Wow! The setting is absolutely beautiful. The grounds around the building are impeccable with small ponds, a creek, and lawn area. It was gorgeous. Next time I would bring a picnic basket for after the zip line. Wonderful experience!
Excellent site for adult beginners and intermediates. Advanced adults may have to look elsewhere even though the views are great and the experience is better than most. The guides are friendly, hands-on, patient and encouraging. 13 zips with friends is worth the price and is memorable, as well!
I had an awesome time out zip-lining today with my family. The 2 hour course was extremely fun and our guides Luke and Paul were truly phenomenal. They explained everything very clearly and made sure everyone understood the safety rules. Definitely will be coming back ASAP 👍
This was fantastic. I am terrified of heights.. but somehow I did it.. and the instructors made it so much fun.. my wife and kids had a blast..I cant wait to come back!! Thank u guys!!!
This was a great experience with very experienced staff. The guides were energetic and funny, making the tour even more enjoyable. The guides are very serious about your safety but are not crazy strict and allow rules to be bent within reason. This made it even more fun. I highly recommend this place, especially in the Fall.
We went on the two hour zip line today and had a blast!! Tyler and Luke were awesome and hilarious. Luke never ran out of jokes, and they both made us feel comfortable and eased the stress of zip lining at 35-40 mph on some of the lines. Definitely recommend to anyone who is a first timer for zip lining as they made everything light and easy for us!!
Lucas & Justin were great! We had a fantastic 2 hour ziplining experience. They were awesome with explaining how things work, what to do and of course quick witted which kept us laughing. Definitely would go again!
Excellent directions to the venue, easy online ticket purchase, friendly greeting and sign in on arrival, all before being handed off to Ty and Cody, our guides for the one hour zipline tour. Ty and Cody did an exceptional job of explaining what we were going to do and how we were going to do it without being overbearing or pretentious. Lots of patience and plenty of encouragement from these competent fellows made for quite the enjoyable afternoon. My only regret? Not having a camera I could secure to myself or my harness.An excellent outing overall, thanks, guys!
We have tried a couple of zip lining experiences in North Georgia and North Carolina. This one stood out for the quality. Casey and Damien were great guides during the hour long tour that offered a variety of zipline lengths and speeds. We have a young one with us who enjoyed it as much as rest of us thanks to Casey and Damien making sure he did it right and had fun.The business is located amidst scenic surroundings. It even has a beautiful stream running by, great for photo ops because we totally took advantage of it.One more thing that I hoped to have known, the access road often feels like a single lane. So drive slow and carefully and be prepared to pull aside - but not too much because there are either drop offs or ditches - to let the other vehicle pass by.
Awesome experience from the moment we pulled up! Beautiful scenery. The staff was excellent! And accommodating. I can’t brag enough about Cody and Grant. They did an awesome job keeping everyone laughing, and having a good time. In my opinion, these two guys made our experience over the top!! We have been to many zip lines in the past, and this place is BYFAR the best tour we have ever had. We will be back soon! Thanks again for an amazing adventure!
I love adventure and zip lining is always a favorite for me. Took hubby zip lining for the first time and we both had great experience at Zipline Canopy Tours at Amicalola Park. The tour guides were knowledgeable and experienced. I felt like I received my moneys worth. They have 3 levels, we only did two levels which I feel has the best value. Highly recommend reserving in advance.
3/28/22I had a wonderful time with my grandson Aden. Luke and Tristan were the best. These guys did a wonderful job explaining every detail of the adventure and the important of safety. This was our first time ziplining but diffidently will not be our last. I recommend Luke and Tristan to be your guides. Both guides were very entertaining and made everyone feel comfortable and ensured everyone had a great time. Luke and Tristan, you guys ROCK!! Thank you for such a good time!
Our guide instructors made the trip amazing! It was mine and my husbands first time zip lining and we were finishing up our anniversary trip. Luke, Sarah, and Will were awesome! They kept us laughing the entire time and helped us feel safe and comfortable. We will absolutely be back for the 2 hour tour. It was so worth every penny!
