Our Salesman Mike Grube was very attentive to our concerns. Stayed in contact with me which was a big plus as it showed he cares about his customers. I had an information request for a call back from another GMC dealer and they didn’t call back. When we arrived at Woody Folsom GMC the showroom was immaculate. My wife and I did a test drive and then we completed the paperwork in no time. We became proud owners of a 2022 GMC Sierra. Very pleasant experience overall. Thank you.
Tony M was great he walked my husband and through the GMC lot. He discussed with us in detail advantages about buying a used truck vs a new one. We purchased a new 2022 Chevrolet truck. The finance process was easy and we ate a super delicious lunch there also. Everyone was professional and atmosphere was a family setting. We love Woody Folsom great place to purchase a vehicle in Baxley Ga.
The service department kept my truck for a little over a month. The only updates I received on it is when I called. Was told that the transmission technician had the ticket but was off so they weren’t sure the status of my truck (several times). Wasn’t aware that the truck was finished until I called to check on the status of it and was informed they were waiting on my “$100 deductible” that I knew nothing about. So much for “free” lifetime power train warranty. Still waiting for them to call and set up a delivery for my truck even after calling twice yesterday about getting it delivered.
Hands down best buying experience with Tanner and Woody. Then… the best part is you continue to be taken care of!! Their incredible customer service will bring more and more buyers from all over. Thank you Tanner and team! Grateful mom of 4 for the easiest experience!
I never actually stepped foot in the dealership, I found a vehicle online and completed the entire transaction over the phone and overnight mail. And then my vehicle was delivered to me when it arrived. Our salesman, Mike Grube, was awesome. As a woman it is usually difficult to purchase a vehicle. Mike was nothing but respectful and made my buying experience superb!
Went in for regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and to get a tire checked that kept getting low tire pressure. Was told that it couldn’t be patched or plugged due to hole being to close to sidewall and was recommended to buy a new tire. BUT they actually plugged the tire, which makes no sense. Thankful that they plugged it, but didn’t log that on the invoice or to my account.
Thats the thing, never went to the dealership, everything was handled remotely. We could be more pleased. The Truck is great. The step feature on the tailgate has already paid off.Attended the UGA game this weekend and our daughter and friends sat in the back, used the step to get up in the bed of the truck in there short skirts. LOL
In the market for a new truck, I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past that was smooth as apple shine! I have sent numerous people to them that purchased vehicles. I have always said if you want it and want to see it in any configuration go to woody! They will have it! Now that we are in a weird time of buying vehicles and used are higher than new, nothing off new, very little for your trade while they are asking WAY over for used….. all that to I visited about 10 dealerships looking for a truck. Woody didn’t have exactly what I wanted but what was disappointing is that their GMC store was marking new vehicles $3k over MSRP just because they can and said others were as well. Well after I went to 10 dealership and called many more in the south east looking only TWO were doing this! Woody was absolutely the last place I would have ever thought would price gouge customers! I found my AT4 new, got a fair deal elsewhere. To top it off their salesman was trying to convince me to buy something I didn’t want saying he would trade me out even when something I wanted came in….. I don’t find that much enjoyment at buying a vehicle to play a swap game and when spending 60k I want exactly what I want. They just wanted a sale k owing it was going to be what I wanted….. I have personally sent them business but would they other to buy local instead of making the drive…
I got my car back in February and was do for an oil change this month, not only did they make the purchasing process easy but they also accommodated me by coming to my work and changing my oil in the parking lot. I am very please with the experience I have had with Woody Folsom. Huge thanks to Steven for being so kind and quick while doing the service on my car. I truly am pleased and would recommend Woody Folsom to all friends and family.
Overall my purchasing experience from Woody Folsom Automotive was great. My sales contact Preston Googe was very responsive to my requests and kept me updated on the arrival of the Sierra Denali. The only hiccup in the transition was that the truck was late to arrive at the dealership. I was traveling when the truck arrived and I wanted to inspect the truck prior to the purchase. This was understandable based on our currently weak transportation supply chain. Preston worked with my wife on the purchase and arranged for the truck to be delivered to my home. I would like to thank Preston for his efforts along with Shari Peebles for the follow up communications on my purchase.
