Wasn’t impressed by the place , waitress wasn’t so good. She never once asked if we needed refills, as well with the fact that we order four plates. Three came back fast and mine took over 45 minutes which probably wouldn’t have came out until I said something. Also food is falsely advertised, had a double decker blt and when I received it, looked like a sandwich my 7 year old sister makes. Overall won’t come here
I thought for sure I would have already written about the Yardhouse. Silly me. Weve been here more than a handful of times, and its always been a very fine experience. The food is always good, and they have too many taps to count. Weve always sat at the bar, and always had at least good service, if not great. This most recent time, I had the Korean BBQ cheese steak sandwich, and Kim had the battered cod fish sandwich. Both were so good. Highly recommend getting the poutine fries and/or the sweet potato fries.
Came here for lunch on a weekday. Items came out slow, but every food item was very good. You have to try the Poke Nachos if you enjoy seafood. The drinks were typical for a chain type of restaurant. Good flavor, but not very strong. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant. Once things were taking so long, the chef came out to greet us and ask how our appetizers were. That was also nice. I have been here many times before, and I can say that the food and service is always good.
This was my first visit since the start of the pandemic. The service was great. The waitress we had joked and teased and we all had a good time. We all got burgers, that were delicious, and I was the only one that got truffle fries. These fries are double fried so that they are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. They are tossed with chopped garlic and parsley and truffle oil. Best fries out there.
Nice spot, good food. Seating is secluded and lighting is very dimmed. Service was fast. Drinks are not strong at all. My server served our food and drinks and never came back to check if we needed a refill, napkins or dessert. Ill be back because the food was good. I had a Cobb salad and a chicken bowel.
I didnt like that the cooked the calamari a the chicken in the same oil. I know because the manager told us and we had chicken In our calamari. They over cooked my daughter salmon and broccoli. The manger did address both issues and took it off our bill. Our server Ronnie was great. The place is big and spacious its also clean. I liked that they had flavored Seltzer water. And they do have keto food on the menu. They
Where to begin?! First off the service was TERRIBLE! Everything was good in the beginning until we started ordering. Drinks cameOut 40 minutes after ordered. When the food came my family member had gum stuck to the bottom of her food! After the incident they didn’t even come and talk to us about it until the check dropped which the manager jerimiah said he was going to discount but didn’t! All he had to say was calm down! I’m definitely making a call to the health department!
Takes forever to get a table… the food is not original… you have to use a table tablet to pay your bill- good luck! And despite everything taking FOREVER, they do not validate beyond the two hours provide by Atlantic station. Don’t waste your time. Better options for the money anywhere else
This was my second time coming to Yard House and it did not disappoint. A friend and I sat at the bar this time instead of at a table; the staff was super friendly and helpful, the other people there were fun to talk to and we all had a great time! Their poke nachos were AMAZING -10/10 do recommend. Will always love coming here.
Walked in on a Tuesday evening. Sat at the bar my Long Island was terrible. Bartender female with the blonde fro. Sorry but never received a name. Had an attitude the moment we sat don’t never checked in us. Just very rude and did not enjoy my experience! Got lobster pasta Food was a lot better then the service!
Daria was waiting on another table and paused to greet me and my friend at the hostess desk. The hostess was seating another guest. Daria was very attentive and made sure our visit was great. While finishing our meal, we noticed the manager Patrice with a basket full of drinks and snacks. At first we were thinking that was weird. Then Patrice mentioned alot of her staff has been working double shifts for the last fee weeks, so she wanted to get them some snacks because she appreciated them. This warmed my heart. I am also a manager and know how important it is to make sure your staff knows they are appreciated. Thank you Daria and Patrice for all you do!!!
My family and I visited here on a Sunday and we decided to give this place a try. Food was good but service was terrible, with that being said heres what happened. After about 30 to 45 minute wait we were seated, after that we waited another 10 minutes or so for our server to greet us, she did and took our drink and appetizer order, our soft drinks arrived in about 5 minutes but we had to ask about my wifes mixed drink. Meanwhile still waiting for the appetizers our waitress takes our lunch ordered and we ask about our wings, waitress said that they were really busy. In around 30 minutes our lunch arrives, still no appetizer but now we dont have silverware to eat our lunch and waitress is nowhere to be found. I had to get up walk around to find a manager and wait for her to come to our table, meanwhile our food is getting cold. Manager arrives I explain whats going on she apologies gets silverware for us and we eat our now lukewarm lunch. We tell the manager that cancel the wings but she still serves them free of charge. Even though the food wasnt hot it was pretty good, thats why I didnt give them a 1 star.
Server was nice and helpful, burger was good. Fries were cold, we asked for fresh fries and it was obvious that they just put the cold fries back in the grease for a few mins. We also asked to change the bread on one of our orders and was told that the meal was already cooked and the bread couldn’t be changed. Seemed strange because the order took several minutes to come out after being told it was completed and the bread couldn’t be changed.. Seemed like the kitchen may have been having issues that night..Overall experience was okay.
We went on a Saturday afternoon. Great atmosphere. Wait staff was very nice. Nashville Chicken was on point and delicious. The NY Strip steak was overcooked and over-priced. The problem is that they new it was overcooked and still tried to serve it to my son. We sent it back and exchanged it for the Nashville Chicken with no issues. The manager was accommodating and did the right thing by not charging us and providing a 25% discount. Pretty cool of him. Overall, a good experience. We will be back.
