X3 Sports - Marietta in other cities:
The worst gym franchise in atlanta you can go to. Unsanitary, terrible staff, and a very aggressive onboarder who lied about the contract. I was told i was paying month by month no commitments and could cancel any time without a fee. When i needed to cancel they said i would have to pay more than 1700 dollars. This is a scam. Please clean your facilities and please don’t scam people by lying about your contracts and aggressively making them sign right after their trial
Its the best gym I have been to thus far. They make it a point to learn your name and things about you. Its very personable, thus creating a family environment. I like how you can take a variety of classes and different instructors teach the same class so you can go to the same class but the workouts wont be the same and thats what keeps it fun! 10/10 would certainly recommend
I have been a member of X3 Sports Marietta for over four years. I enjoy the kickboxing classes because they focus on a high level of personal fitness as well as martial arts and self-defense skills. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. They deliver very challenging classes and are able to provide individualized instruction within a class setting so that everyone can participate at their own level. Every class is different with a wide range of fitness activities as well as punching and kicking combinations. The instructors are extremely friendly, very personable, and always make you feel welcome and part of the class. I recently visited a quite expensive upscale club because I was interested in their tennis program. I was also able to try out two of their boxing classes but I was really disappointed. The classes felt like your typical hyped-up fitness fad that comes and goes. I was new there, first time, and the instructors did not know nor did they seem to care. The room was dark and dingy and the bags were hung up way to close to each other. The schedule was very tight according to a preset computer program on fancy screens. The instructor did not come around and check on people (no room anyway), there was no individual feedback, there was little demo and pretty much zero interaction between class and instructor.I have not been back and Ill find my tennis somewhere else. There is absolutely no way, I am going to give up my kickboxing at X3 Sports Marietta. This is the real thing! Special thanks to DeAngelo and Terrance but all of you guys are awesome!
Has everything you need from equipment for weight lifting, turf to work on agility, and plenty of bags to practice. The trainers are world class with plenty of experience and connections in the fighting community. My favorite thing about X3 is how they make you feel like your on a team and encourage you to reach your fitness goals everyday!
X3 Sports is literally the best! Their classes are so nice and they take time with you to make sure that you understand everything and they push you to do your absolute best! There are even classes like combat which you can use to defend yourself and the teacher is really patient with you! There are 5 of us tht go there and we all love it so much! Def would recommend to anyone else!
X3 is an amazing gym! The team there is personable and non-judgmental. I am totally new to fitness, but going here drives me toward my goals. Despite the various fitness levels in the gym, I never feel left behind or left out. The classes are still personalized per individual because they watch and critique in hopes of guiding you to levels otherwise thought unimaginable. 10/10!
Everyone’s welcoming and polite. I feel like the coaches really know their stuff. After every session I swear I see the difference in my body. But it could just be the excitement talking. I attend classes with others who have been in the gym far longer than me but I never feel judged or inferior.
I love this gym! I have been going for about a month now and every class I have taken is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the instructors are helpful and knowledgeable. The environment in the gym is so positive and everyone who is a member is friendly... so the classes are fun!! I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
When we first signed up at X3 we mentioned that there was a good chance that we would be moving. I was advised of the $75 per membership early cancellation fee and we had no problem with that. But, when we did have to move we had a difficult time canceling our memberships even after providing pay stub and job offer documentation from the employer on the West Coast. They said that what was provided was not sufficient so we also sent a signed lease agreement and got confirmation that they received it. When I called back again to check to make sure the membership was cancelled, I went through the whole ordeal of sitting on hold again, being passed around, and giving all my information twice. I finally asked them to call me back when they looked at what I sent. We also noticed that we will be paying another $250 for another month of membership in addition to the $150 early cancellation fee while being able to go there since they require a 30 day notice from the date sufficient evidence of relocation is received. We would have loved to have given X3 a 5 star review based on their trainers, equipment, and facility, but based on the expense and difficulty of canceling memberships due to our relocation, we will never sign up at a facility with these kind of excessive fees and requirements again. Perhaps the should manage their memberships in house instead of farming them out to another company.Revision: I spoke with the company handling the membership today and they said there will be no early cancellation or additional membership fees thanks to the owners. I glad they did what was right and even exceeded my expectations. I now have nothing bad to say about X3. I have weight trained, done Crossfit, and trained in several forms of martial arts over a span of 35 years and was very happy with the staff, facility, and training I received at X3. I now have nothing bad to say about their facility other than it might provide for better customer service if they handle their membership maintenance in-house.
