Wood Bridge Apartments is hands down the nicest apartment community I have ever lived in. This community is without a doubt a class above the rest. I had an issue with my air conditioner and the maintenance man was there in less that 5 minutes and had my unit back up and running within the hour! Every single time I walk in the leasing office I am always greeted with smiling faces waiting to assist me. I have lived here for almost a year now and I have not found one single issue with my apartment. When I moved in it was clean, fresh, and ready to go. I love my neighbors, I love the area, and I love the added amenities. The amount of professionalism in the office and the caring attitude of the management team truly makes me feel at home. I am certainly glad I found Wood Bridge Apartments and if you are considering moving here, you will be too. This is certainly not just an apartment, this is a community, one I am proud to call home!
Just moved in here- the facilities are exceptional and beyond comparable to others. Love the common space, gym is really well stacked with weights and has good machines like rower, stepper and plenty of cycles to workout on. I wish we had more stores around in walking distance though! A target maybe haha. But apart from that, I have had no complaints yet!
This is basically an all Indian community, which I don’t mind. If you are Indian/from India, you will love the community. Everyone is friendly here. The bad part is, The apartments are infested with German roaches. The day we moved in, there were roaches. We had to have it sprayed and the roaches keep coming in from the walls and other apartments. The AC unit is old and the apartment is small and falling apart. The play ground is small and old. The pool and amenities are always closed for some reason. The community is filled with kids that run in the street everywhere. They don’t move out of the way when you are driving and that can be overwhelming. If you have kids, it’s a great place to move if they can get the bug infestation under control.
This apartment community has very good floor plans, neatly landscaped, maintained regularly, service requests are handled at the earliest and the staff is friendly. Very nice feel to live in this apartment. Particularly my apartment had a good 270 degree view and in fall season, u will love it.
Woodbridge is great, very homie and everyone is always very active outside. Area is very well maintained and looks really nice, can’t wait to see it in the spring and summer months. Pool area looks really nice too, can’t wait to grill in the summer!
This place is a “okay” place to live. But for the high price you pay, you might as well live some place else. They’ve been “remodeling” the pool for three months now and the pool still remains closed throughout Memorial Day and now they are saying maybe July it will be completed. This is ridiculous and inconsiderate to the people living here. The car wash has also been out of commission for months as well. So basically you’re paying over thousands of dollars to rent a apartment and not be able to utilize the amenities included in the rent. Forget about summer bbq’s while living here. I have not been able to utilize the gym since I moved in three months ago...also being renovated. Like jeeze how long does it take to get things in order. You people are making $1600 on each apartment unit being rented. I’m disgusted and upset I signed a one year lease here. This place is a money pit.
I am highly upset with this complex. I have been living here for close to a year and have had minimal (4 months to be exact) access to the many amenities that I pay for every month. The pool, gym, and car center have all been closed for months with no “true” lead from the complex as to when the amenities would be available. Due to this, I have had to to re-adjust my monthly budget to add in a gym membership, and car wash subscription to supplement for the lack of availability of the services that were falsely marketed at the time of me signing my lease.
Good, quite apartment.Leasing office facilities are well. - One of the staff is rude but others are fine.Just maintenance service is not good.A bit pricy.I wish they decorate the gate for special days.
Best Community, maintenance & staff. I will definitely recommend. All the public schools assigned are good and bus comes inside apartment...no need kids to wait on the roads.
Its close to Downtown Alpharetta, appliances are ok. Service is not bad. Business center is enough for remote working. Its ok for one year stay or so. But, theyre not so clear on payments, you cannot see your payment history, you dont see what you paid for. They charge you everything they did for facility like road painting etc. (whether you see them or not). Please calculate your total payments as monthly rental + %10 for water and pops up charges. They charged me for extra water usage when I move out. It was 46 (its displayed as 46 dollars). When I pay it, their system charged me 50 dollars :S as I said, theyre not clear you dont have your history. You should be careful and keep track your own payments.In the end, it was an average journey for my family.
Woodbridge is an awesome community which gives peace and best residential experience. It is located in best neighborhood in terms of schools, markets and leisure activities. Amenities are par to excellence and has excellent staffs. Maintenances are carried on swiftly and with atmost care. Made best choice in choosing Woodbridge.
Woodbridge is a nice community..clean and well maintained!Maintenance is quick..management has been very responsive when it comes to communicating with them.We had a few issues when we moved in and they took care very quick..they even replaced my whole flooring when we complained about being not happy with the condition it was in.We even referred two of our friends to this community and planning to bring more😀Special shout out to Debby and Alex who has been very helpful every step of the way.Deducting 1 star because of the lack of play area for bigger kids..just hoping they take care of it soon..other than that ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my side.
Wood Bridge is very good apartment community. Infrastructure is pretty good and team supporting and managing it well. One improvement i have is to have enough dedicated space for the kids play.
Woodbridge apartment is taking high rent and as an resident we are unable to use the fitness centre as they have unpractical operational timings. They open at 7 am until 10 pm and its ridiculous as office going people need to be done with the early workout by 7 am inorder to be at work at 8am. Other apartment have 24 hrs fitness centre which is really good as people can workout whenever they want to. Woodbridge apartment is taking high rent and I am very upset as they are not even taking any requests from residents to change the gym timings.!!!! They should at least open the fitness centre at 5 am so that people can finish with an early workout and head to work. It is ridiculous that they open at 7 am. I will not recommend Woodbridge apartment to any one who loves to workout and stay fit as you cant use the facilities after paying so high rent.
Premium Price, Missing Basics - Concern Security AlertIf you reading this review, you must have already notice the rent is 20% higher than near by or similar apartment; and if you visited, Leasing Agent will show all Cream of the community. What you should know.Security : You might need to be aware in past 2 years several occurrence of car vandalism & vehicle wheel stolen. Mgmt Failed to provide basic security in community. Several time resident asked mgmt to equipped with gated entrance/ security cameras, all the time request unheard.Rather taking preventive measure you will receive a letter from mgmt and hold you responsible.You will see similar feedback from other resident as well.
Maintenance is not timely. They are short staffed. And lot of breakins, car theft happened here and its recurring. Security is a big concern because its in the woods and not gated.Management is nice and friendly. Rent is little expensive without security.
We have recently moved to Woodbridge this past weekend. So far everyone has been very helpful and the apartment complex is very clean and beautiful. I have no complaints.
Its a trap. Lease renewal sucks. After first term, increase of rent by $380 per month citing market rate. And it seems property management doesnt have any discretion on this. All controlled by owners. Beware !!!

