What can I say about Whitestone Reserve? It is a beautiful venue with a lot of versatility for indoor or outdoor space. They thought of everything when they built this beautiful venue. Their bridal suite is beautiful and can accommodate a small or large bridal party. The owners are some of the nicest people I have met. Melanie and Rhett are so professional and do their best to accommodate anything from a corporate event, birthday party, family reunion, wedding among other things. Reach out to them today as they are booking and you dont want to miss your date!
If your looking for a wedding venue this is IT!!! We had a great appointment here with Melanie and Brandy. They answered all of our questions and provided great wedding planning tips. The scenery at this venue is amazing. Come and see this place for yourself.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular. From start to finish, Melanie and Rhett made sure our experience was top notch! They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. As a wedding coordinator I could not ask for a better group of people to work with! I wish all my brides would get married here! I am beyond happy with my experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue on the westside of Atlanta area, this is it. No need to look further. You won’t regret it!!!!

The wedding was great and the Dj MSDJDONTSTOP was awesome. The venue is nice and the Dj that they appointed was professional and played all the great music the wedding party enjoyed. Request her for your next wedding at this venue If you need live streaming as well for your wedding

2022-03-30I cannot speak highly enough about the venue and the owners! I had the most BEAUTIFUL baby shower at Whitestone. Everything from the fairytale front gate, huge amount of parking, HUGE suite to get ready in, perfect kitchen for my vendors, gorgeous tall ceilings, it was all perfect. Ceremony Lawn at night with the twinkling lights and stars above you feels like something out of Cinderella! Melanie is a dream to work with! She’s flexible and really invests in bringing your dreams to life! If you’re in the market for a venue, do yourself a favor and give this one a chance!

2022-04-02WR is gorgeous! We were fortunate enough to use the space for a baby shower and all I can say is WOW! Being able to use the inside or outside for your event is such a plus! The owner is so accommodating and made our baby shower dreams come true! Whatever we wanted, she granted! I can’t recommend the venue enough for any occasion!

2021-11-30This beautiful venue is such a hidden gem! Only 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta! It has the perfect mix of rustic and elegant design. We had such a great time at our event! Melanie and Rhett are two of the kindest people Ive ever met! I highly recommend this venue!!

2021-01-19We had the privilege of taking part in a recent event at Whitestone Reserve and all I can say is WOW! The owners have built an amazing venue for events, weddings, and corporate functions. They have paid such attention to detail and not only is this venue gorgeous, but it is very functional! Not to mention LOCATION! Just south of the city, this venue is very easy to get to and has plenty of parking for your guests! Lastly, the owners are amazing! I have no doubt you will get phenomenal customer service for your event.

The greatness you feel before you even enter their venue space carries through every aspect of the property.The getting ready suite is large, well decorated, and a dream for any wedding party and their makeup team. The outdoor space is open and perfect for ceremonies and corporate entertainment alike.With tall ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, a gorgeous chandelier, and ample available light, their reception space is a dream.In addition, Melanie who owns the venue is an absolute pleasure and youll walk away feeling as though you just spent time with an angel.We cant wait to visit again and work here many times in the future!

2022-03-28Whitestone Reserve is a beautiful venue with a country/rustic theme and Melanie the owner is a very nice, responsive lady...when you sign the contract. I booked an all inclusive wedding package with Whitestone for just under $16,000. It included everything but the bartender, alcohol, floral, videographer and photographer. In order to make the venue and our day look like US it was going cost at least another 10 grand. The contract that I signed clearly stated no refunds and had a strict payment schedule. Being someone who owns a business and also works in sales, I am no stranger to contracts. Seven months out from our big day I woke up and I realized that spending upwards of $25,000 was just ridiculous. I emailed Melanie to let her know that we needed to cancel. I was very specific in saying that I was fully aware of the no refund policy and asked if an exception could be made to return any amount other than the deposit. I also asked if I could get a refund if they were able to book another event for 10/22/22 as it is a very popular date. I received the following response two days later:The payments paid to date are non-refundable (even if we are able to rebook).Melanie also did not offer to hold the funds for an event on a future date. Again I am fully aware of what I signed but this just speaks of greed by the business owner. They will more than likely book this date because of its popularity and will essentially double dip in payment. This is bad business by a new business. Im glad that I had a revelation and did not have my wedding at Whitestone. Less than 12 hours after receiving the reply from Melanie I booked an amazing venue in Cartersville called the Dream Room. The venue gets great reviews and is booked every week at least 4 days a week. Baya Lopez the owner is amazing! I told her about my experience with Whitestone. She wasnt surprised. She is very personable, caring and is extremely hands on in her business that has been thriving for over 8 years. After such a warm reception, it was pleasure to choose this venue. Total cost for everything came to just under $10k with nothing additional needed to achieve the look and feel that we want. Dream Room also has a flexible payment schedule and a refund/cancellation policy. Thank you Whitestone. The $3700 that you are keeping is more than worth it for the lesson that I learned.

2022-04-03Absolutely beautiful site, food was outstanding! A great venue for any occasion you may have. We enjoyed interacting with the servers, whom we found so very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a place for your special occasion.
