Absolutely ridiculous. I understand they work with door dash and ultimately it would be the dashers fault that I didn’t receive my order but in no way did management at this store try to help. 9 pm and all I wanted was my food or to get my money back. Management dismissed me and I had to go back and forth between door dash and Wendy’s because no one knew what to do apparently. Very unhappy end will not order from here again.
The reason I gave this particular Wendys location and okay rating is because the food that I ordered with subpar. Theres a reason to come up with the breakfast egg croissant sandwiches for soggy indicative that they were like sitting there for a while and the iced mocha cappuccino was extremely bitter. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. 🙃
This Wendys is a great weve never had any issues with our orders when we get home. The staff is always friendly. The service is always good. The speed of service is always quick but always correct and efficient to. We like that it is an A+ rated location by the health department and it shows with the clean interior and exterior
Unfortunately I can only give Wendys one star. Not just this location either. I hate this because I worked there as a teenager and also became a manager. When I Work to there I saw the coming of chicken nuggets, the Mega bar . And salad bars. The Mega bar was a great idea they just couldnt find good help to keep the item stirred and fresh. What a shame. Wendys used to have some of the best fries in the business next to McDonalds but I dont care for fries with skin on them and neither Does my family . The size of the patties has shrunk drastically though the price continues to go up. No longer can you order a sandwich with out cheese and not pay for it. It used to be you could order a sandwich with no cheese for one price and with cheese for another.Now if you dont want the cheese you still pay for it anyway....BS.. Out of 20 different Wendys that I can say Ive been to in the last year I cant recall ever getting an order that was correct. Meet that should not be used on a hamburger and is supposed to be put in a Chile bucket and is being used on sandwiches, gross.. The only good thing to come from Wendys anymore is still the frosty. I guess this is OK though because with the lack of good service and fresh food it has kept me and my family from eating so much fast food . It would also be helpful if you had people that work there that could understand you when you say something or try to make a complaint .
The food was good and came out fast, but the dining room is disgusting. The floor clearly hasnt been mopped or deck scrubbed anytime recently. There is dust on all the light fixtures and pollen on surfaces as well. The bottoms of booths are very dirty, as well as the legs of tables and chairs. It could be rehabbed with a mop, rags, cleaning solution and a few hours of cleaning. It is clear that management at this location simply does not care about cleanliness
Ive tried this location a few times and it seems to be getting worse.We went through the drive through.The inside of the restaurant (viewable through the window) was disgusting.We waiting several minutes while employees talked before being so much as greeted. They were leaning on the window.I watched employees exit the cooler drinking. Gross.The our food was not only a huge mess, but not even fresh tasting.
During our visit the restaurant was very slow, yet we waited I would estimate between 10-15 minutes for our sandwiches. (The fries were done and waiting under hot lights the whole time, so by the time we got our order they were bad too). I have never experienced anything like it at a Wendys before. The restaurant was also quite dirty, especially behind the counter. Employees were loud and rude to one another. I will be avoiding this Wendys from now on.
The lady at the window was extremely rude and the chicken for our sandwich was old and you can tell it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time! The only reason i gave it 3 stars is because this was the 1st time my food and service were terribly horrible!!
We just went to get my daughter food and they didnt give us our receipt made us wait 10 min for a sandwich and fries and when we got the fries they were ice cold, and no napkins. and the staff threw our credit card and food at us. They had all the machines off and were cussing behind the window because they had to turn everything back on. When you pay for good it should be hot. I would give no stars but not an option. I dont recommend going there.
I will never go back to this location. The inside is disgusting. There’s food on the floor. Tables are sticky with crumbs on them. The sweet tea smelled like pickles. Food was cold as soon as we got it. Not to mention I order a cheese baked potatoe to find a fly was stuck in the cheese. How they are still opened? I don’t know.
Waited for about 4-5 minutes before asking if someone could take my order, so they yelled out to the lady that greeted me when I walked in that was walking around with a broom and dust pan, not sweeping just looking for something that she could possibly sweep. She looked at me and said Be with you in a minute and kept walking around the dining room. Another 2 minutes went by before she started walking to the front. I couldnt figure out why she saw me walk in and it took her 7 minutes to finally take my order, terrible customer service. Food came out fast, but burger was cold and fries were stale.
Extremely rude customer serviceThe whole staff was rudeHanded us our food and before we could ask a question they slammed the drive thru window and disappeared, this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with rude workers. Someone needs to teach them to not be so rude, it’s bad for business
The staff spent more time at the register talking to 2 friends than waiting on the customers in line. The windows are filthy, the hanging fabric light shades are dirty, the trash receptacles beneath the drink and co fident counters smell horrible. Its a shame because it was recently renovated. Very poorly managed and maintained.
Came in to Riverstone location was given a bad Uncooked sandwich drove all the way back to return the food to the store and ask for a refund returned the uneaten food the “manager” KAYLA wasrude and said no.I didn’t understand her and asked to speak to someone else she said no! Don’t come here it’s nasty with bad customer service!!! I posted a picture of manager who was very rude and stupid and this was at the drive thru window
