Wendys is way better when you going in because going through drive through the line is forever long and it seems like they take daytime and sometimes your food dont be right or its cold or hard to eat but if I go in just to look in their face to make sure that they go ahead and get your order to me quickly as possible thats seems to work but that drive thru really needs some help thats the (Bigs) problem I have with Wendys and especially at night on my God its so ridiculous and its really bad going through the drive thru.
The food is decent but there seems to be an issue every single time we go. Ive sworn not to go back a couple of times, but its on our usual path and most of the drive-throughs around here have their issues. Theres usually something wrong with the order or service. This last time, I think I made them mad because they set one single spicy chicken nugget on top of my normal crispy nuggets. They also gave me a small fry even though I paid for a larger one, but I was much more troubled by them setting my wimpy little mouth on fire. But, its food and its sometimes fast.
The employees are so horrible they play too much when it comes to the customers. They dont take their job serious and handling of food is very important. The food was cold the fries were hard as hell the nuggets were hard as well I got my money back and never went back
Im not sure what the mans name was who was maintaining the mad house line in the drive through but he needs a raise. Was wearing a blue shirt and spoke very clearly and concisely while telling the entire staff what was needed as it came out of my mouth. I was amazed at this mans attitude and willingness to achieve.
I got here 45 minutes before close and was told they will only take mobile orders for no specific reason mind you..it was abundantly clear they were just trying to close like could literally see inside I understand work isnt easy but 45 minutes guys? Come on do better..also I have to mention it took 30 mins to get our food...no one else was there
The inside of this location needs some cleaning and updating. Tables were dirty and sticky. The drink machines were not very clean and you could tell the kitchen/ prep area needed some cleaning as well. The cashier was nice, and food was ok. Some of it needed some flavor bit it wasnt bad.I get its wendys but Ive been to some nicer kept up ones and some worse than this.
Always messes up orders in the drive through. Idc about drive time, if I say I dont want a certain ingredient on my order then I dont want it. I could be allergic & them doing what they want to do with peoples orders is ridiculous. I remember one time a Manger was giving the drive thru employee a hard time about giving me my exact change because she was about to go ok break & they didnt have enough in the drawer at tje time. He had to damn near argue with her to get the change! Not all the employees are terrible but the one that are make the whole team look bad.
At first we felt bad there were only 2 workers so we werent upset with slow service. Then we were missing a fry and when we came back around to get it we noticed there were actually at least 5 workers that came out of the woodwork. No excuse to wait almost 40 min for fast food and also be missing part of the order.
Every time I order from here (at least once a week) I have to drive all the way back from home to get my order fixed... I have spoken with a manager every time. Now, I can understand being busy but there was literally no one in the drive and 2 people in the lobby this time. The manager had the gaul to tell me they were just busy with a rush that never happened as I was just there. I shouldnt have to drive back because you cant fix your in staff issues.
Completely disorganized. A line of about 15+ cars on arrival at around 10pm, over 30 minute wait to receive food. Had to repeat my order 4 different times at intercom and the window (wasn’t a complicated order by any means). Still didn’t get it right. Finally, a gift of food poisoning from an undercooked burger.
Told me their system was down, but they said they werent closed.... they refused to serve. Years ago when I worked customer service, if your system went down, there was always a back up plan to keep going.... you still served your customers. Use a calculator, write the order down and do your math. Something. Instead of telling your customer youre open, but refuse to serve.
This is becoming more and more of a problem. Has happened many times. Waited in drive thru for at least 10 minutes, went inside, 7 people in line. This location has gone down hill TREMENDOUSLY in the past month or so. Not sure what they changed, but its not working and needs addressing.
The store has literally been open for 30 minutes and its trashed and there is no stock of anything. Napkins were empty, trash was full and the dining room needs a lot of attention. On a good note, the food was good and the staff was somewhat friendly. These folks really need to get their act together.
Usually this restaurant is busy, but they manage to keep the dining room pretty clean. Food is always good for fast food fare. The sweet tea at the drink station is usually empty, but not too big of a deal. Overall one of the better burger joints in town. Food is hot and really good.
Their food is always fresh here. But their Sprite machine sucks! Taste more like carbonated water. Night manager made us pay an additional charge to switch to Lemonade and was very uptight while we were ordering and he wasnt even the one taking the order! But the food is good.
I ordered five of their $5 meals and was very happy with the contents and portions. What really caught my attention was the outstanding service provided by the order taker. Not only was he courteous and professional, he also helped me carry order to my truck since I had drinks, frosties and a large bag of food to carry. He also ensured we had straws, spoons and ketchup. Service above and beyond plus GREAT food - cant get much better than that!
