We came on a Sunday night around 7.Got seated pretty promptly and got our drinks quickly as well.We quickly realized that the menu was different and the sauces that were added as new were garbage. “Margarita”? We found 5 sauces that we wanted and were ready to place our order and the first sauce we ordered y’all were out of and it is one of the new ones, “Bloody Mary”. Since we had received our drinks already we decided to just order the spuds and no longer order wings.We frequent this place often and are so disappointed at how it’s slowly changed.The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the beer was good flavor.If you’re going to change the menu, make sure you have supplies to do so or don’t do it. Such a frustrating experience.
I have been going to Wild Wings over 5 years, always had great service until 4/23/2022, this so called General Manager was very rude to a friend that was there to celebrate her birthday, she assume because I was talking to them that we were together ( sis was wrong) I had invited my friends to hear the band, she literally kept talking like we were lying, the other people left angry, she said “ I need you too move from this booth so I can sit other people here” her tone was very rude, number one people are grown, second at no time should I been told the waitress make $2.00, who doesn’t know they work for little or nothing, third she was very unprofessional, she went around talking to other customers about what happened, as long as sis is the GM, WW don’t ever have to worry about me spending my money there, and to educate Miss unprofessional I make over $25 PH, before Covid would travel to different states to train Customer Service Representatives, the waiter/ waitress always give excellent service at WW
Hands down the best service from Floyd! His attentiveness and timing from appetizers to wings was PERFECT, as where they usually come at the same time! Management should recognize his efforts in providing truly amazing service! Going forward we will always request Floyds section!’!!
Our first visit here waited about 10 minutes before a server came by to get our drink order. 17 minutes later we had no drinks and she had not been back so we walked out. I understand all restaurants are short-staffed right now but there were maybe a dozen tables, our server was just walking around and the bartender was on her phone with dozens of dirty glasses piled up. We were sitting near the bar and could see that she had not even started our drinks when we left.
Ordered 6 wings, tea, and extra celery with blue cheese at 7:43 as carry out. They said 10 to 15 minutes. Didnt get my food until 8:23. Food was ready but nobody wanted to go find it. I kept asking for help and 2 white female servers heard me saying hello hello excuse me hello but walked right by me...never asked have you been helped. So freaking Rude!!! They get 1 star all because of poor customer service.
Horrible. Met friends there tonight. Out of decent bourbon. Ordered the pretzel which is supposed to come with Dijon mustard and beer cheese, it came to the table with a small cup of regular yellow mustard (of which was splattered everywhere) and zero salt on it. Philly cheese steak was dry and it took an hour and 45 minutes for our friends wings to come out. Avoid this place.
I really wasnt a fan. Sat at the bar, which was probably a mistake if youre not ordering drinks, and ordered loaded tots. The tots took probably 30 minutes to come out and while they were good, they were more crispy than Id like.Overall, would not come back.
When I arrived in Columbus, GA, I was excited to see there was a Wild Wing Cafe near my new home. I have been a long time fan and patron since the 90s visiting locations all over the Southeastern US. This visit at the Columbus location was a HUGE let down. Things began to spiral down quickly as I began to order. Three of my first wing flavors selected werent available due to them being out of those flavors. This wasnt during an extremely busy time (Thursday around 8pm), there were less than 20 people in the entire bar/restaurant. Then when the wings did arrive, they were no doubt the smallest wings I have ever encounter. When I mentioned the premature size chicken wings, I was told by the Bartender that she likes these smaller wings and she doesnt know why people like those big hormone chicken wings. Nothing was even offered....like take them off my bill, send them back to the kitchen, or even have a member of Management to stop by to offer solutions. Definitely One and Done for this Wild Wing......
Went for dinner on Monday night, Memorial Day. We were informed they were understaffed. We get it, but it took a half to place our order—wings and spinach dip. Wings came out over an hour later and spinach dip never made it. Shameful.
Food is okay. I’ve been here a handful of times since they opened a couple years ago and every-time I go I have had some problem. The service and the food here are my issue. It always takes at least 30 minutes for food, even when they are not busy, and half the time it’s wrong. Just don’t recommend this restaurant. Any other restaurant in the area would be a safer pick.
We had 3 adults 2 children. Our daughters ordered 2 quesadillas 1 with gold fish 1 with curly fries. Waited almost 20 minutes for their food. The 3 adults ordered 3 5 pc tenders meal we waited almost 45 minutes after we placed the adults meals and asked for the ticket for our drunks and kids food. People that came in after us got their appetizers and food before we got ours. My husbands finally came out after he took our kids out to vehicle. I had to tell our server we wanted the ticket for drinks and my kids food we cant eat this now. Theres no telling how much longer I and my mother in law would have had to wait on our food cause the server only brought my husbands with another tables food. Wont be going back. I have been a server and you dont treat patrons like this....it wasnt even busy when we got there.
I ordered spinach dip, 18 wings with 3 different sauces, and the blue cheese basil burger.Upon receiving the food, the spinach dip was completely black and burned. The wings were all put into one box, where we could not tell which wings had which sauce, and we only received 15 wings, not 18. I also paid for extra celery and ranch, and neither were there. Finally, the burger was overcooked. Overall, a very disappointing meal, and they should be embarrassed by the product that they allowed to leave the kitchen.
My friend and I ate here on a Wed night. Our server was ADRIAN and he was an Absolutely Amazing!!! The drinks were flowing and the wings were delicious. The icing on the cake was Karaoke with LANCE! We will definitely be back soon.!!!
The service lacked a lot of attention. We had to wait on everything. The appetizer came out after the meal. Which took forever. All we kept getting was apologies over and over about how the schedule got messed up and there was no one there too take up the slack. Wrong answer. And the host was about as worthless as the server. Ask her for a bag to take our to-go boxes out. Of course she was talkin and I interrupted her. With some friend. So it wasnt even a customer that I had to be put on hold for. And she didnt even get me a freaking bag. Im done with Wild Wings Cafe. They have really lowered the standard way below what Im used to
I enjoy the wings at WWC and the service is good most of the time. There are times when its not but that happens everywhere. I was there this past Friday night around 9:30. The and was good but damn it was loud. Too loud in my opinion.
Ate here 1/14/2020. Our server was great, very nice. We ordered 18 wings, two side salads, and two sides of broccoli (as we are trying to eat healthier). The wings were crispy and yummy. The salads were good. But the “side” of broccoli was kind of joke. There were about two florets in the cup and I took pictures. Please don’t offer that as a “side” if it’s three baby sprigs. Other than that our food was very good.
First time here, loved the ambience, not a fan of sports but a good place to have a great time. Kids friendly. Loved the food and customer service. Recommend 100%
Service was terrible. Our wings were over cooked, dry and it took forever in an empty restaurant. We should have known better when the parking lot was empty! Don’t wasted your time or money.
Just left the restaurant. We had some crunchy wings they are overcooked. Their are more dirty tables than people eating their.
Waitress today...pictured above....was the last time we saw her after she dashed into the kitchen, after catching an attitude and snatching items from our table, all because she got the order completely wrong and brought the appetizer with the entrees! Never brought tea refills nor the bill. We had to get a menu to figure out what we owed and left the money on the table. This is my fave wing place, but Lashonda needs to go. Deff not a peoples person.
Loud and drunk people everywhere. I seen men feeling on women. Friday night. If you going to have a band at least at some order in the restaurant. I will never back plus the food was not that good.
Food used to be good. Now everything is way over cooked.Nuggets so tough they will jump out from under the fork. Then once it makes it in your mouth its like chewing cardboard.Tots used to have the perfect golden crunch, just right. Now its all crunch and over baked.Wait staff is fantastic still.
One poor experience, it happens. Made sure not toget the same staff member again. Second poor experience, theyre short staffed, gotta be patient but the wings were swimming again. Exactly what I said I didnt want. Third time, now weve decided we wont be coming back for a long time. 20 minutes wait was about an hour. Food order wrong. Had to have staff come back to table 4 times just to get order correct and water and silverware and drinks and just not worth spending your money. Still tipped well because it wasnt entirely servers fault but come on. Used to be my favorite wing place. Aaaand the exterior is trashed.
My wife and I sat at the bar for 48min and nobody acknowledged us at all..Other customers even noticed and said something.Told the manager we had been sitting there for over a half hour and that now were leaving....He didnt even try to stop me.Left and went to old Chicago and had a beer ordered in about 2min.
One of my more favorite places to eat. Not nearly as loud a Buffalo wild wings. TVs and normally some kind of entertainment at 9pm.Good family atmosphere.Beware, if you are not going for the kareoke when they have it Dont Go! You can hear the bad singing from the parking lot! I ordered delivery and they forgot my sweet tea, and my silverware so I literally ate my Mac n cheese with my fingers. I got the chicken fajita wrap and was not impressed, McDonald’s could make a better wrap.
Male hostess today on Black Friday ‘21 was extremely rude. It is not the fault of your guests that you are short staffed, and you can explain that in a tone that doesn’t come off as you’re so annoyed by customers arriving. We didn’t cause your staff shortage. Additionally, not even giving customers a place to sit when half the restaurant is open is basically saying you don’t need the business. I can understand a staffing shortage, but I can’t understand taking that out on the people that keep your business up and running.
This place is trash. They made me wait 20 minutes before even asking what my family would like to drink. I said 40 min before the server suggested to check on the appetizer. We left after 60 min and all we had was drinks. I’m he service is trash and horrible. Don’t waste your time or money . Never come here !!!!!
Food was not what we ordered. We told them and they did nothing to fix it so we walked out. I ordered the hot wings Wich did not have any season or sauce on them. My wife wanted cheese sticks the was out so we had the fried onions and they was soaked in the oil for to long. Just a very bad experience will never go back again and will tell everyone not to go there
My friend does door dash and came there to get an order. He wasnt greeted or anything and instead was asked, What do you need? He was sent to someone else who asked him the same thing, What do you need? Needless to say, he left without an order because of how rude you all were. Ive read a few other reviews about the poor customer service. You all need to get it together because people will not eat at your establishment with that kind of customer service. You will lose a ton of business. Ive ate there on a few occasions--once with my friend. Neither of us will ever eat there again. I will also let other friends and family know about the POOR customer service. Ill also be praying for you all. Jehovah God doesnt like ugly.And editing to say: I wouldve gladly said all this over the phone, but I cant get anyone on the line. Voice-mail box is full. Fix that. Terrible that people cant even get through to you all to let you know how poor the customer service is. Just awful.
Food took forever to come and when they ask bone in or out for your wings, just know that bone out wings are pretty much baked nuggets, not breaded or anything and they are dry as heck and they slather them in sauce which is probably the only good thing about them. Totally sucked, especially for the price.
Best wings in Columbus! Much better than BWW. Great sauces. Gage was our waiter, very friendly and did a great job!
Other than our table not being available when we got there and had to wait about a hour before we got one and it was extremely busy. The manager, our server and our bartender were courteous to us.
The wing sauces are delicious although the physical wings are smaller. The reason behind the size of the wings is the quality of meat they buy. The appetizers are phenomenal but also small in portion size. Overall the food here is great, beer selection is vast, and service is solid.
Our server was friendly and attentive. She told us right as we sat down that they were out of boneless wings and onion rings, and my wife really wanted her adult chicken nuggets. I ordered 18 bone-in wings with the intention on bringing some home for later. The wings were tiny, dried up, and had barely any sauce. Would not recommend.
I ordered takeout today and was not very please. I ordered the bufferella with onions rings. They were in the same box and the oil from the onion rings drenched my bufferella making it too oily to eat. I also ordered the 12pc wings medium. They had no sauce. You could taste a hint of medium on them. The bufferella was so soggy from the onion rings and ranch sauce in the bufferella it was just inedible. I havent eaten Wild Wings cafe in years and was very much looking forward to the meal only to be very much unsatisfied. 😔
We usually enjoy this place but today the wings were luke warm and rubbery. Very disappointing. The spinach dip was amazing. We should have stopped with that.
This is the favorite hangout place at my workplace and I love it. We love trivia night, watching games there, and just going to fluff away a couple of hours. We really love the DAVID’S CHICKEN & FRIENDS which is big enough for 3. Really cool.
Had a great time with coworkers after work...the staff was great, music was good.
Instead of golden and delicious we got old and let down... Even the celery was sad. No lids for the to go sauces, oldest wings in the place, and the taste 😝Every time we try this place, its a fiasco. The waitress did have over 45 minutes to get the to go order together before we arrived. Our crew chose the bar to wait. We were skipped over multiple times while waiting for our drink order to be taken as we waited another 30 minutes for our order. Hour later of waiting since our arrival, this is what we received, smh. Even the rest of our order was missing. ... Then -- the middle was pink & under cooked -- Good luck to all.
Took 45 minutes to get our wings, and the place was not crowed. I assume this was do to lack of help. Still gave 4 stars because even though some of our orders were mixed up and it took so long they diligently made up for it. Piling wings on us and giving us go boxes with all you can eat prices. Waitress was great. The other waiter was nice, and the manager pitched in and was nice. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the 45 minute delay. I would definitely go back.
I hope you like your wings tiny with no flavor!!!!! Cold and $7 cheese sticks from walmart that they threw in the microwave, if so then come here.
The atmosphere was nice with the live band. Be prepared to yell across the table to whoever youre dining with because the music is very loud. The food is lousy!! I didnt think you could go wrong with chicken wings. They were fried extremely hard. The nuggets were large chicken breast chunks with little to no sauce. We were told 30 minutes after we ordered, there were no onion rings. Overall, we were all disappointed with the meal and the price. It was not worth it at all. The only good thing was the alcohol.