Ive been attending X3 - Marietta for 1.5 years now. It is a great gym with knowledgeable, dedicated instructors. I have never had any customer service issues with the employees. The gym itself is a little small but it is clean and well kept. I started going here because it was less than 1 mile from my home, I moved further away and I still make the drive because I like the gym and instructors so much.
I joined X3 a few weeks ago and this already feels like a gym that I’ve been going to forever. Brandon in sales was super helpful and nice from the second that I walked in. Before I walked through the door that first time I felt nervous like I would be out of place because I’m not in great shape. Brandon talked to me about my goals and made me feel comfortable immediately.I came for a free class to try it out and ended up joining that day. The price is worth it for how great the classes are and how friendly and welcoming everyone who works here is. As far as classes go, DeAngelo is by far my favorite instructor. He has high energy and teaches in a way that’s easy to follow and understand. I find myself pushing harder than I think I can because he makes it so fun. I laugh almost as much as I sweat. I’m excited for the future of my fitness journey and super grateful that I decided to try that first free class which put me back on the road to health and fitness.Oh and btw... I’m going to win the 90 day challenge!
I went to a free 1st time boxing class that was actually fun. Afterwards I had a conference with Daniel whom I could tell from the jump was very eager to get me to buy a membership with them. I let him know that I wasn’t going to buy a membership to the first gym I visited because I was still looking around and trying out different places trying to find a new hobby. STILL he asked me tons of questions on why I didn’t want to join and interrogated me until he pressured me until a deal that I should have never agreed to. Daniel told me that he would give me a 7day period where I could try classes for $40. Once the seven days was up, I could let him know if I wanted to start a membership with them or not. If I didn’t, he said he would gladly give me the $40 back but if I wanted to go ahead and buy a membership I would just pay the difference. Fast forward to 7 days later, I wasn’t able to call him until the 8th day because I’m a teacher and school has been very hectic. I noticed that I was charged $40+$98 from this gym and I wondered how could that be. I called and politely let the worker know my issue, she apologized for the inconvenience and she reached out to Daniel and let him know the issue. I thought out conversation would be smooth and we would go on about our Friday. Instead, I couldn’t imagine what would happen next. Once he came to the phone,1. He tried to act like he didn’t remember me when I had literally just had a 30 min conference with him and we talked about my job because it was something that was heroic to him.2. When I was explaining to him the issue, he laughed when I told him why I wasn’t able to call him on the 7th day leading me to call him on the 8th day instead.3. He argued with me about what our “deal” was and brought up the fact that he got my signature but keep in mind this is still not what we discussed. So at this point I’m realizing he sweet talked me, got my signatures for something he had in mind, and used them against me.4. After politely asking for my money back because I never gave them permission to fill me in as a member who wanted a full time membership, Daniel and I started to exchange words over the phone.Long story short, he kept trying to hush me and make me listen to him instead of him listening to a genuine concern from a customer. He rudely said I could discuss the manner with his payment company and hung up the phone. Though the other people I met there were nice, I even thought Daniel was nice, this experience has spoiled my liking for this gym and I will not be returning. I hope no one else ever has to go through this.
I love the trainers and how they motivate without berating or belittling. They are all super positive and take the time to show correct form. I love that the staff is always happy to see me and greet me with big, friendly smiles when I come in. My favorite is kickboxing but I also love the fast track program. It is a great way to stay in shape without the same old gym routine.
Been a member of X3 for almost 9 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time! The Marietta location is my home gym - the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and the gym is well maintained. They are constantly looking for ways to improve their classes and provide the most convenient class times. Would highly recommend!
I loved this Gym I signed up for the kickboxing program and it is an amazing work out but more that that you are really learning kickboxing. I signed my daughter up for Boxing she has already fell in love with the BJJ class. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond my trainer is hilarious which makes the work out go easier. Im loving this place
This place is awesome!Regardless of fitness level, you will definitely find the right workout type that works for you here. My favorites are kickboxing & fast track. Peak times are a little bit packed, so be sure to arrive on time. Trainers are brilliant, but try Jasdeeps classes, hes the best!
The fact that this gym can get you into any shape you please in a short period of time. Also all of the different options of exercise and training that are available for use and the family feel the trainers and coaches express is amazing. It is truly an awesome gym to be a part of.