Tonight stood in line for over 10 minutes due to cashier busy plating orders as well as taking orders. Left because never acknowledged as a customer while being the next in line. Very disappointed that management never stepped in to assist as the dining room had a long line. Plenty of staff just poorly managed. This isnt the first time this has happened. I dont blame the cashier as she had to many duties.
I go to this Wendys a lot. ITS USUALLY GOOD. It WAS very busy. They had plenty of staff. It just seemed like maybe a few were actually working. Everyone seemed kind of dazed and not really worried about the rush. There was no communication between staff. There was only one girl on the register and she looked totally bored. It took over 30 minutes to get my food to go. Plus side was my order was correct and tasty.
I Love Wendys spicy chicken sandwich and they have great baked potatoes but this particular Wendys made me and my mom sick yesterday. We had the chicken nuggets and our own drinks. That evening we both felt nauseous and had tummy issues. We had driven through the drive through and wasnt aware of how sanitary the inside was until I seen some reviews afterwards. Im not even gonna lie I like Wendys and will go inside next time to check it out.
Lobby clean; food made to order correctly. Only complaint is they seemed under staffed. Went at a typically busy time (Saturday afternoon) but only one register open. Had to stand in line for 10 minutes to get to the one register. Then, once I got there, I had to wait another 3 or 4 minutes to place my order. Otherwise, it was a normal Wendys.
So slow. Dont come here unless you have 30-45 minutes to wait for your food. I have been here maybe 6 times spread over two years and never gotten in and out in less than 20 minutes. Typically its 30+. Dont let the short line fool you. You will be waiting a while. The food and service is pretty much par for Wendys, but I have never been to a slower fast food restaurant.
Do not go to this Wendy’s, the services the Drive-through is the worst I have ever seen, they got an attitude because I took like literally 2 minutes to order my food, then the same person charge my card and not even told me the machine was not working so I don’t wait for the receipt, she literally closed the window on my face. Bad bad customer service.
Today I ordered 10 nugget meal from drive thru. Entire meal tasted like they were cooked in fish grease..burned and cold. I spoke with the night manager about this. It was shocking I had to ask him for an apology for this nasty meal. He stated I apologize for your experience period. Unprofessional and unapologetic. He didnt offer to make it better next time. Very unhappy for the service, food and unprofessional staff. Wendys get it right...never visiting this Wendys again. Ugh! Food was horrible...dinner meal for today nasty. 😡🤮🤢
Wendy’s is Wendy’s. Let’s be honest.When I arrived into this location, I was immediately greeted by Tamara. It was a genuine greeting, not your typical canned greeting.The restaurant was clean, no over flowing trash cans (something I always look for) Tamara took my order and was just so friendly. Eye contact, friendly and genuine. This is something you don’t always receive at a quick service restaurant.I got my food, in a fast manner, and it was made to my requested specifications. I got my drink from the “Freestyle” machine. If there was one area I felt that could be better, it would be the soda machine. Several of the options were unavailable, making it not so “Freestyle” but hey, it’s a soda machine and we should’ be drinking soda anyway.I went out to my car to leave and noticed I had a few things missing from my bag. Went back in and told Tamara. She said “Well, I’m glad you checked before you left.” She then went and got what I was missing. No questions, no raised “I know you got it” eyebrow look.Thank you Wendy’s for the great food. Thank you Tamara for the great experience!
Ive visited here a few times due to the location being convenient for a quick bite after shopping. On my last visit it was late at night. I could hear the staff talking and joking over the drive thru speaker as I ordered. Even though it sounded like a house party inside the kitchen, the cashier at the window was well mannered and polite; which was a nice change from the usual service with a side of tude that I usually get here. When I got home and unwrapped my Daves Double, I almost took it back. I get skimped on topping most times at this location and one other, but this time was worse... Topping the burger was one thin, mushy tomato slice about the size of a silver dollar; a single wilted sliver of lettuce no bigger than a spinach leaf and a few pickles. They left off the onions... and I love onions.Bottom line: The food is usually edible but lacking quality at this location. They constantly skimp on toppings, the fries are usually borderline old and the majority of the crew acts as if they hate their jobs.
I just spent $7.00 for a salad. What I received was not at all appetizing or appealing to the eye. The very top of the salad is mostly green leafy lettuce. Everything past that layer is lemon yellow and white iceberg; the aged part I throw out at home. This is the second and last time I will order salad from Wendys. I really wanted to take it to the manager but I would not embarrass anyone like that in front of other customers.
Severely undercooked spicy chicken sandwich -- probably the worst Ive ever had at a fast food joint despite Wendys being one of my favorites for a quick burger. It was like eating wet cardboard. My guess is the employees/management were rushing or cutting corners because Ive had no issues with the other Wendys in town yet. Whats the point in rushing through the drive-through orders if it means the food is barely edible.At least they were nice enough to throw in a bunch of condiments to go with my crappy burger...