My husband and I hVe been here a few times. Sometimes service can be slow but today we sat right at the bar and service was great! Food is good, nothing spectacular, but pretty decent. The atmosphere is really! We love going on nights when there is live music!
DO NOT EAT HERE!! Waited 15 to 20 minutes just to get a waitress to take our drink order and waited literally 1.5 hours to get WINGS!!! Been this way the last 3 times Ive been here. Asked for a manager and they sent another waitress. Again, DO NOT EAT HERE!!
Bartender was extremely rude. The bar was not busy and she made it a point to be obnoxiously rude about where we were sitting then ordering waters at first. She continued to ignore us and not be helpful nor take our order so we had to get up to take a seat with a server. We have dined here multiple times and this was the one time where my husband and I were both upset the most to where we almost left. Ive been a bartender and server in the industry...its not that serious to treat others with disrespect. The server at our table was very nice to make things better
Slow service cold food. Waited to be seated food came out fairly quick but was extremely cold to the touch. Sent back and waited 40 minutes. Never got a refill on tea at 2.50 a glass. 2nd time trying it wasnt impressed either time I think they will continue without my support.
To be honest, the food there was bad. There was not many people only a few table at the restaurant but we had waited for more than 40 mins for our food.Some of the food we ordered were out and they didnt even tell us but to replace whatever they wanted to give us. The server doesnt seems to know what they have on menu missed partial of our food. The food apparently is not fresh very old chips, fried cheese sticks cold, burned and cheese was hard, and the old tot was greasy and fell apart as soon as you picked it up.The wings were very small like the size of thumb. Yet they charged pretty expensive for pool quality food. I would not recommended.
Food was very GOOD and the server was very friendly. Took off one star because was a bit of a wait for the amount of people that were there.
My friend and I have been going here for the last year. Their service is wildly inconsistent. Some days the food comes out and is delicious but that was not the case today. Our appetizers came out and were overcooked but tasted ok. The wings however were disgusting. You could just look at them and tell they they were overcooked then left under a heat lamp too long. They were visibly burned. We informed the waitress and she tried working something out with her manager, but ultimately we paid full price for 36 wings we did not even eat. I will never eat here again.
The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. However the service was super slow which is why only 3 stars. Seems confusion between waitress and kitchen staff. I would definitely go back.
Took several grandsons as I often do for wings. We always order a minimum of 90 and usually pretty satisfied. NOT this time. Wings were about half the size as normal. Won’t return unless I hear they’ve gone back to good sized wings!
Disappointed with this place... Staff was VERY slim. We had a party of 7. WE asked to sit outside, that wasnt possible because the waitress serving outside apparently already had a big group out there... We was seated pretty quick indoors though. It took a while for us to get to order our food. Once ordered it took over an hour for our food to come out. Several of the meals were missing parts to it (ex: the egg was not on the bacon, egg, cheeseburgers we ordered). We asked for a queso dip as an appetizer. It never came. Then after were was done eating our food the waiter asked us if we wanted the queso removed from the ticket because it was not going to be possible to get it. Drink refills were slow and confused. Food was expensive in my opinion for the quality of it. The nuggets tasted like they were cooked in grease that was very old. My main stink about the place was how LONG it took for us to get our food. There was not a lot of people dining in when we was there (2:00pm)... I guess they were just REALLY short staff. Wont be going here again any time soon.
This location used to be the spot for me and friends to go too. They had great drinks and decent food. It seems theres been a change in management possibly because over the past 6 months, service has went downhill. They cant keep staff, patio area had to close, long wait times, food quality down, & alcoholic beverages are watered down, to name a few changes.. This last visit, our drink glass was dirty and we showed the waitress and asked her to mention to the bartender. Our group ordered another round and our glasses were filthy. One actually had lipstick from a previous customer still on it. It was disgusting to say the least.. The manager did comp the drinks after she was notified, but this type of service is becoming routine. Please fix things!
The manager Jamal was absolutely amazing my friends an I had a small issue with our order and he made it right he was very friendly and considerate. Me an my friends will return soon
We visited the restaurant to celebrate my good friends 26th birthday with a party the size of the Duggar families. (26 to be exact) the restaurant had just had 3 servers walk out on them and were hesitant to accept our business, but they had us seated within minutes. They had Nicole (hostess) put an apron on and start serving the table. This is by far the best service that we have had in our whole 25 years of living in Columbus and visiting the restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service was unbeatable. Friendly and very attentive. We did not have to wait on refills, appetizers or our food for long at all. I have nothing but good things to say about this place of business. We will definitely be back!
Came here for lunch today, after being seated it took almost 30 minutes for someone to come ask me what I wanted to drink etc... Food came very quickly and it was delicious! However, once I was ready to pay it took the waiter almost 20 minutes to bring me the check after I asked for it. Big deal for me is the shortage or waiters (just an assumption)
If you are on a time constraint dont come here. You will wait forever for drinks, apps and food. Our server was great and apologized profusely for the wait. We arrived there around 645, got out food around 930 and by that time, I was just ready to go. We assumed we would have a decent amount of time to eat and get home to get the kids to sleep but that was not the case and my youngest was getting tired. We left around 945. I ate my wings when I got home (around 1015)....Honestly, youll get better wings at BWW. I wanted to love them bc our friends hyped them up so hard but they were just okay. Also, hire a better hostess. A hostess should be smiling and welcoming you into the establishment, not acting like she doesnt want to be there and have attitude. She also forgot about us twice giving our table away. Ive honestly never had this bad of an experience at a restaurant before and I certainly wont be back.
There was only one server for the whole restaurant... she was awesome but the wait time for food was horrible..
Last few times service was slow only because not enough waiters. Not the waiters fault. Food not as good as it was a year ago.
The food and servers were great, but the live performance....well, if you want to go deaf, youll see what I mean. The staff is very kind, though, so its better on your ears to go a couple hours before the scheduled performances.
We got seated quickly by the hostess. Our sever never came to take our order by the time the person in charge realized we had been there so long without service she sent someone. It was too late by that point and my lady friend was disappointed and wanted to leave.
Seriously cold wings sent them back instead of refiring them. they dropped the same wings back in the fryer and didn’t even bother add sauce to them after they over cooked them!

