Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in other cities:
Friendly & Down to earth staff. They gave me my space , were there to answer any type of question that I had. The staff was not overbearing like your typical car dealership would be Im just looking around at the moment but when I do buy my next car it will most likely be from Woody Folsom in Baxley
I purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 back in September. The truck is absolutely great. I really love it. We had a few issues with the tag because of a clerical error from the initial paperwork. It did take a bit of work to sort it out, but their tag clerk was diligent and got it fixed. Also, the GM Mr. Carter took the time to help get things sorted out. I appreciate his special attention and patience. These are truly some of the nicest people in the business.
Bought vehicle around a year ago and still had a few more oil changes left that came with the vehicle. Unfortunately the Jesup service center closed and now I was told I would have to drive over an hour to their other dealer store in order to get the oil changes. They offered no other options to help the individuals such as myself that drove to them to buy. I think they should have offered to reimburse me the cost of the oil change instead of just dismissing them or having the customer drive from Hinesville to Baxley. I will buy my vehicles from somewhere else next time. Very poor customer service.
Chose to drive an hour and a half out to Woody Folsom based on a friends recommendation. So glad my husband and I did. Experiences at previous dealerships were terrible; sketchy slimy salesmen. First representative we spoke with was Nathan Lamb. Nathan was amazing! He never pushed us towards anything and listened to our ideas and concerns and provided feedback. I was particularly appreciative of the fact I wasnt ignored. Previous salesman at other dealerships only spoke to my husband, didnt listen to me, which was nonsense since I was the one trading in a vehicle and getting a new truck.Eventually we were left in the capable hands of another rep as Nathan was needed elsewhere, but throughout the process, he always came to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything while he managed other tasks. We were there for hours. But this was our own choosing. I had never purchased a new vehicle, or a vehicle at all, and had never owned a truck so everything about the experience was brand new. They were so patient! There was no rush to run numbers until we knew what we wanted whereas most want to run your credit the second youre on the lot!I really cant brag enough about these guys. Im so glad we made the trip to ensure a positive buying experience.
Worked with Phillip Wood to buy a new Dodge Ram 1500. Great experience. Very professional. Even delivered my truck to me as I live out of town. Never seen that before. Very impressed with my new truck and the great service from Phillip and the Woody Folsom team. Highly recommend them!
So far so good. Found the exact truck I wanted. Texted in pics and details of my trade. Had a number within 45 minutes max. Worked out the details on a 2019 ram 1500 and they delivered to me. 300 miles away. Same day. Within like 6-7 hours. The truck looks perfect so far. Finance was easy and they got me exactly what I wanted, quick, painless and top notch service. I’m in sales and I would recommend them to anyone. Phillip woods was my rep.
Spoke with salesman on phone prior to driving a hour to the dealership. They were honest and up front with every aspect of the deal. No hidden charges, no surprises. The Manager to the receptionist and all in-between were very professional and courteous. The facilities were new and extremely clean. there are literally hundreds of cars and trucks to choose from. Traded both vehicles that evening under 3.5 hours. Woody Folsom will be the dealership I go to again.
I ended up purchasing a car through a different option. But while searching for a car, these folks pulled strings to try to find me a right fit. Though I decided to go with a different car, they were very professional and respectful everytime we talked. Always putting the customer first and willing to go to great lengths to find the right fit. Id recommend this dealership to anyone!