The environment was nice. The patio was closed because they were short staffed so we were unable to sit outside. Ordered the orange chicken but it was a little spicy. My friend had the tacos, whiskey chicken and lemon pepper boneless wings. The lemon pepper wings were good. Our waiter was nice seemed a little rushed.
This use to be a 5 star place for certain. They have slacked off a bit. Post pandemic the menu has changed. They have some of the best service staff in the game. However the food left something to be desired this trip. The drinks also seem very overpriced and they didnt have 2 drinks that we ordered.
Very nice ambience! I sat at the bar and was not sure what I wanted so I asked the female bartender who recommended the Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich with a Fried Egg on top.....and it taste Great!!! The service was great and thanks for the recommendation!!! Also, the bar has a whole lot of Beers on tap which I plan to try on my next visit😁
It took 2 hours after we sat down to get our food. There was just 2 of us. The first hour was waiting to place our main course. We ordered the lobster noodles and the 20oz steak. We didnt even finish what we order because it wasnt even good. The broccoli and and potatoes had no flavor. I could have cooked a better steak at home. Terrible service and even worse food
Maybe its because we showed up on the weekend but wanted 30 minutes to get a drink because they had to go buy pineapple juice. Would have preferred to know they were out and would have ordered a different drink. Food was good but still had to wait a long time to get it. Wont eat here again unless I have a few hours.
OUR 1ST TIME HERE I LIKE TO TRY NEW RESTAURANTS BUT I WAS DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS EXPENSIVE PLACE BUT IS NOT THE MONEY IT WAS MY COSTUMER SERVICE WAS SO POOR WE ALREADY WAITED 30 MINUTES TO COME IN THATS FINE WE GET THERE WE ORDER OUR DRINKS AND A APPETIZER WELL WE GOT OUT 🍸 STILL 20 MINUTES LATER NO APPETIZER AT ALL SO MY FOOD ARRIVE AND THE SERVER TOLL THE OTHER MAN TAKE THEY FOOD BACK I HAVENT BROUGHT THE APPETIZER YET WE TOLL HIM HE CANT DO THAT I SAID WE DONT WANT THE APPETIZER ANYMORE MY HUSBAND ORDER A BOWL RICE WITH 🍤 WELL AS YALL CAN SEE IS ONLY LIKE 8 SHRIMPS AND A LOT OF VEGETABLES END OF STORY HE DIDNT EAT THE FOOD ANYMORE AND THE MANAGER ONLY CHARGE US FOR THE DRINKS AND MY PLATE AND GAVE US A $25 GIFT CARD IF IMMA PAID $20 FOR EACH PLATE I WANT MY FOOD RIGHT NOT MESSY 😔
THE WHOLE NIGHT WAS TERRIBLE. Horrific customer service! My family had arrived on time for our table @ 9pm and waited almost an hour before asking AGAIN if we could just have water. They brought 2 plates cold, wrong and had to take my plate back TWICE because they did not follow my preferences. They didn’t season my chicken on the nachos and it was mediocre. They brought another guest of ours cold jambalaya, REWARMED the same plate and brought it back COLD. Our drinks took 45 minutes to come. We had to consistently ask for refills on drinks, sauces, silverware and napkins. Nothing was satisfactory customer service. For a table of people we expected great food, a good time and accommodation. We asked for the managers at least three different times. We are just now leaving @ 12AM!! If your time is valuable, you want actually good food and I mean (seasoned, THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE and ON TIME!) then please don’t come here. By the way today is a Monday :)
I ordered the Lobster Garlic Noodles it was filled with lobster, shrimp, spinach, shiitake mushrooms sprinkles of cheese, honey and noodles. The lobster, shrimp and spinach were great however the noodles were horrible they were overcooked it was as if they were sitting in the pot cooking forever. The noodles were extremely overcooked Im a true foodie I didnt ask for a manager I did tell the waitress to inform the cook to prepare some fresh noodles. I enjoyed everything else on my plate and it was more than enough for a meal. Atlanta Battery was fun and I will visit the Yard House again. Would have given four or five stars but those noodles 👎
Our family visited the Atlantic Station location this past weekend for my moms 64 birthday! This was the worse experience ever! It took over an hour for the food that came cold and old! The drinks took an hour as well from a bar that did not look busy! This was 3pm in the afternoon and after an hour of waiting we were told they were out of a drink for one of our guest never came and checked nothing! We then waited an additional hour for cold food! After most of our party complaints we suffered thru the food and it was either bland or not cooked correctly! When leaving we stopped in the restrooms and that was worst!! Tissue everywhere on the floor but not in the damn STALLS!! We had to send one of our own to get someone to bring tissue at this restaurant!!! This needs to be better for an Atlantic Station restaurant!!!
Waitress was beyond rude. It took a minor miracle to get a second glass of water. She took our menus away before we could order entrees. The salmon was seriously burnt. The broccoli and kale were all stalks. The cocktails were inconsistent. Just a really bad/disappointing experience.