The food was great, but some employees could be nicer. When you run out of an item tell the customer before you charge them extra for it then have a sarcastic remark when they ask to not get charged for it. Suggest an upsize in drink instead of running to back line and laughing with other employees. (night shift.)
Literally just got my food 5 minutes ago. I ordered a son of baconator meal with baconator fries and I asked to get my fries well done so that they will be crispy. Got my order and the baconator fries were saggy! Disappointed! I rarely come to this location because they always do this.
I love Wendys, however this location needs to improve. I got a Baconator and received 2 half strips of bacon on it. I took it back and the manager did fix it so they get credit for that. However the beef was extremely dry and the fries were cold. It was a disappointing experience.
I ordered a Single with cheese and mayonnaise, and a water. The water was brown, which they claimed was normal, and even though I *love* mayonnaise, it was swimming in so much red-hot mayo, I had to scrape it off. 12 hours later, I was violently sick with food poisoning. Avoid this Wendys like the plague, or youll *get* the plague.
I will never go here again. They never get my order right, either adding something to my food that I requested to hold or forgetting the sauces and other things. Last night was the final straw. They added the order of the car behind me to my ticket and they were trying to figure out why I did not want the rest of the food on the ticket. I had to explain to them that only two things on the ticket was mine. Then, once they got it cleared up, I had to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Never again!
Wendys is a very good quick place to eat. its very budget friendly, even if not ordering off the dollar menu. I love their chilli. They have the best chilli anywhere has to offer. And its really good paired with a cheesy baked potatoes with sour cream. Especially on a rainy or cold day. Theyre vanilla frostys are on point too. Ive never ever had a problem with them messing up my order at all, havent never had to wait in a long line, and their employees have always been real courteous and nice. I highly recommend Wendys in case you havent tried it yet. But I beleive EVERYBODY has ate here at Wendys that lives in the USA at least once in their lives. But if for some odd reason you or anybody else hasnnt ate there yet, I highly recommend that you do. Try it at least one time u only have one life to live. Dont ever deprive yourself of anything good or delicious or positive in life 💯😛
Got a chicken sandwich that was raw. I had the app for BOGO and chose Homestyle and Spicy. The Spicy was fine, but the Honestyle was definitely a little raw in a certain portion of the sandwich. Service was a bit slow. Took 9 mins from taking my order to actually walking out the door. Alot of confusion 😐.
The drive through always has a line wrapped around the building ..i thought that must mean food is on point..but i was wrong. Been 3 times and I dont know if they need more help but service is slacking ..3 times fries were cold and many rock hard.. My son had a long black strand of hair ..was charged twice and they argued with me even with receipt in hand. They also said the hair didnt come from in there ..even though my kids nor husband and I DONT HAVE LONG BLACK HAIR and hadnt left the parking lot..i gave them benefit of the doubt at first but the other issues occurred. Think they need more staff and also ones who wear gloves when puytibg together food and not rubbibg their face and itching head or messing with their hair. Wont be goin back to that one again
Why has the Pay Window stop giving out receipts... For Over a Month, the Pay Window employee has been telling me that my receipt will given to me at the Pickup Window and it hasnt Happened Yet!!! You have to ask for it, if you Remember... Then The Pickup Up Window Employee has to Wade Through A Dozen Prior Customers Receipts to Find Yours... This Procedure Is A Disconnect and I Dont Get The Logic... Paying In One Place and Getting Your Receipt In Another Place Does Not Flow Well!!!
You can change the building, upgrade tables and chairs, put in new toilets but when you have lazy staff who cant do cleaning in their restrooms, dining room, and slack off in the evenings when the manager isnt there then its just the same old lousy place as before. Upgrade the employees then things might improve.
You get what you ask for sometime. Just left I ask for a salad with extra blue cheese crumble. I got home they had not secured the lid on the salad, my salad was in the bag literally. There was no blue cheese at all. Even though being charged extra. I get a salad about every other day. Headed to Jimmy John now....smh!
This day I went with my mom and my niece and nephew. My mother ordered a sandwhich without cheese. Once we got home the sandwich had extra cheese. The young lady who took our order was and looked disgruntled. She seemed to have an attitude and the order showed that she didnt want to be at work...
Who doesnt love Wendys, They have been around forever and have pretty much held their own as far as the Hamburger is concerned, and then they started to expand their menu Their chicken sandwiches, spicy as well are amazing, their Baked potatoes are awesome too if they dont run out,and look at all of the different kinds of Salads they offer,like Apple & Pecan, 2 others and the good ol reliable Taco Salad , Bowl of Chili, and Frostys, got ya thinking about jumpin in the car, I love Wendys and havent had a bad experience in either one of the Warner Robins Stores. I love the people that write bad reviews about these places especially reviews saying they don’t know how to make the meals right or cook orders right if that were the case, you people writing bad reviews should apply for a management position and run the place better...if not, then eat ya food and stop crying