My salesperson was Phillip Woods and I had the best and easiest experience every buying a car. He made sure that I got exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford and made the process so very easy. I will definitely purchase from him again and would send anyone I know to him. Thanks again Phillip, I LOVE MY WRANGLER!! :-)
I recently bought a brand new Laramie Longhorn from Woody Folsom. At first, everything was great. The sale was easy and was mostly done over the phone and even texts. On Oct 3rd they delivered my truck to me, and I live over 200 miles from Baxley. Keep in mind they DROVE it to me. Between Oct 3rd and Oct. 12th I barely drove my truck, as I have a commuter car that I continued to drive to work. They put more miles on it driving it to me than I put on it from the 3rd to the 12th. However, on Oct 12th I was washing my brand new truck, even though it probably didnt need it, and I discovered a small scratch on the fold of the bumper in a not so noticeable spot. I called my salesman the following Monday Oct. 14th to alert him of what I had found. He asked for me to send him some pictures to show his manager, which I did. After that I did not hear anything for another week on Monday the 21st only after I reached back out to him. Then he asks if I can bring the truck to them in Baxley, over 200 miles one way for me, so they can look at it. First off, I would have to take a day off from work to do what he is asking me to do, and that is not an option. So, I asked if I understand my 2 year free oil change policy, they are willing to drive one way over 200 miles to get my truck and change to oil and bring it back to me. If that is so then why cant they help me with this scratch without me having to take off work to drive over there. Then the salesman tells me and I am quoting, “Im not saying youre lying but it has been 3 weeks since you bought the truck”. WRONG answer! First of all, it was about 10 day when I first alerted him and he drug it out for an additional week. Then he wants me to drive over 200 miles one way so he and his manager can give me their expert opinion on how they think the scratch got there and whether they would be willing to fix it. I think it would be cheaper to fix it locally and I just learned my lesson about buying vehicles from so far away. Service after the sale at Woody is not so good for people that dont live local to them. Just saying. My wife has been looking at the new Jeep Cherokees, but she wont be buying it from WF. I should have bought my truck from Robert Hutson as well.
Too much pressure to make a sale. Our sales rep was actually a nice guy. Whoever above him threw in a vehicle that was not on the sales line. All seemed ok and we agreed to buy. After all the paperwork, and transferring my personal items into the new vehicle, I find out we cant get a temp tag. Our new vehicle was a buy-back and that been registered. They had just bought it back the same day. My wife liked the vehicle, so I stuck with it. It took almost two weeks to get a temp tag, so we legally could not drive our new truck. The previous owner had not returned the second key, and was assured Id have it a couple of days after the purchase.... I got it a week after I got the tag after complaining about it. Out of all of the Dodge dealers in the southeast.... I can choose another one. Bad purchase experience.
Nathan made my truck buying experience easy. There was no pressure and he went out of his way to find me just the right truck for my needs. He was a true gentleman, answered all my questions and never rushed me. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.
Horrible experience. To start off, contacted dealership in regards to a Jeep I saw online. They stated they had the Jeep on the lot. Very excited because it was in the price range and exactly what I was looking for. drove an hour to dealership only to be told that the Jeep wasn’t for sale because it had been put on the website by mistake. I understand that accidents due happen. We looked at a few other jeeps and decided that there wasn’t anything else in our price range, However they salesman felt terrible and was very persistent on finding something similar and in our price range. I was very up front in saying, we would be interested and gave our price we wanted— we didn’t want to waste their time, nor more of ours. Needless to say, the salesman showed us a Jeep that he claimed would meet our price and we were very excited! Only to be given the paper with the final cost to be double more a month. I am upset from how this experience started to how it ended.
Seen a deal they was offering on Facebook ad I contacted them by message. They said they would be right back in contact with me. NO BODY never got back with me. I contact them back in a few weeks had to beg for a price. And then when I said something about the deal they was offering he did not know anything about it. Asked to talk to woody they said he would call me in a bit 4 weeks no call from woody!!!!!! He will NOT talk to you like he says he will don’t buy from any of there dealership
I love this dealership. There are lots of friendly people hare that want to help. I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel and was given tons of options. Nathan Lamb was my seller and was great. He lined many trucks up so I could compare them side by side. Woody Folsom dealerships are clean, honest, and professional and everyone takes their time with you. Will be back in a couple of years.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This was the worst hassle in buying a car I have experienced. The salesperson Tyler was great. And the first process of buying the car wasnt the worst. But after it was just ridiculous. The General Manager Billy was terrible. He laughed in our face when we drove up the second time, an hour out of our way, to fix THEIR mistake. They took over three weeks to payoff our trade ins. And took three weeks to send in our tag application! Every time we called we were told it was being overnighted, only to have to call and be told the same thing days later. Save the trouble, buy your car elsewhere.
