Today was my 2nd grocery pickup at this location. It was as fast and efficient as the first one. While the location is a little bit out of the way, the pickup hours, lower prices, and availability of items I cant find in other places make it a great alternative to the stores closer to home.
Ive been to better Walmarts but Winder Walmart is fine. Its normally clean & organized. It would help though if Walmart had Gluten Free & Dairy Free signs for customers, this would make it more accessible for those with diet restrictions. Its hard to find things like this here.
Corporate Walmart has messed this place up in Winder. They have moved everything around which doesnt make sense, I like a store where I know where things are, I can go in and get what I need and get out. Now you have to search for what you want and half of the time they dont have it. And now there are no cashier, no personal contact. Bye Walmart.
Was testing out a swivel scooter bc it looked like it had been returned and broken. This older lady got in my boyfriends face screaming at him telling him to get off. He said he was gonna buy it but was just testing it out. She took it from him and wouldn’t let him purchase it. Very disappointed in her service.
We have had really good experiences recently with the Grocery Pickup department, so good job in that department. If something is wrong they fix it quickly, they are fast too!The Pharmacy staff is good too, but for Pharmacy Pickup, the spaces are often full, used by idiots who cant read English (Stay in Your Car, Pharmacy Pickup only), but the store put it in mice type on the signs and no one ever enforces it, so every other Pharmacy has a drive-thru but Walmart.... 4.5 Stars to Pharmacy and staff, 0.5 Stars to the Pharmacy Pickup part.
Good stock levels; store is clean. Wait time in line was significant. Only two full service lanes were open and customers were 3 carts deep. To their credit, one young lady employee kindly went to try and get more help but we had arrived at just the right time, between some going on break and other about to return.
PSA: 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣Watch your children! This guy was not only spotted in Athens at Target with a women trying to prey upon children, but also seen at Winder Walmart today with an older male! He was wearing the same colored shirt also, and glasses! They werent pushing any buggys or appear to be shopping for any items Walmart carried. BE SUPER CAUTIOUS, DONT TAKE YOUR EYES OFF YOUR BABIES! Not even for a second!
We usually go to Epps bridge rd in Athens 5 times a week spending $800-$1200 per week (5 visits) but they were out of stock on a item we wanted winder had it so we went there , the place was clean the people were friendly cheerful helpful and attentive . We were very pleased with our winder Walmart experience and on this one visit our total spent was $785.00 !!!! We will be back .
I was trying to exchange a battery that was still covered under warranty.The automotive shop has a door in the back that customers can walk in with.I pull up and it’s 6:30pm and on this day they were supposed to close at 7pm.I asked the two employees that were standing by the door if I could take my battery in that door and he said “We’re closed” and went inside👌👌👌Awesome so Ill just drive 16 mins back home.Complete waist of my time and what great dedication those guys have
I place orders with Walmart, for Delivery, NOT Pickup, for $200+/- every month, as I did this month. The majority of the order was changed to Pickup (not by me), and the balance of the order was shipped, usually 1 item in a box big enough to fit many more items. Nothing showed on my original order that the majority would have to be picked up. Very disappointed. Understand the shipping issues, but Walmart should let you know before placing the order(s), if the item(s) are to be picked up, or will be shipped.
We do Walmart pickup and delivery and it keeps getting worse and worse every single time. Our deliveries keep coming in wrong or bad products. We ordered a box of peach fruit cups and the inside of the box and the actual peaches were covered in mold and for the same order we were given wrong items we didnt ask for. We wrote a review and never were contacted. The next week, i put no substitutions for everything and instead of putting unavailable, they scanned the correct item and gave us the wrong item on purpose. We had multiple items that said they scanned and we were given something different. Every week it gets worse and worse and nobody will contact back. Its ridiculous.
At One Time A Good Wal-Mart.Apart From Covid Issues.Never stocked even on just about any frozen goods.2 months no lunch meats.But I can go too Hamilton Mill Decula.Always stocked.The biggest thing that upset me was a piece of cake set in the fish food section over a week! It was a 3 leches cake to! The milk soured and stunk! No one cleans! Store just dirty
I do not enjoy shopping at this Walmart and go sparingly. Today reminded me of why. There were so many things I was looking for that were out of stock. I had to dodge carts, unaware people and employees putting up stock.Perhaps the most obnoxious obstacle were the employees with giant stacked, rack carts that they cant see around grabbing items for patrons who are utilizing the pickup services. One was polite and excusing herself for being in the way, so thank you young lady. The others were not as friendly.Another highlight was the lady at the self check-out who told me to come to her register. That saved me the pain of waiting for people who need training on how to properly use the self check-out.I am glad a really nice Walmart is about 25 minutes away. If I plan properly, I just go there. They usually have what I am looking for in stock.
