Came here on Saturday close to closing and food quality was not the best at all. Asked for 10 pc lemon pepper wings (wet) and fries. Fries were burnt and wings were dry and hard not wet at all like I requested. Called to speak to a manager today regarding it and he wouldn’t even listen to me at all, just cut me off and said you need to bring it back. I have spent a lot of money here. I can’t believe how rude he was and I will not return.Second and final visit thought I would try again. I ordered 12pc wings and a side of okra paid $16 and wasn’t even given a handful of okra. I said something to the manager and he couldn’t even comprehend what I was telling him. Thought I was complaining about the price when I was complaining about the amount of food I was given.
The wings were okay and the po-boy was nasty the shrimp and crab was not to my liking. The look-aid tasted like sugar water. Overall I will never return
I eat wings in every place Ive ever been, and after 10 years in the military, Ive seen a lot of wings. I pulled in here because it looked just the right level of shady to have the best wings around. I was not disappointed. Ordered 20 boneless, half hot and half cajun. They were fresh and delicious. After reading the other reviews, I regret not ordering the spicy garlic. The picture attached doesnt do the wings justice. Will definitely be back.

Ive been here plenty of times and the food has gotten better and better. Plenty of options and great service. Not many places you go where you can actually be greeted by the owner. I highly recommend this place to anyone that loves good wings.
I was traveling in the area and felt like something local and not a chain. This place had good reviews so I figured I would give it a chance. They have lots of flavors of wings to choose from. The lemon pepper wings were absolutely amazing. I will be going back for more the next time Im in town. And..Ill be trying the Cajun ranch fries.

They also have other food like burgers, poboys, fried rice and fish. Ill be back to try that poboy though.
Yesterday I went to wing city when I first walked in it had an awful smell.... and I proceeded to order some wings wet lemon pepper.... I got more fires then wings they was dry and definitely wasn’t wet lemon pepper and them wings was soo little I spent 24 dollars on some bull money I could’ve kept in my pocket

Ordered the lemon pepper and honey garlic boneless wings with a side of corn nuggets through the online ordering system. Very easy to order and the food was hot and delicious, but the front counter attendant was less than friendly. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious wings! We had the Honey BBQ, Garlic Parm, and Hot flavored wings. They were all just the right amount of crispy, not flabby at all. Not to mention the flavor was ON POINT. The employees were friendly and efficient, and we were satisfied with the freshness of our food. Definitely beats Zaxby’s. Pleasantly surprised!

Wings are fire, chili cheese fries are delicious, fast service for being made to order. The girls working the register nice, polite, easy in the eyes. Would be a 5 star my only complaint is that the wings are quite small, I like a little more meat on the bone.

Walked in and ordered take out for 3. Less than 10 minutes later, we walked out with hot wings and crispy fries. 2 of us asked for spicy flavors but they were lacking heat, and one of my dining partners said her wings were a little dry. Boneless wings were more like round sauced nuggets, so I would probably just go with Bone-in on my next order. Overall, it was great food and we would return in the future.

Fantastic foods. Freshly made after you order, the wings are just so tasty. Choices are varied at thirty one floavors - lemon pepper being my absolute favorite. They offer more than wings. Bomb Philly steak sandwiches and fries! Also, their kind customer service is never a minus.

Im new to this area and was craving some wings. After googling wing places in the area Wing City had the highest rating but it said they were closed on Sunday. I decided to call and to my surprise they were open. Upon entering, I was greeting by a lady and I must say she was very friendly. I placed my order and during our conversation, I mentioned that it was my first time there. She gave me card that I can use with each visit and after so many visits, I will get a free combo meal. Thats pretty cool. The wings were so amazingly good. I ordered honey mild and honey lemon and they were extra wet, which I love. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is because I thought they had crinkle fries based on the pics but they werent. Thats just my personal preference. Any way, this will be my go to wing place. I hope they have good fried rice. Oh, and I have some peach lemonade that was delicious. I had to add water to it because I dont care for the extra sugary drinks but this was a great experience.