I love this dealership. I bought my first car (a 2016 Dodge Dart) from here. Nathan Lamb was my seller and he was very helpful. Woody Folsom dealerships are honest and professional and they dont waste your time. I have referred my friends and family to go here when they are looking for a new car.
Sat. Aug. 27, 2016, I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4x4 SUV.....I so LOVE my new jeep, and so does my husband. Our sales rep Nathan Lamb was one of the nicest, helpful, sales rep I have met in years. He made sure when we left, that we were 100% happy, helping us, showing us and setting up things for us. Id also like to add, everyone we met there was all awesome and so very helpful and just friendly people. Thank you for making this a grand experience...and fast too...
We started our search online for a Ram 1500. Leon R contacted us by phone. He is very knowledgeable about the trucks and listened to exactly what we wanted and needed. The next day he had the truck delivered from 2 hours away. We never once had to step into the dealership. Everything he said he would do was done. Absolutely the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had.
Woody Folsom Dodge worked really hard to get us what we wanted. We switched trucks 3 times during the deal because we kept finding better deals in different Rams, lol. My husband FINALLY made a decision and what a awesome decision it was.Thank you so much to Myers and Mike for putting up with all the back and forth, Lol!! We definitely recommend this dealership!!
Not happy...bought my car brand new. Found out that the great trade I thought I got turned out to be a lie. So they gave me what the car was worth (I think ),but when the paperwork was done on the charger , the selling price was more than msrp. I wanted to trade my charger and all the dealers wont take it because I am upside down. Everyone I have talked to says that Woody folsom screwed me. I was upside-down from the very beginning. Be careful if youre a woman. I bragged about how great they were for months. Now I find this out.
I just want to say I have bought dozens of new cars over the years and almost all of them Dodge/Ram/Chrysler products. I have never purchased a vehicle unseen and off line and was a little hesitant. I must say Woody Folsom Dodge exceeded my expectations and working with Demi, and Lee was such a pleasure. I have sold Dodge new cars and trucks up north and working with Woody Folsom exceeded 98% of all car dealers I have ever dealt with. If you want an honest dealer, courteous and someone who truly wants to earn your business this is the place to shop. They even delivered my vehicle 450 miles away at no charge their drivers very courteous and thoughtful making sure that we were happy before they left. Thank you Bruce & Jayne Abshire
Not happy with this dealership. Would rate No Star if I could. Have a couple of friends that recieved great service, but I guess they ignored the hidden fees and bait and switch. Though they did mention to me that they didnt exactly get what they were shopping for. Its a bit of a drive for me so my dealing was over the phone. They attempted more than once to push me into a vehicle that Im NOT interested in, dont care of the so called rebates/incentives on the vehicle (especially since I only qualify for 1 out of 70). Its amazing that 5 different people call me and say the same scripted statements. Glad to see that you all paid attention in Car Sales Swindeling 101 class. Then on top of all of it, they would only offer me $13k less on my trade in than what the National Average trade in is (which my car currently sells for $32k within a 300 mile radius), I do not have that much negative equity. They would not listen to me telling them to actually look up the car with ALL the options, not a 3 cyl base model. KBB and Black Book has it listed pretty high for trade in. All I can finish in saying is Do yuour Homework BEFORE going there!
Michael Hicks was my sales guy and he was super! I really enjoyed my time shopping for a new vehicle at this location. I wish that every sales person that I’ve dealt with was this sincere in their approach to car sales. I look forward to my next visit with Woody Folsom. 🙂
Only buy a vehicle from this deserve if you dont plan on having it serviced here. I bought my 2015 Ram truck from them a year ago. I have had problems with the backup camera get since. They refuse to fix it saying that they cant get the truck to duplicate it despite photos and videos I have sent of the problem occurring. Also, a leaked formed at the cargo light and their solution to fix it was to seal it in with liquid gasket which they got all over the paint around the light. I cannot change the cargo lamps because of this fix either. My truck had 14K miles on it when I bought it out right. Great buying experience but terrible follow up and deplorable service.