This was my first time ziplining and I had a great time! I was a little nervous at first but our tour guides, Grant and Brandon, really made me feel more relaxed. I appreciate their support and guidance! Definitely coming back!
3 of us- 1 adult and 2 teens- enjoyed zip lining on spring break. Sara and Brent were AMAZING. They were knowledgeable, funny, and supportive. So much fun- we are already planning a trip back to go rafting.
We were a party of 6, from 11 to 70! We had an amazing time with Luke and Dawson. They were professional, thorough and funny! I would highly recommend that you request these guys as your guide for an awesome zip line experience!!
Went for the 1-hour tour with Luke and Brando and it was an absolutely awesome experience. They were so fun to have as guides, very funny and knowledgeable. If ever back at Blue Ridge will certainly go back for the 2-hour tour or the water rafting.
We had an amazing time with Brandon and Paul as our instructors they were so great and fun and made the journey so comfortable for our first time ever zip lining. Absolutely recommend! We will be back and will definitely be asking for Brandon and Paul!
Had the greatest time zipping through the mountains after a morning rain. Zip Course is about 15+/- lines, very fun, long enough to get the hang of self braking. Tye and Cody did an awesome job of making sure we were safe and prepared and brought some welcome humor to the experience. 10/10 would zip this again!
Today was my 1st zip lining experience..Im 59 yrs old and in pretty good physical shape. It was not over exherting at all. The tour guides are professional, personable and extremely entertaining. Safety is their number one priority. This experience is one I will always remember. My friend and I had a blast!! I highly recommend Zipline Canopy Tours to people of most ages. We did the one hour tour and that was perfect for us.
We are incredibly disappointed. We were in Blue Ridge, visiting from another State. We were staying in a very remote area with very intermittent WI FI. We passed a place on Highway 515 that was marked Canopy Zip-line so we went in thinking we could do just that. There were 3 very nice young men who never asked us what we were there to do & instantly asked us to sign waivers & pay in full. They proceeded to take us over to put on all of our “zip line” gear. There was a section of platforms & “obstacle like” things there. They took us over there & began showing us how the hooks work & then had us start to do the things in that area. We have NEVER even been to a zip line before so we thought it must be a part of the explanation to get a feel for it & some instruction before heading out. It wasn’t until we had done the 1st level, & asked the young men several times about when the zip lining would start that they finally informed us that the actual zip line was at a different location & you had to make reservations online. They told us only at that moment that what we were doing was a challenge course. We didn’t want to continue w/the rest of it, that wasn’t what we set out to do, or what we thought we had paid for. They did not offer any refund of any kind for the confusion and gladly kept our $120. I called the phone number to Canopy to let them know what happened and sadly, was never treated so unprofessionally & rudely by a Customer Service Rep. in my life. I honestly could not believe how she spoke to me. If I had ever spoken to someone like that at one of my jobs, I would’ve been fired, no doubt. She just talked over me repeating “but you participated in the challenge course” and speaking down to me,insisting that “this confusion has never happened before”, which I find very difficult to believe. I tried to speak w/her to find some resolution and she was just completely rude. I said that I guessed my only recourse would be to give a review so that it doesn’t happen to someone else. She responded with anger “you just go right ahead and do that ma’am and have a good day”, then hung up. I will NEVER use this company, & we refer a lot of friends to that area who are interested in that activity, & I will NEVER refer them to Canopy either. If those calls are recorded for “quality”, then hopefully someone coached this employee about how she handled that phone call & how she speaks to customers. It’s unfortunate that this misunderstanding occurred about location of the actual zip line and that we have no experience with it & that we were from out of town with very poor WI FI. We take some responsibility for those components, but there was no reason to be spoken to like that. Very very disappointed, & any zip line adventure we do in the future will definitely be with a different company.

