I went to today to buy my nephew some clothes and Morgan and the rest of the staff was AMAZING! Although it took 15minutes (maybe more) she didnt give up looking for the shoes we wanted. Amazing staff and vibes. Definitely coming back!

Im in love with this store...I ordered a skateboard for my daughter 4 days before Christmas..before processing my payment it informed me that it would not be delivered before 12/24...I purchased it anyway.. I was blessed to receive a phone call Christmas Eve day that it was delivered..They made my daughters xmas

Brittany and Malik were very helpful and so nice. They assisted me to purchase my item for my daughter. The mint Champion sweatshirt! They were so good that after we left I went back to buy more. I had my daughter at home text me pics of what she wanted, and Brittany helped me the right size. I would drive past my mall to go to their store because of the great customer service.

This is my first review ever in my consumer life, but my experience was so bad here I had to voice my concerns....I went in looking for skate shoes. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety on their shelf of exactly the type of shoe I was looking for. I was greeted by an employee whom asked if I was interested in any. After picking one out, the employee asked me to wait in checkout line to see if it was in stock... the employee then pulled out there phone and started taking selfie’s. While waiting in the check out line, I visibly saw the shoes I wanted in my size (only shoe box in my size for that matter of their huge inventory), so I asked the employee on their phone to go up the ladder to pull the shoes down. The employee said he would only go up if I promised him I was buying them.. I told them if they fit well and I like them then yes I will buy them, otherwise I would have just bought them online, which is where I found them in stock (my reason for coming to this store). After 3 mins of explaining why I wouldn’t just buy them without trying them on, a different employee comes out of the back riding a skateboard, and kick flips right into a rack of clothes, causing the rack to fall over on to me. Given this employee is clearly a daredevil, I asked him to go up the ladder to get the shoes for me, which he did after getting up from his fall. After trying them on, the first employee stands over me and is repeatedly asking if I’m going to buy them. Shortly after that, the skateboarder employee, who is still sitting on top of the ladder, asks if he can help any more, to which I said no, so he started taking selfie’s of himself on top of the ladder..After trying to walk through the crowded shop to see if they fit right, I went ahead and bought them, as they were what I was looking for, and they felt ok during my short walk in the store. However, I later found out that the soles will not bend to my wide foot, and I will be returning them.I am writing this review to emphasize not only the horrible customer service, but also to emphasize the lack of safety in the store. Kick flips and selfie’s on ladders should have no place in any retail store inside a crowded mall. I understand it’s a skate shop, but some of the customers of zumiez are not a part of the skate culture, which apparently means causing inventory to fall on to customers from riding inside, and pressuring them into buying items while taking selfie’s on top of ladders.Nobody should enter this store unless they are prepared to get pressured into buying something, and/or are prepared to have a clothing rack or ladder fall on them.Enter at your own risk

Morgan is fantastic! I called to see if they had an item in stock that I had been searching for a while and she said they had them and held them for me until I came to buy them ! I’m so pleased

Went into the store hoping to find a dress and was immediately told that they’re “taking bags today” and took my forever 21 shopping bag behind the counter. The employee made it seem like I was stealing or going to steal from the moment I walked in, making me and my friends extremely uncomfortable. He asked us what we were looking for several times and not in a helpful way. In no way did anyone help me with anything. He told me to go to the back and someone would help me with talking about the skateboards, so I went and no one ever came. I just took my bag, and left and he waved as if he caught a a criminal. Lol. Never again. Idk what’s going on with the management or if the employees just bored but get it together cause you’re never going to make money like that.

I went in and bought a complete board along with a skate tool and when I got to the park, my tool was missing so I couldnt put my board together. I will return to the store tomorrow and expect the tool, or a refund. Until then, I am rating this one star

Always love going to this store with my kids. They both always find clothes or sneakers they like. They have great skaters boards and accessories. The people that work there are always pleasant.
