Absolutely the Worst customer service, cold food, missing meals, very dirty store, everyone looks they hate their job, if I can leave no stars I definitely would I hope customer service improves in 2022 because I’m tired of always missing a dang meal and can’t check because they seal the bag assuming everything is in the bag, just to get home and realize I’m missing 2 or 3 meals and they won’t do anything about it. Again the WORSE place to order from. Please wing stop pay attention to who you hire this is ridiculous.
Had a $200 group order for the super bowl and they only did 1/2 our order. Our friend picked up the food and asked several employees if it was all there, and they responded with yes we double checked it. She gets home 1/2 the order is missing. We call and the employee laughs at us, then hangs up, the manager cussed us out and after an hour drive back into town they wouldn’t even give a partial refund. Worst customer service I’ve encountered in my life and the entire staff should be fired.
Absolute worst experience of my life. Placed a to go order and once we picked it up and got home realized items were missing. Once I got on the phone their employee laughed about it and then transferred me to the manager. The manager was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever talked to. She yelled and cussed at me over the phone and blamed us for not checking our food before we left. Refused to give even a partial refund and then hung up on me after screaming at us on the phone. This establishment should be shut down if this is the kind of person they hire to manage it.
I had a great first experience at Wingstop the young lady at the counter I believe her name is Angel thats what it said on the receipt she was awesome she knew it was my first time because I told her and she thanked me for coming and she hoped that I enjoy Wingstop wings and asked me to please come back ask me to also take a menu so that I can see other items that are offered at Wingstop I did my order online for a friend and myself I had five lemon pepper wings and 5 parmesan wings and my friend had 10 mild wings iTaste the mild wings they were great I ate the lemon pepper wings because those are my favorite and those were awesome I ate the parmesan wings those two were awesome I think I have a new place for lemon pepper wings for sure thanks so much Wingstop for having a great employee such as angel and offering more than one flavor at a time on your order that was very special and also all Flats we were so happy thanks Wingstop we shall return
We will not be eating from Wingstop ever again. We have spent a lot of money through the years and these dummies can’t seem to get right. Years ago the wings was on point... The wings now are never cooked the way we requested them to be cooked. The fries are either burnt or not cooked long enough. We were asked to pay over the phone which was something new. They wouldn’t drop our food until we got there. Waited and the food still wasn’t right. The fries were burnt. Asked the worker did the fries look well done to her, she said no. I’ll be happy to post pictures. Never again......Fire the whole crew on Weems rd.
I really hate that I have to leave this review because it’s never been an issue until my past 3 takeout orders. All were placed around 5-7 pm throughout 2 months span. They are giving out the wings that should be thrown away for having hardly any meat on them. 6 out of my 10 wings were the size you’d expect mcdonalds to give out if they sold wings (worthless). Hopefully it doesn’t stay like this. I used to love wingstop because there wings were massive like ones you buy at the grocery store. The flavor is always great and the boneless wings are the best. But please please don’t continue giving out tiny bone in wings.
Absolutely the worst service! I ordered on their website almost 45.00 worth of food. Get a text that says it Ill be delivered at 7:54. At 8:15 I get another text that says your wingstop order has been canceled. I try to call the store and all I get is a busy signal. I get another te t 20 min later your wingstop order will be delivered at 9:00. I call the new dasher and she says that the food has been there for an hour and do I still want it because they will not remake it because they wont be reimbursed. Are you kidding. No I dont want it I want to speak to a manager. Well they dont have one. Never again
Its not so much the food im disgusted by is more along the lines of the way this employee was treated. Two managers ganged up on him for nothing. They were so cruel and so hateful to him. I have talked to this you g man before and he is so sweet and so polite. The management needs to stop acting like high school bullies and do the job right. Its almost like they have it out for the poor guy.
Wingstop is my favorite wing joint hands down, but my last 3 orders have been terrible. Super greasy and feel like they have been boiled. Last week I set the bag in my passenger floor and had to clean the grease from the floor after. The flavor on the wings has been so bad lately. Louisiana dry rub is like Louisiana wet rub. Please be better again wingstop!