We had issues with our food..but the owner rectified our problems and covered our bill!! Honestly had the owner not been so gracious I do not believe we would have returned . I look forward to our next visit!! Also the band was amazing !!
Very friendly service, but my family and I ordered a 60 piece wing with 5 different flavors, all of them tasted exactly the same.I went and spoke with a mgr(Michael) the following day and to be in his position he offered me no type of customer satisfaction.All he offered was the style their wings are made,perfectly understood, but for the amount of money I spent I definitely dont agree without some type of customer satisfaction very unsatisfied and first and last visit.

On a sunday night, I had the wings 18 pieces with 3 different sauces. Taste was ok for the flavors I had, the fries was good but for the price i expected more. The sweet tea was ok could add a little more but everybody different. The 2 man band they had playing at the time was ok, I guess we came towards the end of their session because they played 4 songs packed up and left???? Nobody inside got on the mic and said lets give it up for the band or clapped for them which I thought was rude, maybe they was into their own conversation or to busy eating. The music they played Im guessing from a mixed cd was not my taste at all, sound like a mix of heavy metal. The waitress was nice and even checked on us after we got our food to see if we needed anything. I will go back on a different day and try something else before the band leave.
Good food, friendly people... HOWEVER. WAY TO LOUD... IT IS A RESTAURANT NOT A CONCERT VENUE... Amp level needs to be halved, so people can converse while listening and eating. Ill only order out from here on out if live music is playing...
They did not have enough people working. They should cancel all large parties, if they dont have the staff. People would understand.
Live band, good music mix, and an outstanding grilled chicken and shrimp salad. My boys definitely enjoyed the huge wings. Definitely going back!
Waitress came to get our drink order, she forgot 1 out of 3. As we gave our meal order she stopped 3 times to talk to people walking by and then kept asking what we wanted. Part of meal came out 45 minutes before the rest (not appetizers). The rest came out (wings) burnt hard. We had to ask for napkins and wave her down for refills. Walking by at one point asked if we needed anything but never waited for answer.
None of your Staff was wearing a mask properly or at at all. We specifically called ahead to ask if there was outdoor seating and was told yes. But when we got there we were seated on the other side of the bar which had garage doors that were closed. I definitely didn’t feel safe.

My friend and I ordered the 5 dollar burgers. He specifically requested his egg be cooked hard and meat medium well. His burger came with egg yolk running down the side and burger almost rare. Plus we had to ask twice for silverware and water refills. Normally great place to eat.
We were seated for 13 minutes but no one waited on us. I went to the hostess stand and asked her if she let a waiter know if we were here...she just looked at me, no response. A waitress approached our table a few minutes later and asked if anyone had helped us. She obviously had more tables than she could handle. She also seemed to be training a boy who could not be less interested in learning the job. The FOOD...artichoke spinach dip( which we always order) was different, a new taste, not as good as it used to be. Tator tots were fried in old grease, bad flavor. Wings were very dry, a little over cooked and not enough sauce. Wild Chef salad was good, but I couldnt eat it because I didnt have a knife to chop it up with, and the waitress was too busy to come back and check on us. So I just brought it home. Sad experience, used to really like this place. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the music was nice!
Food was horrible. Tasted like they used can chicken to make the dip we ordered for an appetizer. Not only that, my husband’s salad had chicken that tasted like can chicken and so did my wrap. There were flies roaming around our table and the window we sat near had bug splatter on it. We won’t be going back there. This band was there and I couldn’t have a conversation with my husband because it was so loud. Take the band outside. Seems like this is a joint for people who are looking to cat call across the bar (yes someone was doing this while we were there) and socialize in a bar type setting. Not ran like your normal restaurant setting. Needs to be cleaned up and atmosphere could use some revamping so families can go there to eat. The food especially needs to be quality.

