Was making a drive out to Florida for a long weekend, and needed some fuel to get me through 6+ hours on the road. My squad loves Wendys so we decided to swing in.Despite being short-staffed, this location was very clean and the employees were very nice! We ordered our food, got our order exactly (with fresh and hot fries!) and were back in the car in no time.If you are spending quality time with the open road, Wendys makes for pretty good company. Totally recommend it!
Horrible service! Horrible customer service! My orders constantly messed up or Im charged for stuff I dont receive. Then when I call I can never get anyone on the phone no matter how many times or days in a row I call! Ive requested for the general manager to contact me multiple times including in person to the store manager and once again no response. How can I reach cooperate? I have video and recordings of what most of the crew here think about there job!. Please reach out to me!! And fix this constant ongoing issue!
I was there tonight, but I wont be back again. Took almost 45 minutes just to order. I thought maybe they were short staffed but had 4 or 5 workers. They wouldnt take your order until the person in front of you had left the pay/pickup window. I got a chicken Jr that was literally inedible! It was was cold and too tough to even bite or chew! Done with this one.
Ordered food and paid for it online. When I got to the Wendy’s I was told I could pick up my order at the drive through or the lobby. They confirmed my name and order. The doors were locked so I went through the drive through. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line. When I spoke to the same person I’d spoken to first, I was told that they were no longer taking online orders and that it was a mistake and I could ask for a refund.
There were a number of errors made with my familys lunch order today. The drink was wrong, no napkins provided, our dipping sauces were missing, the fries had not salt and the food was not even warm. The ONLY great thing about this location is the Great friendly customer service.
This is the Wendys on victory drive pretty good if you go there late night from 11:00 to 2:00 a.m. youre going to sit for about 20 minutes to a half an hour and wait for fresh food other than that theyre very busy all day with mobile orders and the foods usually fresh 8 out of 10
I sat in the drive thru waiting to and no one answered. I drove around to the window and asked if something was wrong with the mic. I was told we are changing shifts and we dont answer during that and that I needed to drive back around. These are the most unprofessional people I ever seen. At the very they could have acknowledged someone was waiting and let the customer know what was going on. Never take my business there again. 😠
They have the slowest drive-thru Ive ever been to and not just for Wendys any drive-thru in general!! Unless you have at least 35 to 45 minutes to wait in the Drive-Thru dont waste your time going there. Go to the restaurant off of Macon Rd instead they are much better!
When I arrived at the drive thru there was one car pulling away from the menu and two more cars in front of me, yet I sat there for 30 minutes. We were there so long cars started pulling out of line. This Wendys is always very very slow. After waiting all that time when I got my food it was cold. This is the worst Wendys in Columbus, GA
If I could rate a zero I would. We waited for 30min no food after being asked to pull up to the door. Then the girl with the lashes and bad quick weave came out and said, Umm. What are you waiting for? I nicely informed her that we hadnt received any food. We then proceeded to wait another 10 min only for them to still miss a chicken sandwich. Then when I backed up to the window they completely ignored us for like 5 min. Until they finally came to the window and she said with attitude, Yes. And once again I informed her that we were missing a sandwich. She realized they made a mistake earlier and gave our entire order to someone else. She did come back and say, You were right. But if she had proper customer service in the first place she would have realized that.
If I could this place 0 stars I would. Customer service is always terrible. The system is never working properly. Last 3 times going here was told they were closed at the drive thru. This issue is when you place the order on the app it doesnt tell you about the problems they are having. Always mess up the order here and you always spend 10-15 minutes in the line waiting on your food in your car. Avoid this location at all cost. Some of the rudest employees I encountered at any restaurant wether it fast food or a dinner work at this particular location.