I like that most of the staff are personal trainers and that they are around to help you whenever you need them. Most staff knows me by name and says hello to me whenever they see me, and check on me to see how I’m doing. The trainers help correct my form even if I’m not working with them one on one that day. This gym is great and I would recommend it to a friend any day.
I worked out with a friend a few times. The locker rooms are filthy and the equipment seems old. With that being said if youre into Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu then this gym may be for you. I would have joined but their memberships require that you sign at least a 12 month contract. They do offer month to month programs but it they are VERY expensive. In my experience the best gyms Ive been to are confident in their product and dont require a contract. If they get rid of the contract stipulation they may just acquire a lot of new members!
Absolutely terrible!! Theyre getting 2 stars only because they USED to be a good gym. I was looking for a community feel gym & they started that way, but definitely didnt end that way. I have been a member for a year now & recently they have changed the staff (with the exception of a few) along with rules. The new staff is not as friendly. They have a rule that you cannot utilize certain equipment passed a red line if a class is going on...even if they are NOT using the equipment. This gym is very small already, so they dont have multiple equipment for you to use. This is absolutely ridiculous if I am paying the gym a hefty amount, then I should be able to utilize all equipment if not being used. They act as though this gym is strictly a personal training gym, but its not. Very disappointed with the changes. This has caused them to lose more than just 1 patron. All the people I met here that started before the changes are also fed up & have switched gyms. Not to mention, they dont even care about theyre clients concerns because these issues have been brought to their attention by more than 1 person. The only reason theyre getting stars is because clients can earn perkville points.
I started X3 sports, Marietta in December 2016 as an occasional hobby thing and couldnt join the classes actively till March, 2017 due to work and traveling. One fine Sunday afternoon when I finally came in for the class, the instructor for the class not only introduced himself, but I received a call from the head instructor next day for an assessment and goal consultation plan, which I didnt receive anywhere else (I was previously at a Color named fitness, if you can guess!) X3 not only made me feel happy about my choice, but has given me plenty of options (my plan gives me an option to choose from Yoga, kick boxing, boxing, gym and fast track classes) . Thank you so much for the fabulous treatment and all you do for us.PS - I love the Instagram posts by X3. Keeps me motivated.
If you are looking for real results, X3 Sports is where you need to be!!! If you like group fitness classes or prefer to workout to your own beat this is the gym for you! The staff and trainers will be there to support you and help you achieve your fitness goals. I am so happy to be a member, the other gyms in the area dont even compare!!
My husband did a free week trial back in March and due to a mistake by the employee who signed him up he has now been charged for multiple months for a membership he never signed up for. Management has told him 3 times they would resolve it and refund us the money but now they are saying they are unable to and cannot call their supervisor because they will get fired? What kind of a joke is this place? We are in the process of filing in small claims court now.
Horrific customer service. My trainer left the gym at the end of May and Ive been trying to cancel my personal training agreement since then with no luck. Im still being charged for a service I havent used since May even after contacting the GM. I was just now able to cancel my X3 membership after months of trying, and Im still being charged through the end of October despite the fact that Ive been ignored by everyone Ive tried to contact for months. X3s lack of integrity and responsiveness has cost me HUNDREDS of dollars.
X3 is the best gym you will find in Atlanta, it is clean, well maintained. They offer a variety of classes, more than most gyms with great schedule options. The staff is friendly and the trainers help you achieve your goals. Some professional fighters train there and will train you, which is great to motivate you.
Gym is pretty cluttered for anyone with ocd or anything remotely close. The classes are okay. The trainers are reallly nice and passionate. But it’s expensive as HELL... and it’s only 1 & 2 year memberships. $130 monthly. (Which is insane crazy me personally) . When my partner was going to sign up. The fact we felt we were getting sold a car and it was so uncomfortable. They hold your drivers license so you have to stay.... if you are weak minded he will pressure you into signing a full 1 year contract. He’s very aggressive in the this stage. But before this was so nice. This was the turn off for our visit. It was so uncomfortable saying we wanted to look around for a bit and think on it with the high price tag. He almost wouldn’t take no for an answer it was 25 mins of him trying to talk us into which was insane and annoying as hell expecially since I’m into sales myself yet it’s just a gym not a car, or marketing business. Huge turn off should make someone feel comfortable when signing on for so long. Good area, nice trainers, just my honest review!
A wide variety classes and curriculum that accommodate everyone from beginners to the advanced and multiple classes during the day to work with any schedule. Instructors that know your name, knowledgable, and are willing to help you meet your goals. And there’s always a friendly face at reception that let you know that they are happy that you are there.