Worst service ever. Came through drive through hungry. Asked for number 10 was given number 9 which is a bunch of nuggets. Came back halfway to change it and a man that didnt even take my order made me wait was asking me a whole bunch of questions instead. Came in good spirit left irritated. Late for work and didnt eat.
The drive through is slow. The employees personal conversations are so loud you can hear them in your car. I was handed a bag with chili in it that was leaking and it got all over my clothes. It was an inconvenience for the girl to clean it and rebag it.Another visit an employee asked if I could be helped while shoving a burger in her own mouth and then she went to clean the dining room while continuing to eat the same burger.This location has the worst service and nastiest employees I have ever encountered.
I just came from Wendys ordered food typical stuff and I received my change, but I asked politely at the drive thru window for 5 ones instead of a 5 bill.The young lady asked her supervisor whom happened to be caucasian literally rolled her eyes and scoffed at my request!....So I said never mind.Is it really that much of a issue to ask for change differently? Rude service!
The store ran out of spoons for frosty ice cream treats. The staff didnt tell us. They waited for us to ask for the spoons and then they had to tell us that they were out of spoons. They did not tell us in advance. In fact when we ask for Spoons they had to offer us Forks to eat a Frosty with.
I never leave 1 star reviews, but this was terrible. 20 minute wait in the drive thru. The girl taking my order sounded like she hated her life and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by coming to Wendys for my dinner. After waiting before ordering, waiting at the speaker before they were ready to take my order, waiting after ordering, and waiting a good 5 minutes at the window, Sherri finally comes to the window to hand me my drink. She doesnt say hi, or smile, or anything. Just sprite. As she hands me my bag, I realize the size of the salad is smaller. So I ask what size it was, half or full. She very rudely said half, its what you ordered. I told her I said a full. She literally said hand it back. I asked for my receipt, as I didnt receive one when I paid for my order. I asked for the receipt bc I dont like confrontation and I wasnt trying to make her night more difficult than it clearly already was. If I was charged for a half, I would simply accept the half. Which is what I did. She was the manager on duty and presented terrible customer service. I get home to eat my half salad, and theres not any avacado/guac. This is the southwest salad, and is advertised with avacado/guac. Sherri ended up apologizing after I told her she was not being nice or customer friendly, they were short handed and she was flustered. I understand that. But, dont punish customers bc you and your staff cannot handle 7 cars in the drive thru. The long wait is one thing. The order not being correct is one thing. But the fact that you disrespect customers with your rudeness is just so uncalled for.
We went there tonight hoping for a quick bite to eat. They dropped the cups on the floor and proceeded to scoop ice with the dirty cups off the floor. When we spoke with the manager she got an attitude. She said she wanted to give us new drinks and was going to supersize them. But it was with the same ice the dirty cups were in. We demanded a refund and she threw the food and stormed off. When she came back she argued that she didnt have an addituded! Who knows what else happened to the food we could have eaten. It was disgusting and on top of all that the manager was rude to us because we wanted clean cups and ice! No one should have to deal a rude manager with an additude and nasty cups.
The wait to receive our cold fries and incorrectly prepped burgers is 20 minutes and still waiting as I write this review. They also tried to give kids size frostys when we paid for mediums. Going on a thirty minute wait now... If you have a food allergy of any kind, this Wendys will be the death of you.
Every time I go into this location the coke machine is not working correctly and every restaurant in the city has the same machine with no problem.. Manager is rude and constantly having private conversations about her personal life. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed to have his name associated with this location.
Order was wrong ( on more than one occasion.) Ordered a diet and a reg coke...the kid at the drive thru had no idea which was which got home and both were regular. The burgers were completely wrong. Fries were cold. The associates were too busy joking and playing to get anything right. Happend more than once on different occasions same kid in drive thru. Wont be back...the newer Wendys across from buffalos has my business...and we eat Wendys a lot (only fast food that I can make low carb/keto)
Smelled and gross, the place is about to be remodeled, and you can tell, its like they havent cleaned in weeks. The girl at the front can never get the order, have to tell it to her like 3 times and both times I went she forgot my drink. Had other employee give it to me ( a water bottle) and it was covered in spattered old ketchup. The girl proceeded to clean the bottle off with a mystery Rag and hand it to me. The place smelled repulsive while me and my boyfriend were trying to eat, Im finally done going there.

If you’re that unhappy with your job whatever your name is find a new one. I was the general manager of a Pizza Hut for seven years and the general manager of a Burger King for three years. There’s no reason for you to be so nasty

2022-06-09Slow, had to wait for someone to take my order and then had to drive off. Waited for 15 minutes in line before I got to the sign. Will not go back after 5 pm. Many others drove off too.

2018-03-27The worst Wendys I ever went to I go there as for spicy wrap instead of giving me a spicy rap I get a grill rap I tell them I dont want no Ranch but add mayonnaise mustard onions but still put Ranch and lettuce and not do what I asked for I get it they were about to close but that dont mean they need a slack on their customer service I rather drive and go all the way to exit 20 Wendys or go to Exit 14 Wendys and go over there again