I do not recommend this place! The food takes so long, the fries were cold and had no flavor what so ever. Do not get the firecracker shrimp appetizer I don’t know what they were thinking mushing sweet flavored rice together and then frying it in batter. There also was no ambience it was literally like I’m just at a bar…
Went with friends for dinner the other night.. we sat for nearly 35 mins without any server or waiter approaching us so we finally decided to walk out. Not sure why that was as the restaurant wasn’t busy at all for a Thursday night. I’ve only been to the yard house at the Battery before this; I always receive great service and food there; however, not at the Atlantic station location. Host was rude and as we stood at the front about to walk out he still says nothing as if we didn’t exist. Never will we waste our time at this establishment again.
The Firecracker Shrimp were good but the rice cake is a waste of space, it’s basically a bland fried rice cake lol. I also had the glazed salmon with parm mashed potatoes & veggies, the salmon was over cooked. I wouldn’t order that dish again. Our server had horrible memory & ordered us Spinach dip instead of the Shrimp & my 8 year old had to keep reminding her to bring us things lol.
Yesterday was my birthday. I went during happy hour around 3:30pm. We were placed in a back booth in front of the kitchen. The waitress did not provide good service. I was disappointed by the chicken nachos. There was a large scoop of avocado that was black and dark green. I thought it was an ingredient that was added or something. I asked the waitress about the color of it, and she sounded defensive as if she cooked it. She went on to explain how avocados turn colors and how they were put under the light which also explained its color according to her. She did not offer to get me another one or fresh one. After leaving the restaurant, I read that a “rotten one has brown or black spots throughout the flesh.” My avocado had black spots. Some of the tortilla chips were hard. The cheese curds were good. The waitress also did not refill my friend’s cup before it was empty. She had to ask her for more water when she could get the waitress which was a few minutes. The waitress did not check on our table often, and walked off at times. There was a lack of communication, and she did not explain how to check our bill on the tablet. This was the worse service I received from there and not a great experience for my birthday.
Felt like we were the last table to serve before the waiter was scheduled to get off. A server should never allow your glass to be empty.it was empty and I had to ask for a refill. The guacamole was brown and when asked about it she said lighting turned it brown. Did not follow up with asking if we wanted another plate of nachos. We sat near the kitchen where you could hear them goofing off. Had to request items several times: sauce, water, to go plates. She didnt ask how we were going to pay knowing the table tablet doesnt take cash payment..She didnt show us how to use it.
Service was wonderful, from start to finish. The food, not so much. I was shocked to see so many vegan subs by Gardein on the menu. I was excited. Read the menu my plant based fam- ingredients in the meal itself may not be all vegan. Our non vegan meal was a Philly and he said it was horrible. I was the chicken avocado sandwich (made vegan). There was a mishap the firs time (wrong sandwich and poorly made). They were super nice and apologetic about it. Corrected the order. By now, I’m ready to go so I took it home. Taking a bite at home, the “chiken” wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Nothing an air fryer can’t fix. Really glad the service and every team member we interacted with were super enjoyable.
I went twice with on a week. First experience was awesome. Second experience not so much. My order was the wrong item, waiter noticed had it remade, food came out burnt, remade claerlt just thrown together. At this point my husband was done with his food. I was over it and ready to go. BiBi the waiter super aggressive.
Sat at the bar for 12 minutes before anyone acknowledge me after they walked pass me and even looked at me multiple times. I had to grab a manager, whom took my order but bye this time I’m over it and ready to go. She gave me a free drink which was nice. But sadly her bartenders left a horrible representation of her staff, I am a bartender and I’d Never….
Food was alright not bad but not 4.0 worth rating all I got was an app it the chicken nachos were kind of tasty but the chicken stank and was very bland. And the cheese wasn’t even cheesy much , more so compacted and it was 40 dollars . I mean the plate was big but you could go somewhere better for your money in all honesty.
Was a long wait before they become busy, Server was great but busy, appetizers barely ate, wasnt anything special and was room temperature, alcoholic beverages taste like juice, the drink took a long time from the bar, and just wasn’t the best day for this establishment.
Walked in 30 minutes before the kitchen closed, 1 hour before the restaurant was close, the door was wide open, we walked in and were greeted as if we did something wrong. We were told that they were done seating for the night because the kitchen was “backed up” but we were offered take out. The male at the counter proceeded to walk away and that was it. Super bummy experience. Just wanted to celebrate my sister’s graduation.
Place is huge. Amount of tables that can be serviced is limited due to staff. Many open tables, but we were told it would be a 45 min wait, else we could sit at the bar, so we took the bar. They do have their own house brews, lots of taps, but no GA craft beers. We got a Korean bbq cheesesteak and the Korean BBQ tacos. Got 2 tacos, one lettuce wrap style and one vampire style (cheese tortilla). The lettuce wrap option is nice, plenty of fresh crisp lettuce. The cheese tortilla was amazing and crunchy. The Korean bbq meat was fatty and so much gristle it wasnt enjoyable to eat. It came with a side of pinto beans and what was supposed to be rice, but was just a compressed brown looking mass.
The food was ok, but when the waitress at the bar asked me to put a card on file to place an order, thats when she lost me. So she said I can total out instead confused me even more. I have never been treated like this before from any establishment Ive frequented. I will not be back if this is what Yard House has come to. I wonder if a certain type of person is asked to put a card on file? Maybe I will come back to test to see. Poor Business Practices to say the least.