Although the tenders were a little darker than I like, everything else was great! Service was top notch, even with a huge order they didnt miss a single thing! All the food had great flavor, some of the best wings in Atlanta, and their teriyaki is second to none. We will definitely be back, and will probably try delivery too!

Usually I wouldve given the 5 across the board. Even today I wouldve done 4.5 if possible. I come here often. They have the flavors i love, the wings are good prices reasonable. Even the staff is typically pleasant 98% of time and I almost always leave a tip if I can. Thats what I should be reviewing about. I just wanted to make a note though, when you have multiple ppl in line be sure to ask who was waiting first and hopefully they are honest and the next person can be served. Im not going to go into details but I felt like It was kind of rude of the young lady to just take who ever and he knew i was in front of him. Also this is the first time Ive seen my wings this light it was questionable but I feel like I can trust them and theyre done, maybe theres new oil or something idk, but the flavor wasnt there either. But I just hope we dont get sick and all is back to normal next time.
Okay, we discovered this place about 2 months ago. Since then I am embarrassed at how often we have ordered. We have never been in person, but every single delivery we have had has been so fast, the food is hot, and the quality remains superb! I want to try the wings so bad, but I messed up and ordered the chicken philly and it may be the best sandwich I ever had. I get it with the okra EVERY time! Do yourself a favor and check this spot out! We have ordered so much that I think we have reached a point that if we go 7 days without placing an order they might just get worried about us.
The fried rice was basically white rice with peas and carrots and crunchy. The egg rolls were raw/soggy and wings were dry. For the price, that has recently been raised according to signage posted its not worth it, Ill pass. You would think if the price was raised the quality would too. Think again.

Owner sometimes checks up on you and personally asks if everything is ok. I got free refills before I left, so many wing flavor sauces to choose from. Best of all the wings are fried, what more can you ask for out of a wing spot?
Every experience here is superb. Highly recommend ordering delivery, but pick up was a great experience. They play hip hop music videos and and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant.
These reviews are completely misleading. Ordered wings yesterday from this place and they are far from the best. I requested 10 piece hot wings with lemon pepper sprinkles. The wings were no where near hot, wouldnt even call the sauce mild or medium. Also, The wings should have been cooked longer. Unfortunately I didnt finish my 10 piece due to the wings giving me a stomach ache. Everyone has different taste, but if this is what people consider the best wings then they have never had good wings in their life. These wings were mediocre at best!
If you just casually try wings couple of times a month, you can go to a place like TACOMAC. BUT, if you are a some serious wing fanatics like me, you should check this place out. I must tell you they are in different league. The charming owner couple never share their esoteric sauce secrete to even their own employees. AUTHENTIC. Best wing ever. ..period.
Im not sure if ppl know the definition of good wings & fried rice but BABY this is NOT IT!!! I am a wing & fried rice lover & the food I just received via Uber was horrible. The wings were HUGEEEEE & not tasty at alllll. The fried rice was bland and looked yellow???? My coworker & I both just trashed our plates. Never again.. It looked good online & the reviews had me excite but NO! Sorry not sorry! Uber Please refund me!!

Well I think my roommates and I have found a new wing spot. I have eaten here two times so far and both times I was surprised with how much I enjoyed my wing combos. The customer service has also been really good so far; they have been kind and very professional. I would recommend and have recommend Wing City to anyone looking for a great wing spot on this side of time.
I have mostly ordered delivery. They have their own delivery people which I like much better than grubhub or places like that. The lemon pepper wings are scrumptious and crispy and lots of lemon pepper flavor. It is the dry flavor but it does not taste artificial or have that fake after taste. Best delivery people ever!!! Love this place!