This place is awesome! My family and I went and had Grant and Cody as our tour guides. They were so very nice and made the experience wonderful! I completely recommend this place! And make sure to ask for Grant and Cody because their great!!!

Great place to spend a few hours for a Zipline tour. The staff is engaging and really does their best to ensure everyone has a great time. Andrew and Stephen deliver on all accounts!
Our family had a great time with these folks. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our guides were Dawson and Paul, who were fantastic! As a first-time zipliner, they made sure that we were going to be safe and have fun. The ziplines were also family friendly; meaning that you still had a zipline experience without crazy cable drops.
Ty and Cody were awesome guides. They made us comfortable and we laughed throughout the entire experience. We will be coming back for the 2 hour tour in the fall!

We had an amazing time on the 1-hour zipline canopy tour. Even though we were high up in the canopy, our guides took every precaution to assure us we were safe and encouraged everyone as we zipped from tree to tree. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely go back. Bring a lunch and drinks b/c you will want to stay and enjoy the amazing open space while hanging out by the creek.
Fantastic Ziplining! Our group did the 2 hr experience. Our guides, Lucas & Paul, were awesome! They were very thorough in the training class beforehand and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the whole tour! It was alot of fun! Highly recommend Zipline Canapy Tours and Lucas & Paul!

I am terrified of rollercoasters. Hate them so much. Going into this I thought itd be like a rollercoaster. My two guides Luke and Brandon managed to loosen me up with a good sense of humor and I quickly learned that its more like a big slide rather than a rollercoaster. Will definitely be going back!

Jake from state farm was incredible. Him and David are very detailed about safety and most important having fun. Highly recommended great guys great atmosphere! Will be coming back in the summer for white water rafting Jake! Thanks for the good time!
This place is a 10/10 for getting outdoors and zip lining and the 2 hour course is definitely worth it. we had a great time with luke and nate as they made it fun and we will be back 10/10!!!

This place was amazing. The try guys are awesome and hilarious. They made us feel super comfortable allowed us to ask any questions. They took away the fear of heights. And motivated us to do our best. This was a birthday gift to myself so glad to share with friends and awesome staff.
David and Lauren were great and professional. David is super funny and will make sure everyone eases into the activity. Made the morning very comfortable for our group which was filled with mostly first timers. Would definitely recommend the 2 hours of zip lining.

Came to town from Florida and found out about this awesome course. The surrounding area is so surreal and just waiting for my time slot to go was worthwhile. Not from or used to seeing mountain terrain so personally for me great.Our guides that day were highly skilled and professional. I felt everyone felt comfortable zipping through the canopies. I believe most willing and uncomfortable people doing the courses will have a great encounter. Hopefully make it back someday.

My husband, whom it takes a lot to impress, expressed over and over how much fun he had and how great the Zip was. Thanks everyone at Blue Ridge! $60 for an hour of amazing fun. I was scared at first but rest assure... you will have training lol just enough to make you comfortable. Our guides where the best. A blend of funny and great at their job. We did a total of 5 lines all ranging in height and length and we loved it. Watch out for the shake and bake!!!
Tristan and Sarah were amazing tour guides for our 1hr zip line experience. We had a group of 6 and they kept us entertained from finish to start! Great personalities and energy!
My husband and I went ziplining for our one year anniversary and it was great! Tristan and Grant were amazing guides! Both of us were new to ziplining but Tristan and Grant really helped us feel comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and hilarious. You definitely cant go wrong with having them as your guides. This was our first time doing a zip line of any kind and from the moment we stepped into the office the process was easy, no nonsense and completely easy to follow. The instructors were incredibly helpful, patient, upbeat and funny. I really am not a big risk taker so I wasnt sure if Id like it at all but now I cant wait to do the 2 hr tour!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and its guides.
Equipment is clean and appears well maintained. Its clear that they care about your safety. Instructors (Dawson and Grant) were great. They kept everything fun and safe. Do the 2 hour excursion - you wont be disappointed!

These guys are amazing. Last min we were lucky enough to get a 2 hour trip on a Sunday. It was our first time but the 2 hour is the way to go. Dawson and Brandon are the guides to request, they made the adventure memoriable. David in the shop was kind and entertained my mom. We loved Brody too. Go and check out these fellows they are totally worth it.
We loved our experience with this company. Luke and Lucas were our guides and were amazing with our 10 year old daughter and 76 year old grandfather. Super patient and added lots of humor throughout the zip lining.