This WWC location is fantastic. My family & I have been here multiple times since it opened. No matter how busy the restaurant was the staff is always friendly and attentive. All of the food that my family & I have tried has been great. They have such a great selection for flavors of sauces. The kids meals get smile face circle fries.
Tuesdays are the best times to go there special is a 5$ hamburger and a side if a hamburger is not to your liking then get the 5$ chicken salad the margaritas are 2.50$ and come in multiple flavors if you have more than 2 you better plan on a designated driver. The staff is always friendly and the past several times we have been there is a live band/person singing
Food is great, live music is a plus. The hold off for 5 stars is due to the kitchen being an hour behind on cooking.
Karaoke night is outstanding but the menu is blah and the not all that great. Everything should not be spicy on the menu. The kids didnt even like the grill cheese (if you can call it that) after trying over half the menu Ive given up. Now I eat before I go karaoke
The service was weird. It took forever for someone to come over. When she did she seemed very confused.. and never mentioned that she wasnt our server.. our actual waitress was ok. But she just wasnt around/available most of our trip. I dont think any of my family ate their food. It was just not good. Kids got cheese pizza, kind of soggy and floppy, we also had kids grilled tenders, and wings with their hot sauce. It was just unappetizing. The headboard at our table just fell off. It was extremely loud but nobody said anything. So we pointed it out to an employee and she kind of just looked at it and said oh and walked away. What Im assuming was the manager had come over and offered to reseat us somewhere since their were now nails sticking out towards myself and 2 of my kids on both sides, but the last thing we wanted to do was try and get resituated at another table. Thankfully noone was at the table behind us because that board would have left a mark falling on them, and I would have felt terrible. Even though it was fault of the restaurant. We were never even offered an apology for it, just another table. Lol needles to say we wont return and wont recommend. I had high hopes since this was a new place since that last time I was in Columbus and not the usual trip to Buffalo wild wings. But we dropped the ball and wasted our night.
Extremely overpriced and waited 40 minutes for 18 wings everyone at my table was done eating by that time. I went for lunch at 11:15 and place wasnt crowded wont spend my money here again.
Went to this place on a Monday evening. Hardly anyone there. Waited at the hostess stand for about 5 mins and many workers just looked at us. No one even bothered to try and seat us and if it was a seat yourself night they could have said something. On a busy night they are slow at bringing your food out. Hoped to get faster service since the crowd was lite. No luck. WWC has really gone down at this location. BW3’s will have our business from now on.
A first time Friday night visit could easily turn someone away from a return visit. But overall considering the parking lot was packed, there was standing room only waiting to get seated, we didnt wait long for a table. Great atmosphere as sports bars go, and an added bonus of having live music, and about the only place in town we could go with someone under 21 that had music tonight. The service was decent considering everyone working was absolutely slammed busy. There were a couple hiccups in our food & drink orders, but nothing to be too mad about. All in all, Id go back.
The wings are great, from what I remember. I havent been able to place a carry-out order for lunch in weeks because nobody will answer the phone. I can only guess that it isnt a feature anymore.

Would be nice if youd let the customers know the chicken shortage prior, not surprising the customer with extremely breaded deformed chicken.Charging the same, when literally multiple counted pieces were lumps of fried bread.
Food was good, wait staff was good despite being short-handed. If you dont like LOUD MUSIC AT 8PM, better eat early...delay in food caused us to run into live music time.
The table service was awful, they had me and my friends wait for our food for nearly 2 hours and then they messed up one of our orders. Would not recommend.
Came here on September 22, 2019 around 4:30 pmPros: very good wings and cold beer. For me, the wings here are way better than Buffalo Wing and Hooter. Most of servers are very helpful and friendly. Clean restroom. Also, I could see all the games from different angles.Cons: I first sat at the bar. For more than 5 minutes, the bartender, who is a girl with pony tail, still had not given me a menu nor asked me for my drink. She really ignored me while I was sitting in front of her. It’s 2019, if young people don’t want to work, why they are there and why the owner still keeps them there.Finally, I enjoyed my wings and my beer. I definitely will come back to support this local restaurant. I hope that the owner will take more serious when hire young people.

Unbelievably slow at least the last 4 times, which were not all on weekends. This place’s employees seem overwhelmed, extremely unorganized, and very short staffed in the kitchen i would assume. We got appetizers 45 minutes after ordering them and also waited over an hour for our food after ordering.
Really good food i would not recommend going any night theres a live band very loud you cant really talk to the person next to you. It would be fine if the band was outside where it wasnt so loud inside. But good service and good food alcohol and beer is a little high but to be expected.
Sitting in wild wings right now and after 40 minutes and watching folks get food we ask about ours and they came back with the WRONG STUFF. Sad that a simple burger order cant happen. I am finishing my wings that came AFTER complaining and still no burger. For an update, 20 mins later after being told they were working directly on burger, we left to go get food. I didnt eat wings, felt bad eating while wife sat with no food.
We ate here for our one year anniversary, and the food is absolutly amazing. The servers are so nice, and the setting is really well laid back. I will definitly be comeing back. The buffalo chicken dip is to die for 😉😉. Our server was attentive and was super nice. A little on the pricy side. But none the less amazing
If I could give a 0 star I would. We had a birthday dinner here. We had one server take orders, then we got switched to a new server who re-took orders 10 minutes later, but somehow missed my husband and brother in law until another 10 minutes later. Food was ok, but they didnt being my nephews food out until 30 minutes after everyone else got theirs. My brother in law ordered a to go and it came out burnt, they re made it, he got home and the bread was molded. Dont waste your time on this place.
Try not to go on nights with live music... waaaaay too loud. Unable to have any conversation or even order without yelling at the top of your lungs and your ears will be ringing when you leave. Service is hit and miss. Other notable observation: no drumettes are served, only the winglets. Never been to a wing place that did this before.
I love the grilled chicken (feathers I think it is) and rice. Service is good and meal value is good. My complaint would be the volume of the live entertainment is excessively loud! I have visited several times and although the live music is nice it is VERY loud. So much so that it is very had to have a conversation with other at your table while eating. This causes all the people are tables to shout while talking which makes it even louder in the restaurant. I know...I know...it is not nice to talk while the band is playing but if your at a table with others, thats what you do.
As the family and I went looking for a nice meal with a friendly environment ,we sadly did not find what we were looking for at this location tonight.Just as we walked into the restaurant we were not greeted until, I took it upon myself to greet the young lady in the front. Then I begin to tell her how many I have that will be dining in she never says the word. She gathers the menus and has us seated... (I thought to myself I really hope our waitress is nicer)... That was not the case... This was not a busy night... Everyone just seemed to be in a very bad mood and made it extremely uncomfortable for my family and I... as I noticed they are smiling and laughing and caring for others around us I cant help but to think. It may have another reason they were not as friendly with us that I rather not mention... I really love the food at this restaurant but I will not be going back to bring my family, as we felt we left on a very odd feeling and did not get to enjoy the family outing for dinner we thought we would find. Like I said great food! but very disappointed with the hospitality.
Reminded me of a Glory Days Bar & Grill, very similar in style, menu, and seating. Me and my mom were out and about town looking for lunch, drinks, and Keno. Keno is a must, so we were thrilled to happen upon this place. Im not much of a wings eater but opted to try them and they were surprisingly truly good. Crispy and crunchy! Not soggy and wet like some places make them. I was pleasantly surprised. I also had the potato soup. It was good, had bacon and cheese in it but not many potatos. However, I love cheese and it dripped off my spoon with ooey gooey deliciousness. It was actually fun to eat, I tried to look polite and mannered with all that yummy cheese sticking to my chin lol. I did not miss the potatoes much. I also had the Legendary Salad, its just a basic salad with toppings but it is a nice big serving. The food portions did not disappoint. They also include calorie counts on their menu which I like, and they do have a couple of low calorie options. The prices are comparable to other sports bars. TVs are everywhere if you are a sports fan. Bathrooms are clean and maintained. They even have great outdoor seating for nice weather. We sat at the indoor bar. Our bartender, Molly, was super friendly and quick, even with processing our Keno tickets, which we do appreciate. Ive been to many bars where the staff absolutely will ignore Keno customers. I dont usually go back to those places. I will definitely come back to this one. Just one note...they do not have Tobasco sauce. What place in the south does not have Tobasco sauce? I put it on everything! But that wont deter me because their super duper extra hot wing sauce was excellent and did the trick. I asked for extra on the side. We went here for lunch and it was not crowded, however, I think this place has potential to get very busy evenings and for sports events. Seems a bit of a local hangout. Give it a try sometime!
The worst wings I’ve ever had. Between the two of us we ordered four flavors. But the wings were over cooked, dried up, and they all tasted exactly the same!! I seriously doubt they had any flavoring at all on them, and you certainly couldn’t taste any. My homemade lemon pepper wings taste like lemon pepper and are WAY better than these!
My husband and I went in late on a Saturday for margaritas and they tasted AWFUL. So we sent them back and they were extremely nice about it. Their customer service is impeccable. They let us change our drink orders no problem. The person who I think is the manager spoke to us and said he tasted them and they were all wrong and he explained the issue with the sour. The drinks we got in exchange were amazing. And the food is awesome. Id give them more stars if I could solely based on how we were treated.
Wild Wing Cafe is amazing and very family friendly. Sometimes there is live music playing which is very enjoyable. When there are sports games are on they play the game on their many TVs. The food is pretty good not amazing but its somewhere up on that list if you know what I mean. The service is great. It is definitely worth giving a try.
Come here regularly for the lunch buffet and work events in the evenings. Solid place for wings, the live music is always good. The outdoor deck in the spring and fall is the best place to be. Good beer selection, friendly staff. If youre in the mood for wings, be sure to stop by.
We had a large party and service was not good. Two hours to get our food and three people never got theirs! The potato soup was like mashed potatoes and tasteless. One plate had tons of onion rings and another had two. Drinks never got refilled. Bad experience. Thats twice. Im done with them. Way over rated.
Ordered from here multiple times and i hardly ever have an issue..unless i order take out. Somehow they ALWAYS forget my sauces (even when i pay for extra sauce.) They also always seem to forget my drink as well. So that’s what? Almost 6$ down the drain??

