Apple pecan salad was great.Update: Today 2/15/22, I got the chicken nugget combo for my grandchild because Im picking her from school. Everything was great.

Drive thru service was friendly and fast. The Daves single was not that great. Disappointed in the lack of taste/flavor in the burger and not a fan of their fries. Hadnt been to Wendys in a while and doubt Ill get the burger again.
The drive through service comes off that they are trying to get your order done quick as possible, but guess that is expected in fast food. The food is amazing and always choose this place over other fast food joints.Edit: Still a decent place to eat, but double check the contents of your bag as they often will forget an item due to rushing out orders. Also your burger may be undercooked.
After I ordered my food they told me to pull up, when they brought out my food there wasnt any straws so I asked her could she bring me some then a guy came out to bring me the straws but they were wet so I didnt use them. When I opened the bag to check my food, I then noticed there was a piece of hair in it. After I saw the hair, I went online to find their number but the number that was on the website didnt work.I know mistakes happened I would understand if they was busy in the morning hours but Everytime Ive been there the business be slow but I can say the lady whod taken my order was very kind.
Go there Occasionally, have a decent variety of food. More busy than usual but that’s just because of it being newly opened. The New Design is Great!
Drive thru was packed. Took about 15 minutes and I was 7th in line. Everything ordered was there, even the napkins! Food was put together well and tasted good.A little slow but it was lunchtime on a Saturday so Id call it even.

I ordered 2 jr cheeseburger deluxe and both sandwiches in the drive thru. First there was NO greeting, the lady said Go ahead —not welcome to Wendy’s or anything just go head!! Wow! Then the sandwiches were not even room temperature!! They were literally cool not cold but cool!! Pathetic!! Try taking some training from Chic’filet. This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered and doubt that Wendy’s will be around much longer with that type of service! I wish I could take the 1 star away! SAD

Since they rebuilt the Wendys in Americus, I love it!! Favorite is ordering from the kiosk! How cool!! Store looks amazing and outside seating is perfect!!

So disappointed with our service and quality of food today. The employee who took our order was rude and snappy for no reason at all. I ordered the #1 with no tomatoes and it came with tomatoes. I havent been in the restaurant in a very long time. I normally go through the drive thru. This place is absolutely disgusting... flies everywhere, floors disgusting, no clean tables. My 6 year old wouldnt even it his chicken nugget kids meal... This is so disappointing.. Ive always enjoyed Wendys in americus since I was a young girl.... not anymore...
When there this afternoon . The young man who took my order was very sweet and professional . Dont see that often with younger people working in fast-food restaurants . I dont know his name but I ordered Chile and water . I believe my time there was around 5:45 - 6:20pm .

I must Say And I just told my Wife this on the way home . That was the Worst Lunch I Have Had In a Long Time. The Spicy Chicken was Hard dry and I think it was left over from Saturday. Lots of Drinks were out , this is at 12:20 lunch time u would think thats when all the drinks would be full its not like they serve Breakfast and dont have time to make sure everything is ready. Also The Air Has not worked Properly for about 3 Months now I know this isnt the people that work there fault I do Heating and Air I would love to get to work on it and fix it... Then there is one particular young lady that works the counter has the Worst Attitude of anyone I can think of , moves like a turtle and doesnt listen... There is other stuff but Im tired ... Thanks U for reading...I had to rate it and I would give it less than 1 star but U Cant...
The chicken sandwich was dry as hell. Yall have gone downhill since yall made the 4 for $4 a permanent menu item. It should be seasonal, so yall can make stuff taste good again.
Food was good, but long wait in the drove thru lane.
We just returned from Wendys with hamburgers and fries: Undoubtedly the WORST Ive had in years. The hamburgers were barely warm and had on them one tiny piece of lettuce, two THIN onion rings (RINGS, not slices) (not enough to taste), a decent sized but very thin slice of tomato, and 3 pickle slices, stacked one on top of the other. The french fries were cold.The reason for the lack of warmth in the products was not the trip home -- we live less than 3 miles, about 7 minutes, from Wendys -- which we will NOT be visiting again.
Wasnt very busy,the newest menu selection appeared very tasty. The frosty machine & spout didnt leave any freezer burnt taste about the shake or over flavored taste.
They got rid of the military discount. They remove the table that honored the military. When asked if they still gave a military discount, the manager had a negative attitude towards me with her response.I wont be back to any Wendys. This is disappointing. This is the 2nd Wendys to do this. Wendys had my business over all others because they supported the military. Ill find somewhere else.

The hallway to bathrooms stinks. We werent the only ones who noticed. We ordered combo burgers with no cheese...both came with cheese. The Ketchup was out and we were finished eating by the time it was returned to station. Will not go back.