Terrible experience! I arrived at 10:50 and the front lady (name starts with an M) told me I was not allowed to eat there and could only place a to go order . She was rude for no reason and having inappropriate conversations with her co worker. If you want to work in a place of service atleast be nice . You’re mad at customers for trying to eat at the establishment you work at when you need to be mad at your lash lady for putting those brooms on your eyes! … Anyways , wthe food finally came out it was COLD. 0/10!!! I will never be going here AGAIN !
Our waiter said he’d bring us water and then left for 30 minutes. He did not come over once so we requested the check from someone else and left. It was a Tuesday night and not so busy so I do not understand why we had no service.I’ve been here before and the food is decent, but our lack of service turned me off from this place.
Just wanna say, YH used to be a real staple in Atlantic Station but its really gone down hill over the years and thats disappointing. Let me just say: Kandis(sp?) and the other waiters were fantastic - attentive, helpful, patient and kind. They did their jobs really well and made up for the kitchen. Now, not getting what you ordered is one thing (we were brought what was left out), but finding SEVERAL hairs is a bit much (none of the servers had hair like what was found, so only other option would be kitchen staff). I understand that this is a recurring issue that was just discussed with kitchen staff, but it seems a daily refresher is needed, along with mandatory head coverings. Anyway, 2/5 stars and the two stars are for the two wonderful waiters who literally made the whole experience worthwhile because the food wasnt nearly as nice as it used to be.
Very disappointing. Love the location at braves tho. Sat at bar. Bartender finally comes and gives us menu. We asked if bar could be wiped cuz truthfully it was dirty. Says sure circles bar 3 times never comes back to wipe or take an ordet. Next bartender comes wipes bar takes drink orders. Comes right back with his beer but no mixed drink for me. Ok yall busy i get it. Put food order in and request zoodle replacement. Go to bathroom my drink was there when i got back so yay on that. Food comes and just yuck. Top portion of NOODLES (yes carbs bih) dried out. No crab whatsoever in pasta smh. Just a pile of dry slop with some shrimp and two scraggly strugglin lobster claws. So underwhelming and reflective of the lackluster service. But again i do love the location at the stadium and thats the one Id go back to.
This place is amazing everytime I come visit they never disappoint. The wait for food was a little long but im sure its only because its the weekend and restaurants are usually busy but other than that I Loved It!!! I will be back. Julliainie who was our server was great.
The food and the atmosphere ended up being really good. Unfortunately, we got the worst server in the house. After being seated at a table for 45 minutes with no water, no drinks, no silverware, and given nothing but excuses every time she walked by, I called the restaurant with my cellphone and asked to speak to the manager. After waiting on hold for about 6 minutes, I told the manager where my table was and what my concerns were. He PROMPTLY came to our table, gave us an awesome server (Aaron), and dealt with the original server. Even though the manager gave us all of our food at no charge, we gave Aaron a tip that was the equivalent of what we would have paid (tab plus tip) because we appreciated how the situation was handled. We will definitely go back, but now we know which server not to get.
Great staff. Wait times can be a little overboard depending on tine of business. The magic margarita is cool and pretty delicious. Food was made fresh and hot! The menu is slightly overwhelming but offered many options. Seafood, several proteins and even vegan ( gardein options). Great place to watch the game!
Fun place, great atmosphere and lively environment. The beer selection is wide and diverse, there is almost one for every taste with a decent representation of local brewers. We had a great time siting at the bar, which is also large. The bartenders were nothing less of friendly and attentive. Great customer service skills. We were OK with some of the margaritas, although they were tasty and well made IMPO they were slightly smaller than expected. Food selection is quite interesting as well. Many small dishes and entrees to pick from. During weekdays from 3 to 6 and from Sundays to Wednesdays from 10 to close theyre appetizers are 50% off which adds great value. Dont forget to try the half yards! $$$
Food was great as usual. Wait was longer than they shared. We waited 45 mi utes after we were told 15-25. Service was still good as usual. Great place to go chill, eat good food and some drinks. Highly recommend the Nashville Hot Chicken with sweet potato pa cakes. Cheese curds were amazing and so was the Ultimate Jameson with Ginger.
Heres the rundown: the food is truly ok and the experience is fine. The menu lacks any sort of focus but whats on offer is good, if unexceptional. A plus is that they brew different styles of beer on site, though like the food they dont do much to distinguish themselves. The atmosphere is energetic, though you may experience permanent hearing loss.
Let me start by saying how great the food it! I love this place!! Its definitely one of my favorite spots. I have been here a handful of time. Whenever I know in in the area, I will plan to schedule my meals so I can be here 🤣Everything on the menu is delicious. The ambiance here is dress casual. Its a nice restaurant for hanging out, bringing a date, or to celebrate a special occasion. They have a good happy hour menu for half price!! The only draw back is that the drinks are regular priced (~$11). I really wished they consider a drink menu to go along with the food. Its a nice place to hang out with coworkers or wait out rush hour traffic. Its located in the back corner of Atlantic Station (close to Target store). There have metered parking in the front, valet (right next door), or 2 hours of free parking in the parking deck.I highly recommend trying this place!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. While kids are welcome, its more of an adult concept. If youre a beer lover, look no further. The other drinks are pretty good too. Food? Sooooo many options so theres something for EVERYONE! Great service!! Especially during lunch! Food is always prepared well!! I eat here at least 1 a week. Poke nachos are the bomb!!
