I just recently found out that they open at 10:30. I pulled up today at 10:39 expecting to get really fresh good. That was not the case. We had two separate orders. When we got home one of our meals was cold, as if it was from last night. Asked for cherry dr.pepper and got something totally different. We called and told them about the cold food and they said to return to get a fresh one. We got there and were handed the food and i told them about the drink and they handed me one that had been sitting there. They also did not give double fries on the new food but coleslaw. We will not be returning for sure. The food and service were awful. They need to teach these young adults and teenagers properly or get rid of them
I ordered tongue torch fingers. Had to add more at home. Usually tongue torch is swimming in it. Barely any hot sauce on these. Expected better for 10 fingers only costing almost $15. Was still delicious though
The food is always delicious fresh and up to my Zaxbys expectations . However, lately it seems that the lines keep getting longer and longer. 40 minutes in a drive thru line is a bit frustrating. Especially when you have hungry elderly family member at home expecting his food to be there promptly!
Went yesteday and meal took almost 20 mins left with no ranch too. But besides they bad service tishana helped me when I needed it.

They lady who took my order was really nice! I ordered a Cobb salad and I don’t eat any pork products because I follow Gods health laws. She ask if I wanted grill chicken instead! WOW, I didn’t know they would substitute. Made my day! I appreciate her kindness because people usually give me a hard time about NOT eating pork ( swines flesh)
When Zaxbys brings back the Monterey Jack Grilled Sandwich is when Zaxbys will get 5 stars! Bring back the Jack!!!!
Ordered 2 separate orders in the drive thru. One order the drink was wrong and tasted disgusting. The other the food was literally COLD like it was in the fridge. Went back to get a replacement for both and they gave us an old drink that had been sitting for a while and was watered down. Fire all of your teenagers or train them to do better because this is ridiculous. We will never be coming back to this location. And I see why no one ever comes here. Terrible treatment and terrible, rude servers.

Terrible service. We ordered via the Zaxbys app at 12:44. According to the app, our food would be ready by 12:53. We arrive at the restaurant at approximately 1:00 to find that they had not started making our food yet. We watched the cashier pass our ticket into the kitchen and ask them to. make it.We finally got our food at 1:25, took it home, and realized they had left one of the sides out. I may give this place one more chance, but I am done if I get a repeat experience.

They were out of several sauces for the wings, celery was missing from the order. The wings were not the traditional like we ordered. The staff was nice though.

Not happy with my food today. Yall open at 10:30. I was there at 10:45. I ordered wings and things. My food was terrible all of it cold. How could it be that cold when you have been open for 15 minutes. Wings were rubbery,Fries seemed to be not fresh like they were reheated. Toast was burnt and the celery still had the leaves on it. Chicken tenders cold also. Just was not good.

Even though the drive thru was wrapped around the building I still got my food in under 10 minutes. Food was hot and delicious and they have the best sweet tea.

First off, the signature chicken sandwich has to be my favorite among all the ‘chicken sandwich war’ participants. Crispy, juicy and tender with good flavor.My one gripe is why would you ruin the flavor of the chicken with sauce? It destroys the great seasoning of the chicken so I just order sauce on the side...Also the crinkle fries taste really stale and dry. I’d rank them third behind Culver’s and Del Taco. :/
I wish I could give 0 stars. I got charged 75 cent for extra “sauce” called up manager and literally hung up and acted like she didn’t care what I was saying at all. Don’t trust them at all. Don’t go here. Find yourself another trustworthy restaurant fr fr that actually cares about their customer service.

Go to another location to get your moneys worth and better service.
This nice young black man that took my order was very polite, his name Tayo I believe. The food came out on time and he handed me the food with a huge smile on his face. Love the effort keep it up!
Went here twice and they got my order wrong both times . These isubordinates need to be paid nothing above minimum wage . Came here a few weeks ago and ordered a 6 tender plate and when I got home I realized it was a boneless wings and things . Went there today and paid for a 4 tender and 6 tender plate and got 2 separate 4 finger plates. I dont understand how hard it is to take an order and accurately look at a screen or ticket which reads 6 FINGERS . You guys literally specialize in FINGERS and WINGS like HOW HARD IS IT!!!??? Line around the building, The attendant that came up to the window was very thorough and kind No issues with our order. I liked the cones that were marked for the drive through to help traffic flow. There is also people going in to dine in as well, must have been real busy in the kitchen.
I am visiting a client in Dacula. Got a Cobb Salad without bacon like 15 mins ago. There was a dead fly/mosquito in my salad. I couldnt be more annoyed right now.