I had a warranty issue with my truck. I took it to them and they fixed. Two months later and less than 900 miles later the drive shaft that was just put in broke again. When it was taken back I was first told that I had no warranty and the first time it was fixed it was do as a courtesy. After a lengthy conversation trying to explain that my truck still has factory powertrain warranty on it. I got off the phone made one phone call had a email sent to me showing that I had over two years and over sixty thousand miles left on my powertrain warranty. I was told three different excuses of why my truck wasnt going to be fixed under warranty. After proving them wrong in writing every time they gave me an excuse to why it wouldnt be fixed under warranty I called Woody. I told him what was going on and in his words was told I could come get my damn truck and take it somewhere else because he had more service work than he could do anyway. This goes on for almost two weeks and I get a call today telling me that someone with Woody Folsom Dodge called Chrysler Warranty representative and told them to cancel my remaining warranty because I was abusing my truck. This is a 2014 RAM R/T two wheel drive. We arent taking about a four-wheel drive going mud bogging. A two wheel drive regular cab truck. This truck has never been on a track. It still has the tires that came on it from the factory. So if this truck was just dogged out and abused as was told how could the tires still have almost 50% tread still on them?? It is a RAM R/T so yes its not been driven to church on Sunday morning every time it is driven but abused its not. My warranty was canceled with no one from Dodge ever coming to look at it. Dont really understand how that could happen. It was done solely by what Woody Folsom Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram told the Chrysler warranty representative. I guess because I knew a little more than the average person about this and how it works I pissed someone off. Some people I guess cant handle being proved wrong when they know they are lying. So if anyone that works at this place has a personal vendetta against you do not take your vehicle to Woody Folsom Automotive. This is the most crooked thing Ive ever seen done in the Car Business even from Woody Folsom. I have been told there is really no way to have my warranty reinstated. So if you are needing service or to buy a vehicle I would highly recommend you stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Like I said this is low even for Woody Folsom
If I could give less stars i would.Financed my vehicle in June, finally got registartion information in August. They were told to only title vehicle and not register it. They sent funds for both title and and registration. The DMV sent them back the money in August for registration. I called in september to inquire on my money that they had, that was sent back from DMV. They claimed they didnt keep records of who the money was for so she couldnt tell me when. She told me she would call back soon. 8 weeks later here i am still waiting on my money. They have been the worst dealership ive ever delt with.
My husband and I went to Woodys looking to trade in our truck and when we met salesman Ziggy Mosley, we were extremely impressed by his professional and personable personality. We recommend anyone that goes to Woody Folsom Automotive to use Ziggy Mosley as their salesman. He is very trustworthy and helpful with whatever you ask of him.
Omg. So I spoke with them last Monday (June 25 2018) and we set up an appointment to come look at a 2016 Dodge Charger that has been on their lot for about 3 months now. The appointment was set for Saturday (June 30 2018). Now note I live 2 hours away in Savannah Ga. They called me Friday and Saturday morning and asked was I still coming and I said yea. So me and my brother drive 2 hours to go check out the car and i wanted to see where they could meet me at price wise. I get there and the car isn’t there. We ride around the whole dodge lot and the woody Folsom overflow lot two doors down. I called the woody Folsom lot in Jesup and they said that i was in the right place. He said the car is at that lot. So come to find out, the manager’s wife wrecked her charger and it’s in the body shop so she’s driving the one I came to look at as loaner! So how tf you let some get a car that I was coming to look at. The salesman goes and get a 2018 so I can test drive it so see how it feel. Bruh what is test driving a new charger gon do for me and I’m here looking at a used 2016? No I wanna testdrive the one I came to potentially buy. So I say well let’s just talk price. Now on the website they have the car listed $28000 and it has 16000 miles on it. But when he brought me the paper of the price after taxes and stuff, the mileage was 21000. But you didn’t change the price. Correct me if I’m wrong but that car done got another oil change. Second, where did 5000 miles come from?? But you trying to stay put at that price tho. So how long did she have the damn car cuz 16000 to 21000 is big difference. Now what if I came with my own financing from my bank with the check ready to get the car?? You just lost out on a sale. I know where other chargers like it is at and unless they come down significantly on the price ( because she’s 2nd owner to me. Managers wife or not she put 5000 miles on that car) I will not return there nor refer somebody to go there because you don’t waste ppl time like that all because you just wanna get them to the dealership and potentially talk them into something different. If you have to drive more than an hour to get there, make sure the salesman FaceTime call you and he’s physically standing by the vehicle.