Everybody here needs to be fired, they wait until nobody is at the window in the drive thru before they take the next order causing the line to be backed up and they lose plenty of customers. After being the only one in line for 15 minutes, I get to the window and all the workers in there laughing, playing and eating while in the drive thru then I had to wait another 15 minutes just to get my food. They didn’t even want to make any more lemonade so I had to settle for a powerade. This is so ridiculous
Horrible experience, ordered uber eats through them and our order was all wrong + missing items! Do Not Eat Here, not worth it! Luckily our driver was nice enough to go back and grab the missing items but, our order was still half wrong. I will not be coming back or order from here. Drive to a different Wendys, I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Do not go here more than twice in a 2 week period, if youre going to place even a medium sized order. I made that particular mistake. As I was heading out the door, the cashier and one of the kitchen staff started talking about my order rather loudly the order was for 4 people. They joked about me most likely eating it by myself. All I did was look at the cashier and she immediately tossed out a half hearted lie of an apology. Is it that hard to wait until a customer leaves before whinging? I think not. Food is edible. Most of the staff are only there for a paycheck and little else. Dont like the job? Find one you do. Not really that difficult of a concept
Awful!!!! Just awful!!!! The place was dirty, the employees not wearing hair nets, the lady at the register was holding empty cups with her fingers inside the cups while filling them with ice. Her fingernails were over 1inch long.Even the walls were dirty, as much i could see from my car. God knows how it looks where customers cant see. It is a shame that our fast food restaurants look like this and nobody takes any action to fix it, as long as it makes money! Sad!
Not much to say about the food other than it was a little below average quality wise. The hamburger i got was thrown together and my daighters nuggets were barely considered warm. The staff is the main reason for the 3 stars. Ever had food thrown at you in a paper bag? This is the place to go if you enjoy that.
Pulled up to order. They took one order then I wasnt done. They gave me a total. I pulled around and asked if I could edit my order and they wouldnt do it. Then they tell me to pull forward and wait for my food. Well turns out I didnt have to pull forward and they gave my food to someone else.
Waited almost a whole 5 minutes to place my order and finally heard the cashier greeting. Its sad this location used to be great. My order had no lettuce or tomato...just meat and bread. Fries were cold..smh. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK FAST FOOD THEN DONT APPLY!!! I want my damn money back or replace my entire order.
If you’re looking to get “Fast” Food then this is not the place! They lock the inside when it gets busy, sometimes it’s open and sometimes it’s not. Drive-thru line is almost always a long wait for cold food or an incorrect order. Customer service/food industry is not for everyone! By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
The daytime shift is fine but for some reason at night, when you come to the drive through, they make you wait 10/15 min at the drive through before they speak to you.. when I can last time I waited a while.. then they proceeded to tell me the systems were down and they were no longer taking orders.. this is my second visit and I don’t know what’s the hold up. Please do better. The line is wrapped around the damn building waiting forever.
This location really gets the job done. They are always friendly, fast, and efficient. I can count on them to get every order right. When my family visits, they know what we like and usually have it started when we arrive and they notice us. If we ask for something to be cooked fresh, they do it without raising a fuss, or questioning the order. This location is always clean and the bathrooms are always clean.
Horrible customer service the food looks like it wasnt properly made and just thrown together. The ppl working the drive thru service was terrible and the staff was rude and you could bearly hear the person in the com and sounded like she couldnt be bothered to do her job and at the pick up window the lady gave us our food and said nothing in return and slammed her window.
Im all about the hot crispy fries (hcf). If I get hcf, then just about every thing else is going to be ok. This Wendys is always fast, accurate (except for that one time that they forgot to put my dressing and napkins in - must have been a newbie in something...), but its a good one.
This is one of the most unprofessional, nevermind this place is just plain ghetto! I have never been to an establishment with customer service as bad as this wendys. The wait time is ridiculous. My order was completely wrong. I would not recommend this wendys to anyone
Waited 15 minutes in the drive through and when I did get pulled up to the window to pay and let my window down to pay for our food that as the Wendys Employee opened the drive through window a ROACH flew out of the store window and right into my truck ! I will NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone !!
Absolutely awful service. The women taking our order flat out told us a spicy chicken sandwich would take 10-15 min. To make. Doesnt give us our sauces. Just tossed everything in the bag and spilt the fries and nuggets all over the bag. They didnt give us one of our drinks and got our spicy chicken sandwich wrong after waiting 15 min for it. Worst customer service Ive ever seen from a fast food restaurant.
This Wendys Restaurant was so organized and well ran. The food was very fresh and the customer service was amazing. The employees were very courteous and the restaurant was very clean. The Cashier KENYA was amazing. She was all the over the place. She made sure nothing was out of order and way she handled the line of customers was flawless. She is definitely a gem for this organization. I was very impressed. I love wendys but the last few time I went to this one ( Victory Drive location) it has been nothing but terrible customer service. Its been times when my food would not be fresh & my burger and fries taste like they have been sitting out all day. The staff they have are rude and unprofessional . One night I pulled up to the drive through and waited for someone to come to the intercom and I was out there for 5-10 mins waiting. I had said hello into the intercom and still no one came. I decided to drive around and I see the workers on the inside sitting at the table on there phone and a few was eating. There was one person in the back on their phone also. I have not been back to that one every since.