Walmart app had some tumblers for $5. I went to costumer service and asked for a manager to make sure I was looking at the right ones. After 1 hour waiting on a manager, nobody showed up. I scanned with the app the tumblers, one by one and each one of the 24 tumblers marked $5. I went to the self checkout and after the first 3 tumblers (all exactly the same) the price changed to $10. I told the associate what happend and she saw that I was right. She deleted the hole screen to start over and honor the price, but another associate (non manager) walked in and said that they wouldnt honor the price. No matter what, they (all of the sudden) wouldnt honor the price that was clearly in the app of their store. I bet they wont even respond to this review
I had the worst checkout experience Ive ever had at any retailer Ive ever been to. The first check out girl counted down her drawer in the middle of checking out one customer because she got a headache.. okay that was unfortunate but not that bad. The man that came to replace her though. That man was just plain rude to everyone not just me or my sister. He wouldnt use the conveyor and made all of us just hand him things to check scan and bag. One of my 12 packs of ginger ale broke in half causing multiple cans to just go everywhere. At that point I just wanted to leave then the cashier just stops what little he is doing and states I need to drop my attitude..... I didnt have ANY type of attitude until then. And I was officially done with his spray on hair self.
I was surprised with the employees willingness to help. Prior and other stores, usually ignore helping customers. Hope the stores keeps them awhile, it was the chip isle, baby isle, toy isle, and arts isle. The downside was displays is parts of the isle was in walking space. And the number of cashiers was limited.
This is the Walmart I’ve been to most of my life and it’s not as warming and welcoming as other places but that’s just my opinion. The reason why I say that is because most of the employees barely acknowledge the customers even at registers and barely make any communication. Overall, just like any other grocery store, this is a great place for groceries and other needs. Just a regular grocery store. Will be returning as always.

Look why do you have 20 check out lines and in the busiest times you might open two and put the slowest cashier there!!!! HELLO!!! I was in Walmart winder Georgia this lovely evening of April 29th 2022 and alot and I mean alot of the workers were walking around talking on their cell phone!! REALLY??? What is this world coming to
It was a good experience as far as the shopping and finding the stuff. Its checking out is the issue. Theyve got 15 lanes with registers. Only 4 open, the rest are self checkout. 🙄 In my opinion those registers could be filled with working individuals. So Im forced to either stand in lines as long as six flags to check out, or scan and bag $268 worth of groceries myself. Gotta fill those voids WALMART
I called to ask if they cared an item. And I had to call 5 times and no one answered my it took over 20 minutes for some one to answer the phone. Then when I got up there they didnt have what they told me that they had so my experience with wall mart, sucked and that wasnt the only time its like people working at wall mart really suck. They are in no hurry to do there job. They move like they were a turtle in there past life... I think if Wallmart payed there employees more money I dont think it would change anything...
If you can not find what you were looking for at the Epps Bridge location in Athens GA this is definitely a good alternative to check for most things that you would need. The store is not quite as big as the one in Athens but still has a great selection of food and Home Goods. In many cases youll wait a little less time at the pharmacy as well.
My dad came in to get a battery from Walmart on a 2017 Honda Accord the car came to Walmart T.L.E with no light on the dash after the battery was in stallled it left with a charging light on the tech and manger sad the light was on when he car came in and they note it on paper few days later my dad told me he went to Walmart and got a battery installed and the chargeing sestem light is on so I opened the hood and they for got to plug back up the sensor On the negative battery cable ... great easy fix thanks Walmart
This walmart needs to be SHUT DOWN. It is horrible. Never ever stalked. No one running registers. Dirty bathrooms. Flowers all wilted whats left of them. This walmart has gone down hill tremendously over the past few years and getting worse.If your not going to maintain this store,then shut it down.Take some initiative and pride.
We were discriminated against today and the manager refused to sell the display to us after waiting 20 minutes and 2 pages for her to even show up. Corporate said it is her decision to sell it to us or not and they back her. There is no customer service whatsoever. Why we feel discriminated is the only reason given to not sell to us is a lie she said they arent allowed to sell the displays but corporate said she could she just didnt want to sell it to us.
