I had my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and spark plugs replaced today at Walsh Honda. The staff (especially Dewayne Owens) is OUTSTANDING in their efficiency and customer service. I will be returning next time my vehicle (which was also purchased from Walsh Honda back in 12/2015, by the way) needs service. WALSH HONDA ROCKS!!!! :)
Walsh Honda is amazing to do business with all the way around! They were very responsive when I was inquiring about new vehicles, and unlike most dealers right now, they aren’t charging an arm and a leg over sticker due to demand. I was able to pre-order my CRV Ex with ease, and had updates along the way as it was produced. It came in exactly when they said and Deanna Terrell was amazing as a sales agent. She was not just trying to make a sale and spent time making sure everything was right during the process and even after. Cannot recommend them enough!
Brought my vehicle in for regular service and an issue with my air conditioning that was covered under warranty. Both situations were handled promptly and efficiently as always. Dwayne and the other staff members were professional and courteous. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
I had a wonderful experience. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. I rate the customer service a 10 plus. I am highly recommending Walsh Honda in Macon. Ms. Miller is a awesome sales representative. She is understanding, compassionate to your needs, and willing to go the extra mile for you. My daughters 2nd car purchased here and been dealing with this location for 20 years. Tony is great!! But a PSA for anyone putting a deposit on a in transit vehicle…. When dealing with the financial office - They absorb the money into the loan and don’t return it upon arrival of the vehicle as agreed upon. My husband has is the business and they money should have been given back in the form of payment. My daughter wasn’t aware of this at the time. Do not close the deal u til your deposit is returned.
Had an emergency service on Wednesday 22nd and then had an appointment run long. Which put me picking up my vehicle 30 minutes pass their closing time! Yikes 😬 I was so apologetic but they treated me as if nothing happened and was friendly from start to finish!! I’ve never had a bad experience at this dealership!! Thank you
DeWayne at Walsh Honda in Macon did an outstanding job on our recent repair of our air conditioning in our 2011 Accord. He was veryprofessional in his communication before and after the service. If you need a repair on your Honda, DeWayne and Walsh Honda is the place to go!
If I could give 0 stars I would, I tried to sell them my car that got inspected by a Nissan Dealership prior to listing for sell, no problems with the car, they get the car Write a fraudulent check and say they will mail my check to me the following day, then 2 days later they tell my buddy that it cost $2800 to fix a problem and that they cant buy the car for the offer they said even when they were already under my asking price. I tell them steps to fix this code and I call the following day and the guy (MARK) says that the maintenance team tried it and it didnt work. Well Mark I knew you were lying, because my buddy went and grabbed the title and car as I was speaking with you on the phone. Dont trust this company they will try to take your car for the least amount of money possible.
I definitely have to give Tony Tennyson and the team at Walsh Honda 10 out of 10. Tony was great help throughout the whole process, and he answered any questions that I had (which, as a first time car buyer, I had many). He was not pushy (when I told him I was wanting to shop around and explore my options), and he expertly explained the car features and the process. It was an all around great experience. Waited on us promptly for service even though our wait time was two hours with no explanation of what was going on. Service personnel were extremely pleasant to deal with. Facility was spotless from front door to restrooms. Service Manager was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain remote start features.