Used to be my every Friday night favorite zaxby but lately hasnt been great. Buffalo chicken fingers was dry with little to no sauce. Toast was stale. Maybe its the weather....oh well.

Worst zaxbys i have ever gone to. went to through the drive trhough. i was missing 4 items from my order. i got down went in to get missing items. got home and realized there where 2 more items missing. called the store. and they refused to give me a refund over the phone. i refuse to have to drive back. worst zaxbys eve.

I like Zaxby very much. But the one I went to must been having a bad day. The speaker wasnt working right. The computer went down. Had to wait until it was back up. Well, got the right good and it was very tasty and hot. But got the wrong drinks. But all together I will still keep going there.
Affordable food and usually wonderful service. Sometimes the food can be better at one time than another time, guess depends on staff. Employees can be nice and welcoming; never had a problem with that. Just need to listen clearly though depending on the one taking your order. Love it though.
Ive always loved this resturant but last week I went thru drive thru had a large order the evening manger was yelling and cussing the employees so hard! The 2nd time I yelled I have a large order it wasnt the cashiers fault! He kept at it.It had the cashier so upset tears were comeing down her eyes.I told the manager if he kept yelling threating to fire I was telling corperate.No customer wonts to hear This or feel this.It turned my stoumch.I got home my insane sauce wings were covered only in mustard! I didnt order this! Who could eat this! Neverless It will be a long time before I go back to Zaxbys!

Poor management. Sticky floor. Order was not complete. We needed to return 3 times back to the counter to receive a complete order and every time the receipt was checked and they looked on us like they do us a HUGE favor ! Not appropriate customer service! Will not go there again or recommend ! I see some review said it is clean.... may be...but not when we were there...To be fare to the owners, you can see that when they started, they spent money to make the place look modern etc, Posters on the walls, open duct - is all good. However orders should be filled correctly and restaurant must be clean. The attitude needs improvement as well.
This location has become notorious for getting orders wrong and not putting food in the bag. Just now my order was wrong, the receipt Was correct, so we went back and asked for a new order. No sorry, no compensation. Forgot the tongue torch a second time. We were asked, “So you want me to make you a new meal?”... yes, please that would be nice.
Very disappointed with this location. I use to eat here often but, the last couple of times I’ve ordered here have been very bad. They either get your order wrong or the food tastes burnt. The fries were over cooked and the chicken was too crunchy. Cookies did not look fresh they tasted old, would not recommend this location.
I visits Zaxbys on Winder Hwy regularly. My visit to this restaurant is always pleasurable. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and they actually make you feel like family and I moved to Georgia from out of state. The restaurant is always clean on every visit. It is my place to go.
Two out of three orders were wrong. The chicken I ordered on the side for a house salad was so cold and hard it was literally inedible. I also ordered the boneless wings with sauce on the side but got home and again cold, hard, half of them sauced and two of the six were the size of my pinky fingernail. They did however correct it by returning my money the next day but the three people waiting to eat the food I picked up had to wait much longer to eat because by the time I got it home and realized it was garbage in a bag we had to decide on something else as well as go get it and bring it back home which took a while. I do still like Zazbys and have a close friend that owns three of them so I will go back especially considering this was the first time this has happened at a Zazbys to me but probably not to this location in Dacula, Ga.
Even though they were short staffed they were super friendly and my food was HHHOT and FRESH WILL BE BACK, GOOD LUCK GUYS!!
Order was wrong at the window and even when I handed it back in to be corrected. Looking through drive through window place was a mess and lots of confusion going on. Car in front of me had problems also. I wont be back.
Im so disappointed in the dacula store. Everytime I come here my order is never right. If I could give 0 stars i would but since I have to hive something Im giving them 1 star. I got two kickin chicken sandwiches and every single time I order extra sauce I never get extra sauce and tonight I didnt even get sauce on it and my chicken was cold. There was only one person in front of me so it wasnt like they were busy or anything and I stressed how I wanted it very clearly and yet they still got it wrong. The only store that ever gets my order right is the one in Bethlehem but I dont live close enough to that store to go there everytime I want zaxbys. The dacula workers are super nice and friendly, but they just cant seem to get my order right.
Asked for my wings well done and they were not. Finished cooking them at home, because I was not getting back in that long line.
Took 25 minutes to serve me the order . Apparently the drive through is a lot faster . Not fair when you only have 30 minutes of lunch break !
Seems as if the entire crew was distracted and uncaring. This was my third visit in almost 2 months, only one visit was actually good. Food overcooked, packaged poorly, had to repeat myself when ordering because of distracted employees, and it took FOREVER just to get a fork.
The wait is ridiculous! We waited an extremely long time only to find out our order still wasnt ready. The manager did refund our money. Fries had no seasoning but were not.
As a manager, Emily is completely unprofessional and incompetent. Not once, not twice, but three times I have ordered two simple cobb salads, gotten home and realized they left off the egg, the cheese, and the bacon. After calling to ask for the salads to be refunded, Emily insisted that I was at fault for not saying which salad I wanted, when no one asked me which salad I wanted, they only asked for the receipt from the refunded salad from before. I am disappointed that this zaxbys location is charging upwards of $8 for a salad that is missing half of its components, and then arguing with the customer over who’s fault it is. We will not be coming here ever again.
The cobb salad has become one of my favoritego to items, lately. It has everything needed for a refreshing meal.Complete yet not stuffing. The chicken wings compliment the salad
A wonderful experience with experienced people not only manning the cashier but the kitchen and more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone LOVES IT! Only problem is they charge you $0.50 for Zax Sauce. Ridiculous.
I always have trouble with this branch not putting extra sauce on my sandwich. I asked for extra wet sandwich, I want it swimming in extra tongue torch and ranch sauces please. Thats pretty descriptive. And yet again there is barely any sauces on my kickin chicken sandwich. I even asked the cashier how the kitchen knows to put more sauce on it when she didnt ring it up that way. She said they actually tell them. This branch does not hit the mark yet again. SMH.
Im giving them 3 stars because my grandson grilled cheese is always hot but my food is never on point either you get hot chicken and cold fries or Visa versa..

