I always receive excellent massages when I book with Wildwood. They listen to what I want as the client and do their best to accommodate me. Its a very relaxing, yet professional environment. Ive been here multiple times, and would love to book future appointments.

I, unfortunately, had a massage that was not very good - for me. The masseuse and I werent able to get on the same page. I went back for another massage with a masseuse recommended to me by the owner based on my likes and dislikes and had the most amazing massage! She did exactly what I needed! The owner was able to talk to me for just a few minutes and she paired me with the perfect person! Ive flagged my account to get all future massages with this same lady!

A lovely spa in a restored older home. Very welcoming and comfortable. I had a European facial with Andrea. Andrea was very nice, skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Not sure I can provide a rating given I never actually had the massage. I called Thursday to schedule a prenatal massage for that Saturday at 5:15 pm. The receptionist asked how far along I was, took payment for cancellation policy, and let me know to be there early for paperwork. I went in on Saturday looking forward to my massage. I was 36 almost 37 weeks pregnant. The receptionist looked me up and said I did not have a massage booked. The staff member asked me if I was at the right location, if I scheduled for a different day, and if I remembered who I spoke with when I booked. I may be pregnant but Im not that forgetful. I have the call log from my phone showing I called the establishment on Thursday. So disappointed.
I felt its ran very professionally! Extremely polite ,and very knowledgeable staff ! They really knew how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed . I thoroughly enjoyed myself !

2022-05-07My husband surprised me with the baby bliss package for mothers day! My massage therapist really hit every spot point on and did a great job! My facial therapist was so nice and kind and did great as well told my husband I want to come back ever special occasion!!

2022-06-24ProsMy massage was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. Was so relaxing and made me feel so much betterCons!!!!!The lady who did my facial did not listen at all about my skin. I have rosacea and I told her multiple times that my skin is super sensitive. The things she put on my face literally burned my skin. I have areas where my skin is peeling off now. My skin is in so much worse condition than before going in.I’ve had facials before and they helped calm my skin and felt so much better after. But this was not it!!!! Literally BURNED my skin then tried to put a tinted moisturizer on at the end so it didn’t look as bad. 8 hours later and my skin is still burning so bad I have ice packs on it.Would return for a massage but would never trust again with my skin.

2021-12-29I scheduled an appointment for me and my mother to have a Swedish massage. The receptionist scheduled me for that date and took my credit card information. She also told me she would send a text reminder out too the day before the appointment. The day before appointment I didn’t receive the reminder. Something told me to call but they closed at 2pm that day so I didn’t get to talk to no one.The day of my appointment I called. After calling 6 time someone finally picked up the phone. After putting me on hold multiple times the receptionist explained that she didn’t book me for today but for the next following week. I told her well that is not right because she gave me the date and time I wanted. And she repeated the date after taking my card info. The receptionist put me on hold again and then came to say we can get one person in but the other will have to wait till next week. So much accommodation and for a mom and daughter day.Future customers make sure they repeat the appointment date to y’all about 5 times.

2021-11-22I had a prenatal massage with Amethyst and it was incredible. She made me feel like a new person (which is saying a lot with all this extra weight Im carrying haha). She worked with me on the problem areas Ive been having and paid extra attention to my calves and feet where I cramp the most. She gave me great insight into how to prevent more cramping and always checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I appreciated her kindness, knowledge, and attention to detail!

2021-12-05The experience has been great every time. Caitlyn is professional and incredibly skilled at what she does. Ive had other massages, but nothing like this. Clarissa treated me to a gentlemans facial which was equally outstanding.

Will be back to these wonderful ladies no doubtEdit; went back for another massage and one of my patients told me to request Angela... and I done just that. And once again, blown away! Angela has some magic hands!

2020-05-22Andrea was the best esthetician I have ever had! She was gentle and made me feel very comfortable.Angela gave me my first prenatal massage and she has hands of an angel! She focused on problem areas and really understood my body and was detail oriented. She didnt do just a generic massage, but really honed in on what was needed.I will definitely be returning! Everyone is friendly and the new spa is a great!

2020-10-17I reached out to Angela a massage therapist and told her the pain I was having and she got me in within 24 hours and completely worked the spot out that was hurting me. She listened to my areas of concern and did a great job. Best massage I’ve had in a while. Thank you so much.