I was in there this evening around 7:15 pm. Upon entering the store by the pharmacy side, I noticed garbage all over the floor by an overflowing garbage can. There was garbage in a bunch of the carts as well and on the floor by the carts. The floors were dirty and the check out areas and scanners looked as if they never get cleaned either. The whole store looked disgustingly dirty and I don’t plan to go back.
This is a great walmart. Before the Pandemic they did a great job at keeping everything stocked. I went in to do some light grocery shopping and produce was pretty much empty and what was there was in bad shape (this was at around 8 PM). I went back the next day for a top for my daughters school dress-up day and the produce was fresh and stocked. That is disappointing because no one really wants to keep coming out the house to go shopping and putting themselves and these essential workers at risk by hopping from store to store to find groceries. Other than that, this store is always clean, staff is okay, and you can pretty much find the things you need.
Friendly staff but always out of things I need. I can literally form a list of stuff that I can never seem to wake up early enough on the weekends to get..alfredo sauce, any flavored taco shells..hadnt seen cans of lysol in over a year, since the pandemic started! There is never any water! Never go on the weekends ...you will find nothing your looking for. Not sure why they cant get it together as far as supply and demand because the aisles are always full of employees
When possible, use the online pickup option, which is the only service I’m rating.. It’s a much more efficient way to shop, eliminates most impulse purchases, is quicker, and has the friendliest staff. I even had one staff member help me unload a heavy return item from my car (not her job but she helped with a willing and kind demeanor).
Not sure why, but there were someone many empty shelves and it takes double the time to shop when you gotta 1st find employees that usually cant answer your question, then they gotta find another employee to help them or go to the stockroom to check for items because nobody has a handheld stock checker, or if you need find a particular item, they do the same exact thing Ive already done before I ask for there help, looking up/down every aisle to find one item, so what do Walmart employees get paid for?? Why cant I get paid for doing Walmart employees job?? Im just asking!!!
This review is based on the GROCERY PICK-UP of the Walmart.I consistently use this Wal-Mart for availability and selection here vs others nearby. The grocery pick up team is always courteous, friendly, and happy to help. They converse and are not just handing off an order, which can really improve customer service. My items are packed carefully which is great for unloading when I arrive home.
Most of the store was ok. But when I was checking out the belt was very dirty and when I asked the lady if she could please clean it, She said no I have nothing to clean it with. I asked her to call her CSM over to get cleaning supplies and she said no she didnt have time. So I took my things and went to self checkout. As a former walmart employee I know you are to keep your area clean.
It has a deli,a little bit of produce,and fresh meats. The deli food is good and reasonably priced. Its like a mini market in the middle of nowhere. It use to have a country store feel to it but for some reason in the last year or so it has been losing that country feel. Its getting more like a store youd go to in Athens. I call it the way I see it.
I had written a review about this visit I thought. 🤔 Maybe I did the wrong one. Oops.. Im there all the time it seems. They are really stepping up their game. More associates to help you, almost b all the check out lanes are open, 3 customer service people working!! Shelves were stocked except toiletpaper LOL! 😊. Carts were being sanitized and dried. Keep up b the great work you guys!!! Your customers really appreciate it and are more grateful then you realize... 😃👍👍💯
We made a huge order for pickup on the 16th and when we got home from camping they called me and told me I could pick up my order they left out yesterday or today, with me having major health problems, and my husband having to pick up our order after he gets off work, even though we were told the left out items were ready, he goes tonight to get them and they wouldnt let him have them. This will be my very last online order from WalMart. Because of their mess up. Worst customer service ever!!! And Ill make sure all my friends and family dont use their service again.
Was trying to park in handicap, but an employee was blocking me with a bunch of buggies almost hitting my truck. Finding items was pretty easy. Went to restroom in back of store. The mens restroom was nasty. A urinal was ripped off the wall. Soap dispenser was broke. Its funny that items at this store is cheaper yhan the sameitem at other Wal-Marts
This Wal-Mart is like most I have visited across the country, as they have plenty of employees everywhere but at the checkout. I try not to use Wal-Mart for this reason, I dont like the self check out, I want the human interaction. Another reason I choose other than Wal-Mart is the simple fact that Wal-Mart destroys the little man by importing most of their products from China.