A couple of days ago it was very busy it was 20 of us in the lobby waiting for our orders which was a 30 minute wait and I could hear someone say that they were low on chicken then I assume hes a manager he had dreadlocs dark-skinned guy he came in with chicken and he went to put it in the grease then in like 10 mins minutes he was getting orders out quickly and they were right we all left with our food and was very happy. I think that young man deserves a raise for his hard work and his crew helped and listened to him to get those orders out
Absolutely disgusting. Bring the old crew back. This store is full of a bunch of incompetent folk. That new manager cantina or whatever her name is has an attitude problem. You can hear her yelling at her employees all the way out in the lobby. Quality of service and food has diminished greatly in just a few weeks
Undercooked isn’t the word! My bag was soaked from lemon juice leaking from the box. The wings were mushy and didn’t have an ounce of crisp on them. I do not recommend this or the other one on Macon Road. If you want wings go to Hooters or Mr. Wing because these from “Half-cooked wingstop” might be making people sick out here. I’ve never had wings this undercooked before that they’re still pale and the skin is still soggy. Last time I’ll ever eat here and Rick Ross need to undercover boss these locations.
Just did a on line order and paid for delivery, they completely forgot my quart of lemonade, tried to call them over and over the phone was constantly busy, end up having to drive all the way cross town to go pick it up, told manager it was a big inconvenience to have to pay for delivery and still have to come pick up part of my order they forgot, I didnt even get an apology and nothing, just here you go and walked away... I dont know what has happened to good customer service because it dont seem to exist... wont be coming back.
When people ask me about wing stop, I always tell them they are bottom tier wings. I tried a few different wing stops in different cities and states and it seems that company wide the wings are soggy and flavorless. With that being said my wings from this particular one are always crispy and well seasoned. This is the only wing stop I will eat at!
Friendly staff and clean facility.. the food was served to us outside instead of having to listen to our name being called they brought it right out too us. The fries was delicious and the bone in wings were really great my only problem is with the boneless wings they were overly cooked and very dry due for them.cooking so long. Other than that everything else was amazing.
This was my first time at the new Wingstop in Cross Country Plaza. The service was great. The restaurant was clean. The wings and fries tasted good. However, they lost a star for overcooking the wings. I understand the liability and all but its possible to cook wings enough but not make them chewy. I will try again just to see if it was a bad night or if that is the norm.
The place was extremely nasty! I saw at least 8 employees and a manager with maybe 4 actually working. The cheese fries were so salty we couldnt eat them and the lemon pepper wings over seasoned. Our simple dinner for 2 took nearly 30 minutes to finally get and the uneducated workers either cant spell or pronounce simple names! I, as well as other patrons, witnessed such laziness from workers , shaking their heads in disgust. I will never eat there again!
Placed order via the app. Got there 10 minutes later and order was bagged and ready. The bag had someone elses name on it crossed out with my name on it. Bag was grease soaked and old. Food was cold expect for 5 of the 10 wings. All they did was add the 5 wings to an old order. The rolls in their tray was sitting IN the fries! My son and I both got sick and didnt recover till the morning. Never again will I set foot in this place. NEVER!UPDATE: Received a call from the store manager and we discussed a refund or a trip back to the restaurant for a free meal. Was told he would have to get approval from the manager and hed call me right back... Two weeks or so later, he has never contacted me.
Pretty disappointed. I used to come here all the time, however I won’t be coming after my last 2 visits were disastrous. BOTH times I have asked for bone-in wings, as the breading on the boneless me sick. And both times, they have given my boneless, after confirming traditional on the phone. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the ladies at the front were very kind, however they can’t get my order right. I called the restaurant 5 times over an hour period once home, only to get a busy tone. I pressed “0” to speak with the manager, something I rarely do, and no response either. It takes ALOT for me to write a negative review, but this one is definitely deserved. Take your business somewhere else.
