What can I say about World Storage? First,let me say thank you for what you do!! The ladies at that facility are phenomenal!!! They are very professional and friendly!!! They are willing to answer any questions that you may have and are willing to assist you with any problem you may have!!! My husband and I have had a storage unit with World Storage for about 6 years and havent had any problems!! I love, love their customer service and I would highly recommend them to anybody who is in need of a storage unit(s)!!! Ladies, you all are appreciated and please keep up the good work!!!!
Very clean, no cats or rats or vermin ruling the place. Lots of storage options including covered storage for large vehicles such as RVs and boats. I had a climate controlled storage unit and my belongings remained pristine.My complaint is that when it came time for us to move our belongongs to Tennessee we rented a very large moving truck, which was so big it had to go through a special entrance an attendant had to open from the main office for us. We arrived at a very reasonable time, and I guess what was the hired handy man was cleaning and spraying near us while we loaded up. When we were done I went to the main office at 1740, the sign on the door said closed at 1730. We were locked in! It took over an hour to get let out. They KNEW we were in there, the handyman could have given us a closing time warning or something, to just lock us in their did not reflect the professionalism the facility portrayed. Instead they locked us in and abandoned ship.
So far so good! My husband and I are deploying within the month and we got a huge, climate controlled unit for the best price in town! They charge less for their large units than a lot of places do for medium ones. They are all super nice to work with your budget and due dates. And they let you take their moving truck for free for a few hours! The units are super clean and they all have free pest control! Best storage unit in WR in my opinion!
The complex is clean and the units are well organized and designed. The prices are amazing even without the military discount we received. We will not be in the same state as our things so it’s comforting to know that the units are under constant video surveillance and you have to use your code to get in and out of the complex. The staff is so friendly and the free moving truck with certain units was an enormous help! I would definitely suggest this to anybody in the area.
I recently have rented a storage unit from this facility and it is by far the best in Warner Robins. When I initially called, they did not have a vacancy for the unit size that I wanted, however they put me on a waiting list and as soon as it opened I was called. Other places were more of a first come-first serve basis and didnt even do a waiting list. Furthermore, with my unit rental, they offered me a free moving truck! The office staff is very professional and went over the contract in full with me. There are no deposits or extra fees that many other places require. As for the people who have had issues with damaged furniture from leaks, the contract clearly states that they are not responsible. However, homeowners and renters insurance plans typically cover personal belongings that are in storage. The site was very clean and well maintained. I could tell that the staff valued my business! I definitely recommend this company!
I live out of town and I have all the confidence in the world that my storage is safe and secure, if there are any issues with my unit or the facility they always send me a friendly notice/email. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I couldnt be happier with the service I receive at World Storage. As an out of state customer, the customer service I receive is wonderful, especially in todays society. The best storage facility I’ve ever used, I have a climate control unit and I’ve have for a few years here, never have to worry about pest and any damage to my property, I will definitely recommend World Storage it’s very affordable too!
I would not recommed this storage facility for military families. It is very hard to get in and out of the unit especially if your unit is in the back. I never could find a restroom besides the front office which is closed Sunday and no place to put trash (I had to load broken glass in my car). No autobilling, cash or credit only. Watch your contract and give two weeks notice or you will have to pay for your empty unit even if you move out by the end of the month. If you are locked out of your unit on the weekends you cant get in there until Monday. Go elsewhere.

The worst customer service I have ever recieved. Such a shame. I will never rent a storage unit here ever again. I will continue to write bad reviews about this place. From the property manager Ashley to the owner who is very rude and doesnt care about her customers. The very worst storage unit ever.
There was a time I would have given World Storage a vote of Excellent. This is the second time Ive stored furniture with them but I feel wronged in this instance. I have a climate-controlled unit and during the rain storms a few months ago, the roof above my leather sofa leaked badly and ruined my couch. I called to inform them and ask what could be done about my ruined couch and was told, nothing...read the contract. While I certainly understand if a flood had come and ruined my stuff or a tornado blowing away the facility but this was a faulty repair. The girl even said theyd just had the roof redone so there is no reason this one should have leaked but the pictures I took show a split in the seam on the ceiling with discoloration which seems may have been a problem previously. I just feel like its bad business on their part when it wasnt an act of God, was faulty repair work and without one ounce of concern...just told to read my contract. Just seems if even faulty repairs are not their problem then buyer beware keeping anything precious there...they dont have to do jack squat to keep up the soundness of their units. They are clear of any responsibilites no matter if its God or they choose not to address issues.To give them credit, their maintenance man met us on the Saturday and let us move into another unit since more rain was coming on Sunday.
World Storage Policy states : “If you have plan to vacate please remember a 14 day written notice is required. Must be given to us before the end of the month in order to be prorated.” We provided notice on 4 Aug that we’d vacate on 21 Aug—over 2wks notice. They said that they won’t prorate because we didn’t tell them before 31 July. Give me a break—give people ONE single timeline. Just say that notice needs to be given 30 days in advance. Otherwise, the 14 day notice really only works for people vacating on/before the 13th of each month. This is purposefully misleading and has no real aim other than to steal people’s money.

Water damage to my mattress, didnt have no knowledge of it or be let known, says its in my contract that they are not responsible for damage to property. Unbelievable.
So far so good.... Reasonable rental options! Only problem is we broke one of the plastic brooms on the moving truck and got charged $15 for it.... It was a cheap dollar store grade broom no more than $6....
I have rented from this facility for years. The staff our friendly and the facility is well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone!

2022-03-25Moving into my unit was very easy and quick. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley and she was amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to welcome me to a great place. I really appreciate this location and the prices were honestly the best in town for the space I received. I have lived here for 30 years and never experienced better.Office staff are professional, the facility is clean from top to bottom and the 24/7 accessibility is excellent. 2020-01-12Ashley was very helpful! Moved halfway across the country and was relieved to have my belongings stored in a safe place. Passcode 24/7 access and quality units. Lots of space to bring a large truck through and elevated units to keep water out! Highly recommend if you want a nice place to store your stuff!

2018-04-04We’ve used this facility for approximately 7 months and our experience has been great. Our unit is climate controlled and it’s always very comfortable inside. The property is secure and from what I’ve seen, they’re expanding. The use of a moving truck for a day was helpful for us and we love the mil discount. The only downfall of the property is the lack of a restroom outside of the office. So Sundays and evenings, there’s no restroom available on the property. Overall, we’ve had a great experience so far. The office staff are also very helpful.

2020-11-16I am very disappointed with the way they handled my 72 year old mother. She rented a unit for over 10 years and would not give her a refund on her balance from her unit. When she told them the month before she was moving out. Would not recommend!The response below is not what she was told at the time of vacating the property. This is no way to treat an elderly person on a fixed income. Very disappointed in the company.

2020-04-23This is the best storage in Middle Ga and what I love about them the most if the friendly faces, the prices is great compared to others, and they always have the best snacks and treats for their customers and as a pregnant women Im loving it. They also care about their customers during this time of COVID19 by allowing customers to pay their account online and not charge a late fee. Check them out you want be disappointed. They also have a storage/u-haul truck you can use/rent for moving your things, now thats a plus! Keeping everything all in once place.