They just robbed me of $200. I went in to buy about 3 toys for kids, each were no more than $13 each, an electronic heater which was $49, and a dog toy that was $19.99, and 5 $50 gift cards. They over charged me the gift cards by scanning the same ones more than once and switching them to different gift cards because the first 5 did not activate. But they didnt void the bad gift cards. Now the total for the items not including the gift cards totaled up to $123.xx, my grand total came out to 707.xx where they refunded me 107.88 because 2 gift cards were voided. So my new grand total was $609.xxWhen I double checked the calculation I noticed I had been over charged a few hundred dollars. Customer service gave me back an additional 400 and a refund for everything. That still leaves about 200 but they couldnt figure out what for, and after I explained to them, they were in their own thought about what had gone wrong... I figured I should just get back the total but nope. Now Im going to have to wait until after Christmas to call my bank and file a fraudulent charge against Winder Walmart.
Store is poorly stocked for the amount of people I see working there. Some of them are not friendly when you ask them for help or have a question. A lot of employees just hanging around outside smoking cigarettes or standing around doing nothing by the entrance as you enter the store. Much room for improvements!
Mostly I like it. Bad experience trying to return a monitor Hisense that just broke during a Hisense update. Thanks Hisense. Found out I bought it at a different WalMart and I paid extra for warranty coverage. Nobody could help me with an exchange, and they tore up my packing which was e everything including the foam padding, no damage, looked brand new only broke during their firmware update. Probably wanting to sell me another one. Too bad. Normally I like the store. I just dont like how it has deteriorated since Sam died. If he knew...

Were you expecting mirror sheened floors, preppy-decked co-customers and a silent, but golden atmosphere that only gets interrupted by tweens Hunter, Pierce and Todd yelling profanities in toys? No, its not the big red machine. Its Wally World, which means if you can find what youre looking for, its a bonus. If you can cash out in less than a half hour of waiting, you just won the lottery!
This is the first time in a long time I was actually able to get down the isles without having a Walmart employee blocking the isles. The store was closing at 11pm and the stock employees appeared to be getting ready to restock upon the store closure. It was much more enjoyable to shop and be able to get to the items I needed. I hope this is something Walmart continues because I would rather go anywhere else in the future then have to fight the Walmart employees that are stocking shelves and dont always get out of your way for you to get the items you need.
Not happy about self check out. You want my business and now you want me to work for you for free at self check out. WHAT A DEAL!! This is not what a senior citizen needs. The employees you have there to help arent helping out like they should, you ask for help and they do as little as possible and they walk away and start talking to another employee.....
Its a walmart. My only real issue here was that there was only 1 actual register open and about 12 self checkouts. Seems to be pretty standard at walmart these days. Getting customers to do jobs for them so they dont have to pay someone else to do it. Some convenience comes from the self checkout, but it shouldnt be the primary option.
A very clean and organized so great . Everything is very easily to find.Food section has so many items to choose from.Fresh meat ,very neatly stacked .Fruits are very ripe and tasty and juicy...So many fresh veggies...So many things thats already cooked and ready to sell....
Stay away from: Winder’s Walmart. Unless, (one), you like to associate with individuals who wear shorts that is fundamentally panties, individuals drooping their jeans to the floor, (two), individuals reviling at the cashiers, the cashiers shouting back at customers and all the more, then this is the area for you. This isnt a child friendly location, (3) and I feel frightened each time I step foot in there, (4).Ive lived in 6 distinct states and this is by a long shot the most exceedingly awful Walmart Ive been to.
I like shopping at Walmart because I can usually get everything I need and want all in one place from the pharmacy to groceries, movies and clothes. No need to have to go to 3 or 4 different stores.Things r ruff right now with the Covid pandemic going on and they r still managing to stay stock decent . I just wish everyone that shops there would realize we still need to wear masks and practice social distance and not hover in a group in a aisle or the walkway between aisle.
Nothing spectacular about this store. Visit it often and am never impressed with customer service. Todays visit netted me empty shelves and lines backed up like it was Black Friday holiday shopping. 2 registers open and they opened electronics for 15 items or less. I would suggest keeping inventory levels maintained, which would increase your sales and then maybe you could afford additional personnel to ensure a speedy checkout. Several people left their full carts and exited the store. Why would you close all the self checkout registers? It was a Friday night. Please try harder to serve the community. Especially since its the only Walmart in town.