You will spend from 10 to 15 mins waiting in line to collect your order. You better not come hungry for you may get angry. This place is not the best for the busy sports and/ or band moms with a van full of kids and in a hurry to fill the needs of her world around her. Even the guy trying to get to a meeting but was delayed after placing her order with seconds to spare. No, I would not come here unless you have all the time to kick back. I would rather be home if that was the case.

In drive through attendent was carrying on conversations with a friend that was in drive through asking customer to hold on bf placing there order so she could socialize after waiting several minutes I politely ask are you there and was told I said wait a minute maam I then replied Im sorry you have 8 people in drive through and appear to be having casual conversation and these people are getting impatient and blowing there horn at me. She then took my order and ask the next gentle man to hold for several more minutes while she carried on and her pal blocking the drive through ... Just unprofessional and uncurtious! Never had this problem at Wendys maybe McDonalds or bk but never Wendys dont drop your standards on hiring Wendys you are a better quality place

We love eating at Wendys, however we hardly ever eat there because of the smell when you go in. I believe its the carpet, it just smells nasty! Really wish the carpet could be taken out!

Standard Wendys fare. As is usual the drink dispenser is out of several flavors. This is a common problem with Wendys stores at most locations.

2022-02-13Stopped here to get breakfast before attending a funeral in Buena Vista, GA.First we waited about 15m to get our order. Not bad cause food was hot and fresh. Problem was cashier obviously had an attitude. We asked for condiments that she didnt give us. We asked for 6 creamers 12 sugars for our coffee at menu. She totally forgot. When we got to window we asked again to make sure before pulling off. This when attitude began which she never put creamer nor sugar in bag. Once again we ask for a specific number as we know how we like our coffee. Cashier at window just grab a handful which came up being 2 creamers and 5 sugars short.

2019-11-30We visited the above Wendys location today while returning our grandchild back to GSSU and were totally appalled. By no means was the establishment crowded as it was the day after Thanksgiving. Upon receiving our meal we noticed immediately that all the food except the fries were cold to the touch and the cheese was not melted on the undercooked burgers. We returned the food and stated that it was cold only to receive replacements that were also cold to the touch. The water in the soda machine had a brownish tint to it and the ketchup container was so nasty I requested ketchup in packets. The young man at the register was obviously annoyed that I had the nerve to complain, not once but twice. I suggest that you may want to evaluate your motto...freshness is hard work. Obviously its not hard to please your costumers. Additional I was not even offered a refund for our meal. This is totally inexcusable customer service and I will not be returning to this location and will consider not returning to any of your locations. I will advise my family and friends to stay away as well. You must do better, your customers deserve better. Thank you.Penny Harris Fisher and Russell Harris

2021-07-18Recently built or renovated building that looks nice. Did the drive thru. The giant glass pane is unique. Definitely a better place compared to other locations.

2021-07-028/14/20- The 1st time I went to try their breakfast it was around 6:44 am. No one ever came on to help me. There was another vehicle ahead of, they drove off. I went a second time for breakfast, but I called on my way to see what time they opened, and she said 6am. I told her about the incident before, is the reason I was calling. I got there, the menu was on lunch. The person came on, and asked what Id like.I asked her to hold on so I could pull the menu up on my phone because I didnt know what they offered. I just heard it was good.Someone came out to turn the breakfast menu around.I spoke.she didnt speak back.You can tell she was upset with the way she was hitting the menu.I placed my order,and requested coffee.There was no coffee.I then asked for a coke. No coke.I went again this morning. The menu was still on lunch. I just asked for the #9 sandwich, remembering it from before. I asked for a coffee again this morning.Still no coffee. She also said no creamer as well.When getting breakfast, it should be a one stop deal.It shouldnt be an inconvenience to pick up a sandwich here,and waste time getting coffee somewhere else. Use petty cash or money from the register to go purchase coffee from Harveys or Wal-Mart. Makes you wonder if someone wasnt placing orders for the restaurant as they should. However, the bacon,egg,and cheese breakfast sandwich is delicious. It tastes just like youd cook it in your kitchen at home.I had a taste for some soup today, and decided to go to Wendys to get some chili. I placed a to go order. I took it back to my office to eat. To my disappointment, the chili was not good. The beans were hard, and undercooked.7/2/21Theyre so slow this morning. There must be 1 person working.

2021-11-03Their current employees are great and always friendly. Plus, my order is usually right and I get through the line pretty quickly. Considering I have a big family, Wendys is a regular for us just because their service is better than most restaurants in the area.