The woman that was taking orders was very rude, which I ignored. I proceeded to the second window after paying and the woman passing out the food had a horrible attitude. I was not greeted upon approaching the window. She threw my sauce in the bag once I asked for honey mustard for my chicken nuggets, also I was missing a chicken nugget for my four for four she yelled to the kitchen then passed them out with no apology or acknowledgement, she should be fired! Very poor customer service.
This is exactly what I crave if I spend time at tempest next door.Their food is so good and would do very well if it became a restaurant. Its like food truck food but better.The team that staffs this place is also nice and funny. They make it too easy for me to spend all my money here.
This location used to be a great joint. But my last three visits they have messed up my order; the most recent visit the drive through attendant practically threw my food at me and glared at me as though I had just kicked her puppy when i asked for ketchup. This is why she is stuck, as a 30+ year-old woman, at a minimum wage dead-end job.
If you mess up my order 1 or 2 times thats good but everytime I go they are either really rude or just mess up my order. I always order the same thing a #3 with no pickles add mayo and they put raw onions on it instead of the fired onions when I told them thats not what I order they got loud at me because they dont know whats on their menu. When udating menu please train crew according...thanks management!!!
I believe they’re in the process of a remodel but their Mobile POS system isn’t working correctly but The Shift Manager Kenya was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING she took care of my order regardless & the service she provided was WORLD CLASS nonetheless I definitely recommend her getting promoted to store manager!!!!!!
Drive thru experience was good. Was treated with patients and kindness. Got a special order bbq chicken sandwich, baconator, 4 for $4 with special order cheeseburger and a chicken nugget kids meal. Everything was good. The fries could have used more salt and they forgot the sauces for the nuggets tho.
The evening crew is very slow and unprofessional. We waitied so long in the lobby that I got in my vehicle to go thru the drive thru. The guy that brought our food out had to stop and take a few pulls from his e-cigarette. The crew seemed untrained , lacked motivation, and no sence of effort
Great fast food restaurant in a confident location near Fort Benning. Great service and staff is pretty good. I do like the salads in the menu if I am trying to get something quick but still trying to be a bit healthier. The burgers are ok when you need that quick fix.
SERVICE SUCKED. We waited for 20 minutes everyone got their food before we did so we went up to the counter and they asked do you need to make an order UM NO WE ALREADY ORDERED. She asked what we ordered and then started arguing with the kitchen staff about crossing out the order before we got it. And then when we were still waiting for our food THEY STILL proceeded to get other orders out before ours. WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!

The service was absolutely horrible. The guy I front of me was just asking to skip onions and ketchup on his burger, and the cashier was being so rude that even I was offended. And then when it was my turn to order, all I got was go head. Im not expecting the workers to come and kneel down and serve my food on a silver platter, but enunciation and polite customer service go a loooong way
Lobe the remodel but even before the remodel the Team at this location are all respectful & know their customers. I love coming thru the drive thru and having staff that just doesn’t act blah but instead ask how u you’re doing even if their day isn’t good. Food is always hot and fresh
After a very long day on softball field had not eaten anything me and my aunt decides to eat here and after giving my order and the lady in drive thru repeated it back to me it was the completely opposite everything was dry and cold will never go there again ever!!!!!! HONESTLY THEY DONT DESERVE THAT 1 STAR
My friend and I order through drive through, we had to wait in the parking lot approximately 20 minutes. After we got the food, one order of the French fries was cold/frozen, and the 4c chicken tenders were 3c+1nuget+2strips of French fries along with the chicken tenders.
Visited the drive thru that speaker didnt work paid $16 for 2 burgers that I had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for and was still cold. The girl that took my $$ look like she had just rolled out of bed wrinkled shirt. We want better things for the southside but the south side need to DO BETTER!!! :(
The food at this Wendys isnt bad but someone needs to work on the customer service the drive-thru window staff is friendly but the staff inside when you come up to the counter is terrible. This restaurants staff including a couple of their managers could really benefit from a customer service training course.
Typical Wendys franchise as seen on the commercials. But the service left a little to be desired. I was pretty indecisive about what to get because I dont frequent Wendys, and while ordering, I changed my mind on a few things while still deciding what to get for my little ones, it seemed as though the cashier got frustrated and growled into the microphone, loud enough for all the passengers in the vehicle to hear. I like Wendys, but Id probably go to another restaurant just to avoid the feeling of my business being unwelcome because I cant decide completely on what to eat. What couldve been done is the cashier couldve made suggestions on what to order.