I would have given my experience here at Walsh Honda a 5, but I had to wait here for over 7 hours and then inside of my vehicle was left dirtier than it was when I came in for service. Walsh honda could have at least cleaned my vehicle before handing it back to le, but they didnt. They just handed it back to me dirty. I went home and cleaned it myself.
Jennifer was excellent! She truly got me a great deal on my new car and trade in! I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle. The finance manager was extremely nice and very helpful in helping to choose additional warranties/coverages on the new vehicle! I give this place a 5 star rating!
I purchased a vehicle earlier this year for my company and it was exceptional. This weekend I purchased a vehicle for myself and everything was exceptional. Phenomenon staff. I experienced a flat (and irreparably damaged) tire as I was leaving Atlanta for a trip home to Savannah. I was unable to ride the spare all the way home. I called your dealership, you had my tire in stock, and you fit me right in. We stopped in Macon for a tire exchange. And then we were on our way to Savannah again. Service was excellent.
As a female, I will continue coming to Walsh Honda and I personally wish I would have bought my first Honda from them originally instead of Huges Honda in Warner Robins. The service at Walsh is top-notch. They dont oversell you anything, they walk you through your options you asked for, and they just make you feel very welcomed + their guest area is very clean.I will continue to drive the extra 34 minutes to Walsh. Its absolutely worth the drive. Thank you!
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the service manager, Mr. Sawyer. Then he started the process of checking me in. Inside; Shawn continued and thoroughly reviewed what the codes meant on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. The whole process occurred swiftly and I was able to get home earlier than expected. Service after the sale is phenomenal!
I was travelling through the area when my AC quit cooling the same day I was notified that there was a recall on the brakes of my brand new van.My traveling companion and I decided to overnight in Macon and have the local dealership look at the vehicle before continuing with our travels. We were glad we did.Though it took nearly the entire day, they drained the AC lines (overcharged at the factory) and the brake lines and fixed both problems on the spot. We were treated with kindness and respect by everyone from the moment of our arrival to the (much later) hour of our departure. These were both jobs that took a lot of time and had to be done independently.To complicate matters, we had a 65 pound American Staffordshire Terrier mix with us, so when we were dropped off at the nearby mall to kill time, we were soon sent packing by the security guard there. We called the dealership back and were picked up in short time by the very accommodating driver, who then took us on a short tour of the college area in search of a place where we could hang out with the dog on a rainy day.Finding no such place, we returned to the dealership, where we spent a not unpleasant day meeting the nice residents of Macon who were also having their cars serviced. Our dog, Hoss, was welcomed by staff and customers alike, and found lots of new friends to give him attention, which he reveled in.It was a long day and an unexpected delay, but a far from unpleasant one. From my initial phone call with Hunter, who also met us upon our arrival, to Dewayne, who handled our details, everyone was professional and efficient, inspiring confidence in the entire process. I would definitely use Walsh Honda again.
Yesterday, I picked up my car after a monthlong delay due to the supply issues that we all have been experiencing. My service advisor was DeWayne and he was very patient while fielding multiple calls from me over throughout the repair process.Bottom line: No other body shop or locksmith in my native Laurens County was able to complete the necessary repairs.I would HIGHLY recommend Walsh Honda!