What a great experience! The salad bar is fantastic and fresh. There is a lot wonderful variety of items available on the salad bar. Once you order your steak, you can cook it yourself on the big grill or have the chefs grill it for you. You can also grill your own toast. Dont forget to order some mushrooms!
Waitress was good, cute, etc... but we showed up for a meal. 30+ TVs bar if youre into that seemed like they were enjoying themselves. Something taped under seats to win. Food was triple priced but only OK. Drank water. Good place to get drunk I guess.

Went this past Friday for a draft party. I tried to call earlier in the week to reserve a 10 person party. I was informed they didnt do reservations. They said it shouldnt be a problem to accommodate 10 people, however. I arrive 40 minutes prior and they tell me itll be a 45 minute wait. Ok no problem. We wait for over an hour, our fantasy baseball draft is complete at this point. During the time I notice about 50-60 individuals go through and get a table. I go back in to ask what was going on and was instructed it was easier to sit a family of 4 instead of 10 people who had been waiting over an hour. When asked about the outside space I was informed that a party of 50 was out there and they had made a reservation referring to we should have made a reservation. When I mention that I had tried she said she remembered me calling earlier in the week and trying to make a reservation? What?! She said since I didnt have a party of 25 or more it wasnt possible. I was a little dumbfounded at this point. In our party were first responders, active guard members and retired military. So what I took from this was they could do reservations....just not from us. We ended up going elsewhere where we were seated immediately.
The bartender was awesome and hilarious. She gave some generous pours on my wifes gin and (a splash of) tonic. I was a little turned off by the wing and salad bar, but that was just a visual consumption on my part. I wouldnt get it for the salad, but if you plan on crushing some wings it might be a good value. Otherwise we found it fairly priced and pleasant.

Not a welcoming place. Hostess didnt seem to want to seat us. The only thing that stood out was the fact that we werent Caucasian...server told us entire menu is new,, took our app order, which was a sampler. Asked about subbing 1 thing, told no substitutes.so we wnt with it. Told us we can add something else on, so we added a spinach dip separately. Server returned saying our sampler had items that they didnt have in stock.we asked could we increase more of what came on the sampler, was told no. We asked can we add something of equal value since our price aint changing but we getting less food. Was told no. She left and returned and said oh yea, we out of spinach dip.by this time beyond disappointed we ask to speak with the manager who never came out so we had to leave which is what I believe they wanted. We were not asking for alot. We even tried to stay and order other items but u have to appease and rectify things with ur customers especially when its your fault. We went straight to Buffalo wild wings and had a way better time.
Awesome draft selection. Service has been pretty spot on whether I sit at a table or at the bar. Havent been disappointed by any food Ive ordered there so far and was pleasantly surprised over the cilantro lime dressing they offer. Definitely a much needed change to the typical chain restaurant offered on this side of town.
Big shoutout to Amber, Nicole and Milessa for taking care of us tonight even though you were short staffed and we had a huge party! Way to go the extra mile and make the birthday party for my friend one he’ll remember for many years. You, ladies, are awesome!
I cant remember the waitress name, however I remember her having pig tails in her hair. She was very very very unprofessional. She leaned over the table to take our order as if she was tired and had to take a break. I literally had to move my drink from in front of her as she began talking over it. She took longer than normal to return to the table and I was just unhappy with the lack of service I received. On a lighter note, the food was great and Id still recommend this place.

I had a very good business lunch at this establishment. Kayla was very polite and prompt. The wings were well seasoned and fresh. I will eat here again.
I placed a large order with Angela the Manager over the phone and she took the orders by detail for each one. She was so friendly and patient with taking the orders even after I called back twice to add an order. When I arrived, I was able to pay for each order by name and they were all ready. Plus everyone loved their meal. Thank you so much for the services, my co-workers and I will definitely order from you again.
I enjoyed the atmosphere, the food was good service was fast and friendly nice chill spot for friends to hang out late night, with good sized tvs to watch sports on. theyre big enough and there are enough of them so u dont have to break your neck to watch
Waited 30 minutes to get our first round of beers, waitress finally decided to get our orders after she dropped off the drinks. We then waited 2 hours before we had enough. Called the manager over and he looked in the computer to see when our food was put in, our waitress never put the food in at all, after she said she would check on it an hour prior. We explained to the manager what happened, and he didn’t even apologize, we canceled our order and went to Steak ‘n Shake. Never eating at one of these “restaurants” again.
This is a great place to eat delicious wings and watch sports on a big screen! The staff is always polite, professional, & friendly! I love the lemon pepper wings and fries with ranch dressing.There are multiple big screens inside the restaurant and there is a cozy screened in outdoor area with big screens as well!This is a great place to have a party too!I recommend visiting this restaurant!
Love this place! Great food, drinks, and people. They have a chicken feather meal that is awesome with a wide choice of sauces to go on the wings.
I came in on 5/30/2020.So I had my SDIT (service dog in training) in my car with me and I went to the front seating and asked if she would be allowed bc she is still training. The lady went and talked to the manager and allowed it.Afterwards when we sat down I waved at the manager and said thank you and appreciated the opportunity for the public access. And he said that isn’t no problem! He said at some point they need to get use to all the loud noises bc there was a band going on as well! I really appreciate it! My pup did really well sat under the table, was always watching me no one else, she was working naked bc I can’t put a mobility harness on her yet due to her only 3 months away from a year old. Highly recommend! The waiter was on top of it as well! Never had an empty glad and made sure everything was alright about 3 times. Never once did I have a problem with my SDiT. Except some dirty looks.
I wasnt crazy about the sauces for the wings. The staff was polite but we had trouble finding our server and ended up leaving before we could get refills.
The waitress avoided us the whole 2 and half hours we were there. We got one refill while she took care of every other table she had. The food was ok but not the best. The manager we tried to talk to but she was quick to pass us back to the waitress. I will not ever eat here again. Would not suggest it to anyone I know.
We got to the restaurant at 5:30 pm and waited over an hour to get a table. We attempted to call ahead earlier in the day reserve a table because we had a large group but they wouldn’t. When we arrived they weren’t busy and there were tables available they could have pulled together but they didn’t. We finally got a table and then waited about an hour and a half for our food. There seemed to be employees standing around but a few waitresses working like crazy trying to take care of everyone. Our waitress did her best and the food was ok. When we asked to speak to a manager, there didn’t appear to be one on site.
Average wings, somewhat small, in-bone wings. Good service. Much too loud at night, so much so my family will not go back after 5pm. All you can eat wing bar at lunch is good but expensive and the choices are limited to about 6 flavors which generally have been the same at every lunch I have eaten there. I now order off the menu. It would be good, though, if they had a Portuguese wing sauce.
Worked in restaurant industry for 15 years. Food ( wings and fries) came cold and burnt no sauce and burnt. if I could take a picture and post it here IwouldOrdered the exact same beer the day before and food order. Came completely different. Beer ( IPA) was full of sediment. Clearly from the bottom of keg. Asked for a new beer. Was told all alcohol sales final. Had to still pay for it.Asked about the wings being different form less than 24 hrs before. Was told the wing sauced I got ( red white blue and Boss ) were dry rubs with no sauce. Clearly today or yesterday was Completely different from the day before. Wouldnt even admit to being wrong and fixing it. Not asking for a handout. Just right food. Place is garbage. But the Live music was great