I think it’s amazing how a company grows so big that they eliminate the competition to the point where they are people’s only option. Then on top of that have the worse customer service because they want to hire people who don’t care or have no pride in what they do. Yet this is what we are stuck with. Today for example I called six times and got no answer yet I bet someone was near that phone and let it ring because it’s not their problem. Sorry to tell all of you but customer service rep means you are in the customer service business.
Listen this Walmart is convenient and at times has more than 2 registers open the last time I went to this store was on a Saturday afternoon when you would think the lines would be long and select registers would be open Id highly recommend this shopping experience above the others
This Walmart usually is pretty well stocked and clean. However checkout was not so great. I understand wanting to higher all people and I am completely for it give everyone a chance, however you should not put someone at a register that cant keep up. It took 8-10 minutes to check out 34 items. The register next to me completed 3 people and started a 4th while just my product was being scanned and these people had more items than I did. And it was busy rush in the store to add to it all.
4 years ago I did a review on this Walmart and I rated it one star only because you have to at least pick one. Well, they have came an extremely long way since then. The staff is visible and ready to help anyone who looks confused. The entire vibe of the employees has greatly improved!
I was actually impressed when I went to this Walmart 2 days before Christmas. It was extremely clean and had employees all over the store willing to help. It wasnt a push shove match to get up and down the isles. It was amazing how friendly everyone was and not frantic because of the day. I have been a few other times and the store was extremely clean then too. There is a sweet young man that runs the register back by garden. He is tall, thin and has glasses and if you want a pleasant check out go see him. He talks and makes you laugh and before you know it your out the door. Other than.that Im not sure about cashiers.
When you call to speak to someone from customer service no one answers the phone!! I left A bag of groceries behind calling to see if I can pick it up the following day. But, they can’t seem to answer the phone!! I’m not trying to get anything for free I only want what I paid for!!
Im currently standing in this Walmart waiting for SOMEONE to help us with a car battery. And even though there are three people standing at the counter chatting, apparently there is no POSSIBLE way for them to be helpful to the customer. And heaven forbid that you ask for service a second time. I guess you get what you pay for. My mistake was coming to Walmart in the first place. Next to Ill go to the auto store, and convenience be darned!!
Horrible management. A storm came through yesterday. I know its not within human control, but food was ruined & cash only at the manned registers, which all that would have been fine if shoppers had been told before hand. We came in at lunch time, & after two hours of shopping we had a huge buggy full of food & was told only self check out took debit. How is that even possible? Why werent signs posted? When my husband asked a manager he was told they had just put up signs when we left (leaving over $300 worth of food & products)...NO SIGNS. Way to insult our intelligence, Winder Walmart!
Called four time before someone answered. She put me on hold for someone in toys. No one came to the phone and then got hung up on. This is why I stopped by food from them in March because they could careless about their customers. Customer service here is so low. I pay more for an item else where. Im 85% sure no one will call me to resolve the issue just like they never did in March.
All the employees that we came in contact with were really nice and very helpful...the lady at the gas station booth was the best. Thats all as far as the employees but what was really the best is... Kyson was with me. We had a good time it was really awesome...just me and my neat grandson. Thanks kyson i love you
I love the grocery app! Order online, select a pick-up time and get notified when your items are ready for pick-up!!!! What could be easier?!?!?!? This is the most convenient way to get groceries. It alleviates the impulse shopping urges and makes my grocery bill so much less expensive! And the best part.....its free! Have been shopping for groceries this way for about 5 months now and it makes my life so much more simple. Would highly recommend it to anyone who hates grocery shopping.
My only issue was the amount of customers without masks and the employees passing by them without saying anything. At first it didn’t bother me as much but then I saw a lady sneeze on her cart and didn’t cover her mouth. She was literally leaning on it and just blew her saliva all over the cart and her groceries. 🤢
This is my favorite Wal-Mart, mainly cause I know where everything is. Its not the biggest Wal-Mart Ive been to but the staff are always nice, even when you can trek theyve had a rough day and just want to go home. They more often than not have what Im looking for in various brands. Theyve even had at least one brand of toilet paper available at all times. Today (6-11-20) the toilet paper aisle was mostly stocked. The cleaning supplies was also mostly stocked. I was surprised but pleased.