Ronny Smith gave me THE EASIEST car buying experience ever in June 2016. Thats saying something, because I typically love the car buying process. I live in Atlanta and bought it sight unseen and it is exactly how Ron described (perfect condition with only minor scratches on the rear cargo door interior threshold). It is an awesome car. Ron and Woody Folsom are so committed to selling cars, that AFTER we finalized the deal, Ron arranged to have the car driven to my home in Atlanta so I wouldnt have to spend my Fathers Day weekend driving down to Vidalia. What a service! I spent a mere 5 minutes signing papers in my driveway, and the car was mine. Again, SO EASY (even my over the phone negotiations were pleasant). My wife and I love the 2013 Durango Citadel. Thanks Ron!
Wasnt sure exactly what i wanted, but knew I did not want to leave in my current vehicle!!! being as picky as I am, I drove several vehicles of all makes... But I had an Awesome Salesmen, Nathan, who put up with me and put me in my Perfect Truck! We have bought several vehicles from Woody, Great People!
I bought from the Dodge dealership. Absolutely no service after the sale. I have called several times and they wont even return a call. Bad mistake, I have no intentions of dealing with them again. When they make the sale they forget about you and dont want to talk with you anymore has been my personal experience with them.
I had a positive experience at this dealership. My husband I had done some preliminary research on the 2016 Jeep Cherokee. We looked around Waycross, which is our hometown, and then drove to Baxley on a whim. We arrived at Woody Folsom at about 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and talked with Chester Thompson. He struck us as kind and honest, but not hard-sell. By the time the dealership closed at 6:00, we bought a Cherokee. Not only were we satisfied with the sales experience, we also had a positive service experience. We took the Cherokee out of town and had trouble with the airbag and seat belt system, which needed a simple software update. Chester made sure we got a service appointment, detail, and gas as soon as possible. He even gave me $5 for Dairy Queen Blizzard for our trouble.
I had a pleasant truck buying experience with the Woody Folsom Ram Center in Baxley, GA.As everyone knows that there are several elements that have to be negotiated when purchasing a vehicle. You got the sticker price, there is the trade-in value of your ride, there is the interest rate, and don’t forget about the confusing line items in the contract. It can become overwhelming and intimidating to even most experienced car buyers. And yes, all elements are negotiable. The website is really what got my attention the most. It is very informative, and the pictures and descriptions are very detailed. Glenn (sales associate) was very knowledgeable about the all of the products and not pressuring at all. Just a good ole country boy. After a few negotiations with Glen (sales), GSM (Bill I think), and the finance guy, we all came to a mutual agreement on all of the elements, and I rode off in my used (new to me) truck.Oh, I haven’t mentioned that I live in Statesboro, GA, which is an hour ride. I wish that I could have done business locally, but they just don’t have the inventory that compares to Woody Folsom in Baxley. I was blown away with how huge, and the amount of vehicles at Woody’s. I don’t know how they keep track of all of it. If you want it, they have it!One con:There was only one keyfob available with my purchase and it was going to cost an additional $300 to order another one. I plan on doing that very thing next month, but guess what came in the mail yesterday? Yep, they found the other keyfob and sent it to me, so erase that con.I WILL RETURN FOR BUSINESS, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOODY’S
I definitely wouldnt suggest inquiring about a vehicle from this dealership. The salesman Dylan ran my credit without my permission. I told him I only wanted numbers to send to my credit union.I gave him my information believing it would only be a soft pull since he stated my credit wouldnt be ran. Nope, it was hard pull. So he called me this morning talking about another dealership that ran my credit in OCTOBER. Its December. October had nothing to do with December. That dealership had permission, whereas you didnt. I explained that, so he transferred me over to rude ass Lee.Lee is a joke. He basically told me that a soft pull and a hard inquiry is the same. HA! No, Lee. A soft pull doesnt affect your credit but a hard pull does. Anything to cover up for his incompetent salesman I guess.Ive already spoke to a consumers protection lawyer and Ill be suing for a violation of the Fair Credit Act.