Prices are reasonable, service is exceptional, no long wait times, clean dealership with comfortable wait areas, and most importantly the car technicians are patient, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I bought this vehicle online from Walsh Honda. From the online sales representative to the in person representative to the financial advisor, I was treated so well! My questions were all answered fully and it was obvious that my Hondas features were very well known to the rep. My experience was a very positive one and I will most likely drive the distance there for my service needs!
I arrived for my appointment and was met with several attendees all eager to help me. When checking in my vehicle the associate notified me that they sold that last tire to fit my vehicle the night before. He offered to have a runner drive to another location and get my tire that was needed to allow my family go on vacation. The wait was not too long and I was kept informed with status updates along the way. I was blown away by their customer service (acceptable customer service is hard to find these days and great customer service has become a unicorn).
Our Odyssey was scheduled on Friday morning for a B1 service. We arrived about 8:30 am. Hunter Faulkner, Service Advisor, cheerfully greeted us and went over what our vehicle needed. Our key fob was sometimes giving us trouble. Hunter thought it needed a new battery. He also showed us how to remove the key from the fob and also how to crank the car if the battery ever gave us trouble again. This is great info to have (thanks). Hunter said it would take about 45 min. for the service so we opted not to get a loaner car, but to wait for our car. Great service in a timely manner. Hunter has a kind, informative, and direct manner. He was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend he get a raise. We had to call back to find out how to get rid of the 100% oil life on the dash. Hunter walked us through it in no time. Great service Hunter Faulkner/William Sawyer!
Took our CRV in for its routine maintenance. Was very satisfied with the experience. Had to wait a little bit on arrival, timing due to several cars arriving at the same time. Sometimes I wish there was separate access for those who go to the trouble to make an appointment versus drive-ups. The staff was friendly and courteous. Serviced the vehicle in a timely fashion and thoroughly explained the inspection afterwards.
I went to around 5 dealerships and Walsh Honda was absolutely the best!! Rodney took his time to ensure that we received the best deal and customer service possible..!! I just want to share my recent experience with Walsh Honda in Macon, GA.My car battery was completely dead and reached out to the service manager William Sawyer while I was out of the country. Mr. William took care of the issue not only promptly, but, in a very professional and courteous manner. Moreover, he ran few extra miles to help me as I was away.I am not a regular customer of this shop, but, the way, I have been treated by Mr. William seemed like we knew each other for a very long time.I have many wonderful experiences about the kind of customer services I received in the past, but, this particular experience with William will surely find a place in my top 5 nice experiences.
Went in to buy new battery and asked if they would prorate price of new battery since old one was still under warranty. I did not have my original receipt but one of the service team members went and looked it up for me. Long story short, ended up getting the battery replaced under warranty. Service team was very helpful and appreciated them going the extra mile to find original receipt and saving me money. We definitely come back for service & parts!
The staff was, as usual, helpful and courteous. My standard service was handled within a few minutes of the time stated at check-in. Even though there were slight hints that there might be a garage area staffing issue, they were managing it with customers in a courteous but direct manner.I will continue to recommend Walsh for sales and service to anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle.
Did lots of research online prior to my visit, test drove the vehicle was interested in and they made it painless and hassle free from there. The whole process from arrival to completing the purchase was conducted in less than 90 minutes! First time that has ever happened to me. Kudos to the Walsh Teams efficiency and commitment customer service!
We have been customers of Walsh Honda since 1995 and just purchased our 4th automobile from them. The purchasing experience is the best weve ever had at a dealership. They treat you with respect and do not play silly games.Their service department is top notch and have taken care of us over the years. William, the service manager has been with them for nearly 30 years, which is very unusual in the auto dealership world. Its a testimony to the way they treat their employees, which is another reason they have our repeat business.Of course, Hondas are great cars. We put 280,000 miles on our first Civic. A great car sold by a great dealership is a winning combination!
I scheduled an appointment for my car to have the over 100K miles maintenance completed. It took a while because a lot needed to be done. But once completed my car ran like it was brand new.Also, my Honda Associate offered a ride to grab food because I was going to be there for a while. That really touched my heart. I am forever grateful.Overall service is always great, everyone is pleasant and all COVID guidelines were followed.Thank you!
12/4/21 Update:Purchased a new Civic from Mike Owens and Matthew Slaughter. Mike is always so friendly and knowledgeable - he has always taken care of our family throughout the years! Matthew in financing is UNMATCHED from my car buying experience. No shenanigans, real/personalized advice, and as always, an awesome transaction.DeWayne, Hunter, and crew were awesome! I can’t say enough about the service advisor I worked with. He helped me over the phone, diagnosing my problem (which was a battery issue). He gave me the number of roadside assistance, which came to start my car. Once I was up and running, I headed for Honda to get another battery. Since my car was only 2 years old with 31,000 miles, all of this was taken care of at Honda’s expense, not mine. The service advisor was very helpful and kind! It was a great experience!
My salesman, Mr.Carlos was actually great. I just didn’t like the fact that I was speaking with someone completely different and when I got there I ended up dealing with Mr.Carlos. I feel like that’s who I should have been working numbers out with and making a deal with from the start. Other than that everything was great. If not for that issue I definitely would have given 5 stars.
Our family was traveling from Tennessee to Florida … the engine light came on in our van … called Walsh Honda and was greeted and taken care of by David and every employee! Raymond Crooms was an excellent salesperson with great knowledge of the vehicles. He kept in contact with me and helped guide the purchase experience. He is an asset to Walsh Honda. This dealership is the best place to acquire a Honda at reasonable cost. They have a great selection and are not arrogant in their sales service. I’ve seen the same manager there for a decade and more. This is my third vehicle purchased from them.
Based on my uniformly great experience as a customer of Walsh Honda for 3-4 years I looked to them first when I decided I wanted to buy a new Ridgeline. The sales team I worked with were respectful and candidly fielded a number of questions. After coming up with the combination of features and amenities I wanted, I compared their price and the amount they were offering for my trade-in with other outlets. Walsh Honda’s price and offer were competitive and I decided to go with Walsh Honda for both. Three days later I am even more confident I made the right decision and got a good deal from a very respectable people sales team and a great dealership.
Cedric Green had to have been the worst car salesman Ive ever experienced. Upon asking if my girlfriend can test drive the lovely type R, he told us that we had to talk numbers first. He didnt get our names, makes us feel welcomed, nor try to work with us at all. Thankfully Carmax had lovely customer service and helped us right away !
Walsh Hondas service department was outstanding during my service appointment on October 9, 2021. Oil and oil filter, and transmission fluid changed. Tires rotated and balanced in less than an hour. Hunter was very thorough when going over the inspection. Thank you, Jenny Toole