I go here a couple times per month. The earlier in the day, the better the selection. Late in the day everything is always picked through it seems like to me. There are never enough registers open when I make a larger shopping trip. The lines are always packed. I think Walmart would rather you use the self-checkout to save them money on employees. Now I dont mind the self-checkout when I only have a few items. It is quick and easy to pay & go.There is a game room at the front of the store for the kids to enjoy. However the last couple visits I had kids and parents asking me for money to use for the games. This is part of why Im only giving a 3 star.
They have a convenience factor but the staff tonight at the deli was ridiculous the two young guys were more concerned with talking and joking with friends the the customers in line. One lady working really hard while they just talk to there friends. Pharmacy is awesome though love that team
I dont understand why this store is maintaining such a small inventory. There is always a space for items BUT no item. It seems that the store is pushing the customer to spend on the more expensive items by not providing a true choice in value items. In my experience, it is only this store as I have started using the next closest store which does a much better job at maintaining inventory as stated by shelf labels.
Workers dont greet the guests. They have a 10 ft rule. Meaning, if a guest walks past them they need to greet them if they are within 10ft. Managers as well dont speak . Just rude. Dont come to this place often. Now I know why. Workers have pallets in the middle of the aisle; which can be a hazard to others around. Just as sad!!!
I went to walmart twice to get fish. The first time was good. They were friendly and helpful. The second time I went to get fish the helpful friendly people werent there. I went up to the counter to request help. I had to wait 47 Minutes just to buy 3 goldfish. Fix this please, and get people who care about the announcements on the intercom.
Ok Walmart. Smaller isles, especially in pet department and there are less options of products compared to nearby Monroe or Loganville Walmarts. Very crowded parking lot mainly due to so MANY parking spots in front of the store for Pickjup--at least 10 that were empty (in addition to above normal handicap parking). Usually Pickup spots are on the side of the store.
Love the delivery service for groceries but have had a problem with delivery of non-grocery items when they are not local. Had one shipment get damaged and undeliverable and one disappeared in thin air. No one noticed and corrected until I made a call 3 weeks later. Tracking system said in transit so I figured long delays due to Covid19 is why I waited so long.
What is going on with this store these days. Have been trying to buy dogfood there for weeks but when they finally stock my brand I get home only to find it is OUT OF DATE. Called store only to be told I could bring it back. First its not a small bag, second it took 3 weeks for them to stock it, third what are they doing stocking out-of-date products! So now do we have to check everything we buy. Isnt it illegal for them to put out-of-date items out to be sold anyway? I am so disappointed with this store. I go there to shop not to have to hunt the expiration date on things I need to buy. The store is falling apart. I have other things to rant about but this is the latest one and my time and voice isnt gonna make any difference. Hoping for a change.
I have to say I will take part of the blame waiting so late to buy cooking supplies for Christmas but every year you run out of cornmeal and a few other things. Come on we are in the south you know we are going to be making cornbread dressing like crazy... let your inventory department know you need more cornmeal for the holidays. This Wal-Mart has only 2 cashiers while 7 employees talk in the front of the store in front of everyone, while you stand 30 min in the customer service line. Then you have to deal with there terrible customer service, and attitudes when you finally make it to the representative.
Its a decent Walmart, but most the employees there are college students and they could care less about working there, which is not a big problem for me because Im in and out quick. Know what Im getting before I get in there. On the other hand, Ive seen other customers having a REALLY hard time getting help from some of the employees. I usually help at least to people when I run in on average.
Needed to return 4 items without a receipt. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes was informed that I had to exchange items because they totaled over $26. When I asked where that was written for me to read the mgr just said Well thats the Policy VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . Walmart needs to post policies so consumers can read for themselves, I feel they do whatever is convenient at the time.. Not that Walmart really cares but this is my opinion
Having to wait 30 minutes for my pick-up order wasnt ideal. Im also sure they dont have ideal working conditions for their staff which is the bigger problem and root of the wait. Hire more people and keep more people on staff! Your current team and customers deserves it!
Pick up does a terrible job with substitution items. They always blame the computers for the items it picks out for substitution but that doesnt excuse them not using common sense. Customer service hung up on me and now they wont answer their phone. Four times Ive called and it automatically hangs up after ringing for 1:03.
I do not like what I heard them announce today... that they will be requiring customers to wear masks. We have been shopping here for the last 5 months and if anyone was going to catch the virus it would have been from there and there would have been a huge outbreak I Winder months ago. Never happened. This is ridiculous. I will be doing most of my shopping elsewhere now.