First time zipper at 50 and I dont know what I was thinking. I was terrified the whole time but kept going. I signed up for 2 hours but wish I would have done just 1 hour first time. Once you reach half way point, there is no turning back. I never did quite get the hang of stopping correctly. I was deathly afraid that my glove would fly off and the wire would rip my hands to shreds or I would fall if I let go. Dawson was awesome, very friendly, understanding and patient with me. But, sorry to say other guide got testy with me when I did it wrong, his irritation at my difficulty in following the stopping instructions was loud and clear. That was unpleasant especially when I was doing my best so I dont think I will be returning. But, I am glad I made it through shaken and as little embarrassed but unscathed. PS The others were able to stop just fine, not sure why I was the odd one out. Seem to be a good establishment overall, happy zipping!
Grant and Brent were our guides for our two hour zip-line adventure. Grant was very informative and showed our group exactly what to do and what not to do so that we had a safe and great experience. Plus, his jokes were awesome!!! Brent kept us safe and hooked up the entire time. The scenery was beautiful! I highly recommend this activity if you are anywhere near Blue Ridge, GA. It was fun for all ages in our group.
We had a great time. Luke and Grant were excellent guides, and they made the experience fun. This company takes safety very seriously. People who moved more quickly could do that, and people who needed more time could go at their own pace. The setting back in the trees and hills was lush and beautiful. We took the shorter tour, but we absolutely felt like we got our moneys worth. 5/5 strong recommend.
This was an amazing and very fun experience! My friends and I came here to zipline for a surprise birthday trip and it was great! Luke and Michelle was amazing tour guides. They made us feel safe and secure. Luke and Michelle was very patient with all of us. Thanks to Luke for all of the funny jokes. This was fantastic. The two hour tour was the best! It was my first time zip lining and what a gorgeous place to do it. I felt very secure. Wasnt scary, I assumed it would be. Avery and Courtney were outstanding. Very patient, great teachers and guides. What a beautiful place. We will be back with the kids!
We had a wonderful experience with Megan and Sage last night on the one hour tour. We went on the last trip of the day and it was the perfect weather and time of day as the sun sunk below the mountains. The girls we’re great guides who worked well together and kept everything light and fun. We would highly recommend this to anyone coming to the area and would love to come back for the 2 hour zip.
Did the rafting and zipline combo with the family while on vacation. Had a blast ! Recommend spending the day doing both. The zipline is great. Just make sure you wear comfortable shoes as youll be climbing around hills. Fantastic rafting experience especially during the heat of summer.
If you can, request Tristan and Brandon!! (unless you dont like fun) they are so personable, FUN, Energetic the Entire (hour) tour (there were 8 of us total. Best experience Ever😊💫
We were in Blue Ridge for a family trip and decided to try zip lining! The tour guides Grant and Dawson were awesome. They made you feel comfortable and secure and were a great well blended team. They really enjoyed what they do and made sure all were safe each time. We did a 2 hour tour and I have a fear of heights but they made me feel comfortable enough to take my fears and turn it into great fun! Great time and would recommend everyone to try! Next time I’m town will do again! Thank you
It was my 1st time and I was nervous about braking. The guides were knowledgeable an reassuring going at each persons pace putting everyone at ease making it a fun day! Well worth the cost would do again!
Ziplinning was really fun with our guides who were very professionals and entertaining. They made the adventure so great. We booked online and in general the staff was great. This is a must if you love nature and visit Blue Ridge!

Matt and Tristan were amazing guides! They have the best chemistry and make the trip fun, informative, and safe. We fully plan on doing the 2 hour one next year and will be requesting them!!The equipment is very sturdy and is tested before use. I felt safe even 50 feet in the air!

My family of 5 zip lined with Tristan and Luke yesterday. We took the 1 hour tour, but wished we took the 2 hour because we had so much fun. Tristan and Luke were professional, knowledgeable and fun! Without their great personalities, it wouldn’t have been nearly as fun as it was! Those 2 guys are awesome and if we come back we’ll be asking for them!
We had a blast on our zip line tour! The facilities are nice and clean. Our guides, Casey and Tristan, were very knowledgeable and made the trip FUN! Definitely do the 2 hour course if you have time. It gets better and better!

We did the 1 hour zip line tour and had a blast. Dawson and Gabe, our guides were amazing! Safety first, but definitely had some laughs. 7 awesome zip lines, some getting up there is speed and height. Definitely will be back for the 2 hour tour.
I took my 3 children(ages 10,13,14), and we had a blast! Our tour guides Michelle and Kasey were fantastic!! Staff was super friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, thorough instructions were given, and the zip lines were beautiful! Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

The views were great and nobody died! I did the 2 hour tour and had Sarah and Damien as guides. They were both funny and nice and made sure everyone had a good time and felt safe on the tour. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and come again!