Woody doesnt value the customer once you buy a vehicle from him. You can never get anyone in the phone to schedule an appointment for service. And when you do, you go in and everything you talked about servicing doesnt get done or they forgot or they wasnt the person you talked with when scheduling the service.
I was out of town my Truck needed first service and was overdue when I left from Chicago IlWhen I got settled in to Baxley I went online and booked an appointment , It was really fast and easy !!! they got me in out out in just over an hour !! with over 8 cars in front of me and the bays looked full I was really surprised !!!AWESOME SERVICE THANKS AGAIN !!!!
Ivy Aces let me down, would not call or text me back when I would try to communicate with her. So I called the dealer ship and was complaining to the receptionist, and at that time she transferred myself to Tanner Folsom who was wonderful!! Took real good care of me and we were able to make a deal. So I now have a new car and I am very happy. I will bye another car from this Dealer Ship. I LOVE MY NEW GMC YUKON!!! Thanks Tanner
FANTASTIC!! For someone in a sales industry that knows how hard this job can be and all that it entails, the whole Woody Folsom Team did an outstanding job. I started out making a call on what is a very popular new truck, to just see if it was still available. Within about a minute I was connected with Jay, and he helped me through the entire process and was there with answers on all of my questions. I was originally trying to get all the info & availability and after just a few minutes of talking with Jay & figuring out they did free delivery (WHO DOES THAT) ... I felt confident that I wanted to do business with them. Even as a buyer in Jacksonville & over the phone I felt at ease everything was in good hands.
The Sales Team is amazing. The service department, however, is a complete mess. I have had to have my truck serviced several times since I purchased it in August (mainly oil changes) and every time has been a complete headache. I really wish I didnt have to have my vehicle serviced there. They do not communicate with you AT ALL about your vehicle while its there. I have been stranded twice now, with my children, because my vehicle was not returned in time and no one called me to let me know that they would not be back in time. I almost look forward to my warranty running out so I can just take my truck to be worked on elsewhere, thats how bad EVERY experience with the service department has been.
Our first experience wasn’t too bad as far as getting the deal done. My husband was able to get a new truck with 0% APR. With COVID going on everything was handled over phone and vehicle delivered. However I will say we were told the purchase price was $24k and have the messages from the salesman stating this and their website as proof! We were never given a copy of the contract. I gained access to the contract once I received mail from Ford and created an account where I could view the contract. They actually charged us over $29,000 for the vehicle and once adding in everything else it put us financing over $31k! Since the deal was done we didn’t say anything and decided to chalk it up to the salesman and the finance manager mixed things up and there was nothing we could do about it. 2 months later we decided to try and trade in my SUV and get something newer. First day we sent in all the information requested, pics etc and they just never got back in touch with us. The next day I called to speak with someone and she looked at it real quick and said the car we were interested in didn’t have enough rebates at this time maybe when they get 2021. She sounded like she was rushing through everything. I asked if there was anything else with better rebates then and she said “maybe I will look later and send you what we have”. Hours later nothing! As someone that’s worked in the car sales industry this is not how you keep repeat customers. If we just financed a 30k vehicle 2 months ago through you after been lied to about the price and still came back to try again you think more effort would be given and if you can’t make something happen flat out say that or advise your potential customers on steps they need to take to get the financing they are looking for such as lower debt, bigger down payment etc . Never again.
I purchased a 2017 Tahoe with WFC. That had to be the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. As a returning customer I don’t feel my needs were met. I purchased a 2021 Suburban RST this go round. I barely spoke to the salesman Preston. Seal was done mainly through text. There were no military incentives/ discounts. I was promised interior rubber mats throughout the truck as I did with my trade. Once the car was delivered I had no mats and was offered a voucher for a fraction of the total cost. Also my paperwork didn’t come with the car. I felt disconnected and left flapping in the wind. Completely different experience.