My third time here and my last. Would not allow me to use an order number to pickup my order...called the GM to get permission to use my DL or ORDER NO. maybe(???)provided by the online ordering confirmation after I didnt provide last 4 of card (my order was paid in full on arrival). Manager was to busy talking behind her mask to address me. I didnt want to be in their any longer than necessary but thanks to poor employee knowledge I asked for my money and then and only then mins later did they provide my order sitting on the counter with my name on it that I verified when I came in. The system in which they poorly operate is flawed and the manager left it to her cashier to relay messages she clearly could have handled. Thanks to the 2 employees that attempted to help, wish I had names to thank them individually. Food too was bad today...undercooked chicken and overcooked fries. $30+ wasted today but never again and I will not recommend to anyone. Who would know what I ordered at a random wing spot and know its already paid for? Response was anyone can pickup your order. HOW?
First of all, customer service was so on point, clean, fast, and friendly was superb, and even when we walked in, everyone greeted us. And the food was delicious, it was my sister first time being there, and said that, these wings taste better than spot, bye spot. I am visiting my family in Columbus, Ga., so thank you WINGSTOP for making my visit even Greater,
This place is UNREAL! Fast online orders and every-time I arrive to pick up, the food is always ready and the staff doesnt forget a single thing on the order nor do they mess the order up! Best boneless wings around, hands down. One of the only places left with mango habanero available as a flavor option, so good.
Awesome food, great atmosphere, good location, and very helpful and welcoming staff @ this location. Enjoyed my dining out experience with my family👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿.Also,they gave me extra wings for the same price as the 6 piece that I paid for. Not sure if they did that by accident or on purpose but, I was very thankful. Wings were good, but we came in at 1125, (with only one person in front of us, already paying) for a quick bite, ordered the lunch special, and it took almost 20 minutes to get 2 lunch specials! (5 wings, a side and a drink). We had to tell them to pack it to go, and we still barely made it out in time. Not sure why it took more than 15 minutes to get 10 wings :/
The last few times we have eaten here, we have received the wrong order, the wings were not fully cooked, or very greasy. Tonight, I called to let the manager know about the quality of our order and how under cooked our wings were. The manager did not get on the phone and told the person answering the phone to tell me to bring my Togo order back. Very poor customer service! We use to eat here weekly. We will be looking for a different place to order wings from!
These wings are terrible, with all the great wing places in Columbus how does this garbage stay open. Greasy, no sauce and way over priced. Do your self a favor go to country wings or wingtown stay far away from this place.The only info i would like to add is you need to clean this location it was really dirty on the inside with food to match. Also, get a real email.
Special requested wings extra extra crispy. When I arrived I had to wait for the order for over 15 minutes because it wasnt done. I opened the box of wings to find them exactly how I dont like them, fatty with the skin spongy. I asked if they could be cooked longer and was told putting them back in the fryer would give the same result. So I went home with thirty wings I could not eat.
Wings are pretty good and staff was very nice but this has to be the slowest wing place Ive ever been to. I wasted 40 mins of my 1hr lunch waiting for 8 wings an fries. I worked in food for 5 years and there is no reason a meal that small should take that long. Once I even tried to call my food in and pick it Togo during lunch. They told me it would take 10 minutes I got there 20 minutes later and my food wasnt even dropped yet. So I waited 15 more minutes for just a large fry.
I when they fist opened this location I was thrilled and had to go because I missed not having one near.I had a great experience the first time I went but after time the taste of the food started to change in which I didnt understand why so this one made to my dont patronize list with a few other food joints.I was introduce to Wing Stop in Casselberry Florida which have some of the best wings so every time I go to Florida I must eat there.Maybe the people from the Florida location can come and show them how it is done. Just a suggestion.
Great dining experience at Wing Stop tonight. Food was served up fresh and hot but didnt take long to make. Boneless wings are same price as bone in so that was a great bonus. The fries are great and the wings are better than anywhere else in town. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants hot and fresh wings!
