I travel a lot for work all over the United States as I work for a large tech company. And all my travels, even driving around Atlanta, there’s honestly only one vape store that I sincerely go to — this spot, this location, with these great peeps! Before I travel I always go up there and buy mass amounts of disposable vapes and over the last year and a half I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been saved by them having exactly what I need. One of my most frustrating things is being on a trip and realizing I already burn through all my vapes. From Tulum, to Napa, to New York City, to Miami — i’m always ripping Xhale city up here! Thanks guys for always being so helpful and polite, great little family you have!

This shop is one of the best Xhale’s I’ve ever been to. The manager Christoph was so willing to help me out and explain to me all my questions I had about a few pieces I was looking at. He was really knowledgeable about the products in his store and had great customer service. Definitely got themselves a forever returning customer.

The sales associate Justin lied to me about delta 8 product pricing, overcharged me for a cartridge behind my back, and refused to refund my money once Id figured it out in my receipt. Where Im from that is theft by taking and deception. Ive contacted management, which is an answering machine. Dont shop here!
I was heading towards the shop when I saw/heard the “manager” yelling at a customer over a return. When I say yelling I mean cussing and being way over the line. Customer didn’t seem to be acting out of the ordinary either. I’ll be taking my business where they don’t yell at customers who are outside trying to leave.

By far the Best smokeshop in the area. Just opened their new location and there is no comparison compared to the other competitors... Quenel helped me out on multiple occasions and the Manager is a great guy that knows everything about their products. They even gave me a free SuoerBowl 52 Lanyard with Xhale City on it. 2022-07-30Though I dont smoke or use nicotine based products, I am on a quest to find the best Vape shop in Northeast Georgia. I must honestly say, this place has it all! Great location, plenty of parking, clean, well stocked , friendly staff and competitive prices. Not to mention, the manager, Matt is awesome❣. Very customer oriented, knowledgeable and friendly.This location is owned by the same person who owns the Buford location which I have previously reviewed. So, visit them both! Also, they are having a huge sale on 7/10/22! You dont want to miss it. Must be 18 and older to enter the store. They are very diligent and will check your ID!