Im very picky when it comes to wings. Ive lived here for 6 years and this is the best wing place Ive been to in a while. Perfect seasoning every time. The staff is awesome and welcoming. Ill drive from any where in Atlanta whenever the craving hits. I absolutely recommend this place.
Man oh man, if your in the area go get some Wing City. Eaten there more times than I can count because Im fortunate to have lived within walking distance, and everytime I come in its good eats. Never once have I had an issue with my order or had to bring back anything dissatifacorty. Great wing spot with a not too shabby Gyro.
Amazing!I dont even know how they make these wings perfect!The old Bay wings were a dry dusted wing, with an amazing crispy skin. The flavor was POWERFUL, so I caution against a big pile of them just for you.I also got the hot garlic, which the lady on the phone called hot garlic pepper. I would agree with her assessment. The hot garlic isnt a traditional buffalo mixed with garlic, but rather a hot pepper dry rub with garlic oil drizzled over it. Very good flavor!I wished I lived closer, because I would eat here daily.

I usually eat at Buffalo Wild Wings every Tuesday, but after visiting Wing City accidentally, I have a new wing spot for Tuesdays and other days of the week!My food came out fast and the customer service was excellent - one employee in particular was hilarious 😂. I had some of their wings last week when a co-worker got some and i have been addicted ever since. and its a good price too. $37 for a fifty piece trey is a great deal Ive been to other wing joints the have charged $30-$50 for a 30 piece trey. I am new to Ga and my family and I love Caribbean food. We have eaten it all over GA and though they are a wing Place no Caribbean restaurant compares to the Jerk sauce that they have for their chicken wings. We drive 30 minutes just for it. And even wish they sold it in containers. I recommend anyone who loves Caribbean food to go here their jerk wings are the best!!!!
I have been here a few times and I’m very disappointed. If you can refrain from going here then do so!!! I ordered a fried fish salad and when I asked was comes on the salad, I was literally told, mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumbers would come on the salad. When I received the salad, it only contained lettuce, tomatoes and bell peppers. Then I didn’t get any dressing! By the tome I noticed I was on route and when I called, the clerk says “did you ask for dressing.” I’m disgusted! The fact that I have to even ask for dressing to go with my salad! That should be common sense.I got my food remade the following day, however, when speaking to the manager he made the same comments as if I should be expected to eat a dry salad. Then he had the nerve to say that I should have brought my food back! One, I was well out of my way and two, that is completely unsanitary! In the food industry you don’t take food back once it leaves the store. You simply remake or refund the customer! DONT EAT HERE!

I was searching for good wings in Smyrna and found this place. I decided to try them based on the reviews. The wings were great! My complaint though is that the $5 delivery charge is a bit much and I was given one price at the store and a different price at the door. I was excited to see that this was a Christian business, but I dont appreciate the prices being changed without making the customer aware.

I have been coming to this place for over a year and its one of my favorite place to eat chicken wings if not the only place. Never ever had a problem with any of the employees, even though I have seen 3 different cashiers while coming to this place. But at this visit the new lady ( if you can call her like that) its very unprofessional and zero customer service her name is Brooklyn; after giving me a bad actitud because of how I was making my payment, I requested to talk to someone else, while making my payment with the other lady Brooklyn will still be complaining about it non stop for about 10 more minutes. I spoke with the owner and all I got was I am sorry !!!! . I will not go back to this place until something is done with that employee. I will let all my co workers know about, many of them go to this place.

I adore this restaurant! They prepare good food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I like a lot eating all their food. The dishes are always good, the attitude towards the clients is very good too. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I highly recommend it.

This place has the best wings and philly chicken subs. Wings are perfectly crispy and their sauce is fantastic. I love the BBQ JERK sauce and the Garlic Parm sauce. I wish I was closer to here so I can eat more frequently. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
First time ordering from here. They do deliver but there is a $30 minimum. Anyways I did pick up and I must say that their wings are the right size for me. I love small wings and their wings are a good natural medium/small size. The hot wings with lemon pepper are so good and idk if the older guy was the owner but he was very polite soft spoken and professional. I work in the area about 3mins away so this will be my lunch spot. I love it so much.