Ordered 20 piece wings... Half garlic parmesan and half lemon pepper with fries.. The garlic parmesan only had cheese like flakes on the wings.. Back in Florida they drench the wings in the sauce then sprinkle the garlic flakes.. For the most part wings were ok.. Cajun corn was really good
I think the staff here is very friendly, but the food is a bit pricey for what you get. It wasnt bad food but not delicious either. They do have a place to eat outside which was nice today. Nonetheless, I probably wont eat here again, I just felt average about the whole experience. I came. I ate. I left. Next.
The eight wings I ordered were good though small; lemon pepper and teriyaki. The fries were good though perhaps a little too seasoned. The restaurant is clean, efficient, no frills, with a couple of well placed televisions. Take-out orders seem to make up a high percentage of business. So far this is the best place I’ve found in Columbus for wings. I will go there again and try some hotter types of wings. I will also try the bourbon baked beans and potato salad.
I cant say anything bad about Wingstop. My family has been going there for many years now. The best wings by far anywhere around columbus. 60 cent boneless wings on mondays and tuesdays are the best deal. The wings are big for boneless and bone in. Staff is awesome and knows me on a first name basis. Always friendly and rarely ever a mistake on orders. Keep up the good work.
We got the 30 count and got 3 flavors, Hawaiian, Louisiana Rub and Mango Habanero. All of them were good, my favorite probably being the Mango Habanero. The breading is good, thick but not not too thick, has good crunch. Quality of the chicken was good, the fries were fresh cut. Didnt take long to get our food, kitchen is open to see from the register. Decor was nice, not bland or plain at all. Overall really happy with it and will be favoriting it if Im in the area again!
The wings was nasty. The sauce was not flavorful and very greasy!Nice clean facility but wings was not the best.Fries was awefu. The taste was sweet, salty, and garlic which was a very bad combination, and the cheese sauce was not good at all!Overall, I will never eat here again!
Maybe the few times we went it was a miss. For me is a strong no. I love wings and would like to think that I can really tell the difference between great and mediocre wings. I compare all wings to the Memphis standard of wings. And these fell far from that. And to be honest Mart Marrs here in Columbus GA are the best. If I had to compare. I probably will never eat there again so my opinion may not matter. But if it does...........
Wanted some lemon pepper wings I have a co worker who eats there all the time ..the food was nasty fries werent done too greasy ..never will go back but since I payed &9 and some change forced myself to eat it and thru the rest in the garbage sad to say cause there are starving prole in this world I hatell to throw food away but I was done after the 1st bite. I have another xo worker who told me the food was nasty shouldve listened next time I will ..learned a lesson today
Rude staff. When asked for to show my card when picking up an order I made online I gave the employee the last four numbers and was told she needed to see the credit card? Why? How would anyone know the last for numbers, my name or that I placed an order? Makes zero sense. Thanks won’t order from them again.
These people are slow and playing too much on the job. Throwing to go cups like on a college campus. This is a place of business not play. All I ask is just get my order on time correct. They told us 15 mins but I wait was like 45 mins. My order literally was on the counter and I had to wait !!!!!!
I ordered 35 wings and did not receive dip or celery. that sucks I spent $25.00 for parts of a wing not even an entire wing. Do you know how many packs of wings I could purchase for that amount. The wings were terrible I ordered hot classic and mild. I would not return to wing stop. the customer service is not that good either.
After talking to a rude lady on the phone i ordered 20 wings and paid about 21 dollars for it.... picked the order up and the wings were rubbery and looked undercooked.. the sauce was all under the wings but not on them then it wasn’t even the right flavors i asked for. Looked very unappetizing & it’s not the first time they’ve messed up but i won’t be returning for high priced low quality wings .
I called and placed my order over the telephone was told it would be 25 minutes to the order was ready a young lady by the name of Ivey when I arrive to the store there was nothing but mass confusion behind the counter customers in the lobby all were angry because of the mass confusion and the delay in getting the orders out not the typical service that I have received from this restaurant owner desperately need to come in
Youre wasting your money if you choose this for a meal. Ordered 6 wings that literally had BARELY ANY chicken in them. The wings were the size of a quarter. It was a complete waste of money and I hope no one else gives these people the chance to rob them of money to leave still starving.