This was a really fun experience. Took the whole family and everyone left with huge smiles. We took the one hour option but in retrospect would have done the two hour - it was so much fun that the time flew by. Luke and Tyler (I hope I’m remembering those names correctly because I want to give them credit) were great and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend this if you are in Blue Ridge and looking for family fun.

Our guides Luke and Tristen were amazing making the actual zip line experience great. A lot of fun and a great view. For then I give it 5 stars. However, the only reason I did not give the whole review 5 stars was because of the lady at the front desk. She was not friendly and our of convenience for her she made us wait almost an hour after our reservations time just to bundle us up with another group that had reserved at the last minute. Also, they offer picture services, but since we were one of the last tours the photographer left early and we were not notified until we asked during the your, at which time it was too late to even grab a phone. As a result I had no pictures of the experience. Very disappointed.

The zip line adventure was amazing! We went on a two hour tour. The tour guides David and Avery were great. They provide clear instruction and good humor throughout the tour. And the zip lines were a lot of fun. But honestly, the tour guides are the ones who made the difference! I highly recommend scheduling a tour with David and Avery!
Literally just got done with the zip lining here with a friend and it was SO absolutely amazing!! Our tour guides were Reid and Mike and they were AMAZING! Super sweet and friendly and made it all the more enjoyable. It was my first time zip lining so I was pretty nervous but they made me feel so much better and had us laughing the whole time! We are definitely planning on coming back and hopefully get them again!!

Brought our daughter and her friends for her birthday. We did the 2 hour tour and had an incredible time. The kids loved it. They range from 13 to 15. David and Casey were so much fun. Make sure to call David “Tall Guy” for my daughter. Everything was explained in a great way and we all felt safe. We will be coming back again in the spring and fall to zip through the trees. Can’t say enough about David and Casey though. They made our time so enjoyable. They we fun, funny, and all around great. They even gave all the girls nicknames. We will be requesting the two of them any time we come back.
My husband and I booked the 2 hour tour and we had a great time!! Our guides, Jake and Zach, were so much fun and they helped us feel safe while having a blast. I was super nervous but they teach you the basics while on the ground and then you get to test it out on two smaller ziplines before committing to the whole tour. Definitely do the 2 hour tour because the whole experience is so worth it. Im no longer scared of ziplining and we already cant wait to come back to do it again!

A friend and I did the 2 hour zipline course in Aug., 2021. We had a great time! I am a big whimp when it comes to speed and heights but the guides were amazing and really helped me overcome my fears! I am so glad that I went and gave this a try! Luke and Gage were our guides and they were joking with us non-stop and making the whole experience a blast! Friendly and funny staff. Zip lining was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed it. Make sure to do the 2 hour tour since the highest and longest lines are on that tour. You will be left wanting more if you have to stop at the 1 hour point.
Its a little drive out there. Watch for signs theyre not very big. The service we got from our instructors was wonderful both gentlemen did a great job one gentleman was going to school for chiropractic or massage therapy and the other gentleman just had a baby theyre both very great on our tours gave us good information to keep us safe everyone enjoyed themselves we even went why it was raining and everyone had a great time and actually wanted to go a second time.
Great Experience! Great Customer Service! Was my 1st time brought family & friends everyone enjoyed it. Much more fun than I vision. And thanks to the staff for helping me get a locksmith as my son left the keys in the car but the staff to the rescue. I definitely recommend!
Great experience ! Our group ranged in ages from 21-60. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly from beginning to end. Jake and David were our tour guides for the 2 hours and truly made our experience. Although some were scared they eased us all to able to really enjoy the tour. Very happy we decided to try zip lining out with zip blue ridge. Would definitely recommend and come back again ! 😁
LOVED IT!! We did the 2 hour trip and it was well worth it!!! Our instructors, Dave and Casey, were amazing and were great with the younger kids in our group! We have zipped before and this was the best one so far!! Great views over a vast area, unlike some other companies that have all the lines stacked over just a couple of acres! Our ziplining experience was great from start to finish! I have ziplined before, but I had three first-timers in my group. Grant and David did am amazing job explaining demonstrating every step so we all got the hang of it quickly. The 2 hour tour was great and action packed. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. Its a great way to see blue ridge from the tree tops!