Me & My Bf came here tonight for a nice date & got the total opposite… First of all we had all kinds of different servers coming to us we never had 1 set server not to mention we never got refills from the time we came in until we left also no server was even worried about us at all never came to check on us or anything ..let’s get to the entrée apparently the pasta we ordered had some changes & it’s now “lomein”?? if that’s not on the menu why not tell someone that the item has changes it didn’t say that nowhere on the menu it was nasty … so being that no one has been checking on us we never got to eat due to the kitchen now being closed by the time we got this nasty entree .. Anyways manager was nice enough to remove it off bill…
We arrived at the restaurant and was seated pretty quickly. The menu has many choices and a extensive beer list. The restaurant itself was modern and had plenty of televisions to watch sports. I will say the lights were turned a little too low.I could barely see the menu. Now to the food. We order cheese curds as an appetizer. They were a little salty and would have been better with some marinara. They came served with a horseradish aioli and a sweet and sour sauce. F.Y.I Ask for marinara. My entree was the southern fried chicken breast served with spinach mashed potatoes corn and baked beans. Of the sides the potatoes were all that I ate. Corn, baked beans😞. The chicken was cooked and served with a side of gravy. They both were eatable. Would I go back, maybe for a beer. The atmosphere was cool and server was cool.
This is my third visit to yard house. My first and second was in orlando where i ordered the vegan wings. Today i tried mac and cheese. Very bland. The waitress seemed really stressed when we asked questions about the food. 4 stars cause mac and cheese was bland and waitress. The wings were good though. Will come again.
Excellent food at excellent prices! We had the three course meal: ribs, creamed corn, shrimp and calamari etc. and got full bang for buck. Cool, clean atmosphere, and wonderful service from our server (sadly, can’t remember her name). Overall, a great evening with great food. Couldn’t have asked for more.
There was a short 15-20 minute wait which was okay since there was an empty bench to sit on outside. It was a little cold in there even considering how hot it was outside earlier. Among the table we had a burger, shrimp taco, and buffalo boneless wings. The drinks and food were good for the price. Our waiter was attentive but didn’t say much. Overall, a good first time.
Really great menu here, lots of options for everyone including an entire portion of Gardein chicken (vegetarian) entrees! Dishes are well portioned and very tasty. The beer selection is massive and the atmosphere is nice and dark if a bit loud. We waited 35 minutes for a table, which is what we were quoted, and had great service once seated. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
Love the gardein menu, feels inclusive for the non meat-eaters. They cook it so well! The inside is also really comfortable and modern and clean. Since its a sports bar, its a bit loud, but theres a lot of room to accommodate the number of people. Bonus, the booths are HUGE!! Easily fits 6 adults.
The venue is nice, a bit busy on the average day and if there is a sporting event going on - nuts. You can expect a reasonable wait on most nights and it seems to be 15 minutes for party of 4. The booths can accommodate a party of 8 and not feel too cramped.Food can be a mixed bag. They have a very large menu so everyone can find something, but the customer satisfaction varies wildly depending on the dish, ranging from bland to satisfied to salty. My group was mostly satisfied though and we only had to return 2 dishes out of 10.
When technology hurts / helps... Yardhouse has a new unique tabletop ordering system, about the size of an iPad. While our waitress was nice and took our initial food and drink order; she was hard to find later. We ordered additional drinks via the “iPad” Then she did deliver them. While she did ask if we needed anything else she disappeared again; leaving us to re-order drinks from the table-top device. It is a good place to watch sports, the food is good, not great. The whole ordering system thing is just weird... I’ll take the old way of a real person helping you... not just a “food runner”!
Ill give it a 4 star . It was great and fun. My husband and I had dinner there one night and the food was amazing. The vegan burger with sweet potatoes fries were the best. We also tried the tropical chicken tacos which were NEW on the menu the taco was amazing but the spicy rice and cheesy beans were not good, they were so dry and hard... looks like the just put it in the microwave. So I ended up eating my husbands sweet potato fries.
The ambiance is chic and rustic with welcoming decor and hospitality. I ordered a seafood ravioli which was very yummy. There were some unwanted shells, but the taste was great. It also came out relatively quickly. The kitchen was ready to send my dish out, but my waitress had made them take it back and add more sauce to it. That was a fantastic call on her part and it was great that she didnt want to serve that and she also fixed it before bringing it out to the table.
Although I had high expectations from this place it turned out to be just about okay . First of all its a sports bar so the focus is mostly on live games telecast and drinks. So if that is your thing, then definitely it is good. But if the focus is on food only, then it is not that exciting. It took an hour for the food to arrive. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken and the Chicken Jimbaya. The former was okay, the latter one was really good. Also, the food was a tad bit expensive.