2022-05-07Very good quality food and customer service at this location. Often order my food ahead of time and it is always ready at the time given. Also, before coronavirus, service in the lobby was top notch as well. Have not been since lockdown has been lifted.

2021-07-24I drove here from Dothan, Alabama because I haven’t had Wingstop in years. Placed my order online so i wouldn’t hold up the line browsing the menu. Upon walking in i was greeted by the cashier. The order was made correctly and the food was fresh & hot. Once the Cooks learned i drove over from another state they all came from the back and spoke to me. Asked me how was the food. 5 stars. Thanks

2022-04-24I was not pleased at all. Whats good to someone else may not be good to or for me. Lets talk about the thigh bites... Texture was great but its a No for me. My daughter had the traditional wings and babyyyy.... Just drop the chicken in the grease why dont ya😩 They flavor had no flavor Garlic Parm and Korean were not the move. The only thing I will praise is the Cajun corn it was very tasteful dipped in ranch. The corn and the dressing are the bomb.com You wont know how something is until you try it but I wont try it again.

2022-05-13This place is an absolute joke. I ordered delivery today and when I received my order the fries were not in the bag. When I called up there and let them know that I got told to either deal with it or pack up everything that was in that bag and take it up there and then they will give me the fries. When I stated that nobody from my office could leave to go up there I got that’s all we can do sorry. I was also told I would get the same food back. So if you are thinking about eating here you really shouldn’t.

2022-06-25Service was not great at all on 6/24/22 Friday night. My order was completely messed up. When I went back to the staff to get my order replaced,it seemed like they were scrambling all over the place. Staff was dressed unprofessional, sagging with there underwear/shorts showing and didnt look like they wanted to be there. This crew needs help and possibly some work ethic training.

Noone has on hair nets and the cook have dreads for one... & 2 of the guys that work there constantly were scratching their heads and picking up the tongs and bagging chicken omg just disgusting and my foot almost stuck to the floor. They havent mopped in almost never could have never. BEST THING about it, I was doing doordash So it wasnt my food I was waiting for. && not even going to go on with the wait time🤦🏾♀️ I would NEVER dear to eat at this wingstop🤢🤮

2019-08-23If you like wings, this is the best place to come to eat. They have a good variety of flavors to please any taste buds. I do wish they were more consistent when it comes to the size of their boneless wings because at times they can be pretty small. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is well designed. I also would like it to have more seating because at times its pretty busy and not a lot of seats.

Out of the 5 years we’ve been coming here, we have always ordered over the phone. Not one single employee asked us to pay over the phone if the order was over $30. Our orders were always over $30. Check your computer or receipts. We never asked for our fries to be cooked well done, we requested for the wings to be cooked well done. I’m hoping you understand our confusion and frustration with this. I responded back because someone wasn’t truthful about what really went down. We don’t mind coming up there to talk to the store owner to clear up what we requested. Not trying to cause any problems. The food is great when cooked right.

2022-03-15Placed an online order tonight, order was incorrect, missing ranch dressing and rolls, fries were hard and cold, like they had been sitting out for an hour. They tried to tell us that we did not have rolls or ranch on our order, we did and had the online order confirmation to prove it. Chicken was cold and not fresh. Very disappointed, will not be returning.