My first experience here was not what I thought it’ll be from the reviews I read. Our wings were so over cooked that it was ridiculous. The wings are also small.... I may give it another try but they are at the bottom of my list.
My experience was terrible. The customer service was the worst yet. I ordered my wings all flats and they insisted that I did not and then refused to make me another order. I decided to try this location because I thought the variety flavors seemed appealing. To my surprise I was met with terrible service. I will not be returning to Wing City and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

We gotta be better guys. The wings were good especially the Hot Korean Barbeque boneless. They were a little dysfunctional behind the counter which may have contributed to them mixing up the order and blemishing the experience.
Never again!!!!! The wings are good but the customer service is horrible. The prices seem to fluctuate as well. We ordered 30 wings with rice on 3 different occasions and the last time the price went up 5 bucks. The woman who answers the phone is rude as hell. My Husband went in the first 2 times, when I went in the 3rd time it was a definite No No for me.

Thought it was a great deal with no delivery fee for first purchase with GrubHub however the wings were practically non existent, lack of any lemon pepper sauce... there was a large amount of fries for the price but they were all somewhat soggy and had ZERO seasoning or salt... kinda disappointing
I stopped by here after getting my hair done. I knew nothing about Marietta so i went solely based off the reviews. The Mild lemon pepper wings were bomb, and although my plain fried rice looked suspect a little (very pale looking), it was actually decent. I would eat here again if I were in the area.

Memorial Day Weekend -I place an delivery order at 7:00 pm one hour and thirty minutes later I called to check on my orderI was inform that there where issues with the delivery driver and was given an apology that they didnt call me. My wings were on the way..btw IM 5 minutes away from the restuarant! Two hours later no wings , no call worst customer service ever!!!!!!
Update: the trend didnt continue... Went from 4 to 2 stars. The quality and portion sizes both have gone down.Best lemon pepper wings this side of Cobb County. They are under new ownership, so hopefully that trend continues.
Drink selection is horrible, they only had diet green tea which had cancer ingredient. The boneless wing where not chicken. I never had mushy boneless wing. The sauce was bad. I paid for ranch fries, the cook forgot and dump a whole bunch of seasoning on the fries was not enjoyable.

I went here on my lunch break with a co-worker since the reviews were pretty good, but we both felt cheated out of our money. The first sign should’ve been that my co-worker asked what was the best thing on the menu and the cashier couldn’t tell us anything. He got the Philly cheesesteak and I got a 6 piece lemon pepper wings combo. His philly was tiny and had an incredibly small amount of meat for a Philly. And then the lemon pepper wings were dry and looked like they just sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning on the wings after already frying them. Felt like a scam! Will never go back!

The lady asked me to give an honest review. 5stars. The location was great , walking distance from my hotel.(and next to the package store..lol) Both ladies were very niceThe wings were grade A, GREAT SIZE!(PLEASE DONT DOWN GRADE THE SIZE OF THE WINGS). I got lemon pepper and ranch, even though I was taken back by the wet ranch wings, (the lady did tell and gave me an option of dry, which was sprinkled on or wet, i did not know the wet was just covered in ranch dressing. back home the wet ranch is more of butter sauce with the dry ranch mixed in it) but never the less, that s#:+ was good. And we f*€×=d it up! If you are new to the area or just visiting like us this is a place to go to if you want wings. Nice and crispy not undercooked. Worth a visit.

Ordered from Wing City on uber eats over the weekend. Our uber driver stole our food for themselves. The driver abandoned the delivery without ever heading our way. We got a new driver and the restaurant refused to remake our stolen order. Waited over 2 hours to receive nothing. Will never order from Wing City again.

Been ordering the same thing for a year now and everything been good until today. Normally get a large rice but today I was giving a small for the same price. When confronted she tried to convince I was wrong while Im looking at the price. For one I been going there for a year and for them not to even know my specialty is really conserning. Im not going there again.