This is one of the worst fitness club ever, When it comes to cancellation and payments handling. Literally you won’t get any proper response, I was joined the club 4 months before. While joining I told them, I can’t take any annual membership, since I’m leaving the country in 3-4 months on my visa expiry. So, I asked them to waive me off my cancellation fee and I will be coming to club for 3-4 months. Mike (Owner of club) and Todd (Club Manager) agreed and signed me in on day 1. Now, they hold my credit card information and charging my bills and not canceling my membership. I have raised a customer card mishandling dispute. They are literally looters. I am trying to fix the issue and asked an appointment with Mike. It never happened till now. If you are joining the club, you could be able to see any managers. But when you decided to cancel membership, none will give you an appointment. You will end up miserable.
X3 Sports is a awesome GYM!!! I love it :) I bought my 8yr old son a 1 YEAR membership for boxing training classes for Christmas and I absolutely LOVE iT!! Saved me lots of money and I take advantage of the free workout while my son is training... Trainers are GREAT and the staff there are very friendly and helpful.
Love this gym!Ive been taking classes here for about two months now and Ive have been getting good results (gained 10 pounds)The classes I go to are kickboxing and fast trackIf youre going to kickboxing DeAngelo is the way to go for a good hard workout. keeps the classes upbeat, shows you how to properly how to fight and makes it fun.Aladino only had him once for kickboxing he mostly does boxing but hell give you a hell of a work out.Fast track I would recommend going to QS.Hes the man that knows how to do everything correctly from weight lifting, too cardio. His classes are hard but youll feel your body improving 👌you will see results
DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHADDY GYM!!! Went in for a free class, told the sales person/trainer we were looking at different places to take Muay Thai classes. He told us that we could do a $40 “place holder” for the next class. Told us if we changed our mind we could cancel at anytime and it would be a $75 cancellation fee. Not only did he fail to give us a copy of the agreement and cancellation terms but he also didn’t mention that the $75 cancellation fee is only if you are moving more than 20 miles from ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS. It hasnt been a month when we called to cancel and were told this BS. Every time I call to talk to the manger he is never there. If this issue is not resolved I will be reporting this “business” to the BBB!!!
There is simply no words to describe how awesome the team is here. Everyone is always super attentive to all your needs in helping you reach your goals. Curtis is great! 👍👍. I defitnately recommend this location, if you want real training, & good customer service this is the place to be!
I originally signed up just to find a new way to get back in the groove of working out after recovering from achilles tendon repair surgery, but after 6 months of being a member I have grown to appreciate this place for many other reasons. The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is the main reason why I love to workout here.
Came here today to get some prices and find out what classes they had to offer. Got inside and no one was at the front desk. I waited a few minutes then I started wondering and found a short bald guy making a protein drink in a back room. Asked if there is anyone available upfront. He finished another scoop and sighed like my presence was an inconvenience. When he got to the front, I told him I just wanted some info on what they offer. He told me to fill out an iPad. I looked at the iPad and it was asking for my name, address, a signature email, and other personal info. I turned and told the guy I didn’t want to share my personal information yet and was about to repeat that I just wanted to inquire on what they offer but he cut me off and said “If you don’t fill out the iPad, I can’t help you Big Dog”. Since he couldn’t help me, I left. I bet he was super happy to get back to that protein shake.
This place is absolute sh1t. Staff sucks and they will gouge you for money. If you cancel before your contract is over you have to pay 50% of the remaining account balance. What they don’t tell you is if you cancel your account after your contract is up, you STILL get charged $107 for a cancellation fee. Look elsewhere, knuckle-up is a good local option.
This gym had me completely fooled. I was under the impression that they were awesome, expensive but worth it. As it turns out I moved 40 miles away and decided not to renew my membership. They are not only still drafting my account but NO one is making an effort to fix this issue Ive been talking to them for 2 months about this and its still not corrected. Due to a bad car accident I have not been able to physically go into the gym but I was assured that this wasnt an issue but apparently it is because they have been super giving me the run around. Im soooooooo disappointed. On top of everything they keep giving me different dates on when my contract is suppose to be up even though my paperwork states September. I would encourage anyone interesting in kickboxing to try somewhere else !!!! The gym is good but definitely NOT worth this!!!!!