I went in to see a particular car and when it didn’t speak to me, Carlos brought another around and BAM! That was it. Carlos was fantastic, he answered all my questions, was quick with the paperwork, and sat with me in the car to show me all the features. It WAS truly an exceptional experience!
Went to the location for AC blowing warm air man the place was busy but I still didn’t have to wait long. I dropped off my Ridgeline on my way out of town service rep said it would be Monday before they got to it ( even though it is Friday), still not a problem but I received a call the same day Friday with a diagnosis of the problem and a very detailed report of what needs to be fixed. I arrived early Monday morning on my way home everything was taken care of and no delays.Staff from the people driving your vehicle through the service bay to the service reps were all on POINT. Kudos to the staff I will definitely be back even though I’m over an hour away.
This will be my third purchase from Walsh Honda and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. Cedric Green was my sales agent and he is the nicest sales man I have met yet. Always make sure you do your research before you step into any dealership. It helps if they see that you know what you are talking about.

I wanted to thank the salesperson Tony at Walsh Honda for giving me a great experience in buying my first car that wasnt used from a dealership. Before going to Walsh I went to a different Honda dealer that didnt help me much other than the salesperson was very kind and I test drove cars there. When I drove to Macon I was told they could find me the exact car and trim I was looking for. Tony greeted me right when I pulled up, he was so nice and friendly. Walsh honda matched their online price and thankfully had the exact car I wanted on order already. Ill get the car in 3-4 weeks! Im so excited! Thanks Tony and Walsh Honda!!!