I visited a few weeks ago around 4pm on a Saturday evening at the Atlantic Station location. I had come here before a few years ago for a company event but only sat outside at the patio. I always remembered the chicken tenders from that visit which may have been the best Ive ever had. This was the first visit inside. It took a long time to be seated even though there were only three people in front of us and not a lot of customers inside. There were two hosts and one was going back and forth to check on what finally appeared to be onion rings for a customer. There were no apologies or anything for the unusually long wait for no obvious reason.Anyway, after we sat down, it was all better. We had an incredible server. His name slips me at the moment. He was superb. They have one of the best menus. I like a lot of options on the menu and Yard House did not disappoint. They have a digital picture food menu. This should be required for all restaurants in my opinion. Its basically a digital frame with pictures of all of their food items so that you can see they way it looks before you order. We ended up going with the Shitaki Garlic noodles, Chicken lettuce wraps, street tacos and orange chicken. The lettuce wraps were very good, the garlic noodles were amazing, the orange chicken and street tacos were also good.Sign up for their rewards plan and you will receive a free appetizer on your next visit. We plan to go back
The food was excellent. I had the California Roll and Korean BBQ tacos. The hostess was kind of rude, and the waiter seemed busy because he forgot some of our meal, but he of course apologized and fixed it right away. No one is perfect. It was kind of dark lighting too. Other than that, awesome.
My first time here, We came like a 1 1/2 before they closed. Our Waitress was amazing she was very professional and made us feel at home. The food wasnt bad missed some season on the chicken not the breading of the Nashville Chicken. But the other food was delicious. The pictures that are attached are Nashville Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Traditional Wings and Poke Nachos. When washing your hands make sure that you turn it more cold because the water will burn your hands is you are not attentive. When going to Atlantic station you got to pay for parking anything under 2 hours it is 4.00 for parking. I suggest to park in Section 7 or Section 1 if you plan to go to Yard House.
Its always crowded but thats to be expected. On two separate occasions me and some friends went and our food came out cold. Granted the second time the order came out it took awhile and it was still wrong. I can say this sweet potato pancake and Tennessee hot chicken was tasty. Very different but the flavors worked.
Today we ventured down to Yard House-Atlantic Station. I wasn’t sure what the crowd would be like, as this was not in our original plan (ice skating was closed ). However, for a Saturday night on a holiday weekend 35 minutes wasn’t bad. Our waitress for the night was Jas Cobb and she was AMAZING! She was well versed with the menu and popular dishes, very accommodating with the kids and had a great personality. Even though the wait for the food was longer than expected, we were well taken care of. Jas made it a great night out and we appreciate that!
The service was quick. Atmosphere was a vibe. Nice for date night, girls night, guys night, or solo night (my trip). My meal wasnt the best but I didnt complain. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and fries under cooked. The drink and dessert on the other hand were pretty amazing. I had a skinny margarita and apple peach cobbler (substituted vanilla ice cream for caramel). Both of those would make me return. I went off a recommendation. It wont be my first choice when Im back in town, but Ill keep it in mind.
This place is like a sports bar and has mostly unhealthy dishes. Why? Well, they know that is what folks like. If you are NOT a meat eater, your pickings will be very slim. If you are a vegetarian you will also have limited choices. If you drink liquor, you will get plenty to choose from and beer too! I suggest that those with a healthy diet do not eat here. If you must get something to eat here healthy people, they have sweet potato fries. So what did I have? I couldnt only have some noodles and mushrooms, plus a glass of water. Those noodles had a pound of salt in it. I eat healthy and had no real healthy choices to pick from. I do not eat meat. They had mac and cheese with bacon in it. YUCK! I do not eat pork. Why did I go to this restaurant? I was invited out by family and their friends.
The atmosphere was comfortable, lighting dim and the staff great! Food was pretty good as well! Fried Calamari, suggested by our server as being excellent, was pretty typical, however the rest of our meal was above average. Overall, an enjoyable experience and we will most likely go back whenever in the area.
Was my 1st time here, but will go back earlier in the day next time. The wait was @ least an hour and a half. But once seated our waitress was polite and knowledgeable. Food did come out quickly and was good, except for the lemon pepper wings which tasted like regular wings.
I was there for a business meeting. I enjoyed my dinning experience simply because The service was great. However, the food was not as expected it was a little on the bland side. I ended up leaving most of my nachos simply put not very tasty. Im still looking for a good place to have my meetings that is also tasty. 😋
Ive been here several times and it seems to get better with each visit. Recently visited on Tuesday and the atmosphere was great, not overly crowded for an after work crowd but it had a nice vibe. I ordered the chicken strips and onion rings and they were delicious!! I think that will be my go-to meal when I go there because it tasted fresh and the food came out hot!
I went out to eat today and took the food home. Upon eating my food I found an actual nail in my food. As a woman who gets her nails done regularly, breaking your nail is a painful experience. You would know that you broke your nail. They let the nail go into the food and kept working like nothing happened.I’m literally sick to my stomach right now knowing I actually almost ate someone’s whole nail. I would put 0 stars if I could.
I came here on a Monday for lunch. I tried to order multiple drinks from the menu only to be told they were out of all of them: apple orchard, all of the flavored Seltzer and a Magic Margarita. I had to send my 1st pretzel back because there was barely a sprinkle of salt on it. The 2nd one was better however, after a few bites, I found a grey hair.
Went in to grab drinks, snack and watch the Braves game. Long wait but that was to be expected. Ordered the Tuna stack- delicious! And the wings were crispy and tasty. Great service (especially in these times) and drinks were spot on. Id definitely return for some actual food.
Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. My wife was served a RAW burger. Im not talking rare Im talking raw. Drinks took 30 minutes to get to us. Took the server 20 min before she came back to check on us with the food. We showed her the raw burger and she did not offer to replace it or ask if we wanted anything else. Incredibly slow service and bad food. Health department will be notified about serving food that will make you sick.
Service was poor, from the front door to everywhere else, probably because they were understaffed and tired. Food was acceptably prepared, but certainly not worth the price. They were also out of many beverages that we requested, or at least the server said they were. The restroom was untidy. The whole restaurant was dimly lit, and the TVs were loud. Overall, a very poorly managed establishment, yet I imagine they survive because the location attracts a lot of first-time foot traffic, and because they stay open later than most other restaurants in the vicinity. Hopefully after the pandemic, the owners will be able to hire better managers and more staff.
Went here on Monday to celebrate my daughters 29th birthday. Got here around 9:30 p.m and waited about 15 min for a table... so it was about 9:45- 9:50 when we were seated.. give or take a few minutes. The server was training a new person so that made our wait for things a little longer because she had to explain things to him. Which really wasnt a problem. We were ready to order our food when the trainee came to take our drink order but because he was the trainee we had the wait for the actual server which took another 15-20minutes.Okay so we finally get to order.. about 10:05-10:10. The spinach dip, cheese curds were good. The nachos were plentiful but the salsa was kinda sweet ..which I thought was weird but the tuna stack was THE BOMB.COM!! We really enjoyed itMe and my daughter got the fish and chips which left much to be desired...unless you dont like seasoning on your food...then you would love it. The batter on the fish, nor the fish had any seasoning and the fries were not crispy @ all!My other daughters steak was good and my fiancee had the tacos. He said the tacos were okay but they gave him this mashed up ball of rice that was mushy and kinda a cake or something he didnt know what it was supposed to be. My son had wings and he said they were ok nothing to write home about. The pomegranate margaritas were great and the pomegranate lemonade was great too. Also the beer and the fact that they gave testers was great as well. They kinda rushed us towards the end because they close @ 11:00. The servers were very nice and all our food came out hot but I probably wouldnt go out of my way to come back here.
We went out as a group. We were told that it would be and hour to a hour and a half wait. It was more like two hours as the management forgot about our party. When we were finally seated we were told that the couldn’t accommodate our party even though we made reservations with the number of people that we had and the party behind us was allowed the same accommodation that we requested. This was my first time at the yard house and I am extremely disappointed. Our server was the only bright spot in our night.
The service was a 3.5 out of 5, our server was somewhat attentive but lacked simple things like bringing silverware, beer, refills on a timely manner. The food was a 1/5 because of how cold it was when it hit the table. We still ate it because of the 30mins we had been waiting and it was the 1st meal of the day after a long day at work. We ordered there brookie (brownie/ice cream) which we expected the brownie to be hot an easy to break into but nope, that was a total let down because we were stabbing at it in order to get a spoon full.
The food here was so good. Especially the Jumbalaya dish. I cannot remember the name of the waitress we had while there. But we definitely went back and requested to sit at her table. She was so pleasant and customer service above average. My daughter is still calling strawberry lemonade princess lemonade, which is what she came up with with I could not get my daughter to drink it. The restaurant is beautiful and spacious. Ill definitely be sure to eat here the next time I visit Atlanta.
Vibrant happening place. Great menu selection with very good food. There computers for electronic pay were down so a bit of a challenge. We were in no hurry so fine with us. Service by Nicci was great. Friendly gal who checked up on us. Highly recommend beet salad and the crusted pork loin.
Ive eaten at this location often since it first opened. The service has always been great but the food has varied from visit to visit. Theyve either been out of several items or Ive just not been pleased with the meal. The menu is pretty large although they have condensed it over the years... This visit I had a new shrimp/lobster ravioli type dish. The sauce was watered down and didnt have much flavor. As a result, the shrimp didnt have much either... Just in the sauce. Ill definitely visit again but I wouldnt order that dish again; just not satisfied.
Beer is their specialty. I went with a work team first. Im no beer drinker but the selection is way bigger than the one for food. So I was super impressed that the food was so good. I went back the next night to try another dish. It is no 5 star restaurant. It is an upscale beer joint with good, great but limited food selection.
Loved those half off appetizers. Omg the bbq chicken salad is to die for. I went again yesterday after months and the service was terrible and the wait time for good to get to the table- unbelievable. It took them 55 mins to get two beers to us and 1 hour and 20 min for the food. Dont think Ill be returning for a while
I enjoy Yard House and have been coming here for quite awhile. I always enjoy what I get here and they have a pretty interesting menu that ranges from Steakhouse to Korean - to Sushi and Pasta and a little of everything else in between. Its a good place to go when you cant make up your mind about what you want to eat or youre with a big group of people because everyone will find at least one thing they would eat on this menu. The portions are so pretty big here. I almost always leave with leftovers. I also enjoy the ambiance and have often come here by myself just to enjoy the food and relax in a nice, classy environment. The prices arent through the roof either, so it feels great to get the experience of highclass without actually having to pay outrageous prices. My favorite dish that they currently have are the poke nachos!