I was scheduled for service on Thursday but I got a call from Brittney at 4:45 Saying they never got a loaner back so they couldn’t get my vehicle. She promised to pick it up on Friday but I never got a call back and I’m still waiting on someone. I still need my truck fixed. I’ve had it for a month and I’m having several issues that need to be addressed asap. My name is also not Ashley. My name is Raquel Selph and I need someone to call me asap so I can have my truck fixed. Thank you
My husband had talked with Jamie on Friday and we had pretty much decided that we wanted the 2020 White Buick Enclave. When we arrived Saturday morning we were greeted by Mr. Grubb I think that lives in Warner Robins. Super nice. He drove the car off the show room for me to drive. When we got back Jamie & Scott greeted us and told us to follow them in Scotts office. They had all the paperwork ready about what the trade in was and what the bottom line was. Scott said they could beat the rate we got from our credit union so we went with GM Financial. We were then taken to the financing guy who was also super nice and we had remembered him from our truck purchase a couple of years ago. We were in and out in no time. We love Jamie and the vehicles we have purchased from him. We wont trade with anyone else. It is worth the 2 hour drive to and 2 hour back home to deal with Woody Folsom.
Mr. Ramiro Galvan bent over backwards to accommodate me. He was very knowledgeable on every ride I asked about. What really meant a lot was when he stated that when I drive off he wanted me to be completely satisfied...in love with my vehicle. He was willing to make a lot of test drives and never acted aggravated and I ended up buying the first one I drove...the one he suggested after LISTENING to all my wants.
From 1st contact I had a slightly used/ New Chevrolet delivered to my driveway in New Jersey in less than 24 hrs. Outstanding !! Dusty, Derrick, Brian were all very good. Now if I could just get my mats that were missing and the 4 front wheel well pins that were missing as well you would have had 5 stars. Again though this dealership knows how to make a good deal happen. Thanx again !!
Woody Folsom is the best dealership ever! Everyone there is extremely courteous and never any pressure from anyone to buy something like most places. I have bought 2 vehicles from Woody in less than a year and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. New ,used or any make or model, Woody has it!!! There service department is outstanding too!!
I encourage anyone who is interested in trading up now is your chance. I was nearly 10k upside-down Kyle Hand and Chad Hand and rest of the team worked diligently to get me in a awesome truck that is worth every penny I paid for it. They are paying above market prices for good trade ins. I hope Mr. Woody doesnt file charges because I nearly stole my new 6.2 road ripping Silverado, I really appreciate there level of dedication to get me huge bowl of that famous nanner pudding. Thanks Guys.
We just completed our FOURTH purchase with Woody Folsom. Kyle and Chad were great help! We always find the customer service to be second to none. They are willing to go above and beyond, and I walked away with my perfect vehicle. We will be back for our fifth, sixth, seventh, etc... purchases. I highly recommend Woody Folsom to anyone looking to purchase. They can find you whatever you want!
Clint Padgett is great to work with. My husband called him and told him what we wanted and he found it for us. He’s always willing to go over and beyond for us. This is our 3rd car we’ve bought from him and have and will continue to recommend other friends and family members to him.
Called dealership Thursday afternoon talked with Kyle Speers told him what I was looking for told me he had the truck. Kyle sent me all the pictures and purchase order. Took care of the banking Friday morning and Kyle had the truck at my house Friday afternoon. There was no beating around the bush we made the deal and it was done. Very good experience I will definitely give woody folsom more of my business in the future. MIKE SMITH PERRY FL
We highly recommend Kermit, Kyle and the entire Woody Folsom Family for all of your car/truck buying needs. They treated my entire Family with the upmost respect, addressed all concerns and answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner. We drove about 300 miles round trip to purchase our new truck and Kermit called the next day to ensure we made it home safe and sound. When a few minor issues came up, Kermit and the Woody Folsom team were completely understanding and handled our issue expeditiously.***** 5 STAR SERVICE BY THE ENTIRE TEAM*****WOODY FOLSOM YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, WE WILL BE BACK!!!