Exceptional service for my car and for me. Used Honda Roadside assistance to get my car towed to Walsh Honda, had my car there in less than 20 minutes. William Sawyer and Shaun in service are excellent employees. Advised me on my vehicle a couple of hours after it was dropped off as to what the problem was and the steps that needed to be taken to repair my car. Shaun ordered the part, got it in the next morning, and had my car ready by 9:30 a.m. EXCELLENT!!!!HAVE ALWAYS GOTTEN THE BEST SERVICE AT WALSH HONDA BECASUE THEY PICK THE PERFECT EMPLOYEES THAT KNOWS HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE!!!! I bought my new car from Carlos Flores and he was very nice! Gave me a very good deal! I also brought my other Honda in for service and Shawn was excellent from the time I brought it in to the time it was ready to be picked up. I buy all my cars from Walsh. Excellent customer service!
Poor customer service. On my 3rd repair for the same thing. Huge inconvenience and service has been paid in full ($5K+). Spoke with General Manager about the inconvenience and need for a loaner car. He agrees and arranges drop off. I pick up loaner.Out of blue I get a call from the Service Manager Loaner car has been sold, you need to bring it back. I email General Manager who made the original arrangements and he writes back saying I have had the car too long and they dont know when my car will be fixed. I been dealing with this on and off since March. Worst customer service ever since my car was atleast working before they tore it apart.
Since my first interaction online and meeting my salesman, Carlos, the entire process was quick but thorough. Carlos is so knowledgeable about the Honda line, he answered all of my questions and spent time finding me my perfect car. Great experience all around and would recommend Walsh Honday to everyone!
The only place in Georgia to inquire about Honda products. Everyone is extremely polite a helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles. No arm twisting or jacking up prices and their dealership is very modern and accommodating. I went in looking for a 3 row vehicle and bought a 2021 Pilot Black Edition to surprise my wife for her birthday. She loves it!
I think this was the smoothest transaction with purchasing a car I have ever made. It all started with online sales and corresponding with Brittany. After emailing with her, we agreed that we would come on-site to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Mr. Tony McIntosh in sales. Brittany introduces him as being the salesman that would be assisting us. Mr. McIntosh listened to our concerns and wasnt dismissive of them. He was very kind and very patient! He and the GM (another great guy), explained the details of the contract to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the results! Once we got to the Business Dept, it was lightning fast and not long and drawn out (another plus). I love my new car, purchased 9/7/2020, and I love the service that I received from start to finish! This was my second time getting a vehicle from Walsh and Ive been happy both times! Everyone there are super friendly. My most recent purchase was a brand new HR-V which is my first new vehicle Ive ever gotten...Jennifer helped me and made it easy for me to take everything in without feeling overwhelmed on the overall purchase. I would recommend walsh to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle
From the moment my husband and I walked on the sales lot everyone was friendly and helpful but not pushy at all. I love shopping for a new car but have always hated the part after picking it out. The guys at Walsh Honda made the rest of the experience easy. No one tried to up-sale us or push us to buy a warranty. Plus even my husband thought we got a fair deal. Although buying the car took most of the afternoon, we were not rushed through the final explanation of how everything in the car works. Trey and Carlos both assured us we can call with any questions. Its only been a few days, but so far I love my new car!
We had a great and fun experience buying our new vehicle. As soon as we walked into the dealership and until we left everything went so smooth. My 2004 Honda Pilot broke down while moving from St. Louis to Tampa at 1am. Tow company recommended (Mike Adams Towing was AWEOMSE as well) Walsh Honda and towed vehicle there at 5am. After getting a call about diagnosing the Pilot at 8:45am, I was back on the road by 11:30am with a brand new starter. Service department was friendly, helpful, communicative and very understanding of my need to get back on the road as quickly as possible.
The prices were the lowest Ive seen within 2 hours of my home and the experience was top quality. Craig was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. I went to test drive two specific vehicles (that were both sold within 48 hours) but he was 100% helpful helping me find two other vehicles, running numbers for me, and letting me take as much time as I needed. I ended up buying one of the cars I test drove and transportation to my home was not only same day and free but happened immediately after they finished detailing it after papers were signed. PLUS everyone I saw was wearing masks the entire time and social distancing which I greatly appreciated during this time (other dealerships I went to were not so conscientious). Would definitely recommend!
We appreciated our experience at Walsh Honda because it was a smooth, calm experience and not a rushed experience. Cedric was very helpful and took the time to answer all questions and made my husband and I feel very comfortable and satisfied with our decision. We absolutely love our new Honda Touring and amazed with the # of cool, cool features. We found that the features are that of an expensive, luxury vehicle and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase!!!!!
I was able to get an appointment the same day in which I called. I was greeted as I exited my car and everything was explained to me along with an estimate of the cost for the service. My cars oil was changed and tires were rotated and balanced along with other systems check in an hour. I am very please with the service I received.

The whole Walsh Team is top-notch! A recent service appointment was handled very quickly & efficiently. They completed the maintenance items and also diagnosed an electrical problem that was corrected under warranty. The Parts Department was very helpful with the recent purchase of a spare tire and went so far as to assist me with installing it in my trunk and insuring that all the component-parts were present... Dont know how better Customer Service could have been provided!
This was probably the best new car buying experience that I have ever had and I have had several. The salesman was well informed on the vehicle and it’s technology. Plus the Overall time it took from start of process to the finish was about half of what I have experienced during previous purchases of new vehicles. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I was contacted by David who immediately arranged for my car to be picked up and have just about all of my issues resolved. I really appreciate him taking care of those issues. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from them when it is time to upgrade. The driver who came to pick up my car is the sweetest ever. We stood in my driveway and chatted for a good 30 minutes. Very nice guy!I should’ve just kept shopping and I completely blame myself. First, they refused to budge on the price of the car and insisted it would cost me no more than $300 to fix what they called minor cosmetic issues. Quotes I have received are all upwards of $1000. Then I had issues with the wheel calibration system 2 weeks into ownership. Now the battery is dying and the seal completely came off the driver’s side door. And the hood vibrates horribly. I’ve never bought a car with so many issues. I’ve had my 2012 for 8 years and never gave me any issues. I’ll be trading this one in very soon. Nothing but problems and I’ve only owned this car for 4 months.