Food was ok, service was TERRIBLE, I’m not sure if it’s from short staffing but my food was cold and it took a very long time for me to get service. I’m writing this as I’m done eating and ready to go waiting on my server to fix my check , as it had an extra drink on it I never received
First and foremost, Yard House is a sports bar so I wouldnt recommend visiting one during any major sporting event if you want a quiet, peaceful meal. We made that mistake the day of the Alamo Bowl at the Yard House in San Antonio. However, this was our first visit to Atlantic Station and this Yard House, and we enjoyed the area and food very much. My wife and daughter split an order of the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles while I tried the Kurobuta Pork Burger. Hearing that Blueberry Cheeseburgers are the latest craze in Japan, I wanted to try the Blueberry Ketchup on the Pork Burger. When the waitress absent-mindly asked how I wanted my Pork Burger cooked, I wanted to say Pink but I laughed and then she realized all Pork has to be well-done. Despite that, it was moist and juicy with just the right amount of Blueberry sweetness to offset the savoriness of the pork. Its not something I would order often, but it was very tasty. We will definitely be back!
I received the worst service Ive ever received this evening. The waitress was very nonchalant and wasnt attentive at all. I had to get the manager to bring me something twice. On top of all that, the Jambalaya was bland. There was no sausage, and they thought my friend and I wouldnt notice. They gave us extra (unseasoned) chicken, once we mentioned it. I just cant with this place. I ordered a drink, but my friend grew impatient because it was taking far too long. So, he cancelled it. & we went on our way. To sum it up, Im very dissatisfied.

2022-03-15A wonderful celebratory meal shared among our intimate group, exceeded only by the gracious waitstaff, spot-on chef, and our phenomenal server MJ - thank you all for a great first experience. We did not wait long to be seated and enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal.

2022-02-22Lately take-out from this location has been less than spectacular. Everything has just been blah and nothing to brag about. Since I was out shopping with my children at Atlantic Station, we decided to eat-in & see if things would be different. Well to my surprise, it definitely was a better experience. We had the Garlic Noodles as our appetizer & they were the bomb!! We also had the shrimp tacos & the fish meal from the kids menu (not pictured), and they were both tasty. I tried the Salmon Caesar Kale Salad & it is now my favorite thing on their menu. A must try!! I will return, but only for dine-in.

2022-05-17There is always an amazing vibe at the Yard House. From the time I walked in I felt valued. I was greeted by friendly and professional women. One asked how she could assist and I shared with her I would like a table for two on the patio. Ive grown to love the patio atmosphere which is why it is always my go to area. Our waitress Joy (I think thats right) was very patient, attentive, and informative. Since I recently started my no meat journey I wanted something that I could eat that would honor that commitment. She provided me with several options and I was impressed. The veggie and vegan meat bowl was seasoned to perfection. I like the veggies more than the vegan meat option. It was an overall wonderful experience! I look forward to my next visit.

2021-12-091st visit impression: Efficient check-in. The wait was 35 minutes with a text message, so we had time to shop at Old Navy. Location is great. Near Red #1 for the underground parking, but #5 & 8 are near too. Food was good except the Korean Chili sauce on the chicken. I only sampled that from my friends plate. Tasted like spoiled dairy to me. They sent it back & opted for BBQ sauce instead. It took so long to get that, she took it to go. Calamari was good. I like both the sauces presented with it. My friend felt the creme brulee should have been toasted better. Service was okay. I loved that we could pay at the table ourselves on a device that let us choose the items we were paying for (split check). I will be back with my husband. Atmosphere was nice, low lights, like a romantic sports bar kind of vibe. The bathroom was oddly dark. I made it out the parking deck in under 2 hours -- free, so winning!

2022-04-30I visited for the second time and the service and food were even better than my first time!My server was the best, I know that I wont spell her name right, its close to Tamryn. She deserves major props. I love that they have a selection of beers that are made by breweries for them.

2022-06-22Food is good, service was a bit slow on a Saturday Night. Very diverse menu, offering a lot of great vegetarian options. Large draft beer and other drinks to pick from.

2021-12-23Our server Ashley was superb. The Something-Colada was trash, the Sprite tasted like Chattahoochee water. The food was AMAZING, when we got it. It wasnt crowded but it was taking the kitchen a while to get entrees out. We will try this one again before I place them into the DoorDash category.

2022-01-30First time here on a Saturday night. The atmosphere is cool and the food is okay, I’ve had better. Service was a little slow and my moms food took almost 20 minutes to come after everyone else had already got there food and eaten. I may try again but I’m not in a rush to come back.Update: Went again this past weekend and it was much better than my first experience.

2021-11-19In the very corner of Atlantic Station there is a restaurant bar called Yard House. As soon as you open the doors, you get warmed up by welcoming lights and honest smiles. Employees there treat you like family -an unusual feeling for a bar -and as soon as you are brought into your table, you are able to grab the menu and make an order. The selection of food and drink is somewhat overwhelming, but in a good way, theres all kinds of dishes, for every kind of person. And dont get me started on the drinks, which is obviously the main focus. Martinis and whine, beer and cider, theyre all there, and theyre all greatly prepared. So the food came with our drinks (I went with a group of diverse, international people) and everyone ordered something different. Everyone, including me, loved it and we decided to go there by the end of every quarter into a ritual. We ended our visit in a happy note, as the employees waived their good-byes. You gotta come!