A friend recommended Woody Folsom and Keith Spell. I called him and he was on it. I told him what I was looking for and within minutes he called me back with the stock number of a truck for me to look at. I immediately told him that particular truck would work and he started the process. By 3 pm, I was the proud owner of a Silverado 1500. I could not have asked for a better buying experience and I will be a repeat customer. I have talked to many people from the south GA area and they all have said Woody Folsom is the place to go. They were all correct. I am proud to say I am part of the Woody Folsom family.
Were here looking at some used vehicles at the Chevy store. Talk to Jeff Woodard. Hes been very helpful, patient, and nice while we have looked and test drove a vehicle. Not a pushy or high pressure salesman at all. Ive bought all my vehicles from Woody since 2000, and with service like this, Ill continue to buy here. Shelia in the service department is the BEST also. Shes always taken care of our needs. Very good selection, and if your you dont find it here, woody will probably go get it for you.
Kyle and Tanner made it super easy to get my new Weangler. I got exactly what I needed for my trade and financing was a breeze. They even brought it right to my door and took my trade with them. It was the best experience Ive ever had with a dealership I will definitely be back.
Jacob Jacobs was a wonderful sales associate. Very attentive to my questions and did very well with attention to detail. WF had the vehicle I was looking for and we made the deal over the phone. I contacted other dealers and when I told them what we were looking for, they acted like didnt want to assist or only wanted me to physically come their dealership. After the deal was made they delivered vehicle and did the a paperwork in my driveway. Now that is customer service that was appreciated and will be remembered for my next purchase!
Clint Padgett is one of the Best Salesmans Woody have, he will make the experience very easy. This Dealership should be the Model to how all Chevy Dealerships should be ran, Mr. Folsom and his staff goes above and beyond to make every aspect of buying, servicing or and other need a true pleasure. These guys know how to make it easy and at a fair price margin.
We were very pleased with Jay. He was very patient showing us the different controls and new features on our new car. Also, he kept in touch with us as our new car was being delivered to Baxley. He kept us informed with the delivery date. I was very impressed with Jay and his knowledge.
Had a service 3weeks ago.I had to n almost beg to get it done.I told them my heater and air wasnt working .Two hours later I was told the job would take 9 hours and a loaner wasnt available. Called backed the following Monday and nobody responded. Next day called and was put on hold over an hour. Finally after calling Vidalia location they directed me to a guy in Baxley. I still had to wait 2 weeks for a loaner and ride with no heat and air. Finally got loaner Monday. Went to get my car yesterday and they tried to charge me almost 400$ more than I was told initially even though I had written everything down 3weeks ago after diagnosis. Still I ended up paying more than I was told initially. Not to mention I drove over an hour to Baxley. I can honestly say Im very upset and dissatisfied with the situation from neglect to shady pricing.Im positive that I have no intention of doing any more business with Woody Folsom Chevrolet in Baxley,Georgia. Even though I tried to explain, all they understood was taking my money. Its way more details to this situation.
I had been looking for a new truck for a few days online and ran across a 2019 GMC 3500 that I was interested in. I contacted Brandon Moody ( an online sales rep ) and he was super helpful conveying information on the vehicle. I visited the dealership in person to look at the truck. Woody Folsom and his staff were awesome and got me squared away with a brand new truck within 3 hours. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal on a vehicle.
Overall I am very happy with the service. I bought a new (manual) car and it needed to be delivered from North Carolina. It arrived quickly and was delivered to my house. The only negative thing was that it seemed like there was some dust on the dashboard, crumbs in the cup holders and bugs all over the front of the car. I thought it would be a little more clean but either way, I washed and vacuumed it up and it works a treat. I had a call shortly after to ask how the car was running and if I was happy with everything. I would still recommend this dealership to a friend
Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Corey Leavens was very helpful and did a great job getting us the best deal. There was no pressured sales or time wasted. We took more time test driving the car than it did signing the papers. Corey handled everything over the phone and had it all waiting on us to just sign and drive our new car home. We drove from Brunswick and it was well worth it, although Corey did offer to have the car delivered to us we wanted to come and test drive the car first.