I purchased my Honda Civic here at Walsh Honda. It was a great experience for me. The sales person that help me out was great; by the way his name is Mr. Goff. Mr. Goff answered all my questions and he let me know that if I needed anything to contact him. I appreciate that very much. On June 8, 2020 I had to return for a minor issue that I had with my car. The guy that assisted me was named Hunter. Hunter was of great at explaining everything that needed to be done. The other staff there was very friendly and kind. It has been a great experience at Walsh Honda and I would recommend them to anyone who are looking to purchase a car.
Walsh Honda is a MUST visit Dealership. The Staff is amazing, the pricing is right on target, and the Customer Service is outstanding. The Saleman (Sunday) was excellent, the Sales Manager (Kevin) was great and the General Sales Manager (Archie) all provided me with an outstanding Customer Encounter! From walking into the dealership to driving my new Pilot home, it was 100% professional. Go see these guys!
The service was excellent! I called for an appointment and was scheduled the same day. I arrived ahead of my appointment time but they took my car on into the shop. The agent discussed my service requirements and escorted me to the waiting area. Within the expected time my service was completed and the process was explained in detail and the possible future requirements I needed to be aware of explained. (Tire ware indicated I would need new tires by the next service time).The agents were very nice throughout my visit including the checkout clerk. It was obvious the agents are very knowledgeable and professional in their service performance. It was a pleasure doing business with Walsh Honda.

It was a pleasure to work with Carlos. He had a good understanding of what we were looking for (Accord) but the fact that it had bucket seats changed our minds to another CR-V . Kind of a long wait to sign final papers but it was a busy day. Overall a good experience.

We highly recommend Walsh Honda. Our salesperson, Melissa, went the extra mile to research the ability to flat tow the Civic Sport manual transmission car behind our motor home. She followed up consistently and helped us with a service issue. She is absolutely outstanding! Ask for her if you visit the dealership! The sales manager also stepped in when we requested for his help with Honda Corp, who was unwilling to help us with our issue; which is the discrepancy between the on-line user’s manual and the written user’s manual with regard to flat towing a manual transmission Civic Sport).
Received outstanding service on my vehicle. They do good work and they are trustworthy, unlike some other dealerships I have deal with in the past. Service advisor Shawn was friendly, helpful, and explained everything that needed to be done. This time my Pilot needed new spark plugs, and needed timing belt replaced along with all related components. The mechanics are experienced, and always do excellent work on my Hondas.
We had a transmission problem while traveling on vacation. Luckily we found Walsh Honda. They were able to diagnose a faulty gear sensor and replace the sensor while we waited. I have been driving for over 40 years. I have been to many dealership service departments. I have never, and I mean never, felt more welcomed or been treated better than at Walsh Honda! Very, very well done Team Walsh Honda!
Our salesman was Raymond Crooms. We had been to two different dealerships that day before coming to Walsh Honda, and our experience was not a good one. However, when we came to Walsh Honda Raymond Crooms helped get us in a car in what seemed like a matter of minutes. Where the others dealerships failed, Mr. Crooms excelled. We are beyond excited about our brand new Honda civic, and Mr. Crooms was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. We would also like to say a big thank you to Matthew in the finance department, who helped us lease our new 2021 Honda Civic. Everything went incredibly smooth, and definitely made the day a lot better than what it had been that morning. I would 100% recommend wash Honda in Macon Georgia to any and everyone!
Service advisor and all of the staff were very polite and professional. I had the brake fluid changed. They had my car back to me within an hour. The appointment was very easy to set up. Additionally, they provided a mask for my son who had left his at home. Would recommend to others.

We began in December while I still researched the Accord deciding on the model I wanted. She was very attentive, but not aggressive. When I was ready she went above and beyond to get the negotiations done before I arrived at the dealership. Shavon introduced me to Jennifer who was equally amazing. Any and all questions I had were answered even down to specific last minute questions on the car & financing.So excited to leave this review, especially since I hate buying cars! Walsh Honda has taken care of my 2018 Accord since 2019 when I had my accident on I-75 and they found the slow leak in my front driver side tire. I appreciate the time they took to find the tiny tiny tiny puncture.Walsh Honda will always have me as a customer! I am a new Honda owner and needed to take my car for the B1 service. My son and I were warmly greeted by Mr. Owens. He gathered our information, then escorted us to the waiting area. Our service was completed within an hour. Mr. Owens provided a thorough explanation of every service performed. He answered all of our questions and helped me feel very comfortable with my teenager bringing the car in for future services. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You!
Excellent service department with the assistance of Service Director, Mr D. Owens. I had an appointment to have my car service and the Service Director and staff were very professional, friendly and polite. The service on my car was completed in a timely manner and I was notified by text while waiting to found out if I had any questions or concerns. Due to the Pandemic, they also made you feel comfortable and safe by providing space inside and outside the building.

