting too. Still, most of the time there are some really nice cashiers i still go there a lot.

2022-06-06I shop here for the convenience not the service. This morning I was forced to check out myself. I hate working for free for Walmart. If they offered scan and go for $50 a year, I would be all in.

2022-06-04Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Putting stuff on the shelf that is NOT for sale then humiliating me when I simply asked they get a replacement. Your employees are horrible!

2022-01-31As far as Wal-Mart goes, this is one of the better ones. Usually, I interact with only the cashier, because there are never any customer service people unless you search for them. There are some great cashiers here, very friendly--not all of them, though. They definitely want you to use self checkout and they want you to get in, get some stuff and get out, which is the same as every Wal-Mart I have been to lately. 3 stars.