They were very helpful in listening to what I wanted and needed. They were pushy but very helpful. The cars were prepared for me to drive when I showed up to test drive. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot but they found it and had it ready for pick up within 24 hours. They went out of their way to ensure excellent service.
Wonderful experience, and very friendly staff. We used them first of all because Mr. Stuart Drury works there and he sold me my last 4 vehicles counting my 2018 Eqinox. Then I had the privilege to talk, and get to know Mr. Marshall Davis. He took first class care of me and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. They had to find one, but I was happy with his dedication to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I usually buy locally in Douglas; however, this time I was very happy that Woody Folsom was able to provide what I wanted. I will definitely consider Woody Folsom again!
Ive purchased many vehicles from Woody Folsom Chev/Ford/Dodge. Along with each purchase Ive had great experiences with each of the service departments.Keven Carter, Cam Brannen are no nonsense, deal making salesmen. They make the purchase smooth and stress free.Shelia Sears is extremely knowledgeable in the GM product service and repair.Andy Anderson has been my go to in the Ram service department.Through multiple purchases Im thoroughly satisfied with Woody Folsom and his staff.
I was very disappointed in the finance service! The salesman was very helpful and tried to please us and our needs! Ive purchased from Woody Folsom before and was very pleased! I dealt with Woody and I told him what I needed my payment to be and he made it happen! This time I dealt with some Finance guy who apparently makes his money off commission or was trying to make quota in one day with one customer! I understand the business has to make money, but just not ALL off of me! My wife placed a call to explain our experience to Woody but he was not available. He called back the next day and left message to call him and we did and he was not available! Still have not had a returned call other than some of the internet staff trying to apologize for the experience and as I explained to them, it wasnt there fault but thanks for apology. Very disappointed this go around with Woody Folsom and come and down and talk to me!
Had my 2020 GMC AT4 serviced for the first time at this dealership, the same place I bought it. After the service was completed I opened the door to get in and noticed a personal item of mine on the driver side floor. I got in my truck and opened the console and noticed all my items including a storage box inside with personal items had been rumaged thru. Then I noticed a bottle of my water on the front passenger seat. The same person had actually opened my cooler in the back floor and taken a bottle of water out and left it on the seat. This person had even left their greasey finger prints on the top of my cooler. So if you are having your vehicle serviced at this dealership, be sure you lock your items you left in the vehicle.
Mr. Folsom: People like Mike Grube, finance Jacobs, Brittany who showed me all aboutmy truck and mgr. is what makes your business grow. I have retired after 50 yrs.in the Furn. & Appl. business and I know what I am talking about. Thanks againfor all the great service. J. Herman Storey
Our experience purchasing a used vehicle from GM Brad Tuten and salesman Kyle Spears was disappointment after disappointment. The minute we walked through the door, Kyle said “we don’t get like this (opening hands and insinuating big new fancy dealership) by being shady.” Yeah okay...that was a bad sign to begin with. Throughout our entire time working with them, they overpromised and underdelivered on everything, and anyone in business knows...you underpromise and overdeliver. ESPECIALLY in a sales business! We drove 2.5 hours to see a used 17 Nissan Armada ready to buy. We talked with Kyle via phone about this specific vehicle for 2 days and he knew we were coming cash in hand, ready to leave with the car. He agreed to have the vehicle ready for us when we arrived at 11. The vehicle wasn’t even on the lot when we arrived, so we went to lunch. An hour later we came back, and it still wasnt on the lot. By 1pm, as salesman after salesman walked past us clearly having been on the sales floor for hours (with a baby, no less), a young finance guy finally took a hint that we were sick and tired of being given the run around and got Kyle to the sales floor. He finally told us that the Armada had damage and was in detail, and he didn’t want to show it to us before it was finished in detail.Wed already spent over 2 hours waiting and were about to hit the trail and piss away all the time wed waited, so Kyle offered my husband the option to briefly inspect it while in detail. We then sat down with Kyle & GM Brad to negotiate price. When it was all said and done, the dealership agreed to fix the damage & deliver our vehicle to us 4 days later, which they did do (though not until after we called to check on the status after hearing nothing all day). Besides delivering the vehicle on the promised day, the only other thing they followed through on was getting us a spare key. We are still missing all of the entertainment accessories, and the vehicle was sold without a spare tire. None of this would have been the case if wed seen a presentable vehicle on time to begin with. It also took over 30 days to get our title paperwork processed, something we had to call several times on to get moving.Honestly the part that put the worst taste in our mouth was the poor customer service by GM Brad Tuten. No need to go into more detail, but suffice it to say the guy had a good opportunity to make a crappy experience right and opted not to. It’s incredibly frustrating to be an eager, ready to go buyer and have every single last part of a car buying experience be so poor, and to have someone shrug you off on promised accessories for a pricy, barely used vehicle. You couldn’t offer us any kind of incentive to purchase another vehicle from Woody Folsom and we are sure to share with everyone who asks about our vehicle, how a terrible dealership experience is long-lasting even when you love your car.