Let me start by stating the food is always good, that being said when its actully correct. I just went through to grab a bite before my shift started and received my wings in the wrong sause again. This is the fourth time in the past two months. I know mistakes happen were all human, but when the lady taking my order has the I hate my job attitude and I have to repeat my simple order twice that tells me something. This is beginning to get rather irritating, if Im spending my money at an establishment fairly regularly Id expect the employees to respect my time and money abit more than they have demonstrated. As much as I would love to be able to simply roll back around and have the mistake corrected more often than not like in todays case the staff take so long that I cant spare any more time else I be late. Step it up people please.
The service is fast. I enjoy their chicken whether it is the grilled chicken zalad or chicken sandwich. There was a small problem with our order, but it was merely a misunderstanding.I would classify this chain as fast food. There are some healthier options but it is mainly chicken fast food fare.
Ive been to this Zaxbys a few times and not once was it up to par. The tea is ok but the chicken tastes rubbery. They usually give me the wrong dipping sauce as well. Im not coming back to this location, even though it is so close to my house.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. The food is good but, this is the worst place to work at. All it is is just drama. One the managers crystal is most the bias person on work and lacks professionalism in a work environment, she acts like a high schoole just feeding off the drama. And the people who work drive thru all they do is gossip instead of actually doing REAL work. And you can’t do anything about it cause you’ll get fired because of FAVORITISM and BIASNESS. This place would be suck a better place if you just fix this 1 problem.

