Awesome tint job same day I called. I have always used Sunbusters in the past. They do well, but my tint was cut a little better here without the huge delay for an appointment or the longer wait having it done. I am very particular about my cars. I know where Im taking my next one. Well done!!! I couldnt recommend more!!!
Called Rico the day before to schedule tint for the next day and was told he was going to be there at 10am and would cost $190 and take 3hrs due to the fact tint had to be peeled off first. I show up the next day at 10am, he doesn’t show up till 10:35 and sits in the car and eats a banana and drinks something while I and another customer is waiting for him. Took another associate to signal to him that he has two customer waiting on him. Tells me it will $200 and I can pick up the vehicle at 5pm. I tell him I called yesterday and you told me $190 and I inform him I would need the car by 3pm at the latest. He says okay.... I come back at 3:15 and he is still peeling off the old tint from the back windows! Piss poor customer service!!!! Don’t waste your time with this dude period!
I made an appointment and arrived ahead of time but 4 people were all ready waiting, NO matter they had not made an appointment, so I was taken right in ahead of them as one would expect. Place is a little hard to find as there is no sign out front by road, but a GPS gets you right there, you just need to look towards the rear of the buildings and they are the last one. Fast friendly service, great job and a good price, would recommend to anyone

These guys were very knowledgeable about tenting windows. They got my car done in a timely manner and was very curtiois. You cant beat the price and you cant beat the service.
I Will say this, he is knowledgeable on window tinting. During the call, i was describing my vehicle and what I wanted. As Im talking he breathes heavy (I heard it but ignored it), then he starts describing what Windows come from the factory, with factory tint and how the front are aftermarket. (Cool), i continued on what percentage I wanted, and he cuts me off and said you not listening to what Im saying as if hes frustrated with me. At that point he lost my business. If someone is paying money for a service, have patients man. Dont know if he had an off day or what, but leave that energy off the phone.
Very impressed by the quality of his work. Its been 9 months and no issues at all, but the car is more comfortable and looks great. Highly recommended

This is an awesome place to get your car tinted. The staff is super friendly and you get your car in and out with great prices. I love their new location on Roberts Rd in Martinez, its perfect!
He did my rear window today and he does a really great job!!! I traveled a hour and a half. And Im going to him again! 5 out of 5 would recommend

Had a appointment on 7/18/2020 at 11:30 got there at 11:15 was told by his helper he couldn’t get his boss on the phone was very disappointed drove down from sc Columbia to get it done props to his helper but the owner couldn’t show up

2019-10-04I called earlier yesterday around noon and he said he was available after two, I was very excited and met up with him at 4pm. He had it done in a few hours and when I recieved my car back I was very happy about the results. I highly recommend!! I read previous reviews and to those who said you cannot beat the service and price, theyre right. Although I didnt look around the other reviews had me convinced. Thank you!!

2017-03-17Rico tinted my front two side windows (20%) and windshield (35%) today.The install took a little over two hours as he took his time. So, if youre going to wait (vs drop off) make sure you eat before you get your car tinted.So, far, Im impressed with his work. Ill update after the tint have fully cured.

2021-06-26Beware of his appointments. I had an appointment for 11:00am on a Saturday, when I pulled up to his business I called to see where to park and he informed me that he would be running a little late. I parked to the side and started waiting. About 30 minutes in I started to get irritated, and then other customers also started pulling in and started waiting. At 11:45 I left and will take my money to a business that actually wants to perform a service that they promise. A simple call around 30 minutes in would have probably solved the issue, but I never heard a word from him.My guess is he overbooks everything and cant keep up, which is why hes so adamant on you dropping your car off. Do not recommend.

2018-03-04I made an appointment March 2 just off of the good reviews I say prior to deciding who to let rent my windows. The tech was very polite and we chatted about a few things while he worked. Overall time was not that long about 2 hours but I didn’t mind because I stayed with my car. I would recommend to locals here in Augusta. My Buick is black and the darker 30% tent brings it out a lot more! Very happy!

2016-03-03I took the time and walked into different shops to ensure myself I was getting the best service. The moment I spoke with the staff member at Ricos shop. I knew my car was in good hands. They were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Ricos to anyone looking for EXCELLENT service. 2019-07-02Got my brand new 2019 RAV 4 tinted today and from a distance it looked great!CLOSER look, The driver side window had a gap in the tint in the corner where light can clearly come through and noticeable. I did pay the price he quoted which is very reasonable.I texted a message with pictures and received no response. I will be returning tomorrow since my truck is only 2.5 weeks from purchase date.Update: My driver window was reinstalled today. He was very professional and apologized for the inconvenience.

2018-01-27This is a great place to get your windows tinted. He did a great job with the tint. The prices are reasonable but he only accepts cash. In addition, for those interested, make sure to do your research before getting windows tinted as there are state laws that apply to how much light to allow through your windows. Overall, good service!

2017-06-19On a very short notice, I contacted Ricos window tinting service to tint my 2016 Cadillac ATS a day before vacationing in Florida. He just happened to be in my neighborhood which made it convenient for me to be dropped off and delivered upon completion. His price was reasonable and his application was professionally applied. Great job!

2015-04-09I usually dont write reviews which I should but felt obligated to write this one. Rico is probably the best service I have seen in quite awhile. I could not get in earlier in the day and he had his staff wait for me when I got off work to tint my versa, they stayed an hour and half after they normally close to do the job. They did an outstanding job and charged very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place for window tinting.

2016-02-10Excellent work... this was the second car I have had tinted by them. Very friendly straight to the point no hidden fees. Explain how to maintain the tint over the next few days. Recommend them to be your first and last stop when it comes to getting your Windows tinted.