This gym is fun but they are dirty! I’ve seen people report to have cut themselves on equipment to employees and they didn’t even clean it! Keep in mind, the guy was bleeding. They told the guy to get a band aide. I guess the equipment literally has blood, sweat and tears on them. NASTY!! I will b cancelling my membership.
This place will STEAL YOUR MONEY. I paid off the remainder of my contract and they continue charging me monthly for dues IVE ALREADY PAID. They guaranteed me that I would not be charged again and I keep getting charged. They are thieves. Ive spoken to them and they are not interested in helping. Theyre even rude about me wanting to stop getting double charged. I want a full refund.
Best gym. Ever. There is something for everyone, from Fast Track to Kickboxing, Boxing to MMA. X3 has it all. But, its the little things that count. The staff gets to know the members, and fitness then becomes a team effort. Im in the best shape of my life, thanks to Marius, Matt, and the entire X3 team! Best decision you could make is to give the one free class a try. If youre adventurous, Fast Track with Marius will give you a good test.
X3 Sports is a great MMA gym. I walked in without any previous experience and not knowing what to expect. Tony Tucci is an excellent instructor, even for beginners; patient, knowledgeable, a great sense of humor. I have taken almost every single class at X3 Sports and I highly recommend their Fast Track program and the Brazilian Jujitsu class.
Management here will charge you for memberships you never enrolled in and then tell you they can’t call their supervisor to ask them to make it right because “they will get fired”? What kind of business is this? The store manager openly admitted he owes us money but said he can’t pay us because he will get fired.
Abusive contract agreement. DO NOT SIGN. Current X3 rate was $125.The reason they have people sign contracts is because they have zero client retention services/ideals.Never do business with a business that doesnt handle their own billing. They stiff arm you with a 3rd party ABC financial. Sales team staff will tell you anything you want to hear so you walk away happy without actually solving the problem.
This gym is life changing. It is better priced than all of its competition & the classes are way more enjoyable. There is Kickboxing, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Fast Track boot camp & Personal Training sessions available. X3 has taught me self defense, discipline, and helped me reach my training goals. The trainers all know you by name & truly care about your success.Go try a free session for yourself!
Ugh. Ok .To start off, if you want to get in shape and stay fit COME HERE. if you want to compete in fighting . it’ll be very hard and it’ll deter you . I wanted to get into fighting . so i came here . the person i talked to on phone was really energetic and said come here and we will get right. i noticed that there’s some fighters that came out of here . however the classes are filled with old people , and people just looking to get in shape ... Also a mentally challenged person. nothing wrong with that. However, it’s kinda hard to concentrate when they making all kind of noise . moving forward this gym is EXPENSIVE ASFFF. I’m paying 80 dollars . but these folks still ain’t put up the boxing ring and it’s been a month . like seriously ? smh. i’m going somewhere else tho thanks for teaching me the basics I guess
DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!This place promised me a personal trainer when I joined their personal trainers are only available to massive classes that I give you very little attention if you try to leave the gym They will charge you in insane be the gym is unprofessional sloppy terrible hours there open maybe 5 hours A-day in not on weekends it is too expensive for that type of quality they provide
Update 1/30/2019 - Emailed the club as asked in response to my review and received help. My issue was is now resolved. Thank youAccount administration is handled through a 3rd party (ABC Financial). I had a concern that I brought to ABC Financial regarding cancellation. Long story short ABC Financial gave me some bad information.

2021-05-31I’ve never used or been to this gym, but wanted to leave a review based on my initial experience. I play tennis and swim because I like finding other activities to stay active. I was looking for a gym that offered kick-boxing as I’ve always heard it’s a good way to workout and fun. This gym stood out to me as it has kick-boxing and other workouts. I signed up for a free class and the website said someone would contact me.The manager contacted me shortly after I submitted the form, but instead of mentioning the free class offer and how best they can make my first visit, he immediately started talking about a sale that was ending in a day.I’ve never seen the gym, met the trainers, seen the equipment or other facility amenities and I’ve never done kickboxing. I wasn’t going to commit to any terms without trying it since they offered one class. Since I was going to miss the sale, he offered another offer if I signed up after the class. Again, can’t agree to that either, especially since it’s a 12 month contract with crazy cancellation fees. This review is based on how the company was more concerned with making a sale than ensuring a good impression. Honestly, don’t offer and free class if you intend on pressuring people. I’m okay with paying for high quality gym. However, this experience coupled with all of the negative reviews that ONLY mention the pay practices tells me everything I need to know. It’s unfortunate as I was excited about the gym. They also need a variety in contracts, such as 3 or 6 months. Happy Memorial Day.