I am a calm and level headed person but, tonight I was verbally abused by another customer. I kept calm and the owner let the clown stay in the bar after incidents with 3 others! ( I was told that he did the same last weekend as well!) I will not be back and suggest the same of others. Just a dangerous situation!
My family and I (large party of 10+) met for lunch on a busy Sunday afternoon. I didnt catch our servers name but she was pregnant and super sweet. Our food took FOREVER and it came out in a weird order (I served for several years in my 20s so Im aware that most of the time the food is ran out in the order of how the guests are seated). My quesadilla was ok, personally not enough cheese for me but seasoned well. Our server was as attentive as she could be without hovering. The bathroom was decent. This was my first time here and overall I wasnt impressed.
Delicious and the live music is just the cherry on top. The employees are very kind aswell and answer any questions you have about your meal. Highly recommend for food lovers. Especially the lemon pepper wings👌
The atmosphere is so freaking awesome. Live band. Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating. The food is really good as well. The hours of operations are freaking amazing. Next time Im looking for a late night joint I know exactly where to go. You should try this place out you wont regret it.

My fiance and I have been regulars here for last couple years, however, lately noticed the service ( always sit at the bar) has been less than good. We love the wings & the last straw was last week ( MLK day), after ordering his beer, there were TWO bartenders that continously ignored us to order our food. After waiting over 15 + min ( the bar WAS NOT BUSY) & never drinking his beer, we finally just walked out & ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings ( which we ALWAYS choose your establishment over them.
Seated quickly but downhill after that. Husband ordered a chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. After 30 minutes our waitress came by and said we are new, still trying to figure out how much to order. We are out of chicken and sweet potato fries. Sorry. My daughter and I both ordered wings which were okay but, grease tasted old. Husband ended up with sliders that came out well after our meals were already served. Waitress never refilled our drinks and when she brought our bill, she dropped it on the table and kept walking. The chicken sandwich was still on the bill as well as the sliders. When asked to correct it she rolled her eyes and huffed away. When bill was returned and paid she never said a word. We are very easy to please and there are lots of other wing joints to visit. We will not be back. Side note: also out of tater tots, black bean and corn salsa.
Was seated at 12:15 and got our 2 cheeses dip starters 45 minutes later. There were 4 of us and when our entrees came out another 40 minutes later, our food was cold, the sweet potato fries cold, macaroni cold and was so dried out... Almost like they had all been sitting out for a while. The waitress said they were really backed up in the kitchen with orders. But it was obvious our food had been sitting for a while. On a poitive note, one person ordered salad. It came out well. Several people got up and left before their orders came out because it took so long. We probably should have as well. Very dissapointed. Seems like nothing was being expedited nor executed for efficiency or a good outcome.
Service is really falling off. Went to get some wings because they really are the best around, wa seated by the hostess and proceeded to sit there for over 10 minutes, being ignored by the waitress. No offer to get us drinks while we waited, totally nothing. Upon leaving told the hostess why I was leaving and all she did was say Im sorry. No offer to make it right by putting us in another section or anything.

I would love to rate Wild Wing higher, as their food is always great. However, the music is always far too loud, especially when they have live music inside. They should consider moving the live music to the area thats open to outside, maybe then my ears wouldnt be ringing after a quick trip to grab some wings 👍.
Slow service, and alot of the staff dont wear their mask correctly...having it on your chin doesnt help me. The nuggets were dry. Fter waiting for so long for the waitress to come back I had to send someone to get her for our check. I was very disappointed.
Very good food. Friendly staff. They have live music, trivia and all kinds of other fun stuff. Large spacious restaurant so plenty of room. They even have a large back area u can reserve for private parties. Huge full service bar that always has specials. Great bands play, my favorites being GP38 and Brittany Avery. Go check them out!
I have been here three times. Each time I have been there, I order wings. I have had the Teriyaki, Thai and medium wings. All three visits the food has been a disappointment. This last time my friend and I ordered 30 wings. The wings were cold. We didnt want to send them back so we asked for a box to take home the 20 wings. When I got home, I baked them at 375° for 10 mins and the wings were amazing.Our waitress was on top of her game. Came by with extra beverages. Positive attitude. She did a fantastic job and received a nice tip.Will not be back.
Buffet is now $11.99 for wings and tots. Didnt have soup or salad out. Waitress said not doing anymore. Really? Disappointing at best. Food good however but expected more for price. Will not do again! Service good but overall I think it was over priced for just wings and tots. For 2 buffets, 1 drink and water was at $42 for lunch. Wow!

Great food, I went for the 4.99 burger deal. No where on the menu does it specify what specialty burgers are and I was not informed or corrected that the turkey burger was not part of the deal even after mentioning that fries were the only side that came with the deal. When bringing this to the managers attention she did take it off my bill, but not before talking to me in a very rude manner as well as disrespectfully snatching it off the table. This was also followed by me coming from the bathroom just to hear her talking poorly about me to her coworker.
Worst resturant i have ever been to. Service was terrible and the owners should be ashamed. My party waited over 2 hours to be sat and then waited another 30 mins with no service. Long story short we left.
We got there around 11PM on Karaoke Night, which was probably our first mistake. It took almost an hour for 12 bone-in wings and 6 boneless wings, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Our waitress was all over the place. Customers were hovering around the tables, and one person kept running in and out of the restaurant every 10 minutes. Very odd experience, wont be returning.
First and last time trying this restaurant. When we walked in it was quite loud from the crowd and the live music. I told my husband I didnt want to eat here cuz I dont enjoy having to yell to have a conversation. We went ahead and ate there. Regret that decision. We ordered mozzarella sticks for appetizer..when they came out they werent hot.. I could get past that. But after a few bites we both said they tasted bad almost freezer burnt. I let our waitress know and the manager came over. He was very nice and took them off the bill. He even tried one of them and said that it was the oil in the fryer, it was burnt and old. He said the staff was changing oil today but maybe didnt get all the fryer changed out.. so why would food still get cooked in the old oil? We ordered chicken wings and fries for entree. The wings were the worst Ive ever eaten. They were tiny and super rubbery.. again not hot coming out on the plate. Seeing a trend? There was hardly any sauce on them. My garlic and medium buffalo both tasted like plain wings. My husband said he didnt even think he got any lemon pepper seasoning. And super greasy wings I went to try a few bites of the fries, same nasty heavily burnt oil flavor as the mozzarella sticks, however the fries were hot. So food was still being pushed out through the bad oil. The manager was very nice and the waitress was sweet. I told her the fries were bad like the mozzarella sticks, she apologized but said she had a feeling all the fried stuff coming out may be like that cuz of the oil. I didnt bother to mention the wings. I just wanted to leave. 2 beers and 2 wings (12 count) was 36 with tax. We came home and immediately brushed our teeth to get the burnt oil taste gone. It was super crowded, but I have a feeling more people were there for drinks and the music and not so much focused of good food.

