My wife and I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at this Walmart Eye Center. Megan and Chrissy (on separate days) both went above and beyond to help us, and explain aspects of vision wear to us that in 18+ years of wearing glasses we hadn’t known. Highly recommend! (Note, we only used them for frames & lens; not for our eye exam.)

This has to be hands-down the worst vision center. I spoke with Brooke and she lied to me on the phone saying she would fax over my prescription, and in reality she didnt even have my physical prescription to fax over and didnt feel the need to call me and let me know. I drove all the way to another vision center to hopefully get new contacts but since my information was never faxed over I basically wasted my gas. They have absolutely worst customer service, I still do not understand why she couldnt just give me a courtesy call but instead I wasted my gas and my time. I highly advise everyone to not go to this vision center and take your money somewhere else!

From the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile Brooke was very friendly and Megan the Manager is friendly as well she helped me pick out my glasses I highly recommend going here

I booked an appointment over the phone for a 10:00am Thursday exam a few weeks ago. On the Wednesday morning before, I received an email reminder that I had a 10:00 exam that morning rather than on Thursday like I was told over the phone. As much of an inconvenience as it was, I called out of work and arrived 15 minutes early. After being taken back to the exam room and waiting for over an hour, I was told that the doctor hadnt shown up or called and that I could come wait back in the waiting area. There was obviously a lot of confusion going on and nobody seemed to have any answers or know what to do. After about 30 minutes of waiting, a doctor showed up and performed my exam and I ordered my contacts. I was told the contacts would arrive in 4-5 business days.Fast forward three weeks later, I havent heard back about my contacts so I call to see if my they have arrived and am told that half of the order has but the rest are on backorder. They tell me I can come pick up what is there so I show up during in normal business hours to pick up the contacts that I have paid for and have been prescribed and am told that they cannot give them to me because the licensed optician isnt in. I had similar issues last year when it took over a month of calling them for the office to remember to order my contacts. This place is poorly run and I will never be back.

Set an appointment a week in advance for 12:15. Got there at 12:10. And they said they were 2 hours backed up. I asked why I made an appointment? 12 to 1 is my lunch hour. So I couldnt wait that long. Nobody there cares anything about customer service!!!!!!! And their rude, like you the customer is inconveniencing them. I called berman eye clinic, set an appointment. The sell two pairs of glasses for 59.95 with a free eye exam. And take insurance. Breman vision center is a joke!!!!!!!. Stay away and save your money!!!! Lots of better places to go.

The eye doctor was great, but afterwards I went out, picked the frames I wanted only to find out that they dont take eyemed on the actual glasses. The only reason I went there in the first place is that its close to home. Any eye center Ive ever gone to uses the same insurance for the check up and glasses. Ill not go there again because I ended up having to go to Douglasville to order my glasses. I just wish they wouldve let me know beforehand, and saved me some time.

I received a phone call from a woman who was barely coherent telling me I had two weeks to pick up my glasses or they would be returned. That was the end of her mostly unintelligible direction. Well, I drive the 40 minutes to the Bremen Walmart to pick up my glasses, I walk into the center and stand literally 8 feet away from the vision center worker (Kim). She is having a conversation with some woman and doesnt even acknowledge me. She saw me but didnt say ONE WORD. I stood there like an idiot for at least 10 minutes while this conversation continued. I finally pulled up a chair and waited patiently for this long-winded conversation to end. After 15 minutes, I FINALLY get acknowledged and give her my name and birthdate. She then says, You have to come back while the Doctor is here, its part of the HIPPA law. I immediately pull out my phone to show her that the person who called mentioned NOTHING about certain hours when she tells me before you get crazy. Lol. She hadnt even begun to see crazy. She then says, they should have told you that on the message. I told her that I lived 45 minutes away and they most certainty DID NOT tell me that. I asked her to please check and see if my glasses were obtainable and she outright refused. So, she proceeds to tell me the very limited hours Im allowed to pick up my glasses and I say, ok, thanks you. She then, in the most cheery, condescending voice says, YOURE WELCOME! Such amazing customer service from Kim when you guys mess up and you make the customer feel like an idiot. I will never use Walmart Vision Center again. If Kim is the best youve got, youre in deep sh**. Go to Americas Best! Cheaper and their staff doesnt treat you like youre inconveniencing them.

There customer service is terrible. They had us reschedule 3 times. Our appointment was suppose to be at 1:30 on a Saturday. Well cancelled again!

Bad, A bunch of kids who could care less about the job. Eye exam took 10 min. not sure it was a real doctor. Not the place to go.

The people here are great, and the doctor is the only doctor in several counties and doctor offices to catch my allergy to silicone.