Don’t go here they have GMO wings and customer service is slow . I called my order in and when i got there the lady kept taking people’s NEW orders that arrived after me so my food was sitting in the back for a while and I was on a time schedule which is of course why I called in. Fries are go though. Blessings.
It was good. I felt like my chicken should have been more cruncher. Fries was hot and drink was straight. If I go back imma make sure my wings are right to my satistification.

I hate to give bad reviews but that I paid good money for this, its fair for me to take the time to do so. I drove a good distance to try this place out because the reviews were mostly positive, but man were these wings DRY! There really was nothing enjoyable about our experience here and wont return. I stopped in to get something with a co-worker. I was greeted by a lady name Tasha. I went in for a burger but Tasha told me I wanted a chicken sandwich. She was right that sandwich, I also wanted to try some canjun friend with ranch, Tasha made a recommendation on that as well. Lets say the choice she made for me to get I am not hungry and I am pleased. Thank you Tasha. I give this place and Tasha 5 stars and will be back very soon to get me something else to eat.

2022-07-06This is a wing specialty shop.Among the wings of this shop, the honey hot sauce is the most delicious. It goes well with garlic parmesan sauce and cheese dipping sauce.The fries are crispy and fresh. I highly recommend you try it.Above all, the store owner is friendly.

2021-07-20I’ve been coming here a little while now & the food quality is declining. The customer service is always on point but the food.. not so much.My phillys barely have meat in them now & the past few times I’ve came here this was not an issue. I order 2 phillys & some wings & these are the phillys. Where is the meat ? Where is the cheese ??? What is this ??? It was nothing but bread when you bit into it & there was barely any onions or peppers.The ranch wings didn’t even really have ranch on them. Whoever was in the kitchen needs to stop being cheap & give us what we pay for.Please get this together because I would really hate to stop coming here.

2022-03-07I was overall disappointed with the flavor of the wings. I was excited to try the Hot & Lava sauces as given the names, they should be spicy right? They were not spicy at all, honestly seemed like tomato paste with a few peppers coated the wings. At best Id call it mild. Maybe I misunderstood as I was going based off the names of the sauces for how spicy they should be.

2022-05-25This used to be my favorite wing spot. The food still tastes great but the price and customer service is horrible. You used to could get a 10 piece wing combo (wings, fries, and drink) for $10. Now its $16.Not only did the price go up tremendously for lil baby wings, when my boyfriend and I arrived the manager appeared to be sitting in the lobby doing scheduling sheets. We werent greeted by anybody, even though he was right there. We stood and looked at the menu for 2 mins and was ready to order. Then by the 5th min, still no greeting of any sort. So I asked the manager Is anybody going to take our order or should we just leave? Then he goes to apologize. And calls someone from the back. I assume he was family because he didnt know the menu that well and I caught a family vibe.My boyfriend ordered the fish sandwich they barely put tarter sauce. So I asked for more. He said it would be $.69 for it. I proceeded to bring the sandwich and show him how it had none and he took it to the back to show the cook and the boss went back too. They started talking in a different language and then he (the guy who took our order) came back and gave me a little pod\/packet of tater sauce and said thats the best he could do. I guess the cook or manager said no.We ate and then dipped. I wont be returning even though I LOVE my honey lemon pepper, I just cant. This is my 3rd consecutive bad experience.

2018-07-08The food in this restaurants are cheap and delicious.The sandwich is about a foot long with lots of meat but a little vegetables in it. The meat doesnt really taste that good, actually.As for the wings, It comes in a lot of different flavors which I think is really special. And as the comments said, the wings are really tasty, worth a try.

2022-03-04My wings were not the best today which is a bummer... They were a bit dried out (overcooked) and i love a good crunch on a wing😒. I must say that i have had a better experience than this on prior visits. I do love that i can customize my fries.