I was part of a group of 5 people, (11 in the entire tour). We really enjoyed our 2 hour zip lining tour through the trees.Our 3 guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. They kept us entertained and most importantly safe during our excursion. They were very aware of the anxiety many people have on this type of activity and did a great job of easing our concerns (aka fears). I highly recommend this company and encourage everyone to do it. This was my first time and really liked it and hope to do it again.
The zipline place is fun. Uphill and downhill. I was sooo scared of heights but it was fun!
Have done many zipline courses and this one truly made for a memorable experience. We did the 2 hour course and had a blast!!! The guides were wonderful with keeping jokes and conversations going making everyone feel comfortable!!!!
This was an awesome way for my son and I to spend the afternoon! We did the 1-hour tour. We’ll do the 2-hour tour next time, for sure. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The tour guides were informative and entertaining. Not once were we concerned for safety. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 4 people but about 10 in the group, we did the 2 hour zipline course. Our instructors names were Gabe and Cason. They were very friendly and had great stories to tell us. No one died or got injured, we had someone who was on the spectrum and the instructors wete extremely patient and careful with him. He seemed to have the most fun. They have 3 dogs and a cat that walk around that you can pet if you wish, one would keep rolling on his back to rub his belly. My wife really enjoyed doing this for her birthday.
I had an amazing time! Our tour guides were Casey and Kyla and they did great! They were funny and made everyone feel comfortable. The views during the tour are great! I also did water rafting with Andy and he was amazing as well. Super fun and relaxed. I would definitely go back. It might seem a little spooky when you go to the zipline site but don’t worry, you’re going the right way.

Our guides, Triston and Luke, were great and made the 2 hours of zipline a lot of fun. Great experience that I highly recommend.Longest line was 1100 and a lot of speed. Several lines 60-70 up in the forest. We will be back.
Thoroughly enjoyed the 1 hour tour with my family yesterday. Great activity for families with teens. Grant, Sarah, and Luke were excellent guides and made sure safety was the first priority. This was my first time zip lining and it was amazing!
Great time on a wonderful course. We zipped before whitewater rafting and had a blast. David and Casey knew the ropes and handled our group safely and professionally but without compromising on any of the fun. The setting is gorgeous and the runs are quite varied. It is well worth the add-on to do the 2-hour course as the back half gets faster and longer. We would definitely go back again.

My husband and I decided to try Ziplining for the first time for his birthday. We had a blast with this company and even more so with our tour guides, Dawson and David. They were AMAZING! They explained each step of the way and made us feel very comfortable with the process. I would highly recommend using this company and doing the two hour tour vs one hour. Spend the extra funds it’s definitely worth it!

We went ziplining in October and it was beautiful. Casey and David were great guides and made our experience a lot of fun. They were very thorough in explaining the steps from start to finish, ensuring a fun and safe time. The two hour trip is the way to go as the extra lines are much longer and more scenic. This had to be one of the greatest experience I have had. As well as liberating being the city girl. As well as a melanated person in 2020. sometimes its not comfortable to travel outside of our elements. If you know what I mean.I would say that our two tour guides Drake and Josh( may not be his name)was amazing. They were not only informative, safe, punctual and fun. They made sure that everyone was well informed on how to be safe. As well as how to use the equipment properly.I would say this was one of the best experience because these two tour guides were very amazing and they had a great personality, that fits all people from different walks of life. I can say I do recommend this spot to anyone and everyone.. The experience is very liberating. As well as something to get off of your bucket list.
We had an amazing time with Grant and David as our guides. There is a lot of humor built in to the tour and we had a blast. Zips were big and fun, especially towards the end. Definitely do the two hour tour. This course is so much better than the side of the street zip lines you see everywhere. You’re IN the trees, high up in the forest and you get the woodsy smells and sights. A+

Very accommodating. We called with a short notice request to fit all 6 of us in same day. First time zip lining for us. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly safe. Our kids had a blast and our only regret was not doing the 2 hour option.The one hour course was perfect for novices. It allowed for a gradual build of of speed, height and confidence. The staff did a great job of communicating expectations for each zip line. David and Casey were great on the two hour zipline tour. They were very attentive, making sure everyone understood the instructions. They both paid close attention to ensure everyone was hooked up safely. They were also very entertaining at the same time. Even though it rained the day I went, the zip lines were a lot of fun.

