Needed help with some sandals but nobody looked like they wanted to help, instead they were dancing in the front. Wouldn’t have been to bad if they were at least on beat. Terrible customer service and even worse dancing.

I shop here all the time and I love the environment!! I always get the best help from the staff especially Alex and Brittany. They are super helpful and always positive. I really enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to come here all the time !
Great service! I went into this store and all the employees were showing me around and helping me find outfits for my entire family for our vacation! They know their product. Cool street wear and urban look.
Beyond AMAZING customer service ! Ansel is a phenomenal worker he helped me pick out the right vans for my snazzy outfit and not to mention he has great sense of style !!
Workers were whispering about me and one of them didn’t even try to hide the fact that they thought I looked “dirty” very unprofessional but I’m not sure what to expect in a jank place like this
Shoes were displayed at a cheaper price and even though an employee told the manager they were she still didn’t give me the displayed price. Bs excuses about kids moving shoes around. Not cool
Often go here for the shoes and the accesories. Its a great skater-esque shop if you enjoy that lifestyle. Great for vans, skinny jeans and cool hats.

2022-06-18So today at 4pm to call and have a certain item on hold for me, the girl who did not give me her name confirmed that they had it in a small and medium, i then had the medium put on hold.It was confirmed to me that it was ON HOLD. i then went to this location not long after. just to be told by this boy, that they did not put anything on hold not did they have the item I ASKED FOR in stock to begin with. the guy with the blonde hair just walked around the store, just to say they dont have it anyway. this was ridiculous and wasted so much of my time. 0 stars.

2021-06-05We had a great experience with Leo, whohelped my son with a custom board. He really took his time to acquaint my 10 year old with everything he needed to know about his board. In fact, we found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. 👍

2019-07-03Great collection for skate board and long board. My son got his first skate board and instead of standard he decided to custom build it.Ansel ( zumiez rep) was amazing to help him out with his selection and stay in my budget. He involved my son in building his board. Gave him lot of choices for stickers and trucks , wheel colours .We will go back to the store for further enhancement and will surely ask for Ansel to work with him.

2019-03-25My son likes to go shopping here and I have no problem with it, but there is one thing that really grates my nerves every time we visit. The music is filthy! I assume they get to choose what they will play, but most of it is highly inappropriate to hear in a business. I have even had to ask them to turn it off. It made me very uncomfortable and there were smaller children in the store at the time. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful, but there needs to be some rules in place about playing music with explicit lyrics. It has happened on at least 3 different occasions when we were there, so I imagine it happens frequently.