2021-11-21The food was good but the service horrible. I was in drive thru for 20mins or more because they took a catering size order through drive thru. Then they gave my food away, got it back and tried to reserve me the same food. The Mgr tried to make up excuses but its really really unacceptable!!!! (Watson Blvd)

2022-03-19I went there tonight. I had a large chili and baked potato. I asked for extra crackers and the server was awesome. He gave me the perfect amount. They were awesome. I don’t usually trust fast food places but this place has never let me down.

2022-03-08This is the worse Wendys I have been too. They was only one vehicle in Parking lot on this Saturday around 4:30 pm. Thats should have been a give away not to stop. We ordered at Drive Through only one car ahead of us. We waited 15 minutes, we seen and heard 4 employees laughing, Talking and Joking around. But none of them acknowledge us are said . what the hold up was. I thought maybe they was cooking the food but when we received it, it was all lukewarm. I ask for some extra Mayonnaise, they said they was out. But both burgers had Mayo on them so no way they was out of it. They was Friendly at All. I could barely eat half of my meal before trashing it.

2022-06-09The girl workin the drive thru intercom on 6/8/2022 at 10:43 has the worst attitude and do not kno how to tlk to people. Shes taking forever doin orders and you can barely hear her. I wish the bald head manager was there cause he definitely would get her straight. She literally treat people like a ex that she dont like

2019-07-23What an awesome experience at this particular restaurant.On this particular visit (7/19/19) I went inside and right away I noticed it was clean and everything in the condiment section where you get straws, salt & pepper and all that was well stocked neatly. There was plenty of ketchup and other the commodities that you would expect.Additionally the parking lot was exceptionally clean. The floors inside the restaurant dining room area were clean as well as the tables and counters. Also in the food prep area it was clean and I was actually enjoying knowing that Id be able to post a great review.Begining with the front counter person who was professional and very courteous. She greeted with a smile and she was very efficient with both taking my order and reading it back to me to make sure it was correct.I even spoke to the manager who explained that her sister was the general manager of that location. I explained that I was one of the Google surveyors and that this was one of the best experiences Ive had not only at that store but at other Wendys locations as well. I wanted to let her know I appreciated having a clean place to visit which appeared to be staffed with an awesome crew serving up some of the best food around at a price that wont break the bank.

2022-01-23I drove thru & got the single cheeseburger with tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mayo & pickles. The young guy that I paid was friendly. The young girl that handed me my bad never looked toward me she only hung her arm out of the window waiting for me to take from her. I said thank you and she walked off. When I opened my cheeseburger, it had to be the flattest burger in a bun Ive ever seen. It had about a drop of mayo & ketchup, a very small thin tomato & the lettuce tasted wilted so I removed it. I paid over $5 for a burger that had no taste & the service at the pickup window needs attention

2022-03-01Spent over $7 for a salad got home had no chicken order sweet tea go colored water ask sweet sour sauce for kids nugget got ghost peppers really talk about poor customer service this was on 3/1 @ dinner time no one there was acting like they cared more like play time I should have went somewhere else when I seen the line at drive thru.

2022-02-22Waiting 30 minutes to get cold food and no straws... Yeah not fast food or decent quality food. Hiring all shifts isnt a valid excuse. Hire people that care about your company and fire the whining overpaid ignorance.