This apartment became very expensive compared to others in this area under same school district. They increased $170 after 1 year which is rediculous. Car thefts/vandalism are very common. Street lights infront of office were gone 4 months ago and still not replaced.

Apartment size too small. Rent on higher side. Heard they hv Roaches problem in some apt.Middle School district very good.
From couple of months maintenance is not good and also not giving important to priority and urgent maintenance requests from residents.And also rents also too high compare to near by apartments.
Strategic location, Leasing company making efforts to keep it attractive and all residents keep engagement levels high!
Good and spacious but there are some bed bugs in few of the apartments, though the place is very well built.

2022-01-28Been living for many years. This used to be a nice place for families but not anymore. First thing, these people bumped up the prices for all units on an average of $400 per month in last one year. They keep on increasing the rates until all existing tenants are kicked out? why because of pandemic, we cant move anywhere else?We understand that this is a perfect schooling area, but you cant misuse that reason. In last 5 years they havent improved the community kids area, its still in a old and miserable condition. Why cant you improve the community amenities with the heavy rents you are charging us now?SECURITY : This is becoming a biggest joke in this place right now. Not single but multiple break-in attempts happened in just a few days. Are you taking any responsibility? All neighbors are in a confusion and concern state to step out of home.Its sad to post this review but all tenants are frustrated, we are not getting what we pay for in this community. Soon or later you people will be in a bad place once every one starts moving out. Start caring for your community and people who are living here.

2022-01-28This place used to be a decent place to live. Not anymore. Multiple break in attempts recently. Management does nothing about it. Rent is very high and keeps increasing. Can’t wait for lease to end. Safety is a huge concern here.

2022-07-04Ive been living here for a year and Im tired of the noise of the upstairs neighbor, they are constantly harassing us and the apartment office doesnt follow up at all. I dont recommend this apartment complex. You rent a lot, but there is no peace.

2022-01-283 apartment break-in attempts in less than a month. Thanks to vigilant neighbors, it was unsuccessful. This is an unsafe community and the leasing office pretends like nothing has happened. There are no cameras installed, no increase in patrol and no measures taken. The apartments are old and bug infested. Pest control is a joke. If you value your safety, look elsewhere.

2021-11-20Good service overall. Maintenance can take a bit sometimes but are generally great at fixing things. Lots of kids riding bikes and playing in the neighborhood. Trash pickup was a hassle sometimes while we were there and the dumpster at the entrance overflowed several times.

2022-02-27Really stupid cause we cant keep any pets other than cats and dogs, like non-exotic fish or birds. tbh, some of the dogs in this community are more dangerous than birds or fish . . . a while ago a pitbull chased a group of kids, attacked a teen, and bit another teen 3 times. this is just . . . outrageous and puts other residents in jeopardy.

2020-10-07I absolutely adore living here! It’s quiet, extremely safe and the neighbors are friendly.I relocated from another state in the middle of the pandemic and rented my unit site unseen. The staff was amazing and The entire process was effortless.I only gave 4 stars because the dog park needs some attention, other than that I have zero complaints. Looking forward to many years here.

2020-12-27I moved out because of many issues. There was some kind of black mold in the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water as well. Everyday I heard the neighbors upstairs stomping around because the walls are so thin. The laundry room’s walls have leaks too. Overall a leaky, moldy, noisy apartment. But two stars because management was helpful.

2019-12-16The community is good. Apartments are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance team is usually very fast in acting on the complaints. We have a kids are. Which is good but could be better.The initial rent was okay but raise are on higher side compared to new move ins.
