The staff at this store is outstanding. Super Attentive , Super friendly. No one dawdled around while I waited for some one to wait on me, as I have experienced at other Xfinity stores. The minute I walked in the door, I was approached, and all my questions and issues were immediately addressed, answered, and fixed. Awesome
Went to this store on 12/17/2020. I had a problem with activating my new wireless phone and was not able to insert a new SIM card. I tried at home for two hours. The staff were so kind, polite and cared about my issue. Fifteen minutes later I had no problem. The young man fixed it all. Great in store experience.
I was told that my technicians visit would be free, so I consented to it. My next bill was double.Update: Im only in the 3rd month of using xfinity and they raised my monthly charges $10 and billed me without informing me or asking if I was still ok with that plan. Unbelievable. SERIOUSLY thinking of switching to a company who actually respects their customers.
I am very disappointed at the lack of customer service on my visit today, from a representative to many representatives to the manager not checking on me before I left to see if everything was okay. I felt the representative were extremely un-professional and because of their actions I will be switching to ATT, I was a customer of Comcast for over a decade.
I moved from NYC to Atlanta and it came with the normal moving pains, obviously Covid added to the stress. What I hadn’t factored in was not being able to get my cell phone to work. I had spent hours borrowing friends’ phones to get it to work. Nothing worked. I finally went to the Xfinity store on Roswell Road. The store wasn’t busy and Donovan Bryant must have seen I was in despair and proceeded to try different things and spoke to many people by phone. I really felt badly for him because the store had filled up over time and I knew he was potentially losing money helping me. He refused to give up and after 1.5 hours, my phone service was working. Having hired many people for management roles, I feel it important to give him a public shout out. This gentleman is 100% management material, knowing and acting in such a professional and caring way and many can learn from his die-hard customer service stance. You should invest in his future!
I wanna thank Donavon, and Antonio for their great service yesterday and today when my services were disconnected due to a old account balance in which it wasnt mines so I provided a lease and my ID with a address and all. They took care of the problem and also in 30 mins the block will be removed from whomever account it was. Thank you again Donavon and Antonio for your exceptional services and you two went above and beyond.
Adrian is the best!!! He helped me with the process of getting my internet service disconnected because my new apartment only used AT&T. He gave me his personal number for help with the situation, and I accidentally called him on his day off for help with the disconnection. He still talked to me and helped finish everything for me! Superb service!!
This store puts all doubts aside about Comcast. This store rocks! I had a terrible experience at the Buckhead location and resorted to this location in Sandy Springs to fix the issue caused by the reps at Buckhead. I asked for the manager, Stacy, who was very patient with me, listened to everything I had to say, and worked 100% on fixing the issue right then and there. She let me know all of the details about resolving the issue and told me to come back if anything should arise. The reps at this location are awesome, as well. They greet you immediately and are always ready to help out. The attitude they have with their fellow coworkers and with the customers is extremely positive. I will definitely be coming to this store from now on for all of my Xfinity services, even though its a further drive from my house than that of the Buckhead location, which should say something.

2022-04-23Xfinity mobile is the worst phone service I’ve had as far as them doing good business. Call the customer service line so many times without being able to speak to an actual person. Went into the store to get info and still didn’t get good help. Asked about upgrading my grandmother’s phone and they said I had to pay off the phone balance, never mentioned she had a protection plan or tht I would have to pay for the new phone too. Too busy tryna make a sale than to actually find the best solution for the customer. Only reason I’m giving y’all more than one star is bc the employees tht helped me in store were nice. not informative enough tho. I hate it here. The protection plan says she can upgrade her phone at any time but nothing was presented as an upgrade. Basically jus buy this one & buy tht one too. Tht doesn’t help me I’m the slightest

2022-06-16Great store, every employee here deserves a raise for some of the stuff they deal with. They are so helpful and nice every time I have been in here whether its for my home or my job.In reference to my original sentence, I was in here in January returning a modem and watched as some awful man was getting loud and rude with the CSR at the front help desk. All because he called Comcasts corporate number and probably didnt listen to what they said to him either about the cable he needed. He proceeded to let the CSR up front know that they provide terrible service (because she looked up where he could get the cable and apologized for the inconvenience?), and blahblahblah entitled old man things. No one deserves to be talked to that way, and if they are getting that on the regular they deserve more money.TLDR; pay the staff here more, they are patient, helpful, and more than tolerant to those who dont deserve it.

2020-02-29We came at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. There was no wait. We were returning a cable box. They took it back, no questions asked, and refunded our account. They didnt try to up-sell us on anything, which was refreshing. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service! Also, the inside is super nice, with plenty of seating.

2022-01-08The staff were very helpful and immediately started helping me as soon as I got in the store. I was worried I would have to argue with them, but they were very nice and understanding and helped me out with all of my concerns. It was a very pleasant experience

2021-11-15So this store basically open and close when they want. At 4:30 on Sunday they were close when they was suppose to close at 5. Here comes Monday. I am arrived at 10 at the time they are suppose to open. It is now 10:40 and they aren’t open still. If you don’t like your job get a new one ppl. I work from home and not getting the equipment I need it is causing me to have to take unnecessary time off.