Worst experience Ive had for the past 3 years coming here...I stopped coming here after they messed up my order made me drive back to get my order right and then they gave me back my fixed order and still messed it up again....lucky me I checked again before I left and made sure I spoke to the manager,... He didnt care that his employees screwed up the order and eventually let me get my order fixed again... FINALLY on the 3rd try they got my order right but this was after TWENTY MINUTES OF WAITING in a near empty restaurant while theyre serving new customers first before they fixed my order they messed up twice....this was about a year ago and I told that manager I would never go back. Well I decided to go again today for the shorter drive and guess what?... I come to Zaxbys and se they have the same item (Wings and Things) that they had before on the newer looking menu Except they jacked the price up to TEN DOLLARS! Same amount of food, same amount of fries exept it comes with a drink and to get it without the drink it only drops the price down 20 cents... Unbelievable... So on this order I grid my teeth and order the food because its what my family wanted and pull up to the window and guess what again?! They have all new management and employees and they still mess up the order! All of the cooks and cashiers are high school looking students that seem like they dont care what so ever about their job or how the food is served. They all looked completely incompetent in what theyre doing and looked like they had zero training using a register. (Not to mention it took the cooks forever to make the food) however I caught the error...and asked them to fix it...they redid the order and I went my way... But whoop Dee do I come home to ANOTHER MESSED UP ORDER AFTER I ASKED TO FIX IT.... NEVER coming to Zaxbys again. I dont get what I payed for and now I pay too much for what I asked for. 1 star. Worst service ever!!! DONT COME HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
Dacula zaxbys off 29 is rocking in customer service. They were on point and getting hot fresh food out in a timely manner. I rarely have time to sit down and enjoy a hot meal but they made it happen. My only distraction was watching how well they were working good job guys keep it up

So tonight wanted to change it up I ordered the boneless wings meal again no utensils then I asked for no ice in my drink and it had ice and it wasnt what I ordered either. Its Zaxbys, usually great, always good.. Today I had no complaints as my zalad was delicious as usual, its better than Other F.F. options and healthier. Did I mention its Zaxbys. Hard to go wrong here... Even someone like me on Keto, so win win...

Stopped coming to zaxbys because I didnt feel I got my moneys worth. Come back six months later because I have a taste for the chicken fingers. What the hell happened?? Now the chicken fingers are significantly smaller. They tasted as if they were refried. Asked to exchange the zax sauce for ranch and they didnt bother to change it. Old food, insignificant portions, poorly cooked. It seems like the only thing that has gotten bigger is the price of the food!! Maybe I will be back in six months, but I doubt it. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stop here.
What did I like about it? Nothing. Chicken was cold, the bread was hard. Received the wrong order, I asked to trade zax sauce for ranch. The lady at the from took the zax sauce and walked around for 5 minutes doing random things. She comes back and tells me the coke machine is acting funny and that she will have my drink ready in a minute. I just wanted ranch sauce... My favorite part of this zaxbys experience was leaving.
The girl taking the orders couldnt understand that I wanted a chicken sandwich not grilled but tried and she kept asking me did I want the big zax Snak she should be fired
The good was good but its WAY over priced. The assistance manager was nice but I went up there to get a box I saw a young girl that was on her phone and she looked and quickly put her phone up while this other girl helped me. I love zaxbys but its just really WAY over priced now.

Last year I gave them 5 stars. This year Im revising my review to 2. $8 for a 4 fingers plate(my usual order) is just too much when I often end up with 1 or 2 partial or mangled chicken peices. They used to give me an extra sauce because 1 is only barely enough for three fingers. Now they want to charge me .25 on top of $8(which is too much). Several times I have recieved soured cole slaw. I dont like spoiled food. I could go on but I think my point is made. My relationship with zaxbys and this location in particular is pretty much finished.
THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU LIKE TO SPEND $25 ON FOOD, AND STILL BE CHARGED FOR SAUCE, WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE. ITS DIFFERENT IF YOU ASK FOR KETCHUP AND EVERY SAUCE UNDER THE SUN, BUT WE JUST HAD FOOD AND ASKED FOR ZAX SAUCE FOR OUR FRIES. TERRIBLE SERVICE !
Great customer service. IWant to recognise Hannie for being very welcoming, friendly and upbeat. Third visit and she shows consistency remaining the smiling face of the store even when ishowed up 5 minutes before closing time. Will be back just because of her!
I would not recommend this Zaxby’s. It’s like they don’t even try to get my orders right, The Mangers are very rude, the cashiers don’t ever get my orders right I always have to go back and I am very disappointed, and upset That my orders are never right. Very upset I will never go back there and waste my money here ever again.