Me And My Family Came In Monday, February 3rd For The $10.99 Wing And Salad Buffet And As Soon As We Stepped In The Door, We Had A Bad Feeling. The Hostess Did Not Smile, Did Not Greet Us, Or Anything. How Many And Her Walking Off Was All The Friendly Welcome We Got . The Server Was Very Awkward And Was Not Attentive To Our Table: She Did Not Have Silverware At The Table, We Had To Ask Her For It, There Were About 5 Tables In The Restaurant And 6 Servers (Ive Worked In The Restaurant Business And I Knew Servers From The Host(ess)) And She Was Very Attentive To Another Table(Holding Their Baby And Touching The Carseat Without Going To The Back And Washing Her Hands Before Attending To A Table). To Top It Off, When We Went To The Buffet, After Having A Salad, To Get Wings, There Were Very Little So We Got About 9 Wings Between 3 People And Went Back To The Table . I Kept Getting Up Checking The Buffet For Wings, And The Manager Started Getting Antsy And Aggresive With The Kitchen Staff (You Could Hear It In His Voice When We Asked Him For More Wings). So , They Bring The Wings Out About 20 Minutes Later, 3 Flavors At The Time So We Waited About 10 More Minutes For The Other 3 Flavors. When They Brought The Last Of The Wings Out, So Many People Had Gotten Tired Of Waiting, That They Just Took The Remaining Plates And Bowls And Made Salads Until The Salad Bar Ran Out Of Bacon, The Only Meat They Had Out For Salads. So After Waiting 30 Minutes For The Wings, We Had To Wait For Plates And Bowls, Which Took About 10 More Minutes. All In All, Me And My Family Had Been There About 1 Hours And 30 Minutes After Arriving At Wild Wing Cafe , Whittlesey Blvd Location In Columbus, Ga . I And VERY Upset And HIGHLY Dissappointed In My Experience And DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE .
The food was pretty good. We ordered the wing sampler and some boneless wings. But, it took 30 mins to get the appetizer and an hour to get our entree. People seated after us were served before us. We will not be back.
Our new favorite spot! My husband and I first went to Wild Wings Cafe about 2 months ago and weve gone back weekly ever since! The atmosphere is fun and the service is warm and inviting. We usually get large orders of wings because we love all the different flavors so much. The flaming parmesan is the best! We have been lucky enough to experience live shows and it was such a treat. Great place to hang out. I plan on bringing family when they come to visit.
First time here and probably the last. Our waitress Keria, was the worst Terrible service, horrible and rude, it took forever for my food. My appetizer arrived with my wings and it was cold. My wings were not the wings I ordered. It took so long for her to refill my tea, i drank the melted ice. I found any server that would help to fill my cup. Ive been finished with my food for about thirty minutes and the dirty dishes are still sitting here. I am also wondering if she will ever come back to check on us or even give us our bill. Probably will not return.
Great service, food was good with lots of sauce options for the wings. Good kids menu and a good offering of other foods for those not there for wings. Lots of TVs and live music on the weekend. Drink specials Monday to Thursday. Outdoor bar area is great in mild weather.
We have been eating at wild wings since they opened in Columbus. We absolutely love this place, however in the past three months a lot of things have changed. The food is always excellent, but the service has really started going downhill. Waitresses are hanging out at tables with other guys instead of taking care of tables that they are waiting. There really needs to be a change in management. It’s ok to have fun on the job that’s not an issue but when you are neglecting paying customers that’s not good business. I have emailed the company twice about the issue but apparently it may have gotten discarded.1. The food is good2. The waitresses need some type of management on duty that is effective. I am sure the owner of the Columbus ga location is unaware of the issues in the past three months.3. Will not be back until these issues are taken care of.
I like wild wing as a place to relax with my wife, but this particular location has a very apathetic feel. Service is lacking at the table and food is inconsistent. Overall its just not worth the money.
ASK FOR ALICIA!!She is always so friendly and attentive to her customers. She provides excellent customer service, produces our meal in a timely manner, and is always so polite and sweet! The restaurant really wouldnt be worth a damn if she wasnt a bartender/server there.
Wings were awesome! Other stuff could use some work. Buffalo chicken dip was huge chunks of chicken and you couldnt dip it. Ran out of hot bites and didnt tell us, just added extra cheese sticks to the sampler platter...Waiter was great and helped us out when we werent happy. Id go back but will probably stick to wings and maybe a sandwich.
The food was great and service sucked! The waitress stole money from our change. It really bothers me to not tip waitresses well but we never saw our waitress. When I counted the change that I was going to tip her from I got very angry. If she wants to take money for herself after not even coming back to wait on us then I dont need to come back to the restaurant ever again. .. Just pay attention to your change.
First impression was GREAT. Apps were out fast and tasted wonderful. Great atmosphere. Dont let the 1 star reviews sway you. That was right after they opened and being a former restaurant owner, I can totally understand the opening door pains! Will definitely be back!
The wings are super small, and theres hardly any sauce on them. They tasted plain to me. The waitress took a long time to come back with extra sauce. We were done by the time she came back. Disappointing.
Our son is in boot camp in Fort Benning GA and this was where he wanted to eat on family weekend.. If it had been a normal Friday afternoon then Id say this place was way too slow but we had alot of catching up to do so it was cool It took us at least 45 min to get our food and there was hardly a soul in the place. Having a cute waitress helped cuz our son couldnt wait to get his flirt on. Anyways being really slow was the only reason it only has 3 stars otherwise food and service was good
Food was ok, French fries were good, but the cheese on my burger wasnt melted at all. Seems like they just cut a piece of block cheese & put it on there without even attempting or caring to even melt it. Service was ok.
Awesome place...love everything about it. I havent had one food item I didnt like from here. I really enjoy the drink specials during the week and the games, entertainment as well. My roommate and I love trivia night. We usually kick ass during that. The owner is awesome and friendly just like the staff. Its hands down my favorite place to go to in Columbus.
Was there today for lunch. We arrived at 11:25 am. Our server finally made it to our table 10 minutes later. There were a couple other tables with customers. No reason it should have taken her 10 minutes to get to our table.I had the wing bar and my partner ordered off the menu. The wings on the bar were cold 5 minutes after the buffet started. When they replenished the wings, again they were cold. His order finally arrived at noon and only after I asked the waitress to check on it. It was stone cold. No excuse for this. I had a clear view of the restaurant and the waitress only went to one other table during this time.When I asked to see a manager, the male who came to chat with me was sipping on a soda and wearing Flip Flops. Freaking Flip Flops. NEVER AGAIN.
Wild wing cafe always provides amazing service. The servers have awesome attitudes. They walk around with smiles! They help when I have questions. The fajita wrap I had yesterday was made very well, exactly how I asked it to be! I would like to thank brantly for making sure everything was correct and keeping refills coming! Thank you wild wing for the fantastic experience!
Great atmosphere and good food. My husband and I went for lunch yesterday and we were impressed. The patio area is surrounded by tall trees and greenery, a unique view for a restaurant in the city. Tons of TVs with sports playing and drink specials everyday. We tried several wing sauces and Bueno Loco is top notch.
The Parker House Band is the only reason we stayed at this restaurant. The band was awesome. Our food we had to send back because it was to greasy. Then our waiter Jeremy, because it was a large birthday party group, he could not keep our meal/drink tickets straight. He had stuff on our ticket and our friends that we didnt even get. It took him over an hour to figure out our tickets. Then he argued that we did get it. We got our ticket as close as we could , paid it, and left. Next time well eat before we get there and maybe even save drinking for when we get home just to listen to the band.
Food wasnt that good this time, and the place was pretty dirty looking. Hope they fix it, because theyre normally WAY better than Buffalo Wild Wings.UPDATE: Went back today. 11/29/19 Score on the Health Department Inspection was 81/B. Ate there anyway. Sat at the 3rd booth on the left near the front. Stuff (Im guessing it was some sauce and some other liquids at a former time) all on the wall by the table. Got water to drink and had something floating in the water. Waiter did a decent job. Im done there. They wont EVER get my business again.
Ticket times are typically long even during normal hours, let alone during the late night menu. Servers are okay at best. Once you get the food its usually pretty decent though. Feels like a good GM and Expo are desperately needed.
This place used to be good and it has gone way downhill since it first opened. If you are looking for good service sit at the bar because if you sit in the dining area your going to be very disappointed in service and how long they take for everything.