They convinced me to drive 90 minutes away to test a brand new Jeep with an incorrectly installed lift. Salesman shrugged his shoulders and said someone would look at it the next day. 3 hours driving only to be told lifted jeeps arent able to stay in a single lane at 45mph. Hopefully your experiences are better than mine.
They had the vehicle I was looking for. I am out of state. They were willing to come pick me up from the airport 2 hours away to come and get me. This is the type of dealership that I would always hope to work with when it comes to customer service and great communication.
2 information requests from their website, 1 Autotrader request, and two replies to automated emails and I still know nothing about the vehicle I was interested in. I’m not sure if this dealership even exists, their internet/customer service department sure doesn’t. I will be shopping elsewhere, and I advise you to do the same.
Just bought a Ram 2500 and I love it. Turns out I had to go all the way to Baxley,Ga to get the best price. Even though I live in Florida, Nathan Lamb was able to get me the truck I wanted for the right price over the phone. They even drove it all the way to Orlando for me.
I have never in my life encountered I work for a business that was so disrespectful. I used to drive for Woody Folsom Automotive in Baxley Georgia until I receive the citation for No Tag which had nothing to do with me and my valid license. I advised Woody Folsom himself for the citation and he told me that he would take care of it just to find out later that I would had a bench warrant out for my arrest due to the fact that he did not take care of it or pay the citation.(it aint like he dont have the monet) I went back to talk to him again and he advise me that WHEN I get locked up to give him a call and he will be there to get me out. I am 28 years young and I have never been incarcerated for any thing because I hold myself to a certain standard (as I should) I took him to court over a month ago to get my money back and to this day I still have not received my money back. But I got the pleasure of going to court and listening to his lawyer conversate about how shes going out of her way to help a poor young black woman who got caught in North Georgia by law enforcement for gun trafficking and with tons of money instead of discussing my case like we should, because Woody wanted her (the lawyer or whatever her title is) to help the young black woman & her boyfriend. I have truly lost all respectful for this man who I once admire because of drive & accomplishments, and now I see that he one of the reasons why he is so successful is because of he have stood proudly on the backs of many other people to get the success he have today and I have no respect for that.
I used their webpage text service to request information about a specific vehicle. I provided my VIN so they would know exactly what I wanted to trade, then I received a text simply saying WHAT IS THE YEAR, MODEL, COLOR OF YOUR VEHICLE? Once I realized it was a customer mill with no concern for professional service, I texted a message with my disappointment and asking them to disregard my interest. I got a response saying ON BEHALF OF OUR SALES TEAM, WE THANK YOU. Look elsewhere.
I have never sold automobiles at a better dealership...meaning Woody Folsom Dodge in Baxley Georgia is like Burger King. Here you can have it your way. This is the most courteous, respectful, considerate and caring places that rivals the respect one gets at ones home. If you want morals, values and ethics like those of church congregation then Billy Gregory GM of Woody Folsom CDJR in Baxley Georgia is the man to see!!!