2021-09-25Tried to get me to pay for adult price membership for my son because they don’t have availability for youth classes at a good time. I didn’t think it would be fair for me to have to pay for adult membership due to them not having good start time for kids. Their youth classes start at 5pm, which is terrible considering most kids of age get out at 5pm. They said I could do adult membership which has the start times being 5-6-or 7pm, but I would have to pay that price which is $30-$40 more expensive. They didn’t try to cut a deal or give a discount. Highly disappointed. Why don’t they have later start times for youth?? Furthermore, I expressed doing just Saturday instead. They wouldn’t even let me just pay for that or a daily rate

2017-10-28The instructors - all of the instructors are amazing! They are knowledgeable, helpful, energetic and truly care about what they do and the members. They are constantly pushing me to be my greatest and improve. The gym - the Marietta gym is great! It is large enough to accommodate all the classes going on at once, and even has room to do your own thing if thats what you prefer. It is always clean, even the locker rooms. Overall, and great environment to be in!

2020-12-01The gym itself is fine and some of the teachers are cool. My problem is the contract and how they just take money out whenever. They have third party companies handling payments and they blame each other instead of helping customers sort out the problem. What should be $89 a month was sometimes $206, sometimes $10, and all the time a hassle. I cancelled my membership and that was literally a 6 month process. I strongly discourage anyone from getting into a contract with them.

2021-09-03Great equipment but poor staff, I had to cancel my account because I moved across state for work before I left the lady at the front desk said she processed my cancellation and that I needed to send a bill for my new house. I sent it in, it’s been two months and I’m still being charged for a membership I have no access to. Shows me all they care about is money. Be careful signing up here.

2020-03-02I’ve been a member for nearly 2 years. This place has an amazing community with some of the best trainers in the industry. The front of the house staff, trainers, and membership coaches are great at what they do and are truly invested in your success. That being said, I’ve been quite disappointed to see major changes made with no prior notice or communication to the members or staff (quite consistently). For example, the weight lifting and fast track classes are limited and the equipment is old/broken and never replaced. Limited equipment and classes are things I could work through considering the exceptional staff on hand at the Marietta location. However, recently they removed 6+ weightlifting machines with no prior notice or explanation. This has now made for an already extremely limited space now comparable to that of a standard apartment complex gym. Additionally, the monthly rates are pretty high and this has not changed even though nearly 50% of the weight lifting equipment is gone. This is now also limiting what can be done in one on one personal training sessions with the personal trainers due to the missing equipment. While the staff on site has been more than accommodating, these decisions are outside of their control. I’m looking forward to speaking to the owner/decision maker as I am hopeful we can work towards an understanding that suits both parties. Sadly that person continuously seems to be unavailable to speak with members. All this being said, please take caution in entering into a contract with this gym. It won’t be uncommon to experience major changes with no prior notice or adjustments to your monthly rate.

2019-11-20Love this gym! Everyone is so welcoming from the front desk to the instructors. The trainers do an excellent job at keeping you motivated. Some classes are a little crowded in the evenings but they still manage to make it work. I wish Yoga classes were more frequent as they always fill up quickly. My son and I are both members and he loves boxing. This has definitely helped him gain a confidence boost which was my purpose to join the gym. He has a special bond with his instructor Aladino. This trainer is amazing and a true asset to this gym!! All youth classes are great however the weekday time slots aren’t realistic for FT working parents so we never make it to those. Thanks X3!

2021-07-29Welp my time here has finally came to an end. Ive been coming here since 2018 and finally got back into it after this whole Rona mess. Ive been training with the same group of guys for years. Today was supposed to be sparring and when Id geared up I learned they fired my coach for some bogus reasons. The owner apparently doesnt like hard sparring and real competition. Never once did he tell us prior that we needed head gear. He is so worried about the $$$ they left that out. Never have Ive been required to use head gear since 2018. He wants the optical illusion of a mma gym but not the function. You would think as a loyal customer we would have more pull but I guess not. Time to trick people into 12 month contracts just for them not to take training seriously and default on it.There is no need for me to be here any longer and I will be talking my money to his competition. The beauty of capitalism. To all my Army and military buddies that were going to come here due to my videos of our training on the forum dont do it. I will not have my reputation or name attached to this gym.