Had red, white, and blue, garlic, garlic, garlic and bueno something sauces on the wings...... all were amazing!!! Chicken was tender.The loaded potatoes was worth all the walking Ill need to do.My waitress was very attentive but not hovering. She was attentive to all her customers and took great care of what we needed!!!
I don’t know why they lying about being open at 11am on a Saturday (1/18/20)when I stood outside waiting for them to open up. I was here looking at their lights turn on and the TVs get turned on. And I thought maybe I’ll take a trip to hobby lobby and see if they’re running late. Came back at 11:25and still not open. This place is already hit or miss. I loved their food first time around and that was the hit, they missed when I had some Bad service but food made up for it. Second time around, which is right now, total miss since they can’t even bother to open up. I even saw another two cars waiting for them and they left too.
08-20-2019My husband and I, just had lunch at this place and their service was so bad. We ordered wings and when she brought the food she didn’t bring plates. We asked one waitress if we can have plates and she said yes but never bring the plates. Another waitress refills my husband drinks and ask if everything was ok. Hello???? can she noticed we’re eating without a plate and we’re using napkins!!!!😡 not going back on the place again. No manager on site either!!
What has happened to this place? Just bad. Bad service if you cam find any service at all. Slow kitchen, and more of a local bar or dive than a family style sports restaurant. Just pass!
Food was good and price wasnt bad buuut our server left much to b desired. Didnt tell us about specials till we were through ordering. I had to go find her to get our bill. After about 10 mins. I couldnt find her and had to get a staff member from carryout to process our ticket. Then after 10 to 15mins. Later I went and found carryout guy who said he gave our bill and money to our waitress who couldnt b found. Then 10mins. Later the family is n the car and Im still waiting at the booth for my change. I spotted our server at the bar chatting it up. Inquired about my change and she gave me my 20s &10s an kept the dollar bill for herself. Wont ever ever go back.
Slow service at lunch time. I ordered a club sandwich and was still the last to eat. Seems to be a repeat issue during lunch. Good food but go when you arent on a time crunch. And go when Brittany Avery is on the stage, shes a hoot!
Sports bar and grill. New menu, good cold beer with plenty of sports to watch. Did not have Mich Ultra on tap (was out).
Atmosphere is great, prices about average, and the food is hit and miss. We used to go to BWWs all the time but that place has changed and its not as friendly as it used to be. Service is always great here, people are friendly, and whenever theres a bad waitress or waiter they never stick around. Wings are good, Ive learned to stick with the dry rubs here, cause the wet wings are kinda greasy/oily. When it first opened there were many problems, like any joint, but theyve hammered them out. Gets loud with the live bands, but its a great place to hang out with friends or family.
I just had the worst restaurant experience in my life! My husband and I came to this restaurant for a quick bite, keep in mind we frequent this restaurant and usually get great service. Tonight was different! We sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged! We watched as the bartender Makayla (MK) waited on other patrons, stood around, and conversated. She finally came over as we were 5 seconds away from leaving and when we said....we were wondering if anyone was coming over....her reply was I had other things to do!! Of course, we immediately left. I have the GMs card and will definitely be addressing my concerns with their senior leaders.#unacceptable

2022-07-02I was just here today for the first time. Our server “Chelsea” was excellent. At no time did our glass reach empty & always checked on us (she was kinda cute too!😁) I had a burger and the others had wings. Everything was delicious! The inside appeared very clean with TVs everywhere. We are just a tad too early for the live music. I’d definitely return and highly recommend u check this place out. 2021-12-03This was my 2nd visit to Wild Wing Cafe. We got burgers and sliders with chips cover in cheese and bacon. Everything was made fresh and tasted great! They had trivia night and that was a fun experience. My table did win that night. Look forward to visiting again in the near future.

2022-05-30We were here almost 3 hours because of bad service. Our lunch turned into a dinner. We sat down and didn’t get any service. no drinks. No utensils. for half an hour. We waited an hour and a half before we got our entrees. If you’re understaffed, you could have let us know so that we could go somewhere else. The only reason we stayed is because the kids were so hungry and at least got their food first.A 10% discount for our inconvenience?! and then you want a 20% tip? Thanks so much 🙄

2022-05-22Saturday night , went to hear Whiskey Moon play. The dinner plate was fair. The tenders and tater tots were bland. No seasoning. The tenders were tiny and on the rubbery side. The food was not hot. Did not complain due to short staffed. My tea came out in a styroam cup.Everyone else had red cups. I paid almost 20.00 for the meal. Thats way too much. The waitstaff was nice. I cant remember her name. I will go back and try something else on the menu.

2022-01-02Over cooked food poor service. Watched our waitress sit in the doorway of the office for 20 min before checking on us with no drinks. All this time gave me a chance to look around and see the dirt and filth the wall seprerating our booths had so much dust and furballs on it I lost all my appetite. They offered us all our food free. But I refused I didnt want to eat nothing else from this place. Needs a deep cleaning and hire staff and training. The Manager wouldnt even come over to speak to us and the waitress sent another server back with my change. Guess she knew a tip was out of the question. I know they dont care but lost a customer for life.

2021-12-07Heading back home from Atlanta and we stopped here for lunch. My god, how amazing the wings were! Everything was cooked to perfection. We ordered about 50 wings with eight different flavors and every flavor was as phenomenal as the last. Our waitress was very attentive and very professional! We absolutely loved the food and place! Thank you for a great lunch!

2022-06-12Waiter was awesome. Restaurant was not busy. Problem tonight apatizer was messed up. Also after coming to this location and others many many time was the manager told us we could not order appetizer way usually do so was charged for another appetizer to get house chips which were old and hard not the usual experience . Had to eat my food with plastic utensils. Advised they were out of silverware. Then during meal was told they ran out of clean cups so started getting to go cups. Employees standing around but out of dishes. Worst part is manager never come and addressed a issue. Whole restaurant was not the usual wild wing experience.

2022-04-09It was extremely busy and the live band was cool but they couldve turned the mics down a bit or a lot. The GM made being seated a treat, after they kept skipping us and seating other people cause nobody called or texted me when our seats were ready. The food was good though, it was really packed that night.

2022-06-30Food was really good but the service not so much. We had a big party and our waiter was either new or really just didnt care or couldnt handle that big of a table. It took an hour and a half for us all to get our food and there was only two other tables seated. The atmosphere was nice

2022-03-06I gave it 1 start because i cant give 0. After being seated right away, we waited 20 minutes for my wifes beverage. The waiter said they dropped it. After 40 minutes, the manager had a seat with his friends and I inquired aboutour appetizer. His friends got theirs first. 1 hour 20 minutes later, what appeared to be the owner was delivering food. At about the 1 hour 30 minute mark our food arrived. The wait staff made no excuses and when my son said his burger wasnt cooked correctly and the bun was soaked, again no apologies. Do Not go here. Stay home.