I am an active duty service member and I came here to purchase a truck with my wife. Unfortunately we ended up not making the deal we were looking for and that was okay. However, the reason we will never be returning to Woody Folsom in Baxley is entirely due to a floor manager by the name of Stuart Drury, who made us very uncomfortable. Many times throughout our experience with Stuart, he lied and explained how much he cared about not hitting our credit score(s) with hard inquiries. We were appreciative of his concern, but I know there was something up with him from the get go and his pin-hole sized pupils reminded me of a snake. My wife and I agree that he seemed to be high throughout our encounter. He told us about his cousin, who died in Iraq. He FAKED TEARS AND TRIED TO USE HIS COUSINS SACRIFICE FOR HIS COUNTRY TO MAKE US FEEL BAD AND TO GET US TO SOFTEN UP AND POTENTIALLY BUY THE VEHICLE. What kind of person does that. Especially to another soldier like myself. I was notified of my hard credit Inquiries that I received thanks to stuart. So all in all I have been offended, my time wasted, and my credit score lowered through my experience here. At all costs, please avoid this man and maybe even this business.
Purchased my vehicle from them over a year ago and was nothing but pleased with my service and deal. They went above and beyond to help me. I told them a price I wanted to be at and they were very up front and honest with me and put me in a nice ride for around my budget. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
Purchased a Chevrolet Colorado from Woody Folsom on 11/7. Reported issue with heavy vibration to Salesman and Service Manager at Woodys. Was told to bring it back but service department has a two week delay due to employee issues.Took truck to Dan Vaden Chevrolet in Brunswick (local to me) and within 1 minute of describing my issue, they advised of a known torque converter issue with the Colorado.I spent $40 on a tire rebalance to see if that would address the issue out of pocket on a brand new truck. Not happy with having to try things on what should have been a known issue.
Long story short, my husband and I were were browsing for a new vehicle a couple of weeks ago. We went to a local dealership in Jesup that offered a great deal on a 2016 vehicle but didnt have any 2016 vehicles in store and would have to look at sister store in a different city nearby to get that same deal. That same day my husband called Woody Folsom in Hazelhurst and asked if they had in vehicles in stock and if they could MATCH that deal. The sales representative stated that anything that the dealership in Jesup could offer that they would match and we wouldnt have to search any further. Also, the sales representative stated that, We sell over 120 more vehicles than the dealership in Jesup does. My husband further questioned and made sure before we drove an hour and a half to Hazlehurst that they would hold true to that deal and sell us the vehicle for that price. The sales rep reassured and encouraged us to come down today and we can make this happen. Little did we know when we arrived that it was all too good to be true. The sales rep introduced us to the sales/billing manager and from that point he crunched numbers. At first he stated that the best he could do was $300.00 over the initial price we were quoted. Then, after we stated we most defiantly couldnt do that he brought it down to $200.00 less than that and stated that was his final offer. I explained that we were told an initial price with the sales rep and the sales/billing manager admitted that the sales rep shouldnt have quoted us that price knowing that it probably couldnt happen. Then he went on to explain that we were already on the way anyways (which we were most defiantly not) and so he assumed it wasnt asking us to come that much out of the way?!? Although I have had several family members buy vehicles from Woody Folsom dealership and have heard countless commercials on the radio of the best deals around, I will never do business with Woody Folsom. Woody Folsom talks a big game of how they sell more vehicles and how they are the best dealership, but my experience was far from the best dealership experience. Woody Folsom presents an image of dishonesty and low quality costumer service.