If I could rate this zaxbys a 0 I would. I am beyond disgusted. I ordered two buffaloed blue zalads on my way home (I live in Winder) and when I got home I opened both zalads to see that they had very little buffalo sauce. On one of the zalads only 1 piece of chicken had sauce on it. As I was eating the zalad I come across something black and small on my fork; a fly. I lost my appetite completely. I am beyond disappointed with this zaxbys location, and I will not be returning in the future.
Food was delicious service was good and pretty fast. Also this specific zaxbys tastes even better than most Ive been to. Definitely reccomend it.
Subpar quality compared to other Zaxbys. Its a shame because this used to be such a great Zaxbys. Id advise you to go to either the one in Lawrenceville or Hamilton Mill if you are dead set on Zaxbys. Otherwise you might enjoy Bojangles down the road instead.

Always tasty and always get friendly service. I recommend the grilled chicken salad with Mediterranean dressing. Good atmosphere, cute decor.
Love the people that work there so helpful and the price is little much for wings but the insane sauce is the reason I eat there as much as 3 times a week sometime more

Sitting in Drive throw line .a guy that call in order cut in front of everyone that was in line. Instead of getting out and going in to get his order...I think guy that did not make get out an go in to get I food should be Fired..!!!!

2022-04-20My Zalad was the worst I ever had. Soggy lettuce, mushy old tomatoes and no Buffalo sauce on my chicken. I am BEYOND disappointed with Zaxbys. Waited all that time for that BS.

2022-06-14Today I went to Zaxbys and normally my order and food are great. Not sure what happen today if no one wanted to be there and just bad customer service. I ordered my food and asked for a side salad. Instead of saying we dont have those anymore you ordered a salad for me. When I get to pay the person at the window reviewed my order and I state again I wanted a side salad. Then she tells me oh we dont have those anymore and hands me a order. I paid for the food because I did not want to argue or difficult since I know people in the industry are given a hard time. When I got home my wings seem old and my fries seems like they were cooked an hour ago. My fingers were cooked to a hard crisp. I am just so upset. Take aways if there are no more side salads please remove from your menu online. I have never had an issue and have been to Zaxbys at least twice a week for lunch because your fast and the quality is normally great. Just wanted to share my experience. My order was a wings and things and I received a cobb salad.

2022-06-19Today I ordered a six finger plate and it should came with coleslaw salad but when I got home it didnt have coleslaw. And my wife ordered a cobe salad with ranch dressing, and also the ranch was missing.This place is getting messed up. Will try to avoid it as much as I can.

Once they run out of the doomed insane sauce, I will say farewell to Zaxbys and hello to Huey Magoos!! I can get chicken fingers anywhere, Zaxbys menu options is what set them apart. Bye!

2022-07-01Ordered 2 6pc chicken tender plates.When we got home we only had 2 zax sauces...really, thats only one sauce per meal one sauce for 6 tenders. Sure the chicken is good but so is Chick-fil-A and you get much better attitude.

2022-05-24Zaxbys has good selections. I refrain from using the drive thru. Every time I use the drive thru my order is either wrong, the food is luke warm or both. I now will only go inside and make sure to check my order prior to leaving.

2022-05-15I received a grilled chicken salad add the chicken was undercooked. The boneless wings were hard and had very little sauce. The chicken fingers were the only thing cooked perfectly.

2022-04-05I usually stop here on my way to work. But today when I ordered my salad the lettuce had some slimey old lettuce mixed in. I fished it out but it ruined my appetite. I noticed that this restaurant uses old food from the day before because my toast was cold

2022-02-01COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Employees seem like they are high on drugs. We repeated our order so many times we wondered if they were actually hearing us. Honestly scared to eat the food we were served, we asked what the wait was (we were waiting 20+ mins) we mentioned our issues and immediately got bad attitudes. Manager was on the phone instead of helping. Cashiers eyes so bloodshot she could barely look at us. Calling corporate. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE.***Forgot to mention half of our order was given to us after the wait, when we told the manager, she argued before we showed her our receipt. She came out and basically threw the rest in my husbands lap.