Zipline Canopy Tours of Blue Ridge was awesome! We did the 1hour course. There were a total of 3 guides with us the entire time. They took care of all the safety equipment and left the fun for us, and were professional, alert, courteous, and good-natured. Our kids were nervous about the experience, but the guides paid special attention to them, and made sure they had fun.The facility is located on a beautiful, woodsy property. Their rules specify that they operate rain or shine. We had a rainy day. I was worried that we would get soaked and it would take away from the enjoyment of the activity. After-the-fact, I can state that the rain didnt bother us at all. I venture to say that it was probably better than with the heat of sunshine.The only complaint I have is that if you are concerned about Covid 19, I didnt see anyone wearing masks. It also seems that the equipment is reused from one group to the next, and I didnt see any of it being wiped down or disinfected.I would definitely use them again. Next time well try the 2 hour course!
David and his wife were amazing, they were very energetic and super funny but mostly safe. I would highly recommend them for guides plus they are total eye candy. Kind of distracting having such beautiful guides but over all it was an amazing experience and will be coming back.

Chris and Dalton were awesome. Very professional, we felt very safe and secured up in the trees. They were very thorough with instructions. Outside of all the safety and precautions, we had a BLAST! Matt and Grant were our guides and they did an amazing job. My Aunt and I have never been ziplining and these two gentlemen made our 2-hour tour fun and easy. Overall, the facility is in a beautiful location. All of the staff were extremely friendly and relaxed. When I visit Blue Ridge again I definitely want to do this again! I would highly recommend this facility and also recommend the 2-hour tour because it is fun and goes by fast.
We did the 2 hour trip, and would recommend doing this one to get the best experience. David and Casey were hilarious and helped take the edge off our nerves throughout the entire experience. They give amazing instructions prior to ever reaching the first line so you know what to expect. There are also practice lines which helped ease our concerns over being able to utilize our hands for brakes. If we are ever in the area again we will most definitely do this again. Just a wonderful, humor-filled, adventure that we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome experience... they have two large dogs who roam freely but they’re very mild mannered and won’t bother you. They do not give you much time to take your turn. They explain everything really well, but be prepared to either zip or get out of the way for the next person. I like that they don’t allow you to zip if you don’t demonstrate that you’re capable on the first two zips.
Zipline here!! The guys are super friendly and kept everything fun with good humor! Make sure to sniff the vanilla maple trees! Damion, Luke and another fella whos name I forgot(so sorry) were our guides. They all were wonderful! Luke was very friendly and answered any questions we had which were a lot. He gave us tons of good information from zip lining to hiking, shopping to things we needed to see while in town. People like him make the experience even better! Damion was always smiling and you could really tell he enjoyed being in the trees! Its good to see people who enjoy their work and are thankful to be there! 5 stars to the guides!

Ive never done ziplining before and it was close to our rental cabin so, why not? It was terrific! The staff and our guides were very friendly yet professional. Well worth the cost. Just a note, if youre a 70 year-old couch potato like me, this will push you physically but it is so exciting you wont regret it.
We enjoyed a two hour zipline through the Canopy of all the trees! Dawson and Grant were our tour guides and they were phenomenal, they made every one feel relaxed and safe!We were glad we did the two hour tour, instead of the one hour, it really was worth it!
My wife and I did the 2 hour tour while in blue ridge for our honeymoon. The tour guides (I wish I could remember their names, maybe dalton and chris?) were excellent. They made sure everyone was comfortable and knew what was going on while insuring everyone had a good time. I definitely recommend spending the extra few bucks to do the 2 hour tour, I would have been disappointed if I had to stop after 1 hour, and you’d miss the best lines! This place is awesome!

The ziplining was very well organized, the track is well maintained and offers beautiful views. Casey and Nancy who were our tour guides were very professional, knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for fun, family or friends adventure. Beautiful scenery is an added bonus.
We viaited from Florida and My kids 11 and 16 yrs old .. LOVED IT ..They were very excited and said they would do it again.The waiting area is clean and well kept. They have 2 cute big dogs there .. i think that alone brightens up the day for everyone that goes there.