I was recently travelling from Valdosta when I cut a tire near Hazlehurst. The service department was able to send me a loaner car and pick mine up within an hour and get me on my way to my game in Lyons. They were able to replace my tire the next morning and deliver my car back to me. The staff was so helpful and courteous. I have not been a Woody Folsom customer in the past, but I will be in the future.
Me and my family have been purchasing vehicles from Woody Folsom since he was a salesman back in 1988. Through the years weve bought around 30 from Woody and his guys. Tell them I sent you and talk to Brad Tuten and Ol Big head Derrick Jacobs. Their just like Woodys sons they can get by with given you a good deal.
THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE... each time I called Im on hold 10mins or more...Poor communication...I was told it would be a 3 day wait for my part to come in .. 8 days later no part and no phone call to communicate this to me.. After that I took my car to another dealership.

2022-01-18I ordered a Tahoe in September with Preston. It came in last week and they even delivered it to my house! The Tahoe was perfect and I didn’t even have to spend hours in the dealership. The sales team was fantastic and went above and beyond. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any of my car needs.

2022-05-01The whole service department was very helpful and understanding. Jeff was very helpful when it came to questions I had and if he wasn’t sure he would ask someone who was. I will never take my car somewhere else to get work done on it because I trust the people at Woody Folsom and have been very satisfied with their work.

2022-04-20I have never heard of much less had a worse experience with service this poor. Not only do I have no clue what has been done but the service department has no clue either. I dont even know if the oil was changed, after multiple calls and work orders written up the tires have yet to been rotated and balanced with 12k miles on the truck after I was told they had been. The transmission slips in the truck but nobody ever seems to notice but a child in my truck will say what was that vibration. The engine still has a rattle occasionally after multiple new parts installed on the top end rebuild of a brand new truck. I will never buy anything from Woody Folsom again and I will never buy a Chevrolet again with such poor quality and no service.

2022-04-05The buying experience was straight forward and trouble free. I have bought several new vehicles in my life and this is one of the best buying experiences ever. Nothing was hidden and just like I like to do business everything that was said was done and nothing was said that wasnt done and done when they said it would be. Thank you

2022-06-15Everything went great. Did everything over the phone. It was all fast and easy. The only problem was the new truck was delivered with the check engine light on. I didn’t have the truck 24hrs and it had to be returned. Everyone has been nice to deal with but buying a truck brand new and it’s been at the service department longer than my driveway is not exactly how I thought this was going to go. I’m sure it will all work out. It’s not Woody Folsoms fault the truck has issues but it’s terrible it didn’t make 100 miles before a check engine light came on. Even though the truck has problems I would buy from them again. Everyone was super nice and easy to deal with.

2022-04-08I had a 90,000 mile service on my CMC Sierra and when I left it wasn’t running right. I immediately called and the dealership owner answered my call and asked me to bring it right back, they would check it. The tech had overfilled the engine with oil by one quart. They corrected it immediately and were very apologetic and told me if there were any further issues call them and they will take care of me. Woody Folsom and his team took a mistake and were honest, transparent and made it right. Highly recommend them.

2022-06-01Loved how easy it was to order and purchase a new vehicle. And the delivery to my home topped it off. Ive always spent hours in a dealership and this experience was a much better alternative!

2022-07-01Check your prices people. In this three county area its a three ring circus of price gouging.Although there are some great sale people at Woody Folsom. There are some that are really snooty and thinks there toot dont stink.Well its no fat off my back. Again check your prices and remember never judge a book by its cover sale people.
