For a large company the warehouse service is a zero star. Making us wait to pick up signs because they’re on a ten minute break! All warehouse employees are milling around outside have a smoke break together. Why would a company let everyone go on break at the same time… #noleadership #customernoservice

Discriminatory at best .I was referred to this company through a fellow sign shop.I called and spoke to Timothy Jahnke. I told him I was looking for a quote on a light box. since I would be considered a new customer I gave him all of my information and specific documents required.Keep in mind, 95% of my work is wholesale for other sign shops so I do not operate with a website or physical address outside of my shop. With this being the case, he refused to conduct business with me. Stating that I must be a customer pretending to be a sign company to get wholesale pricing. Even after he received all of the required documentation, business license names, ownership, insurance papers and physical address. That just wasnt enough for him, there was nothing more I could do.which makes me think , this must not be about the logistics. Timothy Jahnke just didnt want my business. why?Maybe it was the way he couldnt pronounce my name . Or the fact that my last name was Hispanic. Sorry, I had to correct you on that. We cant all have names like Timmothy. So original btw.. must be a 3rd.In any event, this will be your loss.. Not that it matters to Tim much since he is just a pencil pusher..P.S Tim, try and have some more enthusiasm when you are on the phone. You sounded like you would be better suited for a morgue position.I sincerely hope this is not how you interact with all of your other customers with names hard to pronounce.best,Your local sign guy.

At United Signs we work with a variety of partner companies throughout the nation. We pride ourselves on Integrity, Trist and Respect.After working with WWS we found their service and products to be excellent. Moreover and MOST IMPORTANT they stand by their product.Case in point: there was an error in the color of a rather large multiple pan faced embossed panel project that the customer rejected. After confirming WWS indeed was in error (things happen) they 100% replaced the signage in an efficient manner.HIGHLY RECOMMEND