Chris and Dawson were awesome instructors! It was kinda scary at first! But they were pretty funny and that calmed my nerves! I most definitely would recommend the 2hour tour instead of the 1 hour! It was a check off the bucket list. Most definitely do it again!
We had a great experience today. The business was clean—the staff was friendly. They took good precautions in light of COVID-19. They even had latex gloves you could wear under your lining gloves. Our guides, Matt and Kyla, were great—knowledgeable, personable, and patient. We did the one hour tour. But I would recommend two hours for the fun! Would highly recommend for your visit.
This was a fun small zip line facility. 2 practice lines and 5 lines for the 1 hour visit. It was a good value. Dawson and Sarah were our guides and they were wonderful!!! I would go again and schedule the 2 hour tour with Dawson and Sarah.
It was a very nice place with a super friendly staff. We did the 1 hour zipline. Although my 11 year old backed out and I had to go back with her, my husband continued on and said it was awesome. He loved it.

It’s was so fun going down the zip line and seeing all of the views. Grant and Wes were our tour guides and they were super funny and very helpful. It was a little scary at first but when you keep going through the tour, it gets more fun and less scary. And also through out the tour, my group saw some wild life. Highly recommend and would definitely go again.
I came with my family for a family vacation. The guides don’t let me go after a training try due to my brake is not as good as they expected. That is fine and understandable for ‘real’ safety considerations. When I tried to get more information about the policy since I was sad to separate from my family while I came for some family time, nobody is in the office. When I tried to call the customer service, the representative is SO rude. She basically doesn’t let me talk and keep interrupting me by saying everything is on the reservation. When I asked if it’s possible for refund, she just snapped at me saying why you are asking something you don’t deserve and please read the terms on our website. I may not deserve a refund but definitely do NOT deserve such a terrible customer service. Anyway, please read their policy and be prepared not to be able to zip line at all without refund and arrogant customer service.
We had such a fun time!! Our guides were very funny and very informative and helpful! Sarah and Casey did awesome! We also had a guide in training, Damian, who did great and we wouldn’t have known he was training if they had not told us! Good time and great people!

2022-06-11Wow! We loved this experience! Paul and Brando were amazing guides and so funny. We did the one hour zip line tour and will highly recommend it! We felt safe and had so much fun. The length and speed increased as we grew more experienced. This picture was the “starter” zip. The zips were a blast and the wooded forest was so beautiful. Do it! You’ll be glad you did!

2022-06-11I’d rate this 4.5. Our sons (20 and 16) took the 2 hour adventure and had a lot of fun. While we haven’t done many zip lines they said it was very nice. It is definitely in a remote location but trust GPS just be aware the last mile is on basically a one lane road that twists and turns along the side of the mountain. The facilities are beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely come back when in the area again. Also they have the nicest car that is super soft and enjoys a good pet :)

2021-09-30My husband and I went on the two-hour zipline tour for part of our anniversary celebration. Grant and Sarah were awesome guides. They explained everything extremely well and really seem to enjoy what they do. There was a little hiking and climbing stairs but we survived and the ziplining was an absolute blast! Highly recommend!

My wife was scared $*&@less and they helped her be confident in the process and she has never felt more achievement and accomplishment in so long. I had a blast as well, but seeing my wife so overjoyed is the best thing I could have ever asked for.Ladiest and gentlemen -- trying to do something different, outdoors, and active with your lady/man in your life? This is exactly what you need to do.Oh, and its great for kids. These kids that were in our group were tearing it up!!

2021-12-29This was so much fun! Definitely see if you can do the course with Grant and Tristan...they are awesome and super funny. They made the whole adventure a blast and made us all feel very comfortable zip-lining. We did the 2 hour tour. It was worth it for the extra hour. There is a good bit of exercise involved when climbing up the hills and the stairs. You would need to be fit enough to climb 5 flights of stairs. But if you love a good outdoor thrill, this is an excellent place. Very well organized and all staff was friendly and fun. Highly recommend!

2022-03-27Paul and Grant (“Crush”)were an absolute dream team to work with! My family and I visited for the first time and we had a blast with them! Their energy, patience, and genuine kindness helped make us enjoy the experience even more. They were SO much fun!!!!! It was like we had known them forever. We cannot say enough good things about the dynamic duo and will absolutely be going back.

2022-06-26Super fun time at zip code canopy tours today. My family of three went, my 11 year old daughter felt so comfortable and had a blast!! Were so grateful. The guides were amazing. Thank you Nathan and Lucas! Well be back for white water rafting.