I am a Honda guy and own two now and dozens over the years. Walsh Honda service is best all around shop without question. I drive from Griffin to have both my cars serviced there at Walsh and worth it. Dewayne and those behind the desk from check-in to check-out are excellent customer service, start-to-finish.
Very poor customer experience at this dealership. Avoid unless you want that day long struggle with greedy salesmen experience.Edit six months later: The time before dealing with Walsh Honda that I gave a poor rating to a dealership, the business replied by providing contact information for the owner. We explained what went wrong and he apologized and thanked me for explaining some things that could be improved.With Walsh Honda, they reply with an officious (and meaningless) comment of verifying a fraudulent review and making an aggressive comment about contacting Google. This is a nice demonstration of what they are like to deal with at Walsh Honda.I only became aware of that reply from Walsh Honda when (six months later) Google sent me a thank you for making a highly helpful-to-potential customer reviews. I wonder if Walsh Honda cleared with Honda Financial their position that I do not exist?Edit nearly three years later: Google notified me that my review had been seen many times and I noticed the owner eventually put up a polite reply. It still seems to be a shock to them that a husband might leave a reply for the experience he and his wife were subjected to by a business when shopping for her new car.
Everything was fast and efficient, and everyone was nice and polite. My sales person Melissa, was super sweet and assisted me in getting the car I wanted. I have been having problems with my air conditioning. My pacific case was a unusual one. It was a far and in-between case. The service manager Mr. William Sawyer went above and beyond what he had to do to solve my problem and even again went above and beyond to help me with the cost. He definitely didnt have to do that. I would drive from another state to this dealership just because of Mr Sawyer and I cant leave out the rest of the employees because they are all kind and try to help in whatever way they can. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda or need their Honda serviced...