Brought in a Chrysler crossfire for an alignment and tire pressure sensor programming, An hour later receive a call that they could not do an alignment due to other bad components, I said ok, I came back to pick up my vehicle and they charged me for a 4wheel alignment that they did not do, I ask the service writer why Im being charged, if you didnt do the alignment, his response, I have to pay the technician, so let me get this straight if you bring a vehicle to the dealership and they cant perform the service theyll still charge you for the service well at least at this dealership

2021-10-22Bought a vehicle from them 4 months ago. Was in an accident last week, car had to be towed. Apparently upon purchasing this vehicle from them the rim of the car had been jb welded and the tire pumped almost slap full of fix a flat. I know the car was purchased this way because we don’t drive it everyday, and I have NEVER put fix a flat in the tire. Tire came off the rim while driving down the interstate and put me into a guard rail. Called the dealership showed them these same pictures and explained the situation with respect. Just to be met with disrespect like it wasn’t their problem on a CERTIFIED pre owner vehicle that a rim had a crack in it that was band aided with fix a flat and jb weld. I called them and just asked them to HELP me pay for the rim repair since the rims on a 2017 Daytona Charger are not cheap. Instead they said it wasn’t their problem. I will say this much had my kids been injured in that accident I wouldn’t have been so kind. Would not recommend doing business with them ever again. You can’t put on the face of a family dealership and then say not your problem when you’ve been given evidence that this is something YOU SOLD ME. I wrecked the car because YOU SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BANDAID ON THE RIM! Then when I call to just ask for you to do the right thing you tell me to get lost. Bring your money elsewhere, they don’t care about you, just your money.

2022-06-18You can get a pretty good idea about an organization by talking to the hand shaker and talking to the decision maker. Im pleased to say that every person I have spoke to at Woody Folsom CDJR actually listened to my inquiry, then instead of saying no problem they said Im not sure but I will find out. That takes humility, pride and a genuine desire to ensure my satisfaction. And thats not training, its culture.

2021-03-12Great supportive and friendly staff here. We even met the owner, Woody, and he told us to reach out to him anytime if we ever needed anything. We are part of an investigative agency purchasing some vehicles for our investigators, and they were very helpful in helping us set up the vehicles before we drove off the lot.

2019-07-21This is a great place to buy a new car. Saw the car on line. Sent pictures of old car, discussed cash down, and payments. They beat interest rate on pre approved loan through a building and loan, then delivered car to our house one hundred miles away, and picked up trade in.

2021-08-14I’ve been so frustrated with my “local” dealer that I made the drive to Woody Folsom, where my husband and I purchased our last two vehicles. Glenn and the others in the service department made it well worth the trip. My vehicle was diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a positive experience!

2019-12-21I bought a new 2019 Dodge Charger ScatPack Plus over the phone from Phillip Woods this past Tuesday December 17th, 2019. I had been Internet-searching these vehicles for a good while & found the exact color & trim level & 6.4L 392 SRT Hemi of a beast that I wanted. I live in Kingsport, Tennessee (300 miles plus) away & the dealership delivered it to my driveway the next day. So far, this has been the most seamless/painless car transaction Ive ever experienced. Lastly, the almost 9 grand in discounts & rebates made it easier on the wallet. Keep up the Good Work Woody Folsom Dodge.

2021-08-18I have always been hesitant about relying on dealerships to perform routine maintenance that I can do myself, such as an oil change. Glenn Griffis (Service Advisor) changed my perspective when he provided rapid and precise response to a situation where I could not complete the oil change due to an overtightened oil filter. Its amazing how a simple task can create a huge hassle in everyday life. Glenn was able to provide me a tow truck and complete the oil change promptly.Thank You Glenn!

2022-04-28WOMEN BEWARE: I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a couple repairs. My lift gate wasn’t working, and the team broke the cover on the interior panel. They blamed it on previous repairs, but I have a before picture. (It was just fine before they got a hold of it) I also needed my windshield wiper fluid dispenser fixed. I paid and left without checking beforehand. It still doesn’t work. So now, I’ve lost money and 3 hours of my life. I was definitely taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE CENTER.