This establishment is ridiculous! Its not my first time having a bad expirence its the 3rd! DO NOT GO HERE! I asked for a chicken sandwich 4 for $4 & they gave me a junior bacon cheeseburger! I can deal with that but I asked for fresh food with intentions on waiting they made me wait for 10 minutes & my food was not fresh! Some of my fries were burnt! If you are looking for a good Wendys resturant I advise you go to Wendys on Whittlesy Blvd! This establishment needs to go out of business its the worst in Columbus, GA! I went in to advise the manager of this incident & he did NOTHING about it! DO NOT stop here the crew is rude & do not care!
I use to like going there but for a long time now the service is unprofessional. I have been through the drive through several times and told to pull to the 2nd window to make payment; get to the 2nd window and then be asked to back up because the person that is supposed to be at the 1st window was back there now. I did it like twice and after that, I refused to do that. That is an accident waiting to happen. I can just see me backing up and someone come up behind me quickly and us smack into each other. It is ridiculous to asked to back up after being told to come to the 2nd window to make payment. They need to get it together. Now the people are just rude since I refused to back up the 3rd, 4th and 5th time that I have been asked to do so. I avoid going there most of the time now just for that reason.
I sat in the dining area and cooled off from the hot sun while Classic used the toilet. There was a lady who came from behind the counter who pushed in a chair and kicked the other under the table, but she didnt wipe down any of the tabletops or clean the rug. The dining area appeared to be clean. There are no flat screens or plants. Dining area looks plain. The A C felt heavenly.
On top of the not-so-friendly staff at this location, I tried to go through the drive thru at 11:40pm, 20 minutes til close, and couldnt be serviced. All of the lights were on with cars in the parking lot, but the employees seemed to be ducked off inside the building. If Wendys wants to close earlier then the times on the website should at least mirror that. I cant get service 20 minutes before close? Pretty ridiculous.
So I was going to Wendys but literally we where waiting for like 30m but this guy was next and we where waiting but then he left and you know what they said 😒 THEY WHERE CLOSE WE WHERE WAITING FOR LIKE HALF A HOUR. Employees playing around. A customer took food back and it took 15 to 20 minutes before he got it back. Employee didnt have cap on his head and dreads hanging everywhere. Someone said something about his cap and he was bragging that the GM saw him without it on and she didnt say anything

2022-03-16I went through drive through. They took order fairly quick. Cashier was extremely nice, and repeated my order back to me. No issues with payment and received my receipt. Ordered a few things, and no complaints with my order except my fries were cold. Everything else was hot, and nuggets seemed to just have been made. I should have requested fresh fries, but next time. Overall, Id go back.

2022-06-21I visited this Wendys for breakfast. Everything was well made. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit combo and a Frosty-cchino, with sausage gravy and biscuit. The sandwich and sides greatly exceeded my expectations. The fried egg was the perfect consistency and not overcooked. Sausage gravy would do with a more seasoned sausage(more marjoram, cayenne, and black pepper).I did not like the chocolate Frosty-cchino. I believe they made it correctly, but it just didnt taste good. It had a strange aftertaste that I couldnt place. I went back to buy something different, but they served me a different beverage at no charge. Thanks, Wendys.

2022-03-22Husband ended up with food poisoning within hours of eating from this location. Turns out several Others in his company did as well and his instructors were not surprised coming from this location. Best advice is to stay away!

2022-07-09Hello, I went to this Wendy’s and I attempted to order a frosty for me and my kids and the lady that was working said that they where down and honestly it 10:41tyey just didn’t feel like cleaning the machine but anyways I pull up to pay for my meal and 1 my food wasn’t ready and I heard LOUD PROFANE LANGUAGE so do better Wendy’s

2021-02-04Im just beyond tired of this fast food place. This one REALLY NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN. I paid almost $10 for this??? This is how you thank your customers with barely a strip of bacon and burnt onion rings! Just a sad place of business but I cant blame it all on the business, whoever had the audacity to make this sandwich should also be ashame of themself. This was supposed to be my dinner, thanks (NOT‼).Edit: My cheese wasnt melted and the fries were more like potato skins than fries (hard, dry, crispy).