This place is always just about spotless every time I come here for service . When I went inside to get my paper work done, Dwayne was right there , very courteous and friendly. Answered all my question and told me everything on the service paper and the charge, no hidden fees from the price quoted the day before . Very friendly people and knowledgeable and this is the reason I come back here when ever my car needs serviced even though it is an hours drive .Its worth it to me .
Theres a reason I drive 25 minutes from home to go to Walsh Honda instead of going 10 minutes up the road to the other Honda dealer near my house. Walsh has exceptional customer service and decent pricing for dealer services. The only thing preventing the 5/5 stars is because of my most recent experience. I was informed after my oil change that during the multi-point inspection that my engine air filter needed to be replaced. I declined the service since that is something I can easily take care of myself. Later that day, I went to change the filter and noticed that one of the bolt heads to the air box was missing. I also notices that the other three bolts holding the box on were overtightened. What I assume happened is the tech doing the inspection was using a power tool/pneumatic tool to quickly remove and install the bolts which can easily over torque a bolt causing it to get stuck. I would have appreciated if they would have informed me of the stuck bolt or maybe even removed and replaced it instead of just cutting the head off and leaving the threads stuck in the hole.
I purchased a 2018 civic sport from them in May of last year. Service was outstanding and my sales rep Craig was patient and supportive through the process! I was so happy with them I went back and purchased a 2020 crv touring with Craig again! Not only was the service amazing but I added a graphics package that he scheduled for me. When I arrived to drop the car off for install he had everything ready and a loaner set up. I highly recommend them. I will be a customer for years to come!
Incredibly disappointed in how my mother (a widow) was hosed on deal Kevin Parrish assisted with. Essentially, she had buyers remorse about 24 hours after a purchase. In order to get her old car back, she not only had to pay a couple thousand in processing fees, but also had to purchase the vehicle for what they would charge a new buyer for, not what she owed on it. A nice profit for them. He told me he did nothing illegal, well thats true. Immoral may be the better word to describe it. My first vehicle was purchased here in 2001. Several other cars were purchased by my parents over the years. Twenty years of business given to this dealership. Never again.
From the minute I arrived, every single person I encountered was friendly and willing to help! Shawn was exceptional. He kept me updated on my car throughout the day and explained everything to me. He was kind, friendly and very professional. I can’t say enough positive things about him!
My service advisor, Hunter Faulkner, was very courteous and thorough. He made sure that I knew the cost of every service that I requested to be done on my CRV and got my approval before sending it back to the shop to be worked on. I thought that I needed the windshield wipers replaced because they were not working properly, but he took a look at them and told me that it was just the blades that needed replacing. This turned out to be at a much lower cost that a total wiper replacement. I appreciated that advise because I wouldnt have known the difference. He is a great representative of Walsh Honda service department.
I was in the market for a Honda Accord Sedan and researched and shopped a lot of area dealers. I found Walsh Honda’s website to be the most user-friendly to shop from. Upon looking through the car listings I found one that had everything I wanted with the hard to find colors, I wanted. I submitted a quote promptly and was greeted back by a friendly reply from Mrs. Jessica Waits. Jessica worked hard to secure me a deal both, myself and dealership was happy with. Upon arriving at the dealership I was then greeted by the friendly and energetic face of Ms. Jennifer Miller. Ms. Miller was such a joy to work with! She allowed me to test-drive the vehicle twice. She did not hesitate to answer any question I may have had, as well as showing me all the options of the beautiful Sedan. Mrs Waits and Ms. Miller are both true assets to Walsh Honda and a big thank you to Sales Manager Dylan Smith and General Manager David Komaee! An excellent experience in every way. Tony Tennyson did an outstanding job, as he has in the past. He has an excellent knowledge about our Passport, from its mechanics to the onboard computer systems. He and Matthew worked with us on the financial side as in the past and made the entire experience a pleasure. This is our 6th Honda. All have been great vehicles. Thanks Tony - for everything.
Found a car I love, got a good deal. Paige and Kevin worked with me and my credit union which is in Minnesota to get my sale processed as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond to have the car delivered to me 160 miles away when my financing was processed satisfactorily. It arrived missing a valve stem and with a half tank of gas, would have been stellar to get my car with 4 valve stems and a full tank, but all in all a great experience. Would recommend.
We checked into Walsh initially based off of reviews and ended up picking a car from their website that we really liked. Jessica from their internet department contacted me and we had very easy conversation leading up to our purchase. She answered all of my questions and helped tremendously. When we arrived at the dealership, Melissa, our salesperson, met us outside and welcomed us. She took us for a test drive, showed us how to use everything, and was very thorough in making sure we were comfortable with the car we were looking at. She was also extremely kind and personable. Our experience with Walsh was great and we are loving our new Honda Pilot! Can’t recommend this dealership enough. And if you go, ask for Melissa!
Shawn France was polite. He made me aware of the recommended service based on vehicles mileage without being pushy. We had a great experience with Walsh Honda and the representatives Scott and Jessica. They were prompt to give us a quote through email and arranged test drive within a shot notice. We were looking to exchange our 13 year old Odyssey and with their help we got our new ride Honda Odyssey 2020 Elite within hours. They are very courteous and followed the COVID-19 precautions while dealing with us. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with them and Walsh Honda!!!!

2022-05-06Ray was our salesman and he was Awesome! Pushy salesman are a BIG turn off for me. Buying a new car is stressful enough without feeling like its the end of the world if you dont make a decision that minute. Ray was very nice and really took the time to explain the different features of the different models without being pushy. I will definitely tell my friends to shop here for their next new car!

Our salesman Rodney was amazingly knowledgeable about automobiles. He was helpful and patient and tried to put us in the vehicle that we needed to have. My fresh brand new Honda pilot is an amazing vehicle and I love it.

2022-05-14Am a VIP member since I purchased my car in 2019, but I’ve always paid out of pocket - mixture of forgetting and thinking it would pull up in their system (their systems don’t talk to each other). Fast forward to yesterday, had a few things going on: oil change, two filters, low battery and two tires that had a slow leak and a nail. Total bill almost $1000, but remembered my VIP card and through talking it out and understanding why they didn’t know about my membership, I not only knocked almost half of my bill, but they’ll honor two free oil changes that I paid for last year and the year before. Also received free wiper blades and car wash that were about to expire. Part of this was my error for not speaking up sooner, but it got worked out and I greatly appreciate their customer service, attention to detail and patience. Because of my experience, it may be that going forward customers are asked if they have a VIP status so other customers can benefit from services they signed up for when they purchased the membership.