I am so disappointed with this walmart. I’ve been living here for almost 6 years and I’ve always enjoyed coming to this Walmart but yesterday was the icing on the cake. First of all, the employees are SO RUDE they talk about they’re new manager RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS. They were even talking about how they wanted to quit. So I went to Walmart to get some last minute items and it took 3 times at self check out to get everything I needed (my own fault) but I had 3 different receipts, one of which had one item on it. I went all the way home and realized I left that one item in the bagging area. I called and the person was SO UNHELPFUL. I asked if they could look for me and that I was on my way back and the person on the phone told me someone could’ve taken it or turned it in so they couldn’t help me then hung up the phone. So when I got there I explained the situation and then not one but 2 EMPLOYEES made fun of me “for leaving the only item I bought in the bagging area”. Don’t make fun of not only a person, but YOUR CUSTOMER when you don’t know the whole story. I can’t believe the level of low this Walmart has reached. Nobody seems happy to be there anymore. There was however one person that made it enjoyable, I don’t remember her name but she was the only nice employee I encountered. SO DISAPPOINTED probably going to have to find a new Walmart!...

2022-06-20This Walmart has TONS of employees within the store, but no one can answer the phones at 2pm on a Monday? I called 3 different times and no one answered in ANY department. I needed to speak to someone regarding the curbside order that I placed and was charged for (I got an email letting me know that my order had been picked up but it had NOT been picked up by me). I called and called and called. The phone rang until I got a busy signal. Why oh why did I not just go to Target like I usually do?When I went to the store to try to iron it out you can imagine how angry I was when I walked in to see PLENTY of employees just standing around, including behind the desk of customer service.I get being busy. I totally get it, but there were plenty of employees there. PLENTY. The store seemed well staffed that day. But not ONE person could pick up the phone?Wild.

2022-06-23This store treats the assembly techs sent to them worse than animals!! They have a patio with 8 fans going, but put the techs out back in direct sun, with big trucks going by only a couple feet away, during a heat advisory and expect them to put together solid black grills and nearly 100 bikes. They also have the most elderly man hauling stuff out, while younger employees sit up in the air conditioning. This needs to change, WalMart!!! *Edited to add that they have a canopy, but apparently cannot spare anyone to dig it out, as it is supposedly buried.

2022-06-24I had a issue with a tv and the protection plan wasn’t helping at all. Met with Darlene and she was so helpful and very nice! She needs a raise!!!!! Very happy at this point! More employees need to be like her.

2022-04-11AMBER needs customer service training immediately. After getting a few items I went to get a battery in the automotive section. Amber was finishing with a customer at the first register then when she finished she walked away and went to the other two registers close to the exit door for the service area. So I went to stand in line while people were being helped by a male employee next to Amber. A man walked in from the service area and then said I forgot to get a drink for my wife. Amber said okay I can help you with that. Then checked him out while I stood in line and she never asked to help me.After she finished I said why didn’t you help me before you helped him I was in line first. She said he just got a drink. I said it doesn’t matter I was in line and you didn’t ask to help me. Do you think that is good customer service? She said he was in here and just forgot to get a drink. I said again it doesn’t matter I was in the line before he walked back in so you should have helped me first. She said it was just a drink but can I help you now I said no now you can get your manager.I explained to SPENCER how bad her customer service was and advised she could have simply said I apologize I didn’t see you or I apologize I should have helped you first. But instead she wanted to keep making excuses as to why she ignored giving me service and helped out the new customer as I was waiting in line.CORPORATE needs to write her up for her horrible service. Especially since I’m a paying customer and this is the reason money is being lost to higher prices, but better service stores like Publix and Target.

2022-06-12DO NOT order online and have the one day delivery!! They use Doordash and the people who work for Doordash steal your groceries!! It’s happened twice to me and I will NEVER order delivery again! Walmart DOES reimburse you but its wrong! I tried calling the local Walmart to tell them (called 3 days in a row) but they never answered and obviously don’t care!

2022-05-23I asked 3 different employees to help me find bungee cords and not one helped me. They all just said they didnt know or just pointed and said maybe over there somewhere. The store was overrun with employees and not one made an effort to help

2022-01-19Im not familiar with this store. I had to get some cat food and this is the only place that has any. The store was not crowded but the shelves were minus a lot of items. The shortages are now starting to show in places such as Bath & Beauty, electronics, home goods. I was able to locate some of what I needed but am still in search for others.
